When Nuclei Awakes
A Journey into the Depths of Cellular ConsciousnessIn a moment of profound awakening, it’s said that every fibre of our being tunes into a profound truth, a realization that resonates through every cell, molecule, and atom within us. The human body, a vast universe of about 37.2 trillion cells, becomes a mirror reflecting this profound awareness. Among these, about 30 trillion are eukaryotic…

Anyone else remember that philosophical short story about reincarnation that was popular in like 2013ish ? Called The Egg or something like that
The damage that it has done to conversations about reincarnation is unforgivable
#like it’s a fine story but it has no basis in historical theology for one#and for 2 when we’re talking about cells being recycled and cellular memory and like consciousness theory it’s fucking irrelevant#believe what you want but also maybe don’t get your beliefs from viral posts#roar

Opinion: We Need to Start Talking About Violent Feminist Activism Seriously
while i do not think that females are as violent or would be as violent as males without patriarchal obstruction, i think it's mostly the emasculation of women (female socialization) that leads to this demureness that perpetuates female subjugation. we often frame femininity as something that inhibits consciousness-raising, but it is actually far more frightening and deeper than that. femininity and its practices inhibit female self-worth which in turn causes women to devalue themselves. this is why women are not accustomed to fighting for themselves, like every other animal (male and female) on this earth. women are so used to "lying down and taking it" because it is something they are primed to do. the danger of femininity isn't just that it deforms our bodies or divides us from each other, it is that it physically and mentally disables our ability to fight back.
i have often neglected to mention alternative methods in my separatist posts, but separatism is not the only way we can enact large-scale societal transformation. it is the only nonviolent way.
the truth of the matter is, as much as we make jokes and fantasize about killing men, the reason most women and girls "behave" when it comes to men and men do not "behave" when it comes to women is because women simply aren't feared, despite the fact that we have the power to become a threat. even in feminist circles such as this, talk of women physically harming men is seen as taboo, as something that can be easily used against us. so we have to constantly disclose that we aren't serious. i think this is part of the problem.
the other word for fear is respect. men cannot respect or revere men they do not fear on some level. in a twisted way, in order for women to become human to men, we have to get scary. we have to hold real power over them and become intolerant to them.
this doesn't necessarily have to be done strictly in violent ways. resisting femininity can range from allowing ourselves to frown and even scowl in public, not being hospitable toward men, not complimenting, affirming, validating or cleaning up after them. but the point of combatting female socialization is resisting the role of women in patriarchal society: sexual object, or in other words, victim. it is the victimization of women that men find especially erotic. that's why consensual sex isn't enough for them. they are fuelled by female terror.
in short, gyns, i'm saying the time has come when we should aim to put the fear of god in these bastards. the only way they will view rape as badly as they view cannibalism is if there is a constant looming threat of brutal social castration. they need to fear social punishment, which is difficult because half of society is made up of men that approve. so how can the other half, women, make it so that the other half are afraid to do so?
which brings us, ironically, back to separatism and also gender non-conformity. in order for women to reach a place where we can defend ourselves using violence and not get taken ten steps back for killing/maiming a rapist, pedo, abuser we need women to have access to ironclad female solidarity.
male solidarity is what keeps the status quo intact, and female solidarity is its only worthy counterpoint. the reason patriarchy is so strong is because of female solidarity with males rather than intra-community solidarity. this is the weak point of patriarchy, it's over-dependence on women on a cellular level. society as we know it, patriarchal or not, will fall to shit if women refused to participate in its core structures. literally the only reason children are still being born, raised and schooled in the face of men's destructiveness is because of women. men can destroy as much as they like and a society will still function for the most part because of the resilience of women. literally the biggest economic problems societies face come from male criminality whether from upper or lower class men. the only reason any of it still functions is because of women. women are the glue of the home themselves, the basic unit of society. take women away, and i promise there's nothing fucking left.
for this reason, the biggest de-radicalization tools patriarchy employs against female liberation are marriage/co-habitation with men, femininity and religion and i will get into the details why briefly:
-marriage/co-habitation often results in the woman's isolation from female community or larger society because the man strategically makes himself the central focus/recipient of her resources (health, attention, energy)
-femininity keeps women focused on male approval as a source of power, further encouraging female-female competition and destroying solidairty
-religion and romance are explicitly androcentric, focusing on framing men as the only possible givers of life, purpose, fulfillment and meaning to women while simultaneously demeaning, obscuring and devaluing the fact that women are oftentimes the primary sources of human life and love
now see that all three do three very important things for de-radicalization: they frame men as sources of life, meaning and vitality as opposed to a threat or disadvantage, isolates women from their true selves (devaluing their friendships, erasing their history and contributions, distorting their nature), and pits women against each other. to sum up, centering men and then erasing and isolating women from each other and themselves.
but we won't scare men by psyching ourselves out of what's going to be necessary to defend ourselves. in order for women to be mobilized to take power men have no authority to deny them, we have to cultivate strong, nearly unbreakable self-esteem. we need to esteem ourselves so highly that we never question whether or not we should feel entitled to a better life.
that's why refusing to emasculate yourself is the first step. decolonizing your mind of its male-centeredness and no longer seeing yourself as subordinate, inferior or less worthy to a life of freedom than him.
the second step after de-centering men within yourself is to quickly center women. that's where separatism comes in. not only does this also aid you in decolonizing the rest of your mind, but it gives you the courage to go for better rather than settle for what men say you deserve. seeing that actually, men aren't vital at all to a wonderful life. throwing yourself into female centricity and replacing male hegemony with female history, philosophy, culture, literature, all of it. but not just on a mental level, on an interpersonal and financial level as well. this boosts you economically and empowers you buy giving you that independence necessary to make demands.
then when it comes to the dire, when men retaliate as they are prone to do, you don't hesitate to punish them for it. you don't hesitate to make it cost them. whether that's in organized feminist cyber attacks (doxxing, phishing, DDos attacks, etc). you make them see themselves as potential victims. where what they do to others can also be done to them. where they fear being poisoned, disappearing, outed, isolated, killed.
this kind of organized self-defense will not happen without female solidarity. we already have examples of women coming together to beat abusive men up and get rid of the threats themselves when victims of male violence fear state retaliation too much to defend themselves. female solidarity can substitute for state neglect. it is the only thing that can. the king of the pride doesn't stand a chance against a pack of lionesses. and the state cannot punish all its women lest it destroy itself entirely. governments know that restricting women restricts their economy, so killing masses of women is just not feasible.
female solidarity is the missing piece, and that's what the status quo continually tries to dismantle. also, non-violence in the face of our oppression has never been a virtue. it is something the patriarchy has counted on.
the lie of femininity is that men will respect or care for us once they see how we suffer and how beautiful we are. we think they will set us apart as sacred if they are in love with us. but the truth is they will only respect us if they fear us.
anyways, i'm just thinking out loud here, and these are all generalizations. i'll need to make a whole other article where i break this down on an infrastructural level.

traumatic experiences, whether from our own lives, ancestral history, or even the collective human experience, may embed themselves in our cells, creating "memories" that influence our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. In some belief systems and therapeutic practices, trauma isn’t just held in the mind; it can also imprint on the body, particularly in cellular memory. This means unresolved traumas can influence behaviors and emotions, potentially emerging in repetitive scenarios or fears until they're consciously processed.
these imprinted memories might arise in various ways, such as recurring dreams, irrational fears, or "haunting" experiences that feel unshakable until addressed. When triggered, the nervous system can respond as though it’s reliving the trauma, cycling through responses like anxiety, hyper-vigilance, or avoidance. Processing these imprints involves acknowledging the traumatic experience, understanding its impact, and integrating its lessons. Methods that involve the mind-body connection, such as somatic therapy, energy healing, and rituals in magical practices, aim to bring these memories to conscious awareness, allowing for release and transformation.
from a spiritual perspective, spirits or "hauntings" associated with these traumas might represent parts of the self seeking reconciliation or understanding. They may be seen as manifestations of unresolved fears, ancestral pain, or evolutionary survival mechanisms, appearing as "spirits" until the individual learns the lesson or makes peace with the past. By doing so, the individual not only clears the trauma but also aligns with universal principles of growth, healing, and evolution.

you mean y’all aren’t making sure you got a software (self) installed on the hardware (body) and a backup stored on the cloud (soul) ?
One of the problems with science fiction is that there is no secular term for the soul. It's a religious concept with no scientific basis, but artistically it conveys a very important idea that I think sometimes gets lost in sci-fi. It's a simple term for an important idea that gets rejected out-of-hand because it's a religious idea, but it actually matters a great deal for non-religious reasons.
In essence, soul is an easy shorthand for the breadth of one's inherent, individual being-ness. To avoid the kneejerk associations that sci-fi fans have to the word "soul", I tend to use "continuity of consciousness" to try and explain this idea. But a lot of times people still don't quite seem to grasp it.
In essence, there is a tendency in sci-fi to think of people externally. A person is their demonstrable factors. Their appearance, their personality, their memory, their experience, all things that can be interacted with or recreated through the magic of super-science.
If you clone Joe, then the result is Joe! We brought Joe back to life through cloning. Now Joe is here with us again. And if we clone Joe again, we get two Joes! Isn't that amazing? And they're both Joe!
But.
Like.
We don't think of people internally. Are they both Joe? Is either of them even Joe? Or are they brand new people saddled with Joe's memories and personality and history?
What happened to Joe? We're only thinking about Joe in terms of our perspective as people who are not Joe, but what was Joe's experience? Did he actually die, and then wake up in a new clone body? Is his continuity of consciousness preserved? Did he actually experience coming back to life? Or did Joe die, and now Joe is still just dead. And there's been a new consciousness created to inhabit the clone?
What does this experience look like from Joe's perspective? Not Clone Joe. Original Joe.
Severed from its religious meaning, this is what the soul is an artistic shorthand for. Joe's "soul" is a simple and easy way of conveying the question, what actually happened to the inherent consciousness/personhood/continuous thinking existence of the true Joe? Does the clone share the same "soul" or does it have a new "soul"? Do their consciousnesses continue from one to another or are their consciousnesses separate?
Even calling it "consciousness" doesn't fully convey this idea. Because they can have different answers for that. The clone may feel that their consciousness extends back throughout Joe's death and life, while the original Joe's consciousness nonetheless ended at death. There is no secular term for the inherent quality of a continuity of individually existing, in and of itself.
And because there's no secular term, we just don't think about it.
But I do. I think about this every time I'm presented with a clone or a time-travel duplicate or a parallel universe counterpart, and told by the story to treat them as if they were the same. If this character does not share continuity of the original's consciousness, then they are not the same. Even if all other features are identical.
And I don't know how to express that with words.
#joking aside#I think there is some secular evidence of some consciousness stored in the cloud as it were#and some stored in the brain#and both the cloud storage part and the brain storage part are interpreted by the brain and can be corrupted by damage to it#see cellular memory of donated organs and similar phenomena

One thing about me is that I don't allow terror inside my home. My home is a safe haven for love, sound, rest, play, beauty and increased decolonial cellular function, and when I am inside my home, I opt out of everything else. That doesn’t mean that I strive to be “happy” all the time, a dis-ease of the mind. The aim for me is to be so free in mind and body to not live addicted to cortisol spikes earned from observing barbaric acts which doesn’t mean “happiness all the time,” but it does mean truthful and sovereign. I advocate for collective liberation when I set standards for my home and do not give permission for any and every frequency to enter it (or my body). I do not permit images or videos of barbarism and human brutality inside. The Western world was built to keep us terrorized--all the violence and brutality inhabit the nervous system and inhibit us from experiencing higher realities in our loving, cooking, creating, bathing, resting, etc., no longer feeling expansive and capable or miraculous and magical. Then we *unconsciously* thrive off the fight or flight and other loops and cords of chaos that live in our minds, cells, floors, walls, and bed sheets and feed nutrients to global systems. Ask yourself--how can your home be consciously created and crystalized for higher resonances, a finely-tuned emissary of love and joy down to the smallest details? What ways of perceiving can you allow yourself to outgrow? What clutter can you let go of today? What new habits can you come into alignment with? What coping actions can you stop doing like shopping online to buy more dresses and shoes?-India Ame'ye, Author

Mr. Robot and Accepting Trauma Memories
In all my posts about how good Mr. Robot can be about depicting healing for those with DID, I never did highlight the last conversation Elliot has with his therapist in Season 4.
[Scene paraphrased, skipping comments about Elliot's father or the itch in the back of Elliot's head]
Upon his trauma memories returning Elliot is dissociated and barely holding it together. His therapist, who was with him for the revelation, gets him to safety (as always depicted by golden light in the show)
Krista's camera angle keeps Elliot in frame at all times while Elliot remains alone. She's reaching out and he's withdrawing. The show always uses camera angles and empty space to show isolation. All the empty space with subjects usually singled out in the 1-2 shots as a way to show their lack of connection.
Krista is on the very edge of the frame, meeting Elliot where he is. She's not trying to pull him out of his dissociation, she's just trying to reach out and offer him grounding and connection and comfort.
The thing being depicted here though is one of the most empathetic displays of trauma memories resurfacing. Elliot wants to forget again and Krista says that he never forgot.
In reality trauma memories, even the most buried ones, remain active and present within anyone suffering a dissociative disorder. The mind simply prevents access to that information as a means of self-preservation. When triggered or summoned it will activate the nervous system and create a recall response. In Elliot's case an "itch in the back of his mind"
At a cellular level, the body stores a memory of everything it has experienced. Sometimes this is evoked through touch, ranging from casual touch, to intimate touching, to massage and body-work. Sometimes a trigger can cause these body memories to break through. Sometimes the body memory just surfaces. Although there are times when a body memory coincides with an identifiable flashback, sometimes it may seem to happen ‘out of nowhere’. This can be extremely frightening and unnerving, especially if you don’t know this is what is happening. It does not mean you have ‘lost it’ or that you are crazy. Your mind is not playing a cruel trick on you, but rather is presenting you with memory or information that needs to be worked through so you can heal from the wounding you experienced. The phenomena of flashbacks and body memories can become more complex when you are not the only personality residing within your physical body— especially until you-all each have a greater sense of ‘self’ and ‘System’. If you have not yet reached a place of distinguishing between yourself and others in your System, you may have a consciousness of sensations that are the memory and/or current experience of another part. While this may seem strange or odd, it is not unheard of. Each part doing their own work, getting to know each other better, and getting strong senses of self- and System- is really what will get things to a more manageable place. - Got Parts ~ An Insiders Guide to Managing Life Successfully with Dissociative Identity Disorder (ATW)
When it comes to handling trauma memories the option to "just forget" does not truly exist. To not think about it does not prevent the mind from reacting when the trigger is touched. The memory will summon sense memory or emotional flashback and cause symptoms.
The only path to healing is to engage with those memories and work on integrating them. No matter how hard that may seem. Because to continue pushing it away is to allow the triggers to continue activating the nervous system and let the memory literally haunt the present day.
I'm glad that Krista got to say that.
Season 4 Episode 8 is all about accepting the weight of the trauma memory.
The final moment of the episode has Mr. Robot, who was created to protect the system and is modeled to look and act like Elliot's abuser, returns to talk to Elliot about what happened. Bathed in golden light and within their base of operations "Allsafe"
Elliot flinches at the mere thought of Mr. Robot. The living memory of his father and the one who held the memories of his abuse for so long. Fearing that he has failed in his duty as Elliot's protector, Mr. Robot speaks, desperate to fix it, knowing that now the memories have resurfaced he may not be able to any longer.
"The only reason I'm here is to make sure no one ever hurts you. That was supposed to be your father's job. But he failed. He was too weak. But you? You were strong. You fought back the only way you could. You brought me here to protect you from him."
"I tried to keep you safe and only show you the memories when the two of you were friends before..." he pauses and lets the implication hang in the air, "I thought I could store the truth so you'd never have to see it or feel it. Fact is I didn't wanna see it either. I made a terrible mistake. I was afraid. Afraid of what this would do to you. To us.
"This was never my secret to keep. And you deserved better than to live in darkness for so long. I'm so sorry. I failed you, too. I understand if you can't forgive me or you decide to shut me out for good. Just as long as you know that I am not your father. I never was."
"You're nothing like him. That's why I created you. You're the father I needed. Not the father I had."
"If I could have stopped him. If I could go back in time. Change everything that happened to you and make it all go away..."
"Then I wouldn't be me." Elliot finally turns to look at Mr. Robot, "And I wouldn't have you."
Mr Robot finally protectively holds Elliot and he breaks down in sobs, unsure if he has it in him to see their hacking plan through.
In this scene Mr. Robot accepts the truth that holding those memories from Elliot caused him so much pain over the years and that it was all he knew to do as a protector but faced with the reality of him accepting the pain he understands he was wrong.
The episode also features Elliot's child alter guiding him to evidence that they did fight back against their father as a child. They locked the door to their childhood bedroom and hid the key that Edward had access to. They threw themselves out of a window to prevent him hurting either him or their sister.
They were a child and sometimes the only way to fight back is to hide or to show the abuser that you'll not accept their abuse silently.
Both Mr. Robot and Krista praise the child who received the abuse for doing all they could to fight back, even when they felt so powerless. That it was not their fault. That the abuse was something they did everything they could to try and stop.
Mr. Robot even goes in and says that he wishes he could use a time machine to undo it and Elliot, finally accepting the core themes of the show, rejects the notion outright.
"I wouldn't be me. And I wouldn't have you."
Healthy acceptance of that which is and treasuring all that has been made with his life despite the trauma.
The main villain's plan is to use what is implied to be a time machine to reject the pain of this harsh reality in search of a better one. She would see suffering and turmoil in the present to bring about a better history. She is so fixated on reclaiming the world she feels she was owed that she cannot accept the reality she finds herself in.
Elliot goes dormant after his conversation with Mr. Robot and he takes over for the big hacking plan. During the finale of the "Fsociety" portion of the plot, Elliot finally resurfaces when Whiterose promises that her plot (implied heavily to be a time machine) can bring back a loved one that was murdered earlier in the show. When confronted with the choice between pressing forward with the pain of loss or retreating into delusion and rejection of reality; Elliot chooses to resurface.
Cementing the theme and moral firmly. It is better to accept the past and integrate it into your future than to live in rejection. Even if it hurts.
It's the only way to heal.

𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 & 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐀 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝
hello there! welcome to another blog for the nerdy manifesters who want to feed their logical minds. full disclaimer, these answers are solely based on the research I've done, and if you'd like to do your own research, you should! you are the creator of your assumptions and reality, after all. I will never stop encouraging others to find their own answers. while I was writing this, I had no idea someone had already talked about muscle testing on Tumblr, so, please do check out their post too!
what is muscle testing?
according to my holistic therapy, muscle testing is, "[...] a method of gathering accurate biofeedback on the body’s Physiological and Psychological state by stimulating the muscular system. The body’s cells know their entire history and what they require to regain full health. Muscle Testing is an elegant way to retrieve the knowledge imbedded into the cellular memory of the muscular system." ^1 when muscle tests are performed correctly, it allows the one being tested to have a direct conversation with the subconscious mind, aka the machine that controls the entirety of our body.
how does muscle testing work?
"Our bodies interact and move through the world by contracting and releasing muscles. A Tester will illicit either a contraction or release of certain muscles by applying gentle pressure to the muscular system. This testing unlocks the vast knowledge muscle cells by utilizing the binary contraction-release language of the body.
This simple, yet powerful process, is the first step of energy therapy, and it provides an accurate assessment tool of the client’s condition. This is a major part of Integrated Physical Emotional Clearing (IPEC) Therapy."^2
To better simplify what this means, everything that 'works' has energy flowing through it. You, me, your pets, the plants, and beyond. When doing a simple muscle test, you consciously may have a thought, or ask a question perhaps, and when the muscle test is performed, the subconscious will control your muscles in a way that gives an indication of 'yes', 'no', 'like', 'dislike' through a strong/firm or a weak/struggling muscle response that involves the muscles locking in place or stress causing weakness in the muscles. Energy therapy involves changing beliefs at the subconscious level with the use of energy, there are various energy therapy treatments, however, the one that I know about in a deeper sense is PSYCH-K. Again, I recommend you go and do some research of your own!
why would I muscle test myself or others?
muscle testing is just another application of holistic health, and there have been studies on how it can aid in decision-making, figuring out allergies, as well as what foods your body does and doesn't like. along with that, you are also able to test your subconscious' view on certain things that you are conscious of. bruce h. lipton details in his book 'the biology of belief' that DNA expression is not, "predetermined or unchangeable. Instead, the book details how DNA is influenced by signals emanating from outside the cell. The strongest energetic signals that cells receive are our thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes."^3 which is how we're able to manifest drastic appearance changes with our thoughts, feelings, etc, as well as completely eradicate health issues, pain, and other things of that nature with the use of our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, experiences, etc. the medicine you take for your colds is literally just energy, consider that.
how can I muscle test myself accurately?
there are various tests you can do. there are dozens YouTube instructional videos that can lead you in the right direction! however, my personal favorite is the sway test, which i will discuss a little further down. it takes trust in yourself, however, other people can muscle test you if you'd like a solid proof answer. even so, here are a few videos you can watch to better familiarize yourself with. please be advised, there are various ways to muscle test, I highly recommend that you do all of them and figure out which one feels right for you, your body will know.
The Finger Pad Test
Pendulums for Muscle Testing
7 Different Self Muscle Testing Techniques
how can I muscle test other people accurately?
How To Do Applied Kinesiology Muscle Testing
also, whoever you're testing or if you're being tested, your chin must be parallel to the floor while your eyes are looking downwards for the most accurate testing while your arm is being pushed down. the position of your eyes allows you to fully engage your subconscious without worrying about your conscious getting in the way of accurately testing others or yourself, it's been believed to assist in dissociation.
what are some benefits to muscle testing?
since muscle testing is apart of energy therapy, energy therapy has the ability to benefit all areas of life, including, but not limited to— relationships, family, individual growth, and overall well-being whether that be physical, mentally, or emotionally. if you find yourself struggling with certain thoughts or beliefs, muscle testing allows you to have a conversation with your 'higher self' aka your subconscious.
how does muscle testing correlate to manifestation?
when you perform muscle testing on yourself or others, you're able to connect with your 'higher self' aka your subconscious which uses about 95% of your brain on a daily basis, it knows when a lie is being said as well as the truth. after you've established what 'yes' and 'no' is according to your subconscious by making statements you already know the answer to (Examples: [My name is [insert your name]. I have [color] hair. My name is [fake name that's not yours] I have [insert wrong color hair]), you can then ask anything you want. You can also make statements and see if your subconscious agrees with you or not, that will then allow you to take the necessary steps you need/want in order to become your best self.
how can I do the sway test?
stand up with no distractions (no TV, no music, no outside conversation), feet should be shoulder width apart and planted flat on the floor. or if you are unable to stand, just sit up as straight as you can manage. then, lift your chin up so that it's parallel to the floor, facing forward, and focus your eyes down on the floor. once you're done with that, state "my name is [insert name]", notice which way you lean naturally, make sure you're relaxed, this'll be your 'yes/like/true'. you can do this a couple times to make sure. and then you state "my name is [fake name]," notice which way you lean naturally, this'll be your 'no/dislike/false.' once you've established that, you can ask questions, make statements, and anything else you want, you can even test supplements by holding them in your hand as well as holding certain foods. your body may lean forward, backwards, sideways, etc, it's all based on the individual. please be advised that at any point in time you can retest from your yes/no answers by making the statements above, as many times as you want, just to make sure your yes/no answers are the same. I would recommend that you do this after every question you ask, just to give yourself the satisfaction. but again!! do what feels right and what makes you feel that you're getting the most accurate answers.
what are some ways I can muscle test myself without fear of my tests being inaccurate?
practice whatever test you feel most comfortable with, or have someone else test you if you're unable to fully trust yourself. personally, I find that the sway test is easiest. you can also use a pendulum as a muscle test if you'd like, whatever suits you as the individual is what you should go with.
how can I use muscle testing to heal my limiting beliefs, trauma, and other detrimental things that have been holding me back?
muscle testing gives you a deeper insight on the beliefs currently settling in your unconscious/subconscious mind. truthfully, you'll find out things you probably would have never expected to be there in the first place, hidden away somewhere. who better knows you better than you?
is it an absolute necessity to muscle test myself when trying to create new assumptions/testing whether or not my beliefs have changed on a subconscious level?
nope, not at all! this is essentially the same thing as getting your palm read, your aura read, having a tarot reading, and other things of that nature. It's up to you on whether or not you want to try this out or if you think it'll work in your favor.
how can I use muscle testing and psych-k simultaneously to benefit myself to the max?
in my previous post I provided the instructions on how to do psych-k, and if you fully watch the video you will notice that the demonstration involves muscle testing before and after the psych-k treatment. you can do the muscle testing on yourself with various methods, and then you can figure out how your subconscious stands on your conscious belief/affirmation. if the subconscious likes the affirmation or views it as true, then you're golden. however, if it sees it as false, then the next step would be to ask your subconscious 'Is it safe and appropriate for [name] to balance for this goal?' If the answer is yes, then proceed, if the answer is no, you may have some underlying issues that need to be addressed before that. It's very rare for the subconscious to say 'no,' however.
after receiving a 'yes', you will then ask 'are all systems ready and willing for a balance of this goal?' once you've gotten your answer, you will go on to do PSYCH-K.
after performing the necessary steps to implement this affirmation/goal/ etc into your mind, you may do another muscle test and see where you stand.
what are some questions or affirmations/afformations, and belief statements I could use to muscle test?
I am a master at manifesting.
I can manifest anything I want right in this moment.
I am ready and willing for change.
My desires are already mine.
I am intelligent and capable.
and if you struggle to come up with your own affirmations or questions, check out this video and see if it'll help you!
notes
personally, I've only learned about muscle testing and psych-k within the last three days, and I've already had results. before I started doing this to myself, I did it to my brother and ma (they're my guinea pigs 🧍) and they both experienced some weird tingling sensations in their brains after looping a single affirmation. I decided to do the same for myself, but with self muscle testing. my manifestations are coming in faster than ever just because my subconscious now believes I'm a master manifester. plus, I used it to change another belief I had and I actually started crying like a lil' bitch. 🧍and I'll be honest, yesterday I muscle tested myself and asked 'can I enter the void right now?' and my subconscious said yes. so, there was an attempt on my end where I used the lullaby method, lulling myself to sleep with just the words 'I Am', and when I went to sleep, I didn't enter the void, but I had a dream. I can't entail what the exact details were specifically bc it's personal but it was about my family members who've hurt me in the past, with lots of rage and anger. and when I woke up, an affirmation immediately popped up in my head 'I forgive those who have hurt me and I'm ready to move on.' bruh. this isn't what I consciously wanted, but obviously my subconscious thinks I need to work on this matter before I can ascend and so, I'm gonna trust myself.
gotta be honest, I've read other people's posts where they have had their 'eureka!' 'aha!' moments and their little epiphanies... thought they were all completely bullshit and I was a hater, but gods-- that shit's real, and now I gotta make a change within myself, and it's time for you to do the same.

Reincarnation Unfolding
The Mystical Dance of Life at the Subatomic ScaleReincarnation is often conceived as a cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. This process, however, is not confined merely to the level of an individual’s life journey, but also at a minute, an invisible scale that continuously unfolds within us.The human body is composed of about 37 trillion cells, with each one possessing its lifecycle. Old cells…

HELLO HELLO, I am back! Do I come bearing updates on the many fics I left abandoned? No, but instead have an incomplete snippet from an AU I was writing where Darlin is raised by the Solaire clan that i lost motivation for but maybe will return to sometime; in this scene Sam meets a menace of a teenaged wolf and Vincent is plagued by his annoying little sibling, the aforementioned menace wolf:
The smell of blood awakens him- dangerous, jubilant, and so alive he forgets for a moment that he's dead. Fangs shoot out before he's even opened his eyes, eager to dig into flesh and cut into veins. Squeezing his eyes tight enough that staticky stars dance behind his eyelids, he wills them away. They ignore him, his feeble mental plea drowned out by urgent hunger. He hasn't eaten since that fucking dinner, hasn't sated this new hunger no matter how many bags of blood he's been brought, and his body is mutinying.
Accepting this defeat, Sam peels his eyes open, squinting into the dark room he's occupied for the past four days. The first thing he notices are the boots- big, black platform combat boots unceremoniously plunked on the bed near his shoulder. His eyes, immediately acclimating to the lack of light with an unnatural ease that disgusts him, follow the shape of the boots up to the face of their owner.
A kid sits in the chair by the bed, mashing buttons on a game device whose weak light illuminates the scowl on their face. Messy hair falls into their eyes, and they impatiently shake their head, temporarily exposing-
The pulse of their jugular vein beats like a hammer in Sam's chest, fangs aching, his entire body tense like a live wire, ready to pounce, and why why why the FUCK would they bring a defenseless child into this room-
"FUCK my fucking life!" The kid snaps, snarling at the game in their hands viciously enough that it cuts through the haze of hunger and panic clouding Sam's mind, and something instinctive makes the back of his neck tickle with the awareness of another predator in the room.
A wolf, he thinks, as the kid turns eyes too luminous to be human from their screen to his face, registering his consciousness despite the fact that he hasn't moved. But still, even a shifter is surely no match for the *thing* he is now-
"Oh. You're alive."
They sound unaffected by this revelation in a way that Sam feels distantly that he should be offended by.
"Sort of," he croaks, voice rusty from disuse and thirst. He can't quite force his eyes away from the place where their blood sings the loudest. "You should- you have to leave. It's dangerous-"
The kid snorts, slouching further in the chair. "No offense, but you really couldn't take me right now. You look like a melted candlestick."
Sam grits his teeth, fangs digging uncomfortably into his lower lip. He counts to ten. Even on a full stomach, without his entire body remaking itself on a cellular level, he isn't the most patient person in the world. "Listen-"
"So how long are you gonna keep up the hunger strike for?"
Sam wonders if he's already died, if this is hell and his eternal punishment is being continuously interrupted by a mouthy teenager. "What?"
"Like, you know you can't un-vampire yourself, right?"
"I am not trying-"
"They're not going to let you out until you have something to drink, you know. You'd be, like, the saddest and lamest public safety hazard ever, but still."
[Etc etc etc, 13 year old Darlin has no time or patience for silly little things like existential crises or moral codes and is kind of a dick about it, Vincent eventually comes to check on Sam]
[unfinished below, dialogue only]
"You brat! What did I tell you about coming in here? Sam, I'm so sorry-"
"Yeah, Sammy boy, sorry for existing in your presence, clearly you're super busy- OW- fucking- don't shush me-"
"Insensitive little- shouldn't you be doing your homework?"
"Shouldn't you be making out with a mannequin at the Hot Topic?"
"I'm telling William that you are harassing a convalescing man and being a truant from homeschooling, which by the way, should not be possible!"
"Aren't you, like, fifty? And still a tattletale, sad."

‘That’s how we met Juri, the 9-year-old girl with the horrific injuries.
‘After washing away the maggots, we positioned her on her right side and got to work. We cut away four pounds of dead flesh, washing her wounds as aggressively as we could. Then we bandaged her up and booked her for another debridement the next day.
‘“Wain baba?” (where’s daddy?) she asked upon waking, her voice barely audible.
‘He’ll come soon, we assured her.
‘“You’re lying,” she told us, calmly. “He must be dead.”
‘As it turns out, Juri’s father wasn’t dead. We found him waiting for her in the pediatric ward of the hospital. He was a loving and gentle man who spent all day every day scouring a land in famine for anything his precious daughter would agree to eat. He told us how Juri was maimed: The family evacuated from Khan Younis to Rafah, as Israel demanded. He and his wife left their seven children with their grandparents while they desperately searched for food and water. They came back to the house bombed and destroyed, their children all severely injured or killed.
‘…. To have even a chance at a full recovery, Juri will need dozens more hours under the knife and days in a specialized pediatric ICU, which no longer exists in Gaza.
‘Still, amid all this horror, there were moments of light. We took great joy seeing Juri’s personality resurface once her sepsis resolved. Instead of meekly calling for “baba” and screaming in pain when touched, she now acted like a sharp 9-year-old girl who knew she had her dad in her pocket. From then on, she refused to be sedated unless he promised her honey melon and phone calls with her siblings afterwards, famine and disrupted cellular services be damned!
‘…As we handed [another child’s] care off to a team of Canadian orthopedic surgeons, she begged her “American doctors” not to abandon her. We sedated her with ketamine to perform one last dressing change, and then snuck away before she fully regained consciousness, knowing we had no explanation for why she must suffer alone — while we were free to return to our lives and families.
‘We left on a Monday, just after sunrise. We were both consumed with guilt; we felt like we had no right to exit Gaza, that by leaving — and not staying permanently — we were deeply complicit in this mass murder.’

the level two inquiry about the Transporter Death Paradox imo is what is causing the continuation of consciousness in the new copy of yourself. how does the universe know to assign your memories and consciousness to the new body. imo the answer is either some quasi-mystical phenomenon having to do with individual "prints" a person makes on their experience of linear time (the wormhole aliens would agree with this probably), OR your entire personality and memory is physically encoded in your cellular structure in a way the transporter can scan and store (more likely imo)

i called her world's first suicide advocate facetiously but that is kind of how rio functions and it depends on the perspective (both per level of consciousness and per individual (at levels where we can talk of 'individuals' at all, which is maybe arguable we never truly can) on that level) how that takes shape
cell death is necessary for the life of multicellular organisms, cells that dont die when they should threaten the integrity of the life one or two levels of complexity up, the body as a unit. depending on your values and your propensity to poetify biology, that can even look kind of noble. sacrifice for the greater good.
on the human level this looks different. in most situations i dont think suicide or self-sacrifice promotes the health of the group necessarily, but i think we do sort of see a similar necessity for that constant change, constant growth, that rio stands for (and which means constant decay), in groups of individuals too. like human societies or schools of fish or whatever. entire ecosystems.
but rio is not part of all this. she is the river, not the water. she is not an individual embedded in any unit. she is not made of smaller parts. she just promotes this change in those units she is not part or made of. she is the transformation of organic matter itself. she is nature's laws. she is not a murderer, she just gets confused for one. but she is not the cause, she is just death.
she does promote though. she does encourage. else none of us would be so willing and it's in the interest of the whole that we die. so she does promote, must promote. she cant kill you but she can "make you wish you were dead"
and thats where it looks different on the human level than on the cellular level. thats where it looks like an exhausting pursuit. because what does it mean to be hurt so badly, hurting so badly, that you, most stubborn and self-deceptive witch killer in history, will admit to wanting death. "why dont you want me!"
suicidal ideation is not in contradiction with refusing death. suicidal ideation is about control. agatha is born with abilities she doesnt control, spends her entire childhood trying to find ways to get a grip on them, not given any help or access to knowledge or tools, culminating in a failure of this quest and loss of control so catastrophic she kills her entire coven. because they were a threat to her. because she needs to be in control.
she holds death close because there is no one else, she has nothing else. sucking people dry on purpose, at least there is purpose, at least there is intention, at least you meant to do it. keep your friends close, your enemies closer and take the initiative in your dates with death. youve never had a friend but by making enemies at least you'll know which direction the attack will come from. and you have no control over your life but at least you can pretend, when you have your tongue down her throat, that you have some control over death. you cant suck her dry and she wont strike unexpected because youve got your eye on her. and then she does anyway. because the control is an illusion. you may lie in her bed but she cuts through reality.
the truth is too awful. if you had exchanged your son for power at least you'd have done it on purpose. at least you'd have made a choice. the truth is you never walked the road. the truth is there never was one. the truth is there is no way to get what you want the most. the truth is coven two. the truth is youre not in control of anything. the truth is you never have been. the truth is he wouldnt have died if you didnt love death.
#agatha/rio is really i think the best metaphor ive seen in my life so far#im sure it breaks somewhere but i havent run into that place yet and i keep finding ways it works beautifully#honestly i think agatha is only alive bc she doesnt want to give them the satisfaction#who you ask? well everyone#i guess she isnt alive anymore but im ignoring that#but shes also only a ghost bc she doesnt want to give them the satisfaction

India Ame’ye, Author, Age 33, Very innocent and demure, 15 years ago…Yes, I strengthened my melanin and darkened up from talking to my skin and asking it to feel safe absorbing more warm (sun)light (storing vitamin D and becoming stronger and healthier at a cellular level) over the years. My thinking was that it would help me to tune into and heighten my psychic sensations and become more intuitive, able to perceive messages in feeling and sound, clairaudient, able to speak to the water and the spirits of nature and ultimately awaken to the divine feminine, the Goddess consciousness. Then I could use these skills to create new meaningful experiences in my life, uncommon opportunities and new narratives different from my upbringing in Atlanta Georgia, narratives that other people would be inspired into their own expressed greatness from witnessing. And so it was/is. This was the point where I started to morph into a new version of myself, a quantum upgrade to my mind, body, and psyche, where everything around me began to crumble into ashes over the next 12 months. If your life is crumbling for whatever reason, hang in there. Maybe you are experiencing the beginning stages of a quantum leap too. But if you are not improving your relationship with loss and letting go, and learning to self-soothe and nurture yourself through often excruciating transitions, which is what juicing frequently, cooking my own food, taking long warm baths, making love in various ways, and learning to move slower did for me, then you probably are not leveling up in real ways. 🫀🫀🫀
