yes. Me. you should say something else
#in seriousness a lot of civil rights events took place here in selma montgomery birmingham etc. and we have#trails. museums. and a lot of other important sites to explore#helen kellers home is also here in tuscumbia . we also have smith lake which is hundreds of feet deep & has a petrified forest at thebottom#the us space and rocket center is in huntsville#hangoutfest happens here at the hangout in gulf shores which is like a huge music festival#moundville archaeological park near tuscaloosa is a very big deal as it was once a political center for five centuries of indigenousnations#such as the muscogee chickasaw and choctaw peoples#umm also literally any of our parks and trails. this state is so fucking beautiful. our beaches are gorgeous#desoto falls is a must see. we have a couple of really awsome cave systems to explore#cahaba river is beautiful#ummm my state is great if you want to see things that are very pretty. thats why its called alabama the beautiful#also of course to know more about civil rights. go to selma to see the bridge and montgomery has the freedom riders tour and more#birmingham is obviously an epicenter and the birmingham civil rights institute and museum are great

#Flight Rising#more breeds have been added since last time I looked!! it goes all the way to Veilspun now! :D#in the meantime I used the Gaoler base for my Obelisks#and the Banescale base (and 2 seconds of crappy photoshop duplication) for my Aberrations#will probably use the Spiral for my Undertides when they reach full size but that will depend on how the wing sizes look on it#I will cross that bridge when I come to it tho lol#... *happy sigh* there's just something very satisfying about seeing how GIGANTIC my most ancient dragon is#he's that watermelon-winged Guardian right in the center

#horizon forbidden west#hfw#no man's land#hfw photomode#fun fact: the river you cross with talanah on the way to the old battlefield is the very same aloy has her near-death experience in#the little hole she gets spat out of latopolis of is pretty much in the center of the first pic#where the little waterfall is coming out of the ridge to the right#and the spot she washes up on is down by the tree in the distance on the last pic#which once again is incidentally right below the ridge you meet talanah on while for a longleg and leaplasher fighting date#essentially what i'm saying is#why no talanah rescue#if you were to camp out on the battlefield#and there was a weird big red-lightning storm#the best shelter is the ruined bridge#which is essentially within spitting distance of aloy's unfortunate exit hole#yes i'm insane yes y'all going to suffer for it#i promise i'll go to the usual scheduled thornmarsh posting very soon#because i accidentally came through the area yesterday again while looking for lowland's path to acquire the nora valiant#and just as accidentally my hand slipped#you know how it is

okay so ya know how in spiderman 2 when otto is in control of his arms the lights in the center are white but when the tentacles are in control the light is red?
well they kept that in no way home BUT i noticed that when tom holland peter gets control of the arms its blue
