The humble pantry version for when you have no energy for a proper meal.

The ones they cook for you in Essaouira's port, caught in the ocean in the morning, slightly charred, with tomato and onions and crusty bread instead of the usual soft Moroccan bun.

I will say quitting instagram and twitter for good literally would not have been possible for me without r/charcuterieboard and r/cannedsardines these two boards along with every niche interest board on reddit are full of the most genuine and passionate people on the planet and I’m not kidding it was so refreshing after years of irony and bitterness on all social media that it just snapped me out of the fugue state I had been in. Like why am I letting myself get angry about whatever people are complaining about this week when I could look at this beautiful intricate grazing board somebody made for their sister’s wedding.
