It was the 4th of August, 2014, when 12-year-old Jamarion Lawhorn took some “little red pills” that he had found in his family’s home in Kentwood, Michigan. He then picked up a knife, put it in his pocket and walked to Pinebrook Village, which was a mobile home community. Here, he entered the playpark.
Over the course of the next several minutes, Jamarion played with nine-year-old Connor Verkerke and his seven-year-old brother, Kameron. As they played together, Connor attempted to climb up a slide but slipped back down and fell to the ground. While on the ground, Jamarion came up behind him and stabbed him several times in the back and arm.
Connor and his younger brother ran back to their home which was located nearby. Connor collapsed on the front porch and neighbours could hear his mother’s screams emanating in the air. His father, Jared, frantically put pressure on his son’s wounds in a bid to stop the bleeding. Connor was rushed to hospital where he was tragically pronounced dead.
Following the stabbing, Jamarion walked to the home of a man who lived near the playpark, 34-year-old Glen Stacy. He asked if he could use his phone to call 911 and calmly stated to the operator: “Hi, I just stabbed somebody. Please pick me up. I want to die. I don’t want to be on this earth anymore. Please pick me up.”
As he waited for police to arrive, Jamarion had told Glen that nobody loved him and that he wanted to die. According to Glen, Jamarion was extremely cavalier and the only time he raised his voice was when police arrived at the scene and walked over towards the playground. Jamarion had shouted over to them: “Hello. I’m right here. You’re going the wrong way!”

The World's Most Evil Mother?
Theresa Knorr murdered two of her children after inflicting unimaginable torture.
Tumblr media
Theresa Knorr murdered two of her children in a jealous rage after inflicting unimaginable torture.
Born in 1946, Theresa was only a teenager herself when she began bringing children into the world. Between 1963 and 1970, she gave birth to six children in total — three girls and three boys — to two different fathers.
In order of arrival, first came Howard in 1963, then Sheila in 1965, Suesan in 1966, William in 1967, Robert in 1968 and lastly Terry in 1971.
Despite being married a total of four times, Theresa’s relationships with men did not tend to last long and consequentially her children did not have a consistent father figure in their lives. A succession of failed marriages and short-lived flings meant that Theresa mostly raised her children as a single mother in their Sacramento, California home.
Although Theresa got along fairly amicably with her sons, she loathed her daughters. After her fourth divorce, Theresa’s mental health began to deteriorate and she irrationally blamed the teenage girls for her ageing and weight gain, which triggered her to become increasingly physically and psychologically abusive. Theresa eventually recruited her grown sons to assist her with carrying out acts of unthinkable violence towards the young girls — with fatal consequences.

Killer mom Susan Smith has been denied parole by a unanimous vote after she sobbed and begged to be let out of prison on Wednesday.
The seven member South Carolina Board of Paroles immediately voted to deny Smith’s request. However, she will now be able to apply for parole every two years — meaning the family of her murdered sons, Alex and Michael, will have to show up to fight her request if they want to ensure she stays behind bars.
Smith has faced disciplinary action several times in prison, including two separate sexual encounters with corrections officers, incidents of self-harm, possession of marijuana — and most recently for giving contact information for family and her ex-husband to a documentary producer.

Dora Buenrostro and Alex Buenrostro shared a 17-year-long relationship while residing in Los Angeles, California. During their time together, they became parents to three children: Susana, aged 9, Vicente, aged 8, and Deidra, aged 4. Unfortunately, their marriage eventually reached a breaking point, leading to a messy separation. Alex moved out of their shared home, but he maintained contact with the family, regularly visiting his children.
The situation took a tragic turn on October 27, 1994, when Alex was arrested as he left work. Reporters bombarded him with questions regarding his children, and he learned the devastating news that his two eldest, Susana and Vicente, had been fatally stabbed, while the youngest, Deidra, was missing.
Susana and Vicente were discovered at Dora's new residence, both having suffered stab wounds to their necks. Hours later, Deidra was found strapped into a child's car seat with a broken knife blade in her neck, abandoned at an old post office in Lakeview, west of San Jacinto. She had also been stabbed multiple times with a ballpoint pen after the initial attack.
Dora, upon hearing about the tragedy, rushed to the police station accusing Alex of the murders. However, a subsequent investigation revealed that Alex was in Los Angeles during the time of the killings, shifting the focus onto Dora as the prime suspect.
Incriminating evidence, such as the children's blood, was discovered in her car and purse, although she vehemently claimed it had been planted. During her trial, Dora displayed a disturbing lack of remorse. The prosecution argued that she had intentionally killed the children following an argument with Alex, alleging that she had meticulously planned the murders to inflict maximum pain on him, and then attempted to frame him for the heinous acts.
She was found guilty and sentenced to death.

The father of Newtown, Conn. school shooter Adam Lanza told a writer for The New Yorker that he and his ex-wife, Nancy, never suspected their son was dangerous.
"Nancy Lanza had grown up a ‘live free or die’ New Hampshire gal, and she had a sense that guns were part of everyday life,'' author and journalist Andrew Solomon told Savannah Guthrie on TODAY Monday. Nancy, a gun enthusiast who was shot and killed by her son, kept several firearms in the house.
The Bushmaster semi-automatic rifle that Adam used belonged to her. "I don’t think guns should be a part of everyday life, but I think they had no sense that Adam was dangerous. They thought he was peculiar, but they never thought he would hurt anyone. Peter, who taught him to drive, said he was the 'safest, most cautious, most rule-following person I ever met.'''
