organize your week like this to be closer to the best version of yourself
i interpret the process of becoming our best version as climbing a ladder, on each step, we learn something new that serves us, and the next we complement it with something new, and so on until we reach the end and after many small habits we have become that version we wanted to be. little by little we are learning and although sometimes it is complicated to climb because of the adversities that may arise we can always take up the path again and put into practice what we have learned. that said, today i want to share a method that i have created to organize our habits and thus fulfill them more effectively and feel motivated. in this post i will only present some examples, you have to apply it to your own situation and my recommendation is to start now even with small habits that will be the ones that will lead you to success. i recommend that you try it for this week and write down your results, if it has worked for you keep using this "organization method" and adding new habits or increasing its time.
organize by categories.
create groups to categorize the habits you want to implement in your life, for example like this (the habits are examples, use your own)
🌿 health (body and nutrition)
10 minutes of exercise every day
30 minutes of walking every day
drink a lot more water
start eating consciously
one self-care day a week, for example on friday. we can take this day more relaxed and take more care of ourselves, dedicate more time to our personal and mental care.
do massage with the quartz roller and gua sha
make an appointment for nails, hairdresser, spa, eyelashes or even go to a coffee shop with yourself.
use a face mask and hair mask
🌿 personal growth
read 10 pages a day
listen to personal growth podcasts or audiobooks (choose one and listen to it all week long)
choose an affirmation and write it down every day
record in a diary or an app your mood and what you did during the day.
create a to-do list of what you will do for the day (the night before)
choose a video of affirmations and listen to it every day at a time that suits you best
🌿 studies
study about what you are studying or training for.
dedicate e.g. 20-30 minutes each day to study or review.
study a new language, 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
🌿 hobbies
1 - 2 hours to what you enjoy doing (depends on the day and your schedule)
you can write down in a notebook the groups you want to choose for yourself and then the habits you are going to implement, even if they are very small, for example 5 minutes of daily exercise, that is a good start.
to stay focused and not fall into old habits we can also replace the old habits with new ones that we want to implement in this way.
old habit: too much time on instagram new habit: reading or listening to an audiobook while i take a walk. or even just 15 minutes of social media a day.
other examples:
drinking soda or alcoholic beverages > drinking a lot more water and starting to drink natural juices.
watch a lot of series on netflix (or any streaming platform) > read or listen to podcasts/audiobooks that nourish my mind.
overthinking, worrying > meditating for about 5 minutes
lying in bed without doing anything > organizing my room
think in negative > think about the things you would like to happen to you
other tips to connect with your best version
write in your diary how you would act, be and what habits your best version would have. this will give you clarity about what you want and you will feel closer to that because you will know how to act.
establish small habits to start with and take it as a kind of game or test during this week. don't push yourself too hard.
at times when you don't know how to act or react, think about how your best version would act and what it would do.
write down things you are proud of or would like to be proud of.
if you are easily distracted or do not know what to do at any given moment, set alarms to know what to do at that moment.
if you use social media a lot, set a limit of use.
choose habits that you know you will be able to do easily, that will make you gain confidence and little by little establish those habits in which you have procrastinated or which are more difficult for you.
think big, open yourself to the possibilities that life offers you every day and keep a positive attitude towards any situation.
apps i recommend: habit: it serves to keep track of your habits and also get organized, it's a kind of to-do list. daylio: you can record your mood, what you did during the day and your habits, it also allows you to write and add photos. it is very complete, it can be used as a digital diary. notion: to get organized.
duolingo: if you want to learn a language a few minutes a day will be enough. i learned a lot of grammar in english thanks to this, which works if you practice daily.
and as always my blog is about this and there will be many more related posts in addition to the existing ones, all to be our best version 🤍 in fact if you try it i would love to know your results.

What does everyone do for fun while not fighting the skibidis? Both the Alliance Trio, Mimic.
Camron does training with groups of Cameramen in the base. Most of his downtime is also spent helping with moving cargo, loading trucks, and sifting through materials to get what they need to make more weapons and such. He's a grunt when he's not on the field, doing mostly labor and such. But that doesn't mean he can't lay back! When he has downtime, he visits his favorite human or watches some movies with his Cameramen battalion. Some popcorn after a long day is always rewarding. DJ loves visiting his fellow Speakermen and breaking it down on their makeshift dancefloors. He plays his music loud and proud, and his dance moves back up the energy he gets from his surrounding allies. He also practices actual dJing and remixes songs in his downtime. Learning new dances and songs to play and utilize with his friends, the human included! When he gets free from this war, he'll open up a club, just like he always dreamed! Vee spars with his fellow TVmen and even runs errands or low-profile missions for his faction. Most of his downtime, if he gets any, is spent with his favorite human, playing chess/checkers, or drinking some alcoholic beverages at a private bar in the community base. He also likes listening to jazz music, sharpening/maintaining his weapons, and processing files for the factions in his downtime. He also enjoys messing with the human when he can. ; ) Buddy is mostly by the human's side, but with the recent growth of the mimic division, he spends most of the time keeping his pack members in check and resolving issues just as a good alpha would. He also trains and disciplines Byte to prepare him for the role as an Alpha heir. Giving him responsibilities, tasks, and training to become a great leader. Depending on the season, he'll also visit new parents and welcome newborn campups into the clan with a formal ritual herald by himself. He's busy, but he'll always have time for the human. Pal visits his family in Sanctuary at least once a week and has even taking up a hobby of knitting and practicing songs. He also teaches Melody various aerial maneuvers and how to use her abilities like a true father would. He even takes her to visit Sanctuary so that she can see her grandparents! When he's home, he visits the human and the science team from time to time. He'll even run scouting missions to survey the surrounding territory for unwanted visitors and surveying for any places of interest or salvage. He's also great at flying at night, so night flight missions are given to him when an outpost needs supplies from the main base. Fiend is a surprisingly great artist and painter! He paints out scenarios and still life with remarkable accuracy! He revealed to the human that since he had no siblings or anyone else to play with growing up, as his parents were very aloof and solitary while raising him, he spent most of his life drawing and painting things out of boredom. He's also an avid and active reader of books and documents! He's surprisingly well-educated and informed on lots of topics. He even teaches Menace how to draw and read from an early age, making Menace the most educated out of the three children...and also the cleverest. When he has nothing else to do, he'll turn invisible and follow targets of interest to spy on them.

Cancer Prevention Tips: Lifestyle Changes for Reducing Risk
Introduction:
Cancer is a complex disease influenced by a variety of factors, including genetics and environmental exposures. While not all cancers can be prevented, adopting certain lifestyle changes can significantly reduce your risk of developing cancer. In this blog, we will explore important cancer prevention tips that can empower you to make proactive choices for a healthier life.
1. Quit Smoking:
Tobacco use is one of the leading causes of preventable cancers. Quitting smoking and avoiding exposure to secondhand smoke can dramatically reduce your risk of lung, throat, mouth, and other types of cancers. Seek support from healthcare professionals, join cessation programs, and utilise nicotine replacement therapies to help you quit smoking successfully.
2. Maintain a Healthy Weight:
Excess body weight, particularly obesity, is linked to an increased risk of several cancers, including breast, colorectal, pancreatic, and kidney cancers. Adopting a healthy eating plan that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins, along with regular physical activity, can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
3. Follow a Balanced Diet:
A nutritious diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains provides essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can help reduce cancer risk. Limit consumption of processed and red meats, high-sugar foods, and beverages. Instead, opt for a diet that is predominantly plant-based, including plenty of fibre, while minimising processed and sugary foods.
4. Stay Active:
Engaging in regular physical activity can lower the risk of various cancers, including breast, colorectal, and endometrial cancers. Strive for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week. Incorporate activities you enjoy, such as walking, swimming, cycling, or dancing, to make it a sustainable part of your lifestyle.
5. Protect Your Skin:
UV radiation from the sun and tanning beds is a significant risk factor for skin cancer. Protect your skin by seeking shade, wearing protective clothing, using sunscreen with a high SPF, and avoiding indoor tanning. Regularly examine your skin for any changes, such as new moles or growths, and consult a dermatologist if you notice anything suspicious.
6. Limit Alcohol Consumption:
Excessive alcohol consumption is associated with an increased risk of several cancers, including those of the mouth, throat, liver, and breast. If you choose to drink, do so in moderation. The recommended limits are up to one drink per day for women and up to two drinks per day for men.
Conclusion:
By incorporating these cancer prevention tips into your daily life, you can significantly reduce your risk of developing various types of cancers. Remember that small changes can make a big difference. Quitting smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, following a balanced diet, staying physically active, protecting your skin, and moderating alcohol consumption are essential steps towards reducing your cancer risk.
In addition to these lifestyle changes, it's important to stay up to date with recommended cancer screenings and seek regular medical check-ups. Early detection plays a crucial role in successful cancer management.
Empower yourself with knowledge and take charge of your health. By making informed choices and adopting a healthy lifestyle, you can actively reduce your risk of cancer and promote overall well-being. Your actions today can pave the way for a healthier and cancer-free future.

Reflecting on the case and the marketing strategies of Corona and Heineken reveals a tale of two varied approaches, each with its unique implications in the competitive landscape of the beer market.
As I read the case- I kept comparing the dynamic nature of advertising and selling beer in the US. Having grown up in India- the nature of ads from alcohol companies were very different. My reflection highlights some of the areas where regulatory frameworks lead to innovative marketing tactics such as surrogate advertising.
Finally- I could not help but wonder what the impact of the pandemic was on a brand like Corona (for obvious reasons). I remember listening to a podcast back in the day about the ultimate positive effect the pandemic had on beer consumption in the US, and my final point covers that.
Corona and Heineken's Divergent Paths Corona’s growth in the U.S. market, challenging Heineken's long-standing dominance, serves as an example of how brand imagery and lifestyle alignment can reshape market dynamics. While Heineken has promoted its brand as a premium quality, heritage, and sophisticated one, Corona adopted a different strategy. Its marketing campaigns evoked a sense of relaxation, escapism, and the simple pleasures of life, epitomized by the iconic image of a lime-wedged bottle on a sun-drenched beach.
The Indian Context: Surrogate Marketing Turning to the Indian market, where direct advertising of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, brands have resorted to surrogate marketing to make their presence felt in the consumers' minds. Companies promote products that share the brand name with the alcoholic beverage, such as music CDs, water, or even airlines, thereby maintaining brand recall.
For long, some of the funniest and most memorable ads, usually came from such brands. This strategy, while requiring creativity and indirect messaging, highlights the complex interplay between regulatory environments and marketing innovation, allowing brands to build a presence in a market with strict advertising restrictions. (Alcohol brand selling "Music CDs": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zhozmQCDYg&pp=ygUdbWVuIHdpbGwgYmUgbWVuIGltcGVyaWFsIGJsdWU%3D)
Lately, many brands have launched zero-alcohol products, using these as surrogates to gain market popularity. Heineken was definitely the winner in the Indian market – from my recollection, I never saw a Corona ad.
Any publicity is good publicity? - True for Corona!
The COVID-19 pandemic presented unique challenges particularly for a brand like Corona, given the unfortunate name association. Despite initial setbacks and market confusion (with rumors rife with association to the virus), Corona's marketing strategy demonstrated resilience and adaptability. Research suggested that the brand's visibility and consumer loyalty contributed to this growth, with each new COVID-19 case seemingly boosting Corona's sales by $5.30 weekly compared to other major beer brands. The article mentioned that Corona beer gained "accidental popularity" due to its name's association with the coronavirus, driving increased attention and sales during the pandemic. biography.
tw: death, murder
the world is full of colours but you see everything in black and white. while your brothers grow up learning to fight, you often find yourself sneaking off to feed your mind rather than your muscles. to you, a sharp tongue have always seemed more important than a sharp sword. your father never agreed.
the youngest of your family, you grew up weak and awkward. a growth spurt granted you with limbs longer than you knew what to do with. like a baby lamb just learning how to walk you found yourself stumbling over your own feet trying to move forward in the world. to your siblings, it seemed, pride and confidence came naturally. to you, it never came at all. though your father wanted you to fight, you could not bring yourself to feel comfortable holding a weapon of any kind. the only time you're caught with a weapon in your hands is when you're forced to defend yourself against guards at your father's request. each time this practice leaves you with both physical and mental scars to remind you of what a disappointment you are.
then comes the day you can never take back. you are forced to fight again. made to defend yourself, and like every time before you are so scared of death that you can barely keep the sword in your trembling hands. the guard does not see you as a threat. he takes no safety precautions because he knows you to be weak. all it takes for you is one wrong move, and seconds later he is bleeding out on the ground. your mom does her best to soothe you in the aftermath of you realising what you've done, then it is swept under the rug. life continues in its unforgiving normalcy, but something within you has shifted. growing apathy breaks down your walls and your father becomes gradually more successful in feeding you with brutality. not in a way that brings you closer to him, however. you find yourself pushing limits where possible. you try to stand up for yourself, and though you're never successful in your attempts to fight back given your lack of physical strength in comparison to the rest of your family, you still kick and scream for all you're worth.
you find yourself wishing on your father's death on a daily basis. unfortunately, your mother is the one to go instead. your one source of safety and comfort is taken from you. who's to say what the result will be?

Do not be deceived by the party culture. Do not be lured by alcohol. While wine and beer and other alcoholic beverages are popular and promise a good time, more often than not, these drinks make fools of us. Too much alcohol leaves one intoxicated. When someone is intoxicated, he or she does not make wise choices. When we listen to the crowd or the promise of fun or relief alcohol or any sin claims, we are being foolish. It not only leads to foolish decisions, it is also dangerous and deadly.
True relief, peace and joy only comes from Jesus Christ and our faith in Him and His Holy Word and Spirit. Ask Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ to help you resist sin and temptation today. May He give all of us the wisdom to know when we are being led in a foolish direction and to resist the temptation. May He give us the strength and the courage to turn away from sin and anything offering false promises of peace and happiness. He is the only thing that will bring us true fulfillment. Thank Him for giving us refuge and courage to battle temptations such as these and humbly ask Him to use us to help others struggling with these temptations. Through Bible study and prayer, God reveals His wisdom and guides us to see opportunities to grow closer to Him and grow spiritually. He gives us direction to live our lives according to His Holy Word and will. We must make God top priority everyday!
Leaning on Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ through prayer and His Holy Word and Spirit strengthens us and our knowledge and wisdom about God and His Gospel Truth, exposing these imposters. May God help us to seek and lean on Him daily to gain the strength, wisdom and spiritual discernment needed to expose Satan and his imposters who seek to destroy us and God's ultimate Truth. Everyday, we must remember to share Jesus Christ's Gospel Truth with the world and to thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for the grace that He poured out for us on the cross at Calvary. He has freed us from the burdens of sin and from the eternal damnation of Hell. In all we say and do, may all praise, honor and glory always be given to Him and His Kingdom of Heaven.
With renewed minds, hearts and wills, let us serve Him humbly and faithfully out of pure love and grateful rejoicing. May He remind us of His presence and to remain at peace, fully knowing that all will be well because He is always with us. Let us seek Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ today and everyday with all our heart and being, looking for His love, light and will for our lives with each step we take. Let us seek to please Him with our thoughts, words, and deeds and seek to advance His Kingdom of Heaven and His glory with our lives. Let us seek Him from a pure and humble heart, and when we so seek, we believe Him and His promise that we will find. May He help us all to be more sensitive to the teaching ministry of His Holy Word and Spirit, relying on Him and allowing Him to speak to us and guide us every step of our Christian journey.
God gave us the Holy Bible - His living and Holy Word - to let us know of Him and His abiding love and care as well as guide and prepare us for all our lives. May He help us encourage one another as we continue our walk with Him and our duty to Him daily. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for being present for all our new beginnings and all our lives. May He redirect any anxiety we feel as He provides countless opportunities for growth and change. May we humble ourselves before God always, asking Him to forgive our sins and make our hearts and lives anew through His Holy Word and Spirit. May He help us make Him and His Holy Word top priority, so we can grow spiritually and grow in our relationship with Him as we apply it to our daily lives. Thank God that we can focus on Him and everything about Him, for that is what keeps us sane and at peace. May our words and actions always be a reflection of Him and His Holy Word and Spirit and will.
May He help us to always walk in His grace and Holy Spirit, not by our own measure. May He give us the humble humility to know that our freedom and eternal salvation is found only in Him, so that His grace may sustain us, and we may never lose sight of His love and light and mercy. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for calling us to Him and to serve Him. May He equip us to do all that He has called us to do so that as He works through us, He may use us to produce fruit, to reach others, and to encourage all brothers and sisters in Christ. May He work all of these things in us and through us for His Kingdom and His glory. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for all His creation, for His miraculous ways and for everything He does and has done for us! Keep the faith and keep moving forward in your walk with Jesus! He loves us and He knows what is best for us. Seek, follow and trust in Him - Always!
Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for His Holy Word and for sending His Holy Spirit so that we might have His grace, not only to awaken us and transform our hearts in our spiritual rebirth and guarantee our eternity with Him, but to also call upon Him whenever we are in need. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for all the reminders of His love and mercy and faithfulness within His Holy Word. He is bigger than any challenge or circumstance in our lives. Knowing this within our minds and our hearts, nothing can deter our faith in Him and His Truth. May we all accept Him and His eternal gift of salvation and ask that He would transform our hearts and lives according to His will and ways. Thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for His Holy Spirit who saves, seals and leads us. May we always thank Father God Almighty and the LORD Jesus Christ for His almighty power and saving grace. For He is our strength, and He alone is able to save us, forgive our sins and gift us eternal salvation and entry into His Kingdom of Heaven.
May we make sure that we give our hearts and lives to God and take time to seek and praise Him and share His Truth with the world daily. May the LORD our God and Father in Heaven help us to stay diligent and obedient and help us to guard our hearts in Him and His Holy Word daily. May He help us to remain faithful and full of excitement to do our duty to Him and for His glorious return and our reunion in Heaven as well as all that awaits us there. May we never forget to thank the LORD our God and our Creator and Father in Heaven for all this and everything He does and has done for us! May we never forget who He is, nor forget who we are in Christ and that God is always with us! What a mighty God we serve! What a Savior this is! What a wonderful LORD, God, Savior and King we have in Jesus Christ! What a loving Father we have found in Almighty God! What a wonderful God we serve! His will be done!
Thanks and glory be to God! Blessed be the name of the LORD! Hallelujah and Amen!

Interstitial Cystitis diuretic and flushing supplement tip
If you're a beverage goblin like me who is planning a friend outing (with beverages! (non-alcoholic)), please time the dosage of your D-mannose + vitamin B-6 + vitamin C (plus other supplements you're taking that are possible diuretics), otherwise, you WILL pee yourself (I just did lmao). Especially if you already have incontinence issues (I used to but through better sexual practices, pelvic floor physical therapy, and a lot of therapy, I don't have it that much anymore).
--
Please note that Interstitial Cystitis (IC) has no cure but it's all about holistic symptom management that works best for your personal goals and lifestyle <3 it's painful, it's hard, I'm sorry, but you all got this.
--
OKAY now I'm gonna talk about D-mannose, this tip, this incident, and... why you gotta plan for stuff:
D-mannose is really great for UTI prevention and has anti-inflammatory properties for chronic cystitis and inflammation in the bladder. It prevents UTIs by blocking E. Coli (one of the main pathogens responsible for UTIs) from adhering to urinary tract epithelial cells (read more here and do your own PubMed search).
It can help with chronic inflammation, even without possible infection, because it helps maintain the integrity of the bladder wall (allowing the bladder wall to heal - which is so important if you are chronically inflamed!). D-mannose does this by promoting the growth and production of collagen and proteoglycans, while also reducing the activity of neutrophils (the white blood cells that *attack*) and increasing the activity of macrophages (the white blood cells that are more of the clean-up-crew and not so much *attack*).
So yeah, it's an awesome supplement to take! You can definitely consume it naturally through certain foods, including cranberries, but I'd recommend a concentrated dose in the form of a supplement. I often take D-mannose after exercise and sex, and I take it daily in the morning with all my other meds (it does kind of upset my IBS-D but that is a different post for a different time).
--
I often take D-mannose with vitamin B-complex and vitamin C because it helps flush out my urinary tract! The added vitamins (and other people take other supplements with D-mannose) are diuretics that make you produce more urine so basically you pee more. Great for flushing out unwanted bacteria after D-mannose has (hopefully) done its trick.
--
Anyway, please time when you take all of it especially if you're going out with a friend and you have water, a fun drink, a drink for energy, another fun drink (and soup! *facepalm*)... and you lose track of time because you're having too much fun with your friend.
--
Should I keep writing about my adventures with supplements, diets, indignation at my condition, and other things I've tried for IC? Including all the anecdotes I have?

The earliest attempts at crafting nonalcoholic beer in the United States date back to the days of the Volstead Act, when, under Prohibition, the legal alcohol content of any beverage was set at 0.5 percent. Facing certain financial ruin, inventive brewers at companies like Pabst and Anheuser-Busch developed a technique for making “near beer” that could meet this legal threshold. Their method involved fully brewing a standard beer—from mash to boiled wort to hops and fermentation—then boiling off the alcohol until the alcohol content was sufficiently reduced. A second option, developed later in the 20th century, involved reverse osmosis, essentially an elaborate filtering method via distillation that arrived at the same result: a beer at less than 0.5 percent alcohol content, “dealcoholized” from a fully realized base product.
And so it went for nearly a hundred years. Somehow, with all the immense sales growth and large-scale investment in craft beer across the late 20th and early 21st centuries, nonalcoholic beer remained staid—a drinking culture castaway relegated to an afterthought produced by only the largest beermakers.
How quickly the world changes. In 2012, a guy named Bill Shufelt was balancing a high-level career as a trader for a global asset management firm while training for an ultramarathon (as one does). He made the choice to go sober—“a life hack,” in the current parlance.
He linked up with an experienced brewer named John Walker, and together they tested and tinkered, brewing batch after batch in an attempt to create nonalcoholic beer from scratch—no boiling or osmosis or dealcoholization required. It took them years to get the recipe right, and its exact steps remain a closely guarded secret. But in 2018, Shufelt and Walker canned the first commercial shipment from their new nonalcoholic beer brand, dubbed Athletic Brewing Company—an aspirational bit of naming that speaks to the brand’s ongoing remit within the world of high-performance athletes.
Rarely in American consumer history are we given such a clear-cut case of a mono-brand industry disruption of measurable scale and influence. In less than five years, Athletic—no doubt aided by the fiduciary acumen and connections of its co-founder—has been able to raise $226 million and counting in venture capital.
Athletic is, according to Inc. magazine, the 26th fastest growing company in America—that’s any company, not just beer—with an eye-popping three-year revenue growth metric in the neighborhood of 13,000 percent.
