Abed's gonna be fine.

A post canon hurt comfort animation (animatic?) i made with one headcanon in mind in particular, being Abed starts smoking on a regular since Toy left to sail around the world. He still got some issues, even since Troy came back to live with him in LA, but it's okay, bc Troy's here.

I really like this headcanon and the fact it is a bit hinted on the series because of how it brings depth in the characterization of Abed. In my country, smoking is a really common habit amongst people (almost all my friends smoke, and almost all the adults around me when I was growing up lol). But in the US smoking is something really unusual I've heard, and so the way it is portrayed in Community is always to serve further characterization (Troy's sugar cigarettes, Britta smoking weed...). And so I've noticed that Abed doing this feels like a coping mechanism in the eyes of the fandom, and how it is empathised in the fics I've read (like angsty stuff). And I think this is a really interesting detail. So I made this.

Each time i post i'm thinking "why dont i write down every scene i have in mind?" but then i write and it doesn't feel right. Drawing is the best way i found to express myself, or my ideas.
