A Prayer, A Spell, A Curse
May the immortal gods one and all,
From axis to axis, from pole to pole.
From the heavens above, to far below.
Red face demon you have been charged guilty
Guilty from crimes against the gods, spirits and humanity,
So hear me gods far and near
I cast this spell to restore balance and to abolish fear
This spell has no reason nor want to come back to me
For what I cast is justifiable and will never harm me.
With your help O gods this Spell I bestow.
Make its strong, make it impervious make it so.
Protect the children of love and peace,
From the Abrahamic demon's destructive feast.
Smite the red face demons' evil wherever they stand,
Remove them all from our beloved mortal land
And where once where red demons walked this land
Replace them all with love and compassion I demand
Evil and hatred I now bend and control
I send you back to Hell's infernal hall!
Satan's evil son I now control and command
I remove you and yours from this mortal land.
Death to you red faced monster of evil and plight
I vanquish you with this spell I cast this night.
Back to hell you go from where you were sired
Back to Hell and Satan's brimstone fire.
And for every milli-ounce of harm you create,
100x100 fold will come back to you. This I dictate!
Death to you and those who serve you!
Death to you and those who serve you!
Death to you and those who serve you!
Death to you and those who serve you!
Death to you and those who serve you!
Death to you and those who serve you!
Death to you and those who serve you!
Death to you and those who serve you!
Death to you and those who serve you!

taking a shower with the jujutsu kaisen men
gojo — despite what his no.1 hater says (gege) i'm telling you and promising you that he showers daily. trust me when i say his white hair is fluffy fresh. spends way too long in the shower and you get a bit bored because he's hyping himself in the mirror beforehand (who's the strongest? you are!). uses a fancy, overpriced shampoo that smells like tropical fruits but leaves the cap off each time. has broken 2-3 waterproof speakers before. once bought a waterproof phone case to scroll his phone in the shower, but ended up getting distracted on tiktok until the water went cold. his bathroom looks like a high end salon, more products than an influencer. leaves little hearts in the condensation on the mirror
nanami — you have your regular showers with nanami, but he's really more of a bath guy i think. like i'm saying a glass of wine and a candle. if he doesn't like you or your name is gojo satoru, then interrupting him here will result in the worst lecture you've ever heard in your life, but if he likes enough, he'll let you sit on the edge of the bath with him and talk about your day. the most pristine bathroom of all time, it's literally a spa. you once asked if his shower head was imbued with cursed energy, because it's just that precise and perfect. very possessive about his towels.
geto — definitely the type to stand under the shower and waste the hot water. this is mainly because he can't help but monologue about his philosophy for too long, and by then, you've hopped out and left him there. the most perfect cherry-blossom floral scented shampoo is the only thing that can touch his thick, glossy hair. his hair is probably stuck to the shower wall a lot, but he tries to blame it on you. weirdly eclectic shower playlists that range from ominous, chanting ballads to 2000s boybands because he claims he's a man with layers.
toji — for a man with a kinda gross job (like assassination isn't all that great right...) he smells good. but that depends on who you ask, because sometimes the scent of cologne is so strong, you feel a little nauseous. prob uses a 3-1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner because its 'all the same anyway.' this makes you cry! spends about three minutes in the shower each time, and then leaves without even drying himself, soaking wet and rawdogging the world. once got a bathrobe as a gift and tried it on for fun, but now uses it all the time when he's lounging around to eat takeout.
sukuna — once asked you to join him for a bath, and you agreed. let's just say you took a big step back when you realises why the bathwater was a thick, gloopy red. you once gave him rubber duckies as a present and he pretended to hate them and gagged. you caught him lining them up in military formation along the edges of the bathtub for 'reasons that aren't your concern.' ended up almost coughing a lung out after accidentally ingesting one too many bubbles. hates most modern inventions but enjoys a good loofah.

Those three sketches (part of the QnA session on Insta) deserve their own post, because they are relevant to her Backstory. And also my personal favorites
1. What does Outono do in her free time if she has nothing else to do?
- I loved that question a lot! Because in her free time she likes to go back home and spend time with the people she's most close to. In this case it's with her caretaker "Masha". Masha is the head-maid in the castle and also the one who rescued Outono from the streets. She helps her with Chores, tells her stories or sings to her.
2. How did she end up as a royal Jester? Was it something she wanted to be?
- unfortunately, no. Outono was left quite traumatized from that event (also the same day she was introduced to the King) During her daily chores as a maid, she and a few other maids were in the kitchen having fun, cracking jokes and chanting folk music. Outono felt good and was singing the loudest! But suddenly the door swung open and the Royal Counselor himself was standing in the kitchen, glaring into the room. The shock was immense and left the girls trembling in fear. "Come with me" he demanded, pointing at Outono. Without a word and no explanation they left the room and she was escorted to a changing room where Outono was dressed in her iconic Jester Outfit.
3. How did Outono get her name?
- on the day she was introduced to the King and Queen, she was urged to perform. So she started singing. First it was a slow Ballade but once she found her confidence, the tune shifted to a more upbeat song. During this, the King listened quietly, seemingly enjoying it, drifting off somewhere, until he raised his hand, telling her to stop. "Your name is Outono" he said. That was it! ;) Outono was too stunned to speak but once she was escorted out of the Courtroom, she couldn't help but smile.

"i'll beat her bitch ass." - c.s
femvolleyballplayer!y/n x chris

summary: it’s the semi-finals of the biggest volleyball tournament of the year and y/n feeling great at first but 2 people who were supposed to be there didn’t show upーthen after her game she gets the worst news of her life. will it affect her gameplay for the tournament?
this is set in some random ass au that i can’t really explain😭😭
p.s sorry to people named amelia, no hate to y’all !💗
don’t like don’t read !!
find some other shit to do.
not proofread (a bitch don’t got no time for that shit)
this is my work and i do not approve of plagiarism in any way. i also do not approve of reposting my work onto other apps or anything of the idea. SSTVRNIOLOO 2024.
a/n: HEYY so this is your surprise fic ive been working onnnn ~ this could be a series but idk yet 🤷🏾‍♀️ also my laptop stopped working so i don’t have the option of typing anymore, so it’ll be on my phone or ipad. (mostly ipad though) 💔
wc: 1.1k
happy reading loviess !
ೃ༄
waking up feeling great, but then remembering about my volleyball game in the semi-finals, i felt nervous. i hop out my bed and start walking to my bathroom.
heading over to the bathroom to brush my teeth, wash my face and do my daily skincare.
i grab my jersey from a hanger in my closet, closing the closet door after equipping the clothing item i needed.
bringing the jersey to my head, pulling it over my head, and the jesey laying tight on my torso. the red and blue complemented each other well and suited my natural complexion.
seizing my knee pads, arm sleeves, and leg brace and shoving them into my sports bag. i anxiously fumble with the zipper; failing many times to zip it up but succeeding after attempt six.
going down my steps, i pull out my phone and go to me and chris' texts.
y/n
hey baby are you almost here?
read: 2:03pm
chris💗
yeah ill be there in 5
read: 2:04pm
y/n
alright see you soon baby💕
read: 2:05pm
i shove my phone back into my sports bag and wait for my boyfriend to pick me up.
ೃ༄
i look around in the crowd; searching for the two people who said they’d be here and wouldn’t miss it for the worldーmy parents who are fucking liars.
it was the semi-finals of the biggest college volleyball tournament of the year and i was excited.
until i saw two empty chairs waiting to filled by no one. but i saw my friends and my biggest supporterーmy boyfriend of two years: chris. he was there for every game, there to pick me up from practice; whatever i needed. i loved him more than anything.
the stadium was fullーspecifically 23,000 people. it was sold out and i see a sea of people wearing our school colors: red and blue.
everybody was here: from alumni, parents, and students. i was a tiny bit nervous because i’d never seen so many people come to watch our school play.
but after all, it was the semi-finals.
i scanned and searched the crowd and found the triplets, and my friends: lauren and angelina.
i met up with my teammates at the bench and we went over our game plan. i look over at the opposing team and see my biggest rival.
amelia. the little fucking bitch that plays foul. the snarkiest grin decorating her stupid face.
last season she almost permanently injured me over one pre-season gameーi was hospitalized for 3 fucking months and she just laughed about it and acted like she didnt know what i was talking about. that bitch could have injured me so badly that i coulda been kept in the hospital longer, or permently.
i scanned the front row and once i found him, chris doing our secret messageーblowing a kissーwhich means “you got this, i love you, and kill their asses”.
doing our team chant and reviewing our lineup. my position was spiker; specifically outside hitter. so that means i was main hitter: who got most of the sets.
meghan; my setterーwho was also one of my best friends, did our secret handshake and communicated with hand gestures that the opposing team doesn't know: which in turn gives us the opportunity to fix a plan during the game.
ೃ༄
everyone was set in their correct position and the sea of people went silent. it was so silent you could hear a pin drop. the first whistle blew and i locked in.
it’s you, the ball, and your teammates. nothing else matters right now.
the first serve of game and its already a long rally.
the perfect set comes from meghanーdirectly to me,
i spike the volleyball and the only sound heard in whole the stadium was the loud smack of my palm hitting the ball straight down to the floor on the opponent's side.
it went to amelia and she dove for it but missed.
i let out a little giggle as her face twisted into an furious one. i loved pissing her offーand each time i do, its payback for her injuring me.
ೃ༄
whilst jumping to block a deep incoming set dump, lorelai; one of our team's middle blockers, landed wrong on her ankle and broke it.
she was such a good blocker and which now she had to exit the game due to her ankle, left me in a state of disappointment.
another one of our other middle blockers, yasmine, traded spots for lorelai. she wasnt as good but still played well and got the job done.
i look over at the crowd and see the triplets and my two friends holding a banner that spelled out "let's go y/n". i cheesed at the bannerーbut still with a stupidly wide grin on my face.
ೃ༄
it was down to the final minute of the game and the crowd was on their feet.
i was serving. and hell, i was scared i was gonna mess it all up. my jump-serve was excellent, but i was in shambles when it came to the final seconds of a game; even if i wasnt playing.
throwing the ball into the air as the sea of people that gaped at my every move. running after it and jumping in the air and cocking my arm backーswinging it at the ball, hitting it far left to a weaker player on the opposing team.
scoring an ace,
"all ace !!"
my team cheered. they lost. fuck you amelia.
ೃ༄
amelia scoffed, flipping me off and walking over, slapping me over apparently "cheating". also telling me that chris didnt love me and i was just a good fuck.
and that's where i dont play.
shits about to go down.
"i'll beat her bitch-ass."
Tumblr media
extra: guys i felt so much relief releasing your surpise fic <33

Om ॐ
1. Origin in Sacred Texts The Om symbol finds its origin in the ancient Hindu scriptures, particularly in the Vedas and Upanishads. It is considered the primal sound that gave birth to the universe, encapsulating the essence of creation, preservation, and dissolution. The Mandukya Upanishad, in particular, delves into the profound significance of Om, describing it as the ultimate reality (Brahman) that transcends the limitations of time, space, and causation.
2. The Sound of the Universe Om is often referred to as the "Pranava," the sound of the universe itself. In Hindu cosmology, it is believed that the entire cosmos originated from the vibration of Om. Chanting or meditating upon Om is thought to attune the individual with the cosmic vibrations, harmonizing the microcosm with the macrocosm.
3. Symbolic Representation Visually, the Om symbol is represented by the characters "ॐ" in Devanagari script. It comprises three curves, one semicircle, and a dot, symbolizing the waking state (A), the dream state (U), and the state of deep sleep (M), with the dot representing the transcendent state beyond these three. Together, they represent the entirety of human experience and the cycle of creation, preservation, and dissolution.
4. Triadic Nature Om embodies the triadic nature of the divine, representing the Hindu trinity (Trimurti) of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. A, U, and M are associated with each of these deities, respectively. The silent pause after chanting Om, known as the "Anusvara" or "Dot," signifies the formless, transcendent reality beyond the manifest world.
5. Meditation and Spiritual Practice Chanting Om is a central aspect of meditation and spiritual practice in Hinduism. The rhythmic repetition of Om is believed to lead practitioners into a state of deep concentration, connecting them with the divine and facilitating inner transformation. It is a powerful tool for centering the mind and calming the fluctuations of thought.
6. Inner Harmony and Balance The vibrations of Om are said to resonate with the energy centers or chakras within the human body. Chanting Om is believed to activate and balance these energy centers, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is a tool for achieving inner harmony and a sense of equilibrium.
7. Universal Symbol Beyond its roots in Hinduism, the Om symbol has transcended cultural and religious boundaries to become a universally recognized icon of spirituality. It is embraced by practitioners of various spiritual traditions and is often used in yoga practices, where it serves as a focal point for meditation and mindfulness.
8. Artistic Depictions The Om symbol is often incorporated into artistic depictions, from intricate mandalas to sculptures and paintings. Its visual representation is a source of inspiration for artists, symbolizing the unity of all existence and the interconnectedness of the cosmos.
9. Integration into Daily Life In Hindu households, the Om symbol is commonly integrated into daily life. It is found on doorways, in prayer rooms, and on religious artifacts. Its presence serves as a reminder of the divine essence within and the interconnectedness of all life.
10. Beyond Religion While deeply rooted in Hinduism, the Om symbol has transcended religious boundaries. Its universal appeal lies in its capacity to convey profound spiritual truths and serve as a vehicle for personal and collective transformation. The essence of Om resonates with the fundamental truths that underlie the diversity of religious and cultural expressions.
Conclusion The Om symbol in Hinduism is more than a mere graphic representation; it is a cosmic sound, a sacred vibration, and a portal to the infinite. As practitioners chant, meditate, and contemplate its meaning, they enter into a space that transcends the limitations of the material world, connecting with the primal energy that animates the universe.
The Om symbol stands as a timeless reminder of the profound truths embedded in Hindu philosophy and serves as a beacon of spiritual wisdom for those seeking inner harmony, self-realization, and a deeper understanding of the mysteries of existence.

If u have any ideas pls batao ;)

Yess, some homely ways to remove negativity are mentioned below -
1. This method is to be done only on saturdays, take a glass half filled with water and a lemon (the lemon should be unfreezed and fresh). Hold the lemon and glass with water and set intentions to remove negativity and you may also chant the name of your deity/god. Put the lemon in the water and if the lemon sinks, there's definitely some negativity around, let it stay in the glass until it rises above surface level, by then the negative energy will be absorbed. Burry or burn the lemon afterwards.
2. Take a pinch of daily salt in your right hand (between your index finger and thumb) and put the intention to remove negativity. Move your hand with the pinch of salt, around your head 3 times in clockwise direction while chanting the name of your diety/god. Throw the pinch of salt in sink or outside your house right after moving it above your head and say "no evil energy lurkes near me" or "may the evil energy be removed"
This meathod works very well for depression and anxiety and suicidal thoughts, or when someone sends you negative energy which makes you feel depressed.
3. This is a meditation meathod, sit in a quiet and dark room, be in a meditative state. Call in your spirit guides, god you believe in, angels etc. To support you and protect you from anyone with evil intentions. Start Visualizing a purple and shiny protective layer around you, imagine and visualize it very deeply for like 3-5 mins. Say thank you to your guides and god and some affirmations to protect from evil energies. Open your eyes when you feel right.
4. Other than that you can wear some crystal bracelets or rings or carry them with yourself. You can also carry sigils and some items to help you
5. You can also light a diya with intention in front of your diety or god/goddess and ask them to protect you from evil energies.
I hope this helps 🧿💗

A Historical and Modern Lesson on Blessings
{My post is cross-posted from The Cobalt Athenaeum aka my original post. You can find the server at the bottom of my pinned post.}
Blessings bridge the earthly and spiritual worlds, bringing comfort, protection, and abundance into people’s lives. From ancient religious rites to modern witchcraft practices, blessings have been a way for humans to connect with the sacred and harness intentions. Let’s dive into where blessings come from and how they’ve evolved in witchcraft practices.
1. The Origins of Blessings: A Historical Perspective
Early Civilizations
Civilizations like ancient Egypt, Sumer, and Greece saw blessings as essential to their religious and daily lives. Egyptians believed blessings granted divine protection to their pharaohs, symbolized through objects like the ankh—a sign for life and prosperity. In ancient Sumer, people invoked blessings from gods like Enki and Inanna to watch over their families and cities, and to bring peace and abundance (Bauer, 2018).
The Influence of Monotheistic Religions
As monotheistic religions spread, blessings became a crucial part of faith practices in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. In Judaism, blessings like the Birkat Kohanim call upon God’s grace and peace. The Christian tradition also uses blessings, especially through the Psalms, which include passages on seeking divine protection and favor (Harris, 2020).
Medieval European Traditions
By the medieval era in Europe, blessings were everywhere—from fields blessed for a better harvest to knights blessed before battle. These religious blessings often blended with folk customs, where charms and amulets served as protective talismans, an extension of the blessing itself (Hall, 2016).
2. Blessings in Witchcraft: Past and Present
Ancient Roots in Folk Magic
In ancient and medieval folk magic, blessings protected the home, promoted good health, and encouraged fertility. These rituals were sometimes simple whispered words or chants over an object, thought to carry the protective energies of the natural world or the guidance of ancestors (Green, 2019).
Modern Witchcraft Practices
Today, blessings in witchcraft are dynamic and can be customized to suit the practitioner’s needs. Many modern witches bless their homes, crystals, and sacred tools by lighting candles, reciting incantations, or incorporating herbs like rosemary and lavender for peace, harmony and protection. Us practitioners believe blessings focus personal energy and intentions, anchoring them to a specific outcome (Morrison, 2020).
Accessibility in Witchcraft Blessings
Blessings today can be discreet and accessible. Written blessings, blessings done with small objects, or visualized blessings are great for practitioners who need a more flexible approach, whether practicing privately or with physical limitations. This adaptability is part of a broader movement in modern witchcraft to create more inclusive practices, as it should be. (Adler, 2021).
3. Blessings as Personal Empowerment
Intentions and Personal Connection
At their core, blessings are about setting clear intentions. Whether it’s a formal prayer or a whispered affirmation, they align us with energy for growth and protection. In witchcraft, the emphasis often lies in self-empowerment—directing blessings not just toward a higher power but channelling them through personal energy, which can give strength in times of need and despair.
Creating Your Own Blessings
Making a personalized blessing is simple and can hold unique power. Writing a few lines or phrases that reflect your hopes, and maybe holding an object like a crystal or candle as you bless it, can turn the blessing into a deeply personal ritual. The object can even act as a reminder of the blessing whenever you hold or see it.
Blessing a Person or a Place
Blessings for individuals and spaces have been practiced in many cultures as a way to promote protection, well-being, and harmony. Blessing a person often involves invoking spiritual support or positive energy, traditionally done through spoken words, gestures, or even anointing with sacred oils. In Christianity, for instance, blessings are commonly used in sacraments, such as the anointing of the sick, meant to provide healing and spiritual strength (Chadwick, 2019). Similarly, in Hinduism, blessings are given through touch, such as a guru placing a hand on the disciple’s head, believed to transfer divine grace (Flood, 2020).
Blessing a place—whether a home, temple, or other significant location—aims to purify and protect the area, creating a sacred atmosphere. This practice is prevalent in many spiritual traditions, from Tibetan Buddhism’s incense offerings to cleanse and sanctify spaces, to the Jewish tradition of blessing a new home by hanging a mezuzah on the doorpost, symbolizing divine protection over the household (Eisenberg, 2018). In modern witchcraft, blessing a space often involves tools like crystals, incense, or candles, with practitioners invoking positive energies and setting intentions for harmony within that environment (Morrison, 2020).
Across history, blessings have been a way to connect to something "greater". Whether as ancient temple rituals or modern-day witchcraft practices, blessings have always offered people a moment of peace, hope, and connection to their intentions. Through witchcraft, blessings continue to be a powerful tool for personal connection with the energies around us.

Ali gets skibidi rizzed LLLLLL
Ali/taytan/alis fifteen kids belong to dawn
Moon belongs to @billy-m00n
Solaris belongs to sunny
(chunk 1 written by me)
Let me tell you the story of the time the white rooms got skibi rizzed. one day ali was in the control booth with her seventeen kids, including moon, when suddenly... TAYTAN BUSTED IN. "thats it ali, im old and need to get hip with the kids, im pressing...THE SIGMA BUTTON!!!! "NO MAYSHED POHTAYTAN, DONT ITS TOO POWERFUL!" "TOO LATE" taytan yelled missing the button eighteen times before finally pressing it. "Ali i dont feel so good" moon told her before transforming into
(chunk 2 written by @dawncry
A SIGMA MALE. Ali gasped, "Oh no- MOO-" Moon shushed Ali, before motioning to her jawline. Ali screamed. It was too late. Her 17 kids all started shushing and mewing around her. "THE GRINDSET." They chanted, as she screamed, covering her head. "THE GRINDSET." Their voices warped, coming together in an unholy cacophony of noise. Screaming. Screaming was all that came. Their hands held together firmly, slowly melding into one singular line of bodies. They formed a circle, screams echoing around her, their gaping maws distorting as their mouths opened further. She felt their teeth, scraping against her skin as she screamed and flailed in terror. Yet they constricted around her, holding her steady to a position as their screams and bellows grew higher and louder. "PLEASE. PLEASE. SAVE ME-" Her yells were all but muffled by their limbs, covering her face, leaking into her mouth, her nose, her ears, her eyes. And then..
(chunk 3 written by @sundrizzle)
The NUMBER ONE SIGMA appeared from behind, her shadow falling onto the pile of Grindsetters and their victim. They shrieked and skittered away as fast as they could. 'Not so fast,' the NUMBER ONE SIGMA says as she pulls out her signiature move - she rizzes them tf UPPPPPP. 'Who's there?' Ali croaks weakly, too battered to raise her head. 'They call me Solarizz,' the NUMBER ONE SIGMA replied. 'Who are you?' 'Ali... Aliada.' she coughs blood onto the floor pathetically. Solarizz shakes her head. 'That name just won't do! From now on, you'll be known as Alislayda.' Ali nods, too wounded to argue. 'And your friend?' Moon shakes her head, and gestures scornfully at her jawline, and puts a finger to her lips. 'Oh, valid,' Solarizz replies, and considers. 'Reminds me, it's time for my daily mewing session.' 'Wait! But! I need the ambulance-' Ali cries from the ground. Solarizz shushes her, and gestures frantically at her jawline. Ali coughs, and after an hour of being shushed by the mewers, gives out and dies. THE END (she coquit <3) ౨ৎ

Part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 6, part 7
Sherlock x (married) oc!
Tumblr media
Devi's cab arrived at her desired destination, She couldn't dare to look at the black door again. The door she came through when she was baffled and inside, something bloomed so beautiful that she had to kill. Did she really kill her feelings? Will she ever be? Holmes' name was on her mind. She chanted his name like a mantra. She couldn't let herself get out of the cab. She sat there, until the cabbie spoke in his cockney accent, “we've arrived a minute ago”.
Devi startled in her seat and with a nod she got down. Her eyes were teary, was it really the last time she'll be seeing him? No… it can't be. Debashish is ruined for her, Holmes is the only person she could be with. Oh how cruel fate has been to her. Is it? She questioned that thought too. By turn of fate she met the love of her life.
Mrs Hudson, the landlady opened the door, Devi once talked to her, however she was in no mood to waste her time on her stories of her best friend leaving her wedding early. So she went straight to upstairs and knocked at the door.
Her heart belated faster as Holmes opened the door, doctor Watson was with him too, greeting Devi, yet Devi only looked at Holmes. They let her in silently. There was a storm inside Devi but there was also a tiny storm in Sherlock Holmes. Why not? She's still Devi, the client he called his friend and cared for her. Devi turned finally to both of them and said,
“Mr Holmes, Dr Watson, thank you so much for your help! My husband would have been jobless in no time, if not for you two.”
“And Holmes would have had to pass another few weeks in his usual black mood if not for you, Mrs Dey!” Dr Watson chuckled as he replied, letting Devi have a good laugh too. Holmes smiled at his comment. He wanted to laugh but perhaps he too knew why Devi's here.
Devi kept gazing at Mr Holmes, with all the Love she held in her eyes, and all the sorrow of leaving him. Holmes stared at her too, in silence.
Devi opened her mouth to say something but stopped immediately as she found doctor Watson gazing at them with curiosity. He understood what she meant, after clearing his throat he took his leave, letting Devi and Holmes have the conversation Devi intended to have.
Devi began, “My husband’s employers have taken his suspension order back. They have asked him to resume his work as soon as he is able to.”
Holmes nodded before answering, ofcourse! He hated it. Why's marriage so important? After everything Devi is still managing to remain a house wife of that stupid man? Ofcourse he didn't reciprocated her feelings but she could re-start her sitaar, Holmes gave his notes to her too. Is she too much drowned in the marriage that she didn't understand his indication? She needed herself not her bloody husband. He didn't say any of this, he remained calm and answered as he thought he should, “Ah, I knew you would make it up with your husband! Some disputes here and there are quite common in marriages, or so I have heard.
Devi opened her mouth to explain the truth to Mr Holmes, but then she refrained. Some disputes?! She wished she could tell him everything, but what will it do? She chose this life so she decided to change the topic. “He is not going to work in The Daily Telegraph, London. He does not know where he would go or what he would do, but we are certainly moving out of London within a week” She paused. “He is a self-respecting man. He will not be able to work in a place where he almost got imprisoned when he was blameless.” She sighed remembering what that meant, the cause of her visit to Holmes, she could cry, she wanted to but she gulped her sorrow and said, “I suppose I will never see you again.”
Mr Holmes took her by her shoulders and gazed into her eyes. He knew he's the only one who could give Devi some peace at least at this moment of separation, he started softly, addressing her by her first name effortlessly, “Devi, do not be so certain about something, of which you have no way to be certain about. My casework is not limited to London,” he said and smiled. “If you wish, you could just close your eyes and picture my face. Who is to say - perhaps I would be right outside your House!”
They both laughed together, although Devi wished for everything he said comes true. She couldn't stop hoping for one day he'll love her the way she wants. Maybe, maybe not. Who knows about him anyway. No one. Devi looked down and wipe tear from the corner of her eyes. She was both happy and sad at the same time. Happy because she was Holmes, sad, because she's leaving him, uncertain of them ever seeing eachother's face ever again.
“You would ruin your kohl if you cried.” Holmes shrugged with his brow raised and lips pursed.
Devi laughed a bit more as she dabbed her eyes with her saree cloth. She tried as hard as possible to compose herself in front of the detective. But he's doing it again. Noticing every detail about her, this what made her fall for him in the first place. Did Debashish ever tried to notice anything about her? No. But he…. Alas, yet they're to be separated,
“All right.” she said, trying hard to stay calm.
Devi stretched her arms and Holmes stepped forward to embrace her. Devi closed her eyes as Holmes' arms wrapped her. The warmth she felt was indescribable and probably she'll never have it ever again. No, she can't let go of it. Oh God why's love a punishment to her. Why's it so? However she had a duty, so she opened her eyes and finally pulled herself away.
After letting each other go, Holmes folded his hands and said, “Nomoskar,” in his own accent. Trying hard not to offend her and her very sweet language.
Devi folded her hands too and left the flat. She would bawl like a small child on the spot if she did not leave right away. Leaving was, not that easy as it seemed like. Leaving was painful. Because it wasn't the true Devi that just went out of 221b Baker Street. This Devi left an important part of her here. Her heart.
Holmes had been staring out of the window of the flat so that he could look at Devi for as long as he could. Wishing if he could do more for her. Perhaps making sure she resumes playing sitar? He would have done that if she stayed but… she's leaving. She's going far. He knew himself, no matter what he says, if his mind palace is cluttered perhaps one day Devi would be deleted. He feared it. He hoped Devi never stops writing letters to him. But what if she forgets him? If she gets children and gets busy? Busy enough to forget Sherlock Holmes? Will her children, if she ever has them, know about him? All these thoughts surrounded him. Devi's departure was saddening. However who knows what future holds, either one day they'll see eachother again, embrace again, he'll see Devi's beautiful innocent eyes too. Or perhaps one day the memory of Devi Dey will be deleted and the man named Sherlock Holmes will just fade from Devi as well. Latter one was hard to accept even for Holmes.
Watson showed up from his bedchamber. He smirked seeing his friend staring out of his window, savouring the moment of watching Devi as long as he can, “Why, what happened to your mood, dear fellow?”
“She is leaving town within a week. Devi.” He said turning to him, leaving the window as finally Devi disappeared into the crowd.
The two men froze for a second. There was clear sign of disappointment in his eyes.
“First-name basis, Holmes?” watson asked, sitting in his chair and taking out his pipe. He wondered if Devi melted the glacier even a tiny bit.
Holmes shrugged again, as he sat infront of him with a sigh, “She insisted that I call her that.”
“Are you -”
“Yes, my boy. I am sure that I have not magically developed any sentiments of that sort for Devi. I sincerely hope that we are done.” He cut him off before he could complete his stupid question. Stupid, yes, he's Sherlock Holmes, he's married to his work and that was the truth. However Devi was a breath of fresh air to him just like he was to Devi. Well more than that.
Watson nodded. “Yes we are.” He walked across the room to stand by the window to get a glimpse of Devi however she was gone already. Holmes shook his head and got up to draw the curtains. Enough sentiments for this whole time.
Watson turned around to face Holmes, smiling ruefully at him. “It must have taken a lot for Mr and Mrs Dey to be able to live together in a civil way again.” He too was rather concerned for them. A broken loveless marriage. Dear lord, how might that'll be?
“Quite so, Watson.” Holmes nodded.
“I do not think that marriage would be anything other than loveless now.”
Holmes remained silent as he did not know what to say. He doesn't know anything about love or marriage, he might not be the person to comment on it.
“Perhaps two broken hearts can fix each other.” watson added, a positive sentence to cheer Holmes up. Perhaps in an unknown land, Devi and Debashis will find eachother as pillar for one another. However… things might also turn out to be drastically different.
“I doubt it, Watson.” Holmes sighed. “If only Mr Dey cared for Devi.” He's never trusted Debashis with his wife. And human emotions? He wish he knew about it more. He hoped one thing for now, for Devi to never stop writing to him in near future. At this point he was clearly aware, Devi Dey will live longer in his mind.
They both fell silent for some time, wondering about her.
The silence was broken by a sharp knock at the door of the flat.
Mrs Hudson opened the door and let herself in finding both the men standing in silence, looking at the ground. “Here is a letter for you, Mr Holmes.”
Holmes accepted the letter without a word. Mrs Hudson saw him but didn't bother to speak. Who knows what's going in him anyway so she did what she could, left him with his letter and Watson.
“Does Mrs Dey really miss you that much?” Watson joked to make the situation lighter.
Holmes looked up from the letter at Watson and noticed a mischievous smile playing across his lips. “Hush, Watson!”
Watson chuckled and came closer to look at the letter.
“I see, we have another case already.” Holmes handed the letter to Watson. “Look at this peculiar paper quality. What do you infer from it, Watson?”
Thus, Mr Sherlock Holmes and Dr John Watson moved on to what they both did the best: solving crimes and helping people. The new adventure was afoot.

Creating a power object
A power object, also called a talisman or charm, acts as a focal point to continuously channel Satanic energy toward your goals. For wealth and prestige, you can create a luxurious and personalized item to amplify your rituals.
Steps to Create a Power Object:
1. Select the Object:
Choose something meaningful and tied to your business or goals. For example:
• A pendant or ring (representing wealth and prestige).
• A luxury pen used for signing contracts.
• A small piece of lace or material from your products.
2. Cleanse the Object:
Before imbuing it with energy, cleanse it to remove residual vibrations. Use one of the following methods:
• Pass it through the smoke of incense (dragon’s blood or sandalwood).
• Sprinkle it with salt water.
• Leave it under the light of the moon for one night.
3. Ritual to Charge the Object:
1. Prepare the Space:
Set up your altar with candles, incense, and your chosen item. Place a sigil of Satan or your personalized wealth sigil nearby.
2. Invocation:
Light the candles and call upon Satan, saying:
“Satan, Bringer of Power and Dominion,
I dedicate this [object] to the energies of wealth and success.
Let it radiate your strength and guide my path to luxury and abundance.”
3. Empower the Object:
• Hold the object in your hands and visualize dark, golden energy flowing into it, charging it with wealth and prestige.
• Chant:
“By Satan’s might and my will strong,
To wealth and power, this belongs.
Let its essence call to me,
A life of opulence for eternity.”
4. Seal the Energy:
Anoint the object with a luxurious oil (e.g., myrrh, frankincense, or a blend of cinnamon and patchouli).
5. Use the Object:
• Wear the jewelry daily or during rituals.
• Keep the charm near your workspace.
• Use the pen for important contracts or agreements.
Astrological Timing for Maximum Potency
Astrology can enhance the effectiveness of your rituals by aligning with planetary energies. For wealth and prestige, work with:
1. Venus (Wealth and Luxury):
• Perform rituals on a Friday, during the Waxing Moon, when Venus is strong.
• Best hours: Venus hours (can be calculated using a planetary hours app).
2. Jupiter (Expansion and Abundance):
• Perform rituals on a Thursday for growth and prosperity.
• Ideal during a Waxing or Full Moon in Taurus, Leo, or Capricorn (signs of wealth and stability).
3. New Moon or Waxing Moon:
• Start new ventures or wealth-oriented rituals during these phases to align with growth.
If you’d like, I can help determine upcoming auspicious dates based on your location or provide additional chants for specific planetary alignments. Let me know!

────────── ・ 。 ✡︎ : 。゚. ☽Chodesh Tov!☽  . 。゚ : ✡︎ . ──────────
Today is the last day of Rosh Chodesh in Tamuz and we thought of putting out a little article for our server on what it is. Rosh Chodesh, literally translated as “head of the month”, is the beginning of every month in the Hebrew calendar, marked by the birth of a new moon. It usually lasts about two to three days. The next one, Rosh Chodesh Av, falls on August 4th to 5th.
The very first mention of Rosh Chodesh is also in the very first commandment G-d gives us.
The Lord said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt: This month shall mark for you the beginning of the months; it shall be the first of the months of the year for you. Exodus.12.1-2
This is important because it is a marker of our freedom. Counting the months allowed us to gain agency of our time, “each new month is another reminder of [our] freedom.” [1]
Rosh Chodesh is also very special for women. One reason given is that since women did not offer their jewelry to the Golden Calf and as a result were given Rosh Chodesh to rest and abstain from work. Another reason given is the waxing and waning of a woman's period, connecting us to the moon.
Now the important question is, how do we celebrate Rosh Chodesh? In Numbers 10:10 G-d tells us to sound the trumpets over offerings and in Psalms 81:4 to once again blow the horn.
And on your joyous occasions—your fixed festivals and new moon days—you shall sound the trumpets over your burnt offerings and your sacrifices of well-being. They shall be a reminder of you before your G-d: I, יהוה, am your G-d. (Numbers 10:10)
Blow the horn on the new moon, on the full moon for our feast day. (Psalms 81:4)
Which is something done on Rosh Hashanah does as well to bring in the new year. Remind anyone else of music and/or sound magic?
[2] "In each of the three daily prayers we insert a special paragraph, beginning with the words. Yaaleh veyavo, in which we ask G‑d to remember us and favor us at this auspicious time. A [short version] of Hallel, a collection of psalms of praise (Psalms 113–118), is recited after the morning services. The Torah is taken out and we read four aliyahs from Numbers 28, where G‑d dictates the Rosh Chodesh sacrifices. The Song of the Day is followed by Psalms 104, which contains the words, “He made the moon to mark the seasons.” This is followed by an additional prayer service called musaf, in commemoration of the additional Temple sacrifices."
For some more casual ways on how we can celebrate Rosh Chodesh, bake some bread! And don’t forget to share it with your family and friends. This is an auspicious day, so put down more food on your table to feast. Women and nonbinary folk get to gather together and study torah, share a meal. “Rosh Chodesh has long been a time for Jewish women to gather for a wide variety of activities, from reciting traditional liturgy, to sharing a meal, discussing Jewish ethics, and working for social change.”[3] It's a time to Explore spirituality, religious education, ritual, health issues, music, chanting, art, and/or cooking. Some groups that are formed to celebrate Rosh Chodesh also choose to educate young Jewish women in their community about sexuality, self-image, and other women's mental and physical health issues. And finally its also a time to connect with the Connect with the Shekinah, which is the divine presence and feminine aspect of G-d. The moon is often likened to the Shekinah.
Some extra Magical ways to celebrate!
Do some grounded meditations
Do a tarot reading reflecting on the previous month and another for the month of Tamuz
Do some kitchen magic and bake some bread or other food
Do some sound/music magic by blowing a horn
Discussion Question
How are you going to celebrate Rosh Chodesh today or in the future?

Remedies for Missing Number 1 in Numerology by Dr. Aneil Kkhare |Dubai's best Numerologist |+971 50 594 7781 |www.numeroclinnic.com
In numerology, the number 1 represents leadership, individuality, and self-confidence. Dr. Aneil Kkhare, Dubai’s leading numerology expert, explains that people with a strong presence of number 1 tend to be natural leaders with a strong sense of self and ambition. However, when number 1 is missing in your Lo Shu Grid, it can lead to self-doubt, a lack of direction, and an inability to assert yourself. Fortunately, Dr. Aneil Kkhare offers several remedies that can help you cultivate these important qualities and bring balance into your life.
1. Affirmations to Boost Self-Confidence
According to Dr. Aneil Kkhare, one of the most effective ways to remedy a missing number 1 is through the daily practice of positive affirmations. Affirmations like "I am confident in my abilities" and "I am a leader" can shift your mindset. Dr. Aneil Kkhare, based in Dubai, recommends standing in front of a mirror while repeating these affirmations to create a powerful mental transformation and boost self-belief.
2. Surround Yourself with the Color Red
Dr. Aneil Kkhare emphasises the importance of using color therapy to activate the energy of the missing number 1. In numerology, the color red is linked to power, vitality, and assertiveness. Incorporate red into your wardrobe, home, or workspace to invoke the leadership qualities associated with number 1. Whether in Dubai or elsewhere, using red will help you feel more confident and ready to take charge.
3. Carry or Wear Ruby or Red Jasper
Dr. Aneil Kkhare suggests that wearing gemstones like ruby or red jasper can further enhance the qualities of number 1. These gemstones are known to boost confidence and courage. If you’re in Dubai or seeking a consultation with Dr. Aneil Kkhare, he can guide you in selecting the right stone to align with your personal numerology chart. Carrying or wearing these stones can help you radiate leadership and self-assurance.
4. Practice Leadership Skills
Dr. Aneil Kkhare advises that practicing leadership in everyday life is key to overcoming a missing number 1. Whether you're based in Dubai or any other part of the world, Dr. Aneil Kkhare encourages you to actively put yourself in leadership positions, such as organizing events or taking charge at work. This hands-on approach will gradually build your confidence and decision-making abilities.
5. Sun Meditation and Sun Exposure
Dr. Aneil Kkhare emphasizes the close connection between number 1 and the Sun, which symbolizes energy and power. He recommends daily sun meditation to harness the Sun's vitality. Whether in Dubai’s warm climate or elsewhere, spending time in sunlight and visualizing its energy filling you with strength can help activate the number 1 qualities. According to Dr. Kkhare, the Sun's rays are crucial in balancing the absence of number 1 in your grid.
6. Creative Visualization
Dr. Aneil Kkhare encourages using creative visualization as a remedy for missing number 1. Imagine yourself embodying the traits of a leader—strong, confident, and in control of your life. Visualization helps to reprogram the subconscious, fostering leadership and independence. Based in Dubai, Dr. Aneil Kkhare can guide you through this process to ensure you're tapping into the power of your inner leader.
7. Donate to Charitable Causes
Dr. Aneil Kkhare suggests that acts of charity can help overcome the lack of number 1 energy. Giving to others requires taking initiative, which fosters leadership. Whether you’re donating time or resources, Dr. Aneil Kkhare, Dubai’s premier numerology consultant, recommends this as a simple yet effective way to strengthen your leadership qualities while making a positive impact on your community.
8. Mantras and Chanting
Chanting mantras is another powerful remedy for missing number 1, says Dr. Aneil Kkhare. The Sun mantra, "Om Surya Namaha," is particularly beneficial. Dr. Aneil Kkhare, based in Dubai, advises chanting this mantra daily to invoke the Sun’s strength and boost confidence. Regular chanting helps align your energy with the qualities of leadership and self-assurance associated with number 1.
9. Declutter Your Environment
According to Dr. Aneil Kkhare, having a cluttered environment can block the energy of number 1. Decluttering your home or workspace—whether in Dubai or elsewhere—creates space for clarity and leadership to flourish. An organized environment allows you to focus on your goals, which is essential for developing the qualities of number 1.
10. Journaling for Self-Expression
Dr. Aneil Kkhare suggests keeping a journal to reflect on your thoughts, actions, and leadership growth. Writing regularly about your experiences and goals helps foster self-awareness and boosts confidence. Whether you’re in Dubai or abroad, Dr. Aneil Kkhare believes that journaling is a powerful tool to help you embody the qualities of number 1 in your life.
Dr. Aneil Kkhare, Dubai’s leading numerology expert, explains that missing the number 1 in your numerology chart can result in challenges related to confidence, leadership, and assertiveness. However, through the remedies outlined above, you can activate the energy of number 1 in your life. From affirmations and gemstones to creative visualisation and leadership practice, Dr. Aneil Kkhare provides practical solutions to help you harness the power of number 1 and step into your leadership potential.

Skyhold Conversation: Specialization
Templar - Ser
Skhyold Masterpost
Ser: Herald. I hear you wish training so you don't embarrass those sworn to you. I am summoned to offer instruction in the physical aspect of the templar. I am Ser.
PC: Ser what?
Ser: Ser. Our time is brief, Herald. I trust you are serious?
Dialogue options:
Special (talked to Cullen about lyrium): Cullen paints a grim picture. [1]
General: I thank you, Ser. [2]
General: If you're Ser, I'm Inquisitor. [3]
General (sided templars): I know about the Order. [4]
General (sided mages): Just teach me about the Order. [5]
1 - Special: Cullen paints a grim picture. PC: My general has not given glowing reports of templar life. Ser: Yet you are here. Do you search for higher meaning behind such details? I don’t tach that. [6]
2 - General: I thank you, Ser. PC: Ser, I welcome and look forward to your instruction. Ser: I've no doubt. Many want to be part of the Order and what it stands for. I don't teach that. [6]
3 - General: If you're Ser, I'm Inquisitor. PC: Very well, "Ser." Call me Inquisitor. Ser: I don't instruct from below, and I'm not one of your troops. Nor am I a member of the Templar Order. [6]
4 - General: I know about the Order. PC: You can spare the ceremony. I'm well acquainted with the Order.
Ser (allied templars): You allied with the Order, proved yourself to them. Ser (conscripted templars): The Order is gone, but you proved yourself to what remains.
Ser: I do not teach "The Order." [6]
5 - General: Just teach me about the Order. PC: Tell me about the Templar Order. Ser: The Order is scattered. Broken by this Corypheus. I do not teach "The Order." [6]
6 - Scene continues.
Ser: The Order, faith, is not where templar abilities come from. Faith is how templars endure their abilities. I teach how to deny magicks. Not fight, not match. Deny. And that lies in lyrium. How you endure will be your own affair.
7 - Dialogue options:
Dwarf: I’m a dwarf. I’ll be fine. [8] Special (claimed chosen): Andraste's Chosen will endure. [9] Investigate (non-Andrastian PC): I’m not very religious. [10] Investigate: What is the philter? [11] Investigate: What are the risks? [12] Investigate: Why is this a good discipline? [13] General: Show me what is involved. [14]
8 - Dwarf: I’m a dwarf. I’ll be fine. PC: My people are resistant to lyrium. I won’t have a problem. Ser: That mistake has killed more of you than I care to count. There is a difference between exposure and infusion. Rely on what you will. We are all invincible before the pain. [back to 7]
9 - Special: Andraste's Chosen will endure. PC: I was meant for this. The blessing of Andraste ensures I will endure. Ser: Believe that. Believe it with all your might. PC: It's a direct blessing. Ser: Do you feel it in your bones every second? That's what's coming. [back to 7]
10 - Investigate: I’m not very religious. PC: I’m not that involved with the faith side of things. Ser: I don’t quote the Chant of Light. Know it or don’t. I has proven useful to many. But it has failed some, too. Whatever you need, keep it dear. [back to 7]
11 - Investigate: What is the philter? PC: This philter, describe it. Ser: It is a simple box. Or an ornate one. It has simple tools, or bejeweled. Depends on what you need. You will use it to prepare the daily draught of lyrium that allows the denial of magic. No one else can do this for you. Soon you won't know you're doing it. It will be part of you. [back to 7]
12 - Investigate: What are the risks? PC: What is it that I will endure?
PC (talked to Cullen about lyrium): I know what my general is going through. PC (sided templars): The Inquisition templars seem fine.
Ser: Inside you, there is something you don't know you possess. Becoming a templar will make you keenly aware. You will feel empowered. It is joyous. But once you are accustomed, that something will get hungry. You have never felt this. The Order fights it with brotherhood. I don't know what a Herald has. [back to 7]
13 - Investigate: Why is this a good discipline? PC: All right, tell me what the benefits are. Ser: Magic was meant to serve man. This is ensured through the muscle and will of templars. We deny the mage his magic. We deny the demon its magic. We are the beacon of right on the battlefield. The benefits? Herald, the benefit is control. [back to 7]
14 - General: Show me what is involved. PC: Very well, Ser. I am ready to learn. Ser: They all say that. Here. Know that this is merely an introduction. The steps are simple. Kill, learn, construct. If you do not pray, Inquisitor, I recommend starting. If only to drown the philter's call. Scene ends.
If the PC speaks with them before gathering all the materials:
Ser: You know what is needed, Herald.
Ser: You have the task. Get to it.
When the PC has gathered the required materials:
Ser: You constructed your philter?
PC: I have.
If PC already has specialization Ser: Set it aside and never touch it. You have taken another discipline. Templars cannot split their focus. Let it serve as a reminder. You know more than most. Scene ends.
Ser: Then you've started. Remember, keep dear what you need.
Dialogue options:
I’m not ready. (Do not commit to a class specialization.) [15]
Train me as a templar. (Commit to the Templar class specialization.) [16]
15 - I’m not ready. Not yet. I’ll come back. Scene ends.
16 - Train me as a templar. PC: I am ready Ser. Ser: There is a ritual. There is pain. After that, the rest is learning to take the punch. Welcome, templar. Scene ends.
The PC speaks with them after taking the specialization:
Ser: You have the skill, but not the title. That's on you.
Ser: The others may welcome you as a templar. Or not.
Ser: You took quickly to the training. We'll keep it up.
Ser: Inquisitor.
Ambient dialogue:
Cassandra:
Ser: I am not as versed in the Seeker variations of our training. Cassandra (after personal quest): It matters little now. The Order is no more. Cassandra (before personal quest): There are… key differences. ㅤㅤ ㅤ
Cassandra: You have everything you need? Ser: More than enough. You’ve done well. ㅤㅤ ㅤ
Cassandra: I trust you received the lyrium you requested? Ser: I did. Most kind of you to accommodate my needs, Lady Cassandra.
Cullen:
Ser: Any word from Ferelden? Cullen: Many, but not from him. ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤ ㅤ
Ser: The Order has been through much. Cullen: The Order brought it on itself. ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤ ㅤ
Ser: It's best I don't train with the troops. Cullen: Yes, it is.
In the Chantry:
Ser: It’s quiet. I don’t like quiet.
Ser: Our Lady, thank you for sheparding those I send you.
Ser: Blessed are the righteous, so far as they know.
In the training area:
Ser: I've seen bigger castles fall. But not better.
Ser: Training here will save them out there. If they're smart.
Ser: A good place to pick yourself up and dust off.

Om ॐ
1. Origin in Sacred Texts
The Om symbol finds its origin in the ancient Hindu scriptures, particularly in the Vedas and Upanishads.
2. The Sound of the Universe
Om is often referred to as the "Pranava," the sound of the universe itself. In Hindu cosmology, it is believed that the entire cosmos originated from the vibration of Om. Chanting or meditating upon Om is thought to attune the individual with the cosmic vibrations, harmonizing the microcosm with the macrocosm.
3. Symbolic Representation
Visually, the Om symbol is represented by the characters "ॐ" in Devanagari script.
4. Triadic Nature
Om embodies the triadic nature of the divine, representing the Hindu trinity (Trimurti) of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. A, U, and M are associated with each of these deities, respectively. The silent pause after chanting Om, known as the "Anusvara" or "Dot," signifies the formless, transcendent reality beyond the manifest world.
5. Meditation and Spiritual Practice
Chanting Om is a central aspect of meditation and spiritual practice in Hinduism. The rhythmic repetition of Om is believed to lead practitioners into a state of deep concentration, connecting them with the divine and facilitating inner transformation. It is a powerful tool for centering the mind and calming the fluctuations of thought.
6. Inner Harmony and Balance
The vibrations of Om are said to resonate with the energy centers or chakras within the human body. Chanting Om is believed to activate and balance these energy centers, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is a tool for achieving inner harmony and a sense of equilibrium.
7. Universal Symbol
Beyond its roots in Hinduism, the Om symbol has transcended cultural and religious boundaries to become a universally recognized icon of spirituality. It is embraced by practitioners of various spiritual traditions and is often used in yoga practices, where it serves as a focal point for meditation and mindfulness.
8. Artistic Depictions
The Om symbol is often incorporated into artistic depictions, from intricate mandalas to sculptures and paintings. Its visual representation is a source of inspiration for artists, symbolizing the unity of all existence and the interconnectedness of the cosmos.
9. Integration into Daily Life
In Hindu households, the Om symbol is commonly integrated into daily life. It is found on doorways, in prayer rooms, and on religious artifacts. Its presence serves as a reminder of the divine essence within and the interconnectedness of all life.
10. Beyond Religion
While deeply rooted in Hinduism, the Om symbol has transcended religious boundaries. Its universal appeal lies in its capacity to convey profound spiritual truths and serve as a vehicle for personal and collective transformation. The essence of Om resonates with the fundamental truths that underlie the diversity of religious and cultural expressions.
Conclusion
The Om symbol in Hinduism is more than a mere graphic representation; it is a cosmic sound, a sacred vibration, and a portal to the infinite.

Chanting" Practice for the Disabled: A Path to Tranquility and Enlightenment
Foreword: In the realm of Buddhist practices, the Surangama Sutra and Pureland School of Buddhism have offered various techniques for attaining enlightenment. However, there has been a notable absence of guidance for individuals with disabilities in traditional teachings, particularly in the context of chanting the holy name of Amitabha. This article addresses this gap by introducing "chanting" practices tailored for people with different disabilities, based on the fundamental principles underlying Amitabha chanting.
Note: The author refers to an article written in Chinese in August 1991, titled "ݻ٩," which was included in the book "@Qu" for free distribution.
Introduction: The impermanence of all things is a fundamental teaching in Buddhism, and disability is considered an impermanent condition that can affect anyone at any time. Recognizing the growing awareness for the well-being of disabled individuals, the author emphasizes the need for practices that cater to various disabilities. The ultimate goal is to provide a path to peace and even enlightenment for those who may be unable to engage in traditional chanting practices.
"Chanting" Practice Overview: The practice of chanting Amitabha is described as a holistic training for both the mind and body. It involves concentration practice to eliminate distractions and broaden one's view, leading to the deepening of wisdom and compassion. The article asserts that the long-term practice of chanting Amitabha can bring about a constant sense of peace and a resilient attitude toward life's challenges.
Practices for Different Faculties: The author introduces various "chanting" practices based on specific human faculties. The classification includes practices for the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind.
1. "Chanting" by Eyes:
* Select an image of a Buddha or Bodhisattva for daily viewing.
* Sit quietly at a set time, focusing on the image attentively.
* Gradually develop familiarity with the image to facilitate concentration and realization.
2. "Chanting" by Ears:
* Choose a chanting tape, preferably melodious.
* Listen daily at a set time for a definite period.
* Encourage continuous internal chanting by playing the tape frequently.
3. "Chanting" by Nose:
* Be mindful of the breath, following its flow in and out through the nostrils.
* Alternatively, be mindful of the sense of smelling without judgment.
* Both practices can be done daily or as desired, but not simultaneously.
4. "Chanting" by Tongue:
* Audibly or silently chant Amitabha with slight movement of the tongue.
* Rhythmically touch the upper palate with the tip of the tongue.
* Be mindful of the taste in the mouth without judgment.
* All three practices can be done daily or as desired, but not simultaneously.
5. "Chanting" by Body:
* Prostrate to an image or holy name with concentration and reverence.
* Use beads to maintain mindfulness through rhythmic movement.
* Feel the pulse on the wrist, being mindful of the pulsation.
* Tap a rhythmic tempo with a hand, foot, finger, or toe, being mindful of each tapping.
* All practices can be done daily or as desired.
6. "Chanting" by Mind:
* Continuously maintain a holy name, mantra, or melodious chanting in the heart.
* Consider any thought related to the merits or teachings of Buddha as a form of "chanting" on Buddha.
Conclusion: The article concludes by suggesting that individuals with normal faculties can choose a practice mentioned above to exercise their minds. For those who become disabled, the provided practices can be adapted or personalized based on the same underlying principles. The author also encourages the dissemination of these practices to disabled individuals and emphasizes the importance of dedicating merits to those unable to practice themselves.
Salutations: The article ends with salutations to Amitabha Buddha, the compassionate Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, and Green Tara—expressing gratitude for their guidance and compassion toward all sentient beings, especially those facing difficulties.
