Okay... a little serious talk (nervous, don't like such a topics but I won't go anywhere if won't bring it up)

In the next month college will start again, that means I'll have... much more less free time... or I'll be staying up all nights (And I will, because I want to create, but my health doesn't like it at all *chuckle*)

I don't work, all my day I literally draw (and if I have an opportunity to freely draw while I can, I will), but sometimes I still have to take commissions because... I don't like to ask for something and feel uncomfortable if it's something that I didn't earn myself, I have something that I need and sadly it isn't made out of grass *giggle*

The point is, I'm 100% I will be working on "Agnes" animatic in my free time, aaaand I can make some kind of monthly subscription (on boosty, sorry if it is unusual for you, but it's the only option for me) where I can send all wips, scream about what I want to show or add, I'm pretty sure I will be working on more than 1 animatic simultaneously and will be screaming about it too (that means I will stop shitposting and throwing wips every few minutes on tumblr and then delete to develop your paranoia XDDD (And Cass won't see anything, two rabbits with one stone), pretty sure you can ask me some questions here and I will try to answer, I was thinking about streaming process of animation but not sure that it will be interesting (it will be quiet)

In the end, of course, I will be publishing everything! I always do, I don't keep anything for myself *giggle* It's just, I think if there's any point for it if there won't be anyone. In that case I will continue taking commissions anyway and keep animating, just in slower pace~

I feel desensitised at this point, cause this is happening every fucking summer, but might as well make a post.

Attica is on fire again. This time houses were burned in less than a day. At least one stray shelter was burned before they could get the animals out. I don't even want to think how many other animals, wild or not, didn't (and won't) make it. At least, as far as I know, we don't have any human casualties (yet). Fires have been burning in neighbourhoods and houses since yesterday and given how we're going to have yet another heatwave from tomorrow, things are looking great.

But hey. At least in a couple years, when most folks would have forgotten this, look how many more villas will pop up in those places. There was a rich boy bitching how no firefighters were by his villa. Motherfucker, this is how you bought the land and build on it, taste your own medicine for once.

And we're still hiring more and more cops. Within NATO, Greece is #3 (#1 in 2022 (higher than the fucking USA)) in military spending per GDP (x), as if our main enemy isn't in the same fucking alliance.

Meanwhile, our firefighters are constantly understaffed. Meanwhile, we're having yearly fires basically inside the country's capital, with more and more houses being burned each time.

But that's no reason to buy more firefighting planes, helis and general firefighting equipment. That's no reason to focus on firefighter training and recruitment. No, no. See, we just need more cops and more army funding. Oh, oh, and don't forget the priests. We should never forget the fucking priests.

Gonna fight the fires with bullets, bombs and prayers.

Reading everyone’s reactions to the LA Type 1 exhibition….like what is the actual beef that company has with Taehyung? It makes zero sense.

BUY

Villas start at €1-2m, Premium Villas start at €5/6m.

• As a foreigner expect to pay cash.

• You pay 10% down at signing, 10% in 2-3 weeks upon completing the survey and balance at close.

• Closing costs are for the buyer which are about 8/9% of the purchase price (includes tax, notary, lawyer, commission).

• The Golden Visa 🇪🇺 this is why many people buy in Greece. If you buy a property over €250k, you can qualify for this visa (you can be a joint owner of the property as well). This gives you a 5 year Greek residency, and you can travel unconditionally to any European country (Schengen) for 90 days per stay per 6 months. Renewable after 5 years.

• There are no rental restrictions. Rental tax is 22% on your profits if rented by a management company or 45% on your income above €45k if rented individually.

• Costs: property tax is about €1-2k per year up to €3k for a premium Villa. Utility fees €6-7k a year and insurance around €2k

• High season in Greece is from April until October (peak June-August).
