Personality: Extrovert, outspoken, hotblooded, lively, patient (except when “dealing with idiots”), hard-working and passionate. Harriet has always been rather wild “for a girl” according to standards of the time. She is brave, and as a child she wanted to do things that were considered being for the boys, like climbing trees, playing football and using slingshot. Enthusiastic and curious, Harriet enjoys new experiences and loves reading everything she gets her hands on. Enjoys singing and dancing, and is talented in both.

Harriet’s sense of duty and justice are strong, and she isn’t afraid of speaking up or acting if she thinks something is wrong. Harriet is outgoing even as an adult, but becomes more reserved after her experiences at war. Despite of her fiery nature, Harriet is very kind and has a tender side, that she shows especially if she finds someone worthy of it (aka you’re not an asshole). Harriet stays calm even in dire situations, is extremely resourceful and has impeccable survival skills, especially after her years in Finland. She is also loyal and will do anything to protect her loved ones and fight for what is right in her opinion.

Appearance: Bodytype pear/A. Oval-shaped face. Almond-shaped, dark blue eyes. Long, straight, blonde hair. Always does some kind of hairdo, except when she’s at home alone. Wears light makeup at work and when going out.

Harriet’s skin tone is fair with neutral undertones. She tans rather easily, but needs to be careful to avoid sunburns. Harriet has a button nose. She has “resting bitch face”, but smiles quite often. Her walking style is rather determined, and she almost looks like she’s marching - sure way to have people making way to her despite of her gender. xD

History:

Harriet is the middle child of Finnish immigrant parents (originated from North Ostrobothnia) and the first member of her family who was born in United States. Her father, Johannes, is a carpenter, and her mother, Elina, is an elementary school teacher. Their marriage is nonconformist; Elina is the daughter of an influental businessman, but still wanted to marry a man from lower social class, who on top of that is the youngest son of his parents.  Elina’s parents were against the marriage, but Elina didn’t give in and said the wedding will happen, with or without their blessing. Despite the rebellous background of their love story, Johannes’ and Elina’s marriage is a happy one.

Harriet’s parents decided to leave Finland in 1914, when they grew tired of Russification of Finland, with their 2-year-old son, Olavi. Like many fellow Finns at the time, they started a long journey to the land of promises, United States of America, in hopes of getting a better future there. During their travels they met and befriended another married couple, Harry and Edith Pesonen, who originated from North Karelia. Once the group got to the United States, unlike the most Finnish immigrants, they decided to try their luck in Los Angeles. Families Kaski and Pesonen became neighbours after Johannes managed to build both of their houses with the help of some volunteers.

Harriet was born four years later in a sauna Johannes had built to his family’s new home. Only help Elina had was her own husband and a midwife. Olavi was overjoyed for getting a little sister, and Harry and Edith Pesonen became Harriet’s godparents. Tho the Spanish flu pandemic casted a shadow on their happiness, to their luck no one from their immediate circle got infected. The Kaski family reached its final form when Olavi and Harriet got a little sister, Laura, in 1920.

Harriet also befriends the children of family Pesonen, Walter and Esther. Thanks to their neighbours, Harriet’s family has a small Finnish community far from home. They all speak Finnish with each other to maintain their skills in it. The family also stays in contact with their relatives in Finland via letters, and Elina’s younger brother, Tuomas, who as an adult takes over their father’s business and expands it outside Europe, is able to visit his sister’s family every now and then. That way Harriet knows at least one of her relatives outside of letters and some photographs.

At school Harriet is a gifted student, one of the tops of her class, thanks to being hard-working and curious child. Sometimes she gets into trouble because of her temper, forthrightness, “improper interests” (meaning activities reserved for boys during the era) and tendency to defend others and herself from bullies, sometimes with her fists. Some teachers hate her for that, but she does too well at school to get into more serious trouble than detentions, and enough teachers love her, so they defend her when they can. Harriet is also very fascinated of Finland and its culture and wants to learn everything about it, whether it is from books in LA Public Library, stories from her parents or things her Finnish relatives send over to them.

Education is very important for Kaski family, especially for Johannes, who wasn’t able to go to school for more than 4 years. He wants his children to have better chances than him and make sure they can educate themselves as much as they want. Unfortunately The Great Depression occurs when Harriet is preteen and it affects her future; her parents don’t lose their jobs, but money they were saving for the upper education for their daughters go up with smoke during that time to keep the family fed and clothed. Olavi is so much older than his siblings that the depression doesn’t affect to his education. Harriet must give up for her dreams to become a historian, and settles for becoming a secretary after high school, due to her being skillfull at typewriting and shorthand.

Harriet’s world changes drastically in 1939; Europe is becoming restless and Soviet Union keeps pressuring Finland into giving up some areas and renting a military base in Hanko, but Finland doesn’t agree. Kaski family fears, that if a war breaks out, small countries like Finland would be caught in the middle. Olavi announces that he wants to travel to Finland and join their army as a volunteer based on his dual nationality - if a war starts in Finland, he wants to help his birth country as much as he can. Harriet, who doesn’t want to be away from her brother, and wants to do something meaningful in her life, decides to join him. She intends to try and join Lotta Svärd organisation. Begrudingly Johannes and Elina let them leave, but talk Laura out of it, so they wouldn’t need to worry about all of their children.

In summer 1939 Harriet and Olavi start their journey to Finland. Olavi starts in the army and Harriet gets accepted to Lotta Svärd (thanks to her dual nationality and speaking Finnish perfectly). They are both nervous, because this is their first time being apart from their family and for Harriet it is her first time in her parents’ home country. Also meeting their relatives the first time either for a long time or ever is an experience for them. Everyone gives them a warm welcome, though, even their maternal grandparents who have in time come to terms with their daughter’s choice of a spouse.

Unfortunately Harriet’s and Olavi’s instincts are right, and Winter War starts on November 30th when Soviet Union attacks Finland. Olavi and Harriet are sent together at the front of Kuhmo along with their draftee and lotta cousins (a couple of their female cousins joined Lotta Svärd too). Harriet works as an air surveillance lotta which is one of the most dangerous jobs a lotta could do during wartime. Instead of leaving Finland after Winter War ends, Harriet and Olavi decide to stay, in order to actually experience the country in time of peace and getting to know their extended family better (plus preparing for possibility of another war).

The peace lasts only for a year, and the Continuation War starts in summer 1941. During the Interim Peace Harriet has trained herself to become a “communications lotta” (can work as a telephone operator, is able to use radio transmitters and - receivers, transcripts messages and reports etc.). Some time after the beginning of the war an officer arrives to Harriet’s post and asks for lotta volunteers to join his group close to the front. Harriet volunteers herself and ends up working at a top secret unit for the rest of the time. During this time she is taught to use a gun (despite of Lotta Svärd rule to not allow lottas to carry arms), because even lottas in that unit would be in danger. Unlike in Winter War, Finland didn’t send men from the same town to same divisions during Continuation War, so Harriet gets separated from Olavi and doesn’t see him for 1,5 years.

Harriet’s war ends after three long years when she hears that her brother has been seriously wounded during the Battle of Tali-Ihantala. She resigns from Lotta Svärd and travels to a war hospital where Olavi is being kept. She stays at his bedside for a few agonising days before to her relief she learns her brother will survive. Olavi has lost his left eye, so he won’t be sent to the front anymore, and after he is realeased from the hospital, the siblings decide to take the risk and start a dangerous journey back to their home. By some miracle they manage to get back without any mishaps (Atlantic Ocean was occupied by German submarines so travelling across it was very risky).

Harriet and Olavi arrive back in Los Angeles at the end of August in 1944. Lots of things have changed, themselves included. Some of their friends have joined the USA’s war efforts in Pacific theatre, so even though Harriet doesn’t need to fear for her life anymore, she still worries for her loved ones she hasn’t seen in many years. She tries her best to settle back in her birth country, which culture is so much different from Finland’s. After a few months Harriet gets a job as a judicial secretary at Spring Street Courthouse, as a first woman in the courthouse’s history.

When the World War 2 finally ends, and those who survived finally are able to return home, nothing is like it used to be. Trying her best to adjust to her new life and live with her traumas and rekindle the relationships with her friends she hasn’t seen in a long time, Harriet also manages to get to know some new people. In time, she will also cross paths with some detectives of the LAPD, and gets dragged into a mess that may cost her everything she holds dear...

What I wanna know is how do they expect us to take Eddie's relationship with Marisol seriously when we know nothing about her and they have taken absolutely zero steps to help us know her or set up Eddie's relationship with her? In the clips we got of her, we didn't even actually get introduced to her. If you'd never seen the show before, context clues is how you figure out that's marisol because Eddie mentioned chaperoning Chris' date with her, cause otherwise, she could have been anyone.

Hell, the clips we got of her are in a flashback in a buddie focused scene where Eddie essentially hands the co-parenting stick off to Buck.

In an episode centered around relationships, and all the other canon romantic couples getting romantic sub-plots (with the exception of Hen who seems like she will be next weeks focus), and they focus on Buck and Eddie when we the audience, even the ones who have watched all 6 seasons, barely know the woman Eddie is in a romantic relationship with because there's been no real character established for her outside of "Eddie's love interest".

Thoughts about Diavolo and Doppio

Introducion

All that ton of text exists because I didn't believe it was DID since my first time watching and reading Golden Wind. Literally from the first time seeing their actions and interactions, I thought it looked more like some sort of supernatural thing than that condition, to which I only found more confirmation as I watched. I still want to call the following examples thin, since there is a very high probability that Araki was simply going way too wild with all this mystical mysterious secrecy of the antagonist, and everything that I will give may turn out to be just the fattest wicked technique for exaggerating this, but I want to express my thoughts nonetheless. Plus, I think it might be a narrative trick after all, so I may turn out to be right in the end of the day.

Point

So, let's get it straight: the theory is that there's no DID in that story, Diavolo is not an alter-ego, but something else and probably not a human at all. And now to the specifics.

Let's start from afar: his (to make it easier to read, I'm talking about Diavolo in a generally accepted way) mother, in her words, became pregnant from an unknown man who died 2 years before his birth, and, moreover, she has been sitting in isolation from the outside world for 2 years, in a specifically women's prison without any men at all. AND, MOREOVER, the anime adaptation shows that the fetus develops in just a few hours (I’ll say a few more words about the validity of David's version later). Well, it’s impossible, well, it’s a huge nonsense, even if we consider from a seemingly scientific point of view of this universe, with which Araki tried to explain, for example, the change in physical parameters when switching egos. Here's mystical supernatural shit number 1.

Further. This particular point is relevant only for anime adaptation. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any data on how much Araki took part in its creation, I confess, but I have the right to assume that if it was approved by him and released the way we see it, it is quite a canon by which we can argue. It came out after the manga and this is quite possibly a more correct representation of events from the point of view of canon details. In the same scene, after birth, the baby's eye color momentarily changes from hazel to red, then back. This move, I want to note, is often used to show a character’s possession, usually with supernatural forces or the like. Yes, it is also used to refer to a "second personality" or some hidden nature of a character, but newborns do not have DID, it is a disorder that develops after severe repeating trauma. Mystical supernatural shit number 2.

We smoothly move on to the extreme turbidity and ambiguity of DID, and I’m not even going to talk about body changes when switching. So, DID develops, as, by the way, even in the original source is noted, as a result of a deep shock or trauma. A person dissociates from the traumatic experience, which, if severe and repetative to the point when their mind can't really survive it, results in violation of an identity integrity. It does not develop immediately and is noticeable to others, while commonly not being noticable to a person expiriensing it. And what do we see on this topic there? Nothing, only Doppio shows symptoms of dissociation, and only in situations where something threatens to expose the boss’s identity (or in other situations related to him, that’s the only way), which is strange, because I can’t even imagine such a trauma can be (i.e., it becomes a chicken-and-egg paradox: the trauma, in theory, should be related to the boss, to alter, but without the trauma there should be no boss, no alter). Other trauma is either not shown, which is a serious omission from the script, because this is no longer a mystery, but a hole, or it simply does not exist, because in the village, as far as can be seen, the attitude towards him was near normal, and his foster father is caring and loving, and has a trusting relationship with him (judging by the phrase casually thrown by the drivers from a flashback with his youth, where they warn him not to complain about an accident on the road to the priest, which seems to refer to the fact that this has already happened at least once before, and as if he would hardly have gone to him to complain if he did not trust him). Mystical supernatural shit number 3.

The same muddy and unclear story with his mother under the floor. Why is she there? For what is she there? How did she survive there? But who would know. In my opinion, it looks like some kind of some ritual-related bullshit, or at least a sacrifice to something, but I don’t undertake to make any special statements or comments here, I’m just noting and thinking. Mystical supernatural shit number 4.

Let's get to non-flashback events. POSSIBLY Diavolo is able to influence Doppio's consciousness (which does not happen in the opposite direction). This is indicated by the latter’s holy faith in the fact that he is talking to his boss on real work phones, well, that’s how he sees them, as well as the clouding and memory lapses that suddenly occur after the end of the call, which is strange, but still convenient for Diavolo, what a goddamn lucky coincidence, huh? I don't think alters are able to perform such tricks. Mystical supernatural shit number 5.

In the SCR arc, characters mutually switch bodies with closest persons. What's going on with Diavolo in that situation? He, like a self-respecting individual soul newly revealed to the audience (!), not like everyone else, not like a sucker, "attached" to someone else’s soul (it was kind of similar with Doppio before), and for time secretly sit happily in one body for two. And now, this is no longer a person suffering from DID (that is, a soul with, in our case, an ego split in two (that's PSYCHE thing)), but a whole separate being, moreover, also capable of ruling his soul as he pleases. Mystical supernatural shit number 6.

We will need some of the things from the previous point now. At the end of the arc of Ciocolatta and Secco, Diavolo not only immediately knows from somewhere that Bruno can only see souls, but he also, in order to make Doppio look like Trish for him, lends him a fucking piece of his (let me remind you, separate, like we have already found out) soul. A piece of his soul, God damn it! He (again) not only knows some unreal information about souls, he, as already said, is able to manipulate at least his own. Mystical supernatural shit number 7.

His eyes (iris and pupil), already extremely unique in themselves, are the eyes of his entity, but not his body. When he takes control of someone's body it is visible, when Bruno is in his body it is visible. Worth a mention. Mystical supernatural asshole number 8.

The last, probably the most interesting mystical, but not so supernatural screw-up lies in a small detail: when the souls of the characters in the final battle return back to their bodies, we are shown all of them, except for Diavolo's (well, more precisely they showed King Crimson as it, but this doesn't count (otherwise Diavolo is KC, lol)). Coincidence? I don't think so. More likely it was done on purpose, and this is not even attributed to the supposedly yet another creation of an aura of mysticism around his personality - at this point we seem to already know very well what he looks like... Or we don't, actually?

Conclusion

That's all, actually. The bottom line is the same: Diavolo is something supernatural, I don’t presume to say what he is exactly. This is probably all the fairly significant evidence (meaning those that are less than half conjecture) that I had. There were a lot of strange things in JoJo, inspired by some things from the real world, and then blown up to the point of "incredibility," but here they tried to tie it into some kind of pseudoscientific nonsense that I didn’t believe in. In any case, this is not the first "spirit" in this universe (it’s worth remembering Anubis), so this theory, I think, is more than valid.

So thank you for reading, it's open for discussion, since we'll never know the truth for sure (DID was the assumption of the characters of Vento Aureo, and they called it "assumption" themselves (I want to believe with all my soul Araki fooled everyone, being an unreliable narrator so Diavolo will be even more of an enigma)).

A trip down memory lane - TMNT 2003

So. The 20th anniversary of 2003 Ninja turtles was a little while ago, but I didn’t have time to draw anything for it 👉👈💦 BUT, I wanted to do SOMETHING for it, even a bit late. 

For context, TMNT 2003 was my introducion to the franchise. Back when it started airing, I was 9yo and was immediately hooked. I think it’s the series/fandom that has stuck with me the strongest across the years. Even if I’d have long periods, even couple year brakes from it, I always dip back at some point. Usually it’d happen by me suddenly having a dream about the turtles, and then going like “Oh, is it that time again? Guess I’ll go check some fanworks, then.” ANYWAY, I thought it’d be fun to dig up some old art and do some redrawing hehheh. Hopefully yall find these somewhat entertaining, I’ve been equal parts cackling and cringing lmao!

Here we have THE FIRST EVER Leonardo I’ve ever drawn! (Made when I was 9) I’m honestly very charmed and kinda impressed by it. Like, he looks really funky and dynamic! That pose and the way the bandanna tails are flying adds really nice movement and energy to the drawing! It was really fun to use it as a base, because the elements of it were already working well!

Also there’s Splinter I drew around that same time. He also has a lot of funny personality haha! (Sorry Splints for being too lazy to redraw you)

BY THE WAY. I’m FUCKING DEVASTATED that I was not able to find a third drawing I remember from this period. It featured Splinter being drunk while Leo looks on horrified. Why? I don’t know. Little Ruija thought it was really funny I guess. Anyway, here’s an imitation piece for demonstration:

I think the next time I drew fanart of ninja nurtles was when I was 11-12yo and joined Devianart. The account I used to have doesn’t exist anymore, so I wasn’t able to recover files from that time. My only hope is to come across some originals in my old art folders  💦 💦 I have really fond memories from that time. Was quite active in the Sonic and TMNT fandom.

I’ve actually been wanting to redraw this piece anyway, but with my HC of Donnie being really tall, haha. (I keep squinting at Leo and how he turned out very femme in this... Oh well, he/she’s just rocking some transswag)

PHEW! This was fun! Made me feel extremely fond, thinking about how excited my younger selves would be to see these redrawings haha.

Earlier I said I didn’t have any works archived from my old DA account, but surprisingly I had a couple screenshots like this:

Back then (2005-2007 in this case) personal websites were common, including ones dedicated to fandom-content. A Japanese tmnt fan going by Sakan-san also had one called FREAKfreak. (She was also on DA) Her art was gorgeous and I thought she was like the best and coolest tmnt artist ever. 

Her webpage had this PAINTchat on it and both Japanese and Western fans would gather there to draw together. Sakan-san would often post the collabs in her gallery afterwards. There were a couple times I was able to join a session with them too, which I was over the moon about! (In the screenshot the bottom right segment was mine lol). It was really cool, that they included a novice artist with extremely broken english amongst them.

Seeing these screenshorts made me remember how much I admired Sakan-san and wanted to draw like her. And then realizing, that now I can✨

Another memorable interaction from that time is when I was chatting with some older fans. By the time I got on DA, my country had only dubbed and aired the first two seasons of the 2003 series. I kept seeing fanart of Leo with his shellscar and got curious. I asked the others where he gets it.

They told me he put dynamite on it.

And then said it’s better if I go watch the episodes myself. Fortunately I was able to find and watch rest of the series after that, haha.

"To survive something as final as death". Seth Haddon's Reborn is a companion novel to the author's debut Reforged, set in the same world, but with a different set of characters. The world-building grows in depth and scope, with the introducion of new ways of thinking, new gods, new lore. The main characters are fated to be, and the fact that only one of them is aware of it creates an interest contrast; they are also opposites, in a way, and that makes for a good dynamic.

The plot structure was better than in the previous book, but the editing could use some work; the mistakes were jarring at times, and took me right out of the flow of reading. The supporting cast was less fleshed out too, which is a shame because that was a definite plus of the first book. It's like in fleshing out more the main characters' relationship, the author had to resort to making the other characters utterly monodimensional.

Reborn is a step down from its predecessor.

Hi I am writing there instead of doing my project homework but anyways. Chapter 113 spois came out and we saw Fyodor (i will call him Fedya for short) hanged on a cross like thing and isn't that also Jesus symbolism? Doesnt that mean Fedya is alive??? I hope he is.

Also a new character will probably introduced in the New chapter since Asagiri made a tweet about that kinda long ago and the chapter will be 32 pages. People says it will be Agatha but honestly i don't think so. Because Asagiri 's tweet said "I always have a hard time writing a new character's introducion" however Agatha's introducion is already made. I think it will be someone like Tolstoy if it will be based on a real life author or a character that is introduced in other light novels but not in the main series (for example Tsujimura) or it May be a character thats not based on an author like Sigma. I think no matter what it will be so exciting and a New arc will probably start. I am sooo excited for it to come out.

So I never watched the spiderman movie with miles, so I cant really say something about that but I agree with the rest. But I also want to ad a few things why bleach is such a great manga and why I would recommend everyone to read it. Is bleach without flaws? Surely not. But when it comes to character development, character depth, drawing and character styles, world building and story plot, bleach is AWESOME!!! Most importantly bleach is as much as a character AND plot driven story. In my honest opinion only the power scales and plot armor of a few characters are a bit over the top.

We follow a mc who is for once not portraied as an idiot, is not an comedic relief character, doesnt think about food 24/7 the entire year and doesnt have a great goal like most shonen mc have. Ichigos only wish is to protect people! Thats his only goal! His name literally translates into "protector". We have a mc who is not only very selfconvident from the start, but also has a more serious personality then a silly one. He suffers from past trauma of his mothers death, he got bullied for his hair colour but instead of just accepting how people treat him, he gives them hell in return. Ichigo is the biggest anti bulling mc in all of shonen! What ever you do, do NOT DARE to harm his loved ones or people under his protection! He can also be incredible kind and forgiving, even to his enemys. All in all ichigo is pretty much the most realistic written shonen mc ever!

Bleach is full of awesome characters, full of crazy fights, full of shocking twists! It treats its female characters with respect and its full of crazy strong woman! Yes it has a lot of fanservice, but tite kubo made at least sure that ALL his readers (not only the male) can enjoy all the eye candy.

And lets also not forget that till to this day bleach has the best poc and disabled people representation in all of shonen. Just to show a few of the poc characters:

Shunsui Kyoraku: lost his right eye.

Jushiro Ukitake: chronical "ill" since childhood and has a very weak body. Coughs a lot of blood.

Kukaku Shiba: her right arm was ambutated. The anime cencored that and gave her an wooden arm.

Kaname Tosen: blind since birth.

Rangiku Matsumoto: not really disabled in her daily life, but a huge part of her soul was stolen from her when she was a child and that missing part is one of the reasons why she isnt more powerful then she COULD be, if her soul was still fully intact.

And there are more.

When it comes to manga vs. anime then yes, the manga is FAR better, espicially the first 2 arcs were butchered by the anime studio, by cutting canon stuff and including filler. Also ichigos relationship between rukia and orihime was completly misportraied in the anime too. The manga makes perfectly clear rukia = big sister, best friend and mentor for ichigo. Orihime = ichigos love interest. But the anime always highlights how special rukia is for ichigo with romantic/sad music in the background, while cutting all his moments with the girl that is actually in love with him and completly changing her introducion (in the manga orihime likes ichigo from the start and wants to interact with him, in the anime she is at first scared of him and is nervous around him, also ichigo doesnt really seem to pay attention to her). To be fair it gets better after the first 2 arcs, but only because tite kubo got VERY angry with the anime studio, changing so much from the manga. Can you still enjoy the anime though? Yes, you can. The anime makes it easier to understand what happens in a fight and the fights are really good. The art style is a little bit outdated, but it gets better over time. The animation of the final arc is FIRE!!!

All in all I would recommend, read the manga first and then watch the anime. Or read and watch at the same time. But do NOT watch the anime first, it can turn you biased to certain things which were never tite kubos intentions when he wrote the story!

So the main thing that made me come up with this one was that like Hobie,the protagonist of Bleach is a dude who's an actual punk instead of just EdgyTM but is also even edgier than him in a way because he's also goth

Ichigo Kurosaki AKA objectively the best shonen mc because he has actual satisfying character development and logical power ups,as well respecting women especially his love interest instead of being a weird pervert or treating her badly :] A big chunk of the series' cast are part of a military system but Ichigo never even considers joining it because he thinks it's bullshit and only sides with members of it when it comes to helping out innocent people or he's manipulated into it(Actually same thing now that i think about it).If you're a Hobie stan and/or simp,i guarantee you'll love Ichigo too!!And if you're a Punkflower lover like me

I can't pinpoint exact moments parallels because one of them has SO MANY that it's hard to remember exact ones BUT Orihime is a lot like Miles and that includes how highly Ichigo thinks of her and him having her back all the time and them being super goofy together and really important to eachother,both in the feelings sense and character arcs wise!Fair warning that Orihime and Ichihime get a lot of bad faith critisism and straight up hate due to her being autistic-coded like Miles but with the addition of her also being an extremely feminine teen girl who's conventially attractive(and it's worth noting this is never used against the other girls in the series which makes it worse,although this could be because Ichigo never liked anyone except her).And!!!For people who have Gwen or Jess as their fave:

^^^Rukia,The deutragonist who's got a found siblings relathionship with Ichigo and can be described by that post i made that said 'Ideal gender:Femme but with the personality you'd expect from a tomboy' and his mentor,Yoruichi,who's canonically blasian with extremely realistic characterization for a black woman.I should state that Bleach came out in 2001 and ended in 2016 so sadly there is some dated stuff in it but it's definitely worth the read!!Keyword being 'read' because the og anime is an awful adaption in multiple ways and the only one i'd recommend is the ongoing 2022 one that's taking on the final arc!Hope this convinced you to at least look up Bleach things but if not then that's completely okay🙏🏼
