Took a crack at the Catni DTIYS by @the-amazing-animated-circus ! Absolute adore the concept of the AU, so I couldn't pass that up ! And of course, throwing in the literal face of this account, Arlekin, using the opportunity to shade OG Pomni

Toon!Arlekin is definitely a troublemaker who's constantly on nefarious timing, but throw in some Pepé le Pew swag (yknow, that not-even-borderline harassment flirting) in there and BAM, you got the perfect episodic antagonist !

Edit - Horrified to note his toon hat looks like Shadow's quills, but I like him so i'll let it be

Hi! hello, what's up! So, these designs are gonna take a bit and in the mean time I won't be able to answer any art-related asks, so I'm just throwing together a quick Draw This In Your Style to pass the time!

All you gotta do is draw the image above and post it to Tumblr using the tag #Catni DTIYS (space included).

I'll give this... let's say until 8th June (7:00am est)? At which time I'll pick my favourite, and that artist get's a lil sketch :D

Guys! I made a picture for the "contest". Here it is!

I had so much fun making this! I did fluffy gloves cuz I wanted to and didn't put the feet because I spent like 45 minutes trying to get them right so.... Any ways here you go@the-amazing-animated-circus . YAY! I can't help but feel so excited. I mean this is the longest I've spent on a drawing. Anyways hope everybody likes it!

Greetings, circus goers! After so many amazing submissions, it is now time to find out whom I most favoured!

"What's that?" you say! "Is this not a friendly art competition?"

Well, kids, there are winners and losers in every game. You either die a winner or live long enough to see yourself become a loser. I hope you take that to heart and it affects you deeply for the rest of your adult life.

A fully coloured background, the spotlight fading in and out, the floating bubbles and of course, Pomni and our Plucky performer braving the tightrope, this was most certainly my favourite interpretation!

If I were choosing which of my drawings to participate in the competition, I would choose the previous one, and leave this one as it is (I just liked the idea of drawing this little cartoon charmer) ᕕ (ᐛ) ᕗ
