Do you think America would have state top heroes with how big the nation is? Maybe the top 10 is an overall list of the top state heroes? Side question: what state do you think Captain Celebrity and S&S were from?

I think they're both from California. Captain Celebrity for obvious reasons and Cathleen since the All Might flashback with her takes place in California.

So to me, I always believed that the United States would do things differently. The USA is one of the largest countries in the world and is stated to be the venerated Land of Heroes. There's obviously going to be way too many heroes to truly boil it down to a single national bracket. So I think there would be a state and national levels in the rankings, similar to sports leagues. Heck, I think there could even be rankings for major cities, like ones for New York City and Los Angeles alone. And while being the top in your state is impressive, it may still come up short to more prominent place, like the Number One in Arkansas still being topped by the Number 3 in New York City.

Do you think people in the entertainment business like magicians need a license to use their quirk for their magic shows?

Kind of. We do know that the average person isn't allowed to do use their Quirks like that. However, heroes are allowed to use their Quirks for performative art, such as during the Sky Egg Event in Vigilantes or during the Culture Festival. Non-heroes are also allowed to do so if they are under the supervision of a licensed hero. In Vigilantes, Pop Step wants to become an idol. However, she is repeatedly admonished for trying to use her Quirk in her street shows. She is later able to perform as an idol while working under Captain Celebrity's agency. While this could be because of the cultural and legal stigma of using your Quirk for anything that isn't hero work, especially for any kind of monetary gain like this, I believe it's more of a safety concern. Heroes have a lot more control over their Quirks, or can effectively monitor other people who are using their Quirks, and can reduce the risk of or to take responsibility for anything going wrong during a performance.
