alright, black friday! just bought all the components i need to build my new pc. also went with the amd radeon rx 7800 xt, basically the equivalent of the nvidia geforce rtx 4070 super. excited. can't wait to play survivor in HD aslkjdks baby cal kestis in HD 🥰

Omg I got CSP to run under Linux finally!! 😭

It doesn't like large files so far, though, and sometimes pen pressure turns off by itself, but I still have to switch systems around between my drives so this all not final anyway.

Going to test if I can get my licence registered on Linux, though. I basically don't boot Windows on PC anymore anyway, so it doesn't matter if CSP is uninstalled there.

thinking about upgrading my graphics card again... it's only been a year since my last (massive) upgrade

went from like an Radeon 580 to a Geforce 3060 which was a HUGEEEE upgrade, buut i'm really tempted to get the 4060 now since they're kinda on sale? and I think it's an improvement on what I've got now? idk about computer components tho, i usually just end up buying the wrong parts lmfao

all this upgrading just so i can play FNV at higher frames

it’s not released yet but I think this is the case I’m going to get, assuming it’s big enough and doesn’t have any major issues. It’s the tower 600 from thermaltake if anyone is curious.

The gpu mounting is what worries me. Especially cause my gpu has a support bracket that is screwed into the case.

okay, so. now that my laptop's dead, 'm gonna write replies mostly on the phone and edit + format on Ol' Reliable ( desktop lol ). i tried using my old 2014 laptop that i use for skype/disco + as a youtube machine and it nearly crapped itself when i tried opening more than one window 💀 guess i'll be out of a laptop until maybe nov when it's black friday? not sure yet. i need to replace it for my work but laptops have gotten crazy expensive, so i gotta shop around and eyeball prices rip anyway, sorry for the inconvenience!!!
