Headcanons for the Digimon as the partner of the leader/goggle boy of the group.

Dorumon

Let's it get to his head, is a little snobby to the other tamers Digimon.

Very protective of their tamer and acts like their tamer's closets confidant.

Dracomon

Very distant to the other tamers Digimon, but opens up the more the group travels and gets to know each other.

Wants to wear something on their head too, they want to stand out from the other Digimon as well.

Pulsemon

Very energetic and is always asking the other Digimon in the group if they can train, much to their annoyance.

Makes their tamer keep a gym member ship because they want their tamer to be as fit as them too.

Bulucomon

Very intoverted, takes their time getting to know the other Digimon, but becomes their besties after a while.

Very close to their tamer, knows all their secrets and the tamer knows theirs as well.

I have been seeing the digigirl zine all over twitter and I have been inspired to make a magical girl series for digimon.

The series would have the humans having a partner digimon that they have bonded with to gain superhuman powers on top of the same powers as their digimon. They are like Marcus from Data Savers where they can fight the evil digimon too alongside their partners.

Digimon evolve the more they fight with their partner. They protect the people from digimon trying to steal their dreams. Digimon have a need to evolve, but without a person's dream, it is not possible. Most digimon are a person's forgotten dream.

A lot of digimon are able to eat bad dreams too. Many are there to protect the humans from these nightmares and prevent more digimon spawning from it.

I think on top of the main digimon like palmon, biyomon, renamon, gatomon, and lunamon, there could be a very new ones for fun.

Morphomon, Mikemon, Quetzalmon, Bulucomon, Waspmon, and Lepoardmon

Some opposing digimon could be Bearmon, Lopmon, Blossomon, Rabbitmon, Butterflymon, and Darcmon

I figured out the characters for my digimon story. I don’t have set ages for them yet but they’re all between 18 and early 20s. I also haven’t figured out why most of them are involved in the exploration team yet lol.

Milly has a background in biology (mainly zoology). She gets on with animals better than people, and is only going to the Digital World because her dad is a researcher for the company and she wants to help him out as he was not allowed on the mission. Her partner digimon is Bulucomon, who also struggles to get on with others. These two understand each other perfectly and I love them.

Alex is a ray of sunshine. They actually knows Milly as they went to school together and is very, very happy to see her again (much to Milly’s annoyance). They are in a relationship with Connor (more on him in a minute) and they love them dearly. Their partner digimon is Bearmon, who while friendly is much less naive than Alex is and does his best to keep them out of trouble.

Connor is very quiet and doesn’t talk very much. He loves Alex a lot and is much calmer than their partner. He’s also trans masc (he/them), and Alex is the reason they figured that out since Alex is non binary. Conner’s digimon is Fanbeemon, and these two are so anxious together and fit together very well because of it, since both of them want to protect the other and it can cancel out their anxiety.

Jasper is loud, kinda obnoxious, and mildly annoying. He’s always trying to one up everyone else and the only person who tolerates him is Eva, his twin sister. His partner is Liollmon, and they are the first to jump into danger.

Sophie is calm and collected and loves research. She’s super excited about having been chosen to be on the exploration team and is fascinated by the Digital World. Her partner is Gizamon, while Gizamon is a little confused at to why Sophie finds everything so interesting, he likes to hype her up.

Eva is very shy and a history nerd. Jasper’s her twin brother and while they’re very close, she does wish he would turn it down a bit. Her partner digimon is Ghostmon, who is a little menace.

Finally, we have Blake. Honestly I have the least figured out about him. He does have a Pomumon though.

Anyway, that’s the main cast. I love these guys, they are a mess lol.

Because despite being fox coded Diamond is FIRST AND FOREMOST BLUE CRYSTAL CODED

Digimon for Beybladers

I used a quiz i found (https://www.quotev.com/quiz/15588026/What-Digimon-is-your-partner) to see which Digimon Gingka, Kyoya, Kenta, Tsubasa, and Ryuga would get. The test only gives you one digimon regardless of level, but I tried to add some of the evolutions according to vibes. I skipped a couple of levels for some of them, cause most of them get the Starfragments, which I feel like would be a warp-digivolution?

In Summary: Gingka got Bulucomon, Kyoya got Bancholeomon, Kenta got Labramon, Tsubasa got Aegiomon, and Ryuga got Impmon X. Below the cut I have visuals of all of these, plus their evolution lines and my own thoughts on the digimon, plus what I would have picked for them if I actually chose the digimon instead of leaving it up to the test. This is all super rushed and doesn't look super pretty haha.

Here's Gingka:

I Like the aesthetics of this one, but I don't know anything about these digimon. I think the colors and over-all shapes match Ginkga, but I think I would have chosen either Pegasusmon or some other star/storm themed Digimon.

Kyoya:

I thought it was super funny I got a Leomon for Kyoya, and even funnier I got the extra rare never-beaten-in-a-battle Unbreakable-Spirit Leomon. I didn't like any of the evolution lines that I could find for BanchoLeomon, but I feel like Kyoya would be the guy with a Mega Digimon. I would have to look at other Leomons, or even Wind-Type Digimon, but I actually really like this pairing! the only con In my opinion is the lack of evolutions that fit.

Kenta:

Ooooh i hated this one :) Labramon is fine for Kenta, I guess, but the main evolution line for Labramon is Dobermon to Cerberusmon, and those are not Kenta's type of Digimon. So I was able to find Seasarmon, and I guess when Kenta gets Ryuga's star fragment Labramon would leap to Ancientsphinxmon. I definitely don't think Labramon fits Kenta, but I would have to find either a centaur, an Archer, or some other fiery/claw digimon for him.

Tsubasa:

THIS ONE IS SO FUNNY. Like, what do you mean Mr. I-Adopted-Yu-and-am-headcanoned-as-an-older-brother Tsubasa got a whole child as a digimon? and when that child "grows up" it becomes Horned Tsubasa? Makes Tsubasa's arc of being possessed by Darkness really interesting (which is why the Dark one is here haha)(also these are so blurry but it's hard to find good digimon pics that aren't fanart) I really love the look of this team, but I feel very weird about having a whole child as a Digimon. Maybe something similar to Hawkmon for Tsubasa? I don't know.

And Finally, Ryuga:

Idk why his background is brighter than the rest. But I got Impmon X, which is really interesting! So I gave him Baalmon X just because in my mind I connect Impmon-Wizardmon-Baalmon in an evolution line, and Ryuga already has a super unique bey. If I had chosen his Digimon instead of leaving it to a personality quiz, I definitely would have given Ryuga something more Dragon-y.

I don't have a huge list of digimon off the top of my head, but I think I might definitely go through and find better suited Digimon for my bladers haha.
