Pain is something we felt both physically and emotionally. Sometimes the pain's so excruciating like we might cry and scream out loud. Others feel numb and get used to it. But some people are happy about the pain they feel inside because it's the one of the good reason why they keep theirselves moving and alive.

To survive is to love. And if we die, at least we loved.

It had taken them years to get to this point. Favours both called in and given. Countless people who barricaded their way forward disposed of. All for this moment. The day they killed the don of the Hydra family and finally took his empire for their own. Oh how Hydra had made a grave mistake when they targeted the Stark and Parker families but left their heirs alive. Because they had left two very smart and very angry children behind. Sure the two families had never gotten along and had plenty of bad blood between them but both Tony and Peter were more than willing to make an alliance to end their enemies. And if a shaky alliance changed to respect and then something more. Well that just left the pair stronger and better placed to split up the tasks needed to complete their goal. It made the victory all the sweeter to share it with a lover.
