"so she's a busy girl. hm?" leon grins slightly, eyes locked onto your soft hair while he helps in spreading moisturizing product (rather expensive product that leon willingly paid for u bc, well, he loves you like that) on your hair in moderate amounts, being careful not to accidentally pull your head back or something lol. his fingers tread and work caringly— and he even scratches his fingertips on your scalp lightly and briefly to top it off ♡ he continues the rest of the brief conversation with his thumb gently stroking your wispy baby hairs, and you're just so cute to him he just wants to eat u tbh

-and whether you want him to put some lil bows, ribbons, clips or extensions in it is up to you. you probably have an array of hair accessories and leon memorizes all of them. he knows when one is new and which ones are the ones you've always had in your dresser/vanity.

-speaking of, leon LOVES seeing you accessorize your hair. beads, hairclips, anything that furtherly charms your pretty hair literally makes him melt you have this man in an entirely different state of matter atp he just loves you sm argghh. one time you let him put some little butterfly clips in your hair after teaching him how they're clipped on and you had leon WHIPPED the entire time in front of that vanity ♡

-omfg and leon does this thing where whenever he's hugging or cuddling you from behind, he nuzzles his face in the back of your head and start inhaling your hair like you're some sort of freshly-washed pillow. it tickles a little for you and he can feel your frame repulsing or squirming in his arms but leon doesnt rlly care lol (he's kinda sorry)

-i feel like leon has more of a tendency to ruffle your curly hair if it's short, maybe like above shoulder length or something.

treasure ep.1: all to zero

jieun didn’t actually like the pink hair on herself but it’s what the stylists wanted so she just went with it

she didn’t tell anybody this though, only admitting it in 2023 during crazy form era

a lot of fans liked it though and she thought that’s all that mattered 

treasure ep.2: zero to one

jieun liked this hair a lot better than debut era (she just prefers more natural colours in general)

sadly we didn’t get much content since jieun was on hiatus for most of zero to one promotions :(

but we did get a very funny moment of jieun accidentally whipping wooyoung in the face with her hair in one stage because the stylists made the mistake of putting her hair up into a high ponytail 😭

treasure ep.3: one to all

atinytwt was shocked when the teasers revealed that jieun had cut her hair short

she really liked the short hair for the summer because it was a lot easier to manage

her hairstyles were so cute :( she wore it half-up with space buns a lot and stylists would sometimes put small clips in her hair too 

treasure ep.fin: all to action

jieun was iffy about this hairstyle at first, but the boys thought she looked really cool and it gave her a lot of confidence 

she also liked the short hair again because it was easier to manage and dance with (wooyoung is cheering)

she actually went viral during mama 2019 for her visuals during her intro!  

so it’s safe to say that the boys were very right in hyping her up with her hairstyle

treasure epilogue: action to answer

answer was truly her era

she would’ve been fine with staying blonde for this era but had no complaints with going back to black

it was the first time she’d had her natural hair colour since predebut and she missed it ngl 

we also got jieun forehead!! up until this point she’d always had bangs so it was cool to see her style change up a little bit

her hair was still growing out during this era but she went with a lighter brown instead of fully changing it up 

also the bangs were back LMAO

they got styled out of her face a lot though, especially with all the headbands she wore

her extensions actually fell off during one stage and you can see wooyoung cackling in the background as he picks them up and throws them off-stage

she actually preferred having longer hair this era because it was a bit easier for stylists to put her in tighter hairstyles (with how much moving is in fireworks she needed the security)

9 and 16 for characters from your nuclear dragons world? any one i wanna know more

Alright for 9 you get Icarion's wife, Amalie and a dragon rider in training, Hazel.

Amalie: She's usually dressed in soft oranges, yellows, and greens with a nice pale blue apron that she put together herself from fabric that she traded rather extensively for and pestered the seamstress down the hill about patterns for it. Said apron has an assortment of pockets and is embroidered nicely along the hem and waist with runes particular to her line of work and the tales surrounding it (Icarion found her the runes as a late birthday gift, they serve as protection for her as well as a connection to her culture as the two of them moved out as far as they could from the mainland after Icarion's retirement from the dragon slayer's guild and the potential target that could put on both their backs), Amalie's particular people group (early residents of Srini) have a more neutral relationship with magic and tend to channel small amounts of it through story telling that gives the magic a very particular vessel and purpose to fill, her dress style is distinctly inspired by Nordic traditional dress, though she does not sport the traditional head covering of married women, opting instead to signify her marriage to Icarion through a rather new fangled method in which both married partners braid some of their spouse's hair into their own and tie it off with a charm that they have crafted together. Amalie is proud to show off this braid and keeps it loose from the rest of the braided updo she does every morning. She also has a belt that is looped over the top of the apron that has a notebook, tape measure, and a pencil adjacent item clipped to it.

Hazel: Her story takes about a century and a half after Icarion's so things have begun to change a bit in terms of what is acceptable dress as well as attitudes towards the dragons in general. Hazel is usually wearing a pair of victorian era-esque trousers, a button down shirt (it's debatable whether this is actually hers or one that she snagged from her uncle's closet that he no longer used), a well patched vest, and a pair of boots that are just slightly too big, but she makes it work. It's a lot more common for people of all genders to be wearing pants, although to the more traditional cultures like those of Feldan, C'tarct, and Arkmouth (only in the upperclass circles though) it is generally frowned upon to have a young lady without her skirts out in public, but Hazel is from Bikwood (a small farming settlement out on the edge of the Polycephaline Forfeit, about a hundred miles out from the nearest form of civilization that is also a small farming settlement, Iftown, but that ones for the preapocalyptic western that takes place about forty years prior), her particular style of dress makes it easier for her to perform whatever manual labor she's asked, but also is easily treated with an experimental flame retardent her uncle has cooked up to protect her in case her dragon friend, Pip, lets loose a stray spark. Generally, she's got her curly hair pulled back in a ponytail and wears a scarf of sorts to cover the horns she's got growing in

For 16 you get a Feldan librarian, Bix and a Ninfa Gassiathen refugee, Wyran.

Bix: She lives in Feldan city, Holtskarta, that houses the headquarters of the librarian's guild of Feldan, in a little apartment tucked in the northern part of the city. This apartment is rented out by a little old landlady named Florence, who inherited the property from her grandfather. Bix's neighbors come from several different places with Morris, one of her closest friends having fled from Ninfa Gassiath in the civil conflict that started with the warlords, the Cinderfords are from C'tarct and Jim, a retired pirate, is from the Craetan Archipelago. Bix's apartment has a bedroom and a kitchen and a closet that she makes good use of. She's got a set of teacups that she got at the nightmarket one year from a traveling Ninfa Gassiathen merchant with runes painted along the rim that always keeps the tea at just the right temperature. She isn't very good with her hands, but she always displays the hand sewn gifts she's received from her family with pride on the shelves she got help from Morris in setting up on the wall in the kitchen. There's a little window that overlooks the courtyard that's framed by an embroidered set of drapes and a dining table that sits two is placed by it. The walls are a light, cream kind of color and the floor is a dark wood, half of it covered by an old rug that Bix brought from her village. The whole apartment is neat and tidy, with only her bedside table being visited by the mess that she leaves after her late night book repairs or reading.

Wyran: Wyran lives in Arriavon, C'tarct after his cousin, Tress, was killed by the brute squad (common slang for the church backed police force by the lower classes of C'tarct). He lives in the store room of the bakery/café/burglar hideout that Anwir, a former revolutionary, owns. There's a crate that he keeps his things in and a messily stitched together quilt that he uses. He thinks that his boss doesn't know that he sleeps there, but really Anwir has been actively hiding and protecting him and just hasn't bothered to tell Wyran that because he assumes that the kid is worried enough already, and would likely feel guilty about putting another person in danger to his benefit. Wyran also has a few candle stubs that he uses to try and read an old law book written in the C'tarctan runic alphabet that he's been trying to learn. The store room itself is usually piled high with whatever flour or foreign goods that Anwir is able to smuggle past the enforcers, and has a sheet thrown pinned over the doorframe that leads to the hall inside and a pair of heavy doors that lead outside on the opposite side of the store room. It doesn't get a whole lot of light as there aren't windows in there, but Anwir's been looking to get a couple of gas lamps installed. The store room is actually set lower than the rest of the café and so magic tends to pool in the back end of the room and mess with things a bit which often leads to some of Wyran's memories of the what little he saw of the civil conflict in Ninfa Gassiath as a child resurfacing as incredibly vivid nightmares in his sleep.

“Now, I realise Walburga has a—different style but—“

“You can say gaudy, Atta, it’s okay,” Sirius adds cheekily.

“—but it isn’t right that you’ve not been taught how to take care of all this,” she runs a gentle hand down Sirius’ tightly braided hair. “A girl’s hair is, after all, one of her most precious possessions.”

“Take care of all this?” Sirius echoes, wondering what she meant by that. Of course, she knows that most of the reason her hair is the way it is for convenience’s sake. Tying your hair in a loose ponytail or a messy bun only works if you’re a white girl with silky straight hair. Less than ten minutes of keeping her hair unbound and it became pricklier than a thorn bush. She also knows that there’s ways, if she so chooses, that she can look different. She’s seen the other brown girls in her schools noticed their intricate styles that looked nothing like her own strictly ordered, slicked back hair.

Euphemia cups Sirius’ chin with her thumb and forefinger, guiding grey eyes to brown. “You’re beautiful as you are, Sirius, but you shouldn’t have to fight your body, not now nor ever. It’s an extension of yourself, don’t forget treat it as such.”

And as Sirius sits there, still horribly confused, over the course of the next hour, she gets a crash course in the art of taking care of curly hair. Not waves, like she’d always thought, but curls. She’d never realised how similar their hair types were—Effie atta preferred clipping it in the back, daringly open—but after the time they spent together, Sirius was amazed.

Because her aunt was right—she had been fighting parts of her body for her entire life. Hair too unruly? Shove it into a brain or bun tight enough to cut off circulation. Breasts not cooperating? Squeeze into an extra sports bra on top, no matter the strain on her shoulders. Pimples? Popped on sight, no mercy. Not one thing was easy, or gentle.

She never realised her body could be made for gentleness, that she could learn to be so. Sirius had to grow up strong—kids were both cruel and thoughtless, a terrible combination for anyone who looked the way she did and spoke in the accent she had. Mama tried, but she had to spend so much time on her own self that it left little for her. Besides, she’s glad she didn’t learn from her mama; no one wants to be like Walburga, not if they didn’t severely hate themselves. What Sirius knows, she scraped together herself.
