The laugh that left Roman was sharp and amused. "Oh please. Don't give yourself so much credit. You're really not worth that kind of energy sweetheart." Roman answered with a roll of his eyes. "So you would rather stand here and keep whistling on like some sort of demented teapot?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "Again, I really don't give much weight to what you think of me. I just wanted to enjoy my drink and then you appeared. You came up to me. You started the conversation with an insult. You inserted yourself into a situation where you were not invited to nor wanted. Lots of bad decisions on your part it would seem."

"Something tells me that even if I tried to walk away right now you'd just follow me. Like you won't let me rest until you've gotten your point across despite me really not giving a fuck." Tori commented. "Also, leaving would also give you some sort of satisfaction. Almost like you've won. And I'm not going to give you that." Tori snorted, "It is, but there's confidence and being egotistical and I feel like you're teetering on the line right now. And if you really want to insult me, try something better then what a six year old would use."

Shinobu: He~llo? Tori-kun? Thou seemst to be having a lot of trouble checking those papers. Are the matters in question that difficult to deal with?

If there’s anything I can help with, I will gladly lend thee a hand.

Tori: Eh? Ah, no, it’s not that. I was just looking at the details for my next job.

Shinobu: Is that so? I thought it would be something related to the management of the school.

Tori: Even managing the school might be easier than this...

Shinobu: ? What’s wrong? Do I have something on my face?

Tori: (Thinking about it… Doesn’t Shinobu have pretty good reflexes? Whenever he does activities with his association or even during Ryuseitai lives, he always does really cool acrobatics.)

Tori: Eh, wh-who? I know I’m the one who asked, but I was super sure it would be impossible to find someone!

Shinobu: Hm-hm ♪ He’s someone who’s part of the ninja association with me. His forte is to erase his presence completely, and he has a huge physical potential! He’s someone I can recommend with pride!

And he did sound like he wanted to win, but didn't seem to be interested in the prize money.

Tori: ! He’s perfect then! It’s like he was born to be my partner!

Koga: Aight, four-eyed bean sprout! To get ready for tomorrow's recording, we’re gonna check out all the previous episodes. It’s a strategy meeting! 

Makoto: Let’s see, we have been put on the prisoners’ side, so we should pay attention to stuff like escape methods and hiding locations.

Still, who would’ve thought that the filming location would be Yumenosaki academy~

Koga: Looks like luck’s on my side! I know this school like the back of my hand! We’re gonna get the upper hand, and it’ll be in the bag! ♪

Tori: Funfufufun~♪ Yay, Ayase-senpai~! We got super ultra lucky that the recording place is in our school! Not only that, but we also got put on the side of justice—the jailers who catch the bad guys!

Mayoi: (Whispering) Being so ignorant and pure only makes you even more cute…! It makes me wish to spoil you to no end!

Mayoi: Oh nothing, pay me no mind! it was just silly me, spewing nonsense. It truly does sound like they could be names of some monsters, but they are actually city names.

Either way, rather than me, I think that a good kid like Tori-san would be the one who received God’s blessing… Hm?

Makoto: Oh? Himemiya-kun and Ayase-kun?

Tori: What’s this~? Here I was wondering who it was, but it’s just the two guys that are gonna lose to me―Oogami-senpai and Yuuki-senpai.

Ya boy here and this glasses sprout have overcome many struggles and challenges together before, yanno?

Makoto: Huh? How strange, I feel like our memories of our time together are completely different.

Tori: Save that kinda stuff for after you win.

Besides, why are you two even here? If you have no business over here then shoo.

Location: Shopping District Tori: Hm, so this is the candy store? A place that I, if you didn’t invite me to go, would’ve never seen at all in my life? You, over there, you absurdly tall person! Midori: It’s been a long time since I would call myself a ‘regular’ here but… It doesn’t look like the line up’s changed much, so I guess I could tell you as much as I do know...? That candy in front of you is called ‘potenap’*... It was really popular when I was in grade school… It was tasty and affordable for kids, so it got popular… Man, this really takes me back~ Consommé flavor was a really big seller back then...♪ Mitsuru: Ah, I know that one! I ate that a lot too~! Consommé, butter, and…some other flavor I don’t know, I think it was harp? Midori: Oh, you probably meant herb flavor… The smell was too strong for kids and it had a peculiar taste too, so it got pulled off the shelves right away… Then, do you know the habanero flavored one they had on sale for only a month...? It was unpopular with kids 'cause of how spicy it was, but it really delivered on being marketed as “hot enough for you to spit fire from your mouth”... Mitsuru: I do! I only had a small lick of it but I couldn’t handle it, so I gave the rest to my dad! Midori: I get you… I couldn’t handle it either, so I gave it to my dad and brother and had them eat it for me… I remember being told something like “It’s not good to be picky.”... But I don’t think the problem with it is me being picky… Mitsuru: Ehehe, I’m with you there, Midori-chan~ My mom tells me it’s bad to be picky too! She says that if you’re not picky and just eat what’s there then you’ll grow big! You probably ate well and weren’t picky, huh~ As for me, I dash, dash away when I get food I don’t like. If Yuzuru finds out he’ll just confiscate them, that guy really hates food that’s got a lot of additives in it, see~ “It’s something that you could end up digesting, after all.” he says, so I can’t eat anything but food he’s picked out himself. I had that bland healthy food he made for lunch today too, eating that daily would make you worse off in its own way, you know! Tsukasa: Fushimi-senpai is only thinking about your health, you know. You should be thankful. Complaining about it will only come back to bite you. Tori: Oh shut it, Yuzuru isn’t your servant now, is he? You’ve got no right to lecture me. Honestly, even Yuzuru scolds me and says things like “You should follow the young master Suou’s example and act properly.”... Maybe that guy just wants to go and work for you instead? Tsukasa: Fufu, are you perhaps jealous that Fushimi-senpai and I get along well? What a petty master you are. In any case you can rest easy, I’ve reached out to him about it before and he turned me down.
