4. Hello! I am trying to find a deleted fanfic so I dont know if this will be found but this is what I remember from it:

jiang cheng in this story grows up thinking he will marry wei wuxian but then wei wuxian gets pregnant at a young age by lan wangji and madame yu kicks him out. wei wuxian gets in contact with lan wangji again and goes to live with him. there is then a time skip where their son, lan shizui is sixteen and becomes friends with jin ling without knowing that he is part of wei wuxians extended family. wei wuxian had cut contact with the jiangs after he had been kicked out and never reached back out so lan shizui had no idea. they eventually find out that wei wuxian is jin lings long lost uncle and they orchestrate a meeting without suspicion and when wei wuxian and the jiangs meet again things seem good at first but then jiang cheng becomes violent and lan wangji gets both wei wuxian and lan shizui out of there. jiang cheng becomes a bit of a stalker towards wei wuxian and even becomes violent. by the end they get a restraining order on him and lan shizui breaks up with jin ling because of the behavior he let slide

I am pretty sure that NMJ lived in this fic but what i do remember is below.

There is a minor sec leader and his wife, they have 2 daughters. The youngest is really spoiled and gets everything she wants. Her mother decide she is going to try and get a marriage alliance with LXC with her. She tells her husband not to say anything just in case it falls through.

A few weeks later the mother realizes that her youngest daughter is not a good match for LXC but her oldest daughter would. Unfortunatley her husband did not listen to her and had already told their youngest daughter about the marriage contract with LXC and now that LXC will now be marrying her sister.

She throws a tantrum and demands to go to the next conference, saying if her sister is going to marry a sec leader then she will too.

She waits until JC leaves the banquet and follows him to his room, and they sleep together. The next day she is really proud for sleeping with him and brags to her parents about it. They gather the other sec leaders together and confront JC. She says that he proposed to her when he agreed to sleep with her, and he said he didnt want to marry anyone who was easy and willing to sleep with a random man they just met.

Eventually he is forced to marry her because she is pregnant. After her son is born she hands him off to her family and says she never wanted a child, nor did she want to do the duties of a sec leaders wife, she just wanted to up her sister by marrying a sec leader too.

During all this JC is pissed that WY left his sect to be with LZ. @prissyp2014

19. I recently discovered you and that you find fics. There is a fic I have been searching for about shen yuan who transmigrates into a demonic cultivator and thinks he is Wei wuxian the yilling patriarch, as that is the only demonic cultivator he knows of. He runs around, trying not to be discovered, especially by Lan Zhan and gusu cultivators. He literally bumps into shen jiu 1 of the few times he's in town and thinks "this kid is too beautiful not to be an important character".

After a bit, he's traveling with and training shen jiu in cultivation,  especially gusu musical cultivation. Eventually they separate and shen jiu becomes a disciple of qinq Jing peak, where his shizun realizes he has very special training and abilities. The shizun sets a trap for Shen jiu's first master at the sect, and when shen yuan comes racing along to save his disciple who has been discovered as a demonic cultivator, it turns out the shizun just wants shen yuan to join the sect as a teacher and teach musical cultivation to  everyone. I have been searching for months,  and have had no luck. I hope the fic hasn't been deleted, and maybe someone else will have better luck. Thanks a lot. @saysoonest

20. For the next fic finder, I can't remember the title but I'd appreciate it any help.

From what I remember, it was a WIP, and Lan Zhan had defected from the Lan Clan and Wei Ying had established a sect. There was some discussion conference that was happening and Wei Sect was invited for the first time in years. The rest of the cultivation world has no idea WangXian are married. NHS was the only one outside who knew where LZ was and that WangXian were married. WangXian were travelling separately to avoid anyone connecting them together and LZ was meeting up with NHS and traveling to Lanling with the Nie. NMG walked in on them discussing plans at the inn they were staying in but is still unaware and was wondering where LZ had been living since his clothes were of such great quality.

Last I remember, they reached Lanling and the discussion conference was underway or about too. WangXian met again there but WY had to pretend he hadn't seen LZ in a while.

I don't know if I have a top 10 tbh. I have fics that I love but I think I go through them too fast to truly appreciate them, you know? I think my bookmarks are public so you can check that out if you are curious!

The only two that I can say that are my favourites absolutely altered my brain chemistry. The first one is a series by Calamityjim called Liminal Spaces. It's a batfam + young justice fic focused on Tim and it definitely won’t be to everybody's tastes, but I thought it was pretty fun, though it drags at bit at the end

And my top 1, the unbeatable, the undefeated, the GOAT, is, without a shadow of doubt, No Paths Are Bound by Cataclysmic_Calamity. For the love of everything that is holy, please go read this fic. If there is such a thing as perfection, this is 99% there (i don't really care for the epilogue and a couple of other minor things that in no way take away from the enjoyment of the story). This is a Tian Guan Ci Fu fic, an AU where Xie Lian becomes blind and it's just amazing. They made me ship one of their OCs with a character, i don't do that even with my own ocs! This fic is soooo good but it is also very very long lol 1.1 million words long. And it's based on a series with eight books in it. So it's a bit of a commitment, but it's very worth it I promise!!!

And my name is a reference to a couple of book series who are unfortunately tattooed into my brain. Never doubt a person's bond with the mediocre ya fantasy book they read when they were 14.

The series are Throne of Glass (both the author and the books suck but i can fix it in my brain) and Six of Crows (the books are amazing but the author has some iffy political stances). In TOG, one of the characters had the nickname "fireheart". Same thing in SOC: "wraith" was the nickname of my favorite character. I've been using this nick for years now and I've grown attached

Imprisoned on Zhao’s war ship, Sokka and Zuko have to work together to survive. They are not very enthusiastic about this prospect.

It's from Lan Wangji's perspective and takes place during the early sunshot campaign before Wei Wuxian's return. Wen outposts are attacked by some unknown entity and Lan Wangji goes to investigate. The culprit is a human shaped being covered in resentful energy. I think Jiang Cheng makes a smart remark (something like “Are you just gonna play your flute or you going to help us?!”) and Wei Wuxian stops playing his dizi long enough to give JC the finger… only for them to realise what it means that he’s stopped playing and a flute can still be heard. Not long after LWJ pulls Su She out of the foliage with the other flute.

Vaguely I remember it being a fix it fic where less people die than in canon.

5. hi!! i’m been looking for a fic for days. i read it forever ago but it’s during the cloud recess study arc and in it lan xichen realizes how awful the jiangs are treating wwx and tries to subtly convince him to leave tywng and stay in gusu bc he knows how much lwj likes him and he sees how talented wwx is and knows he would be a good asset for any sect to have. a specific scene i remember is that lxc would pretend to accidentally bump into wwx to talk to him. and they would go on walks and lwj saw it and got jealous. i think lxc was lowkey manipulative but in a way where he was doing it to make wwx care enough about himself to leave the jiangs. it was not jiang clan friendly at all. i kno this is so vague sorry about that. but it’s driving me crazy how i can’t find it when i know ive read it more then once. thanks for any help u can give

It sounds like the last extra chapter. / Not saying there isn't a fic involving it, but #14 sounds a lot like the Yunmeng extra in book five, as well. Ring toss, ugly turtle statue, and Wei Wuxian considering pranking Lan Qiren included. The only difference is the location. Your searcher may have mistaken it for fic, especially if they read translations online. / #14 is one of the extra chapters from the actual novel (Extra 7 in the official English translation)
