this might be old hat, but do you think a chairopractor might help? Like something could be out of alignment and making shit worse?

Not sure honestly, my rheum is sending me to physical therapy but I cant fuckin get in til next friday so in the mean time I’m kinda just sitting here in pain :(

I thought about a chiro but idk how I could afford one, maybe I can find one on a sliding scale or a massage school here or something but...I think first I’ll try the phys therapy first and go from there
