Jake Jagielski x Nathan Scott sister

Synopsis: Being a Scott wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Viv Scott was very popular, just like her brother Nathan. She was captain of the cheerleading team, with Straight A’s across the board. Tonight was the first game of the season.  Even Lavender Scott had some skeletons in the closet.

Being a Scott wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Viv Scott was very popular, just like her brother Nathan. She was captain of the cheerleading team, with Straight A’s across the board. Tonight was the first game of the season.  Even Lavender Scott had some skeletons in the closet.

“Why aren’t you in your uniform yet?” Dan asked as Viv was drinking a spinach and kale smoothie in the kitchen.

“The game doesn’t start for another hour. I’m getting a ride with Brooke, so don’t wait up on me.” She informed, taking another sip of the smoothie.

“Peyton would pick me up, but you know your dumb son decided to get into another fight with her.” Viv said glaring daggers at her brother.

“Owuh!” She punches him in the arm and the two begin to fight.

“Enough! Break it up!” Dan pushed the twins away from each other as Viv tried to regulate her breathing.

“Bitch.” Nathan said under his breath but loud enough for Viv to hear.

“Dillhole.” She sticks her tongue out at him, Nathan doing the same as they continue to make faces at each other.

“Go! Leave your sister alone Nathan. Neither of you can afford to get injured tonight, it’s the first game of the season, and your sister worked hard on these routines.” Nathan rolled his eyes once again when it came to Viv and her cheerleading.

Nathan and Viv didn’t have the best relationship at times. Viv had been stressing out about keeping her grades, while also being the class president.

Sometimes everyone wonders if Viv was even a Scott because of how smart that girl truly was. She was the definition of brains and beauty. If it weren’t for Vivianne half of the basketball team and cheersquad would have been out of last season’s games if she hadn’t busted her ass off helping each member. She was living off of caffeine and energy drinks all season long. Luckily for her she makes money out of it. She was so smart that a lot of the seniors went to Viv to have her take their SATs because they knew that she would get over 2100. 

Her highest score she had ever gotten was a 2400. She was good at being sneaky, so knock on wood she had never been caught (yet). Viv was in her room getting ready for the big game. She was a clean freak, her room was spotless. Jake would poke fun at her because of how much of a clean freak she was. He would tease her saying that Jenny would have her brain and be a mini Einstein. IIt wasn’t her fault that she was a perfectionist with anxiety. The only times that she relaxes is when she was on the cheerteam, and swim team in the winter time. 

When Viv was anxious she'd start cleaning, when she was angry she would start cleaning, whenever things didn't go her way she would start cleaning. No matter how many therapy sessions, no matter the medication to help her, she just can’t control it. There were times when Nathan had to call Jake because Viv was having a breakdown. Jake’s the only person who was able to calm her down.

Jake and Viv had a complicated relationship. Yes they were together, but at the same time everyone assumed the two had broken up over the summer. Viv and Dan had gotten into a huge fight when they had found out about Viv being pregnant. Jake didn’t talk to her three months into the pregnancy. Once rumors went around about Viv failing school and acting out. She was using that as a distraction to not have her parents know she was pregnant. Then she faked a break up with Jake and acted like she didn’t even know he existed. It was all a part of their plan. Whitey was involved as he helped her through the pregnancy since he was her godfather and was the only one who was there for her.

Viv spent the next couple of months in “boarding school” to which her father had approved of her behavior those few weeks. Still somehow she managed to stay at a 5.0 GPA, but she figured her father had given them hush money or black mailed them. Still it worked in everyones favor. 

Viv made sure to unplug everything in her room. She made sure not to have any liquids out that could spill and stain her floors. She didn’t allow anyone in her room. She always had her door locked because she didn’t want anything to be touched. She would be a perfect assat for the Military because of how clean and organized she was. Her uniform looked brand new even though it was the same uniform from last year. 

“Knock, knock.” The familiar voice of Jake Jagielski came into her room.

Jake was the only exception. He knew her well enough to know what NOT to do. He knew where to stand, and knew what not to touch. He knew not to sit on her bed, or touch any objects because she had them in a specific way.

“Hey!” Viv felt relaxed knowing that it was just Jake.

She wraps her arms around his neck, and gives him a soft peck on his lips. She lied to Dan about her and Jake being together. Jake had his hands on her lower hip as she messed with his curls at the nape of his neck.

Dan barely knew a thing about her and Jake still being a couple. After Dan had found out about her pregnancy he kept her on lockdown. 

“How do you keep your cheer uniform so clean?” He asked as he looked down at her uniform with a humorous smile on his face.

“Goes to the cleaners every two weeks, I steam it. I’m like a marine when it comes to being put together.” She jokes, pecking his lips again as they leave her room.

“Wait-” Jake knew that she had to turn the lights off at least ten times before leaving the room.

Jake watches with concern. He knew that he wasn’t supposed to be at the house, which was why Viv texted him later when they had left. Viv checked to make sure that the coast was clear and that the car had officially left. Jake parked around back where he always did. Nathan didn’t even know about her and Jake still seeing each other. Brooke and Peyton were the only ones who knew of the two.

“Okay, we can go now.” She wasn’t very satisfied as she hesitated to grab Jake’s hand.

She takes her hand back, Jake wasn’t hurt by her actions knowing how she can be at times. 

“I’m sorry.” She was embarrassed, she hated how this controlled her that she couldn’t even hold her own boyfriend’s hand.

“Don’t be.” He promised her as they made their way down the stairs.

Everyone was already at the school for the game. Viv and Jake headed outside to his car as they made their way to the school.

Time passed and Jake and Viv were now at the school running into the gymnasium. Viv sprints towards the girls by the corner where they were all stretching.

“Sorry I’m late!” She slides on her knees besides Brooke as she joins them in stretching.

“I don’t know how you do that slide thing, dude.” Peyton said as she and Brooke laughed as Viv shrugged.

“Like, does that not hurt your knees doing that?” Viv shrugged again, as she used to be a dancer.

“I was a dancer and a gymnast for the last eight years.” Viv states, as she had come home with many bruises on her body from both sports.

“Anyways, how are things between you and Jagielski?” Brooke was the one that got the two together about a year ago.

“She lets him in her room and they play mommy and daddy together. Obviously things are going great.” Peyton tried to sound annoyed but couldn’t help but laugh.

“You guys always touch everything! And you leave your shoes on when you walk in my room, what do you expect?” Viv exclaims, her voice high in pitch as the girls laugh.

“Aren’t you on medication? I thought that was supposed to help relax you?” Viv sighed, shaking her head.

“No. I stopped taking it about a week ago. It doesn’t always help so I gave up on them.” She frowned, but looked up when she noticed her brother.

Nathan nods at Viv to make sure that she was okay. She nods back, as she gives him a short smile.

“Game’s about to start, let’s go girls!” Viv shouts to every cheerleader as the buzzer goes off.

Viv made eye contact with Jake. Viv winks at him in a playful manner, which didn’t go unnoticed by Nathan. Viv looks over at Nathan, she has the number 23 on her cheek for her brother in blue glitter. 

“Basket by Nathan Scott! He really looks sharp out there tonight!” The announcer says over the speaker as the girls continue to cheer on the Ravens.

“Yea Ravens!” Viv shouts while waving her blue pom poms.

The Ravens stole the ball back from the other team, as Viv cheered. She knew that they were going to win tonight, I mean, they’ve never had a loss before. Whitey was always on a roll whenever it came to their games and always made sure that they won.

“And now a steal from the Ravens.” 

Viv had a cocky smile on her face, the signature Scott smirk is what Jake likes to call it. Which made perfect sense since her and Nathan were twins and both looked a lot like Dan. 

Viv looks over at Whitey who was getting into the game ust as much as the whole town was. Everyone in town came every game night to watch the Ravens win. Nathan Scott made sure of that. 

“Tim Smith. . .He’s got Scott!” Viv cheers for Tim. Tim and Nathan were best friends for a long time. 

“Finds Scott and he hammers it home!” Viv was feeling the adrenaline, as they were in the lead as Nathan jumps for it and makes it in the basket.

“That’s my baby brother!” She shouts, she was ten minutes older than Nathan, still she liked to use that against him every chance she gets.

“He’s already got 14 of the Ravens 17 points tonight.” Viv knew that she was going to lose her voice by the end of the night with how loud she had been screaming.

She loved basketball just as much as her brother. Whenever Dan wasn’t around the two would enjoy a few games together without Dan being down their throats. Even though they may not always get along, but they were siblings, they would always fight.

“Turn around jumper by Scott. And I tell you, we haven’t seen talent like this since his father played for Whitey.” Nathan does a spin around the other player who was trying to block Nathan and he makes another score in.

Viv makes eye contact with her dad who had a cocky smile on his face. She held a proud smile, with her head held high as she knew that she was just as good as everyone- infact she was better than everyone. 

“Here’s Scott again with another long jump.” Nathan makes it in once more, they were so close to winning and Viv couldn’t wait for the game to be over so that she could go take a long shower.

Whitey calls a time out as the boys gathered around Whitey. Viv was still cheering as she tried her best not to let that distract her. She had a smile on her face as she glanced every now and then towards the boys. She made eye contact with Jake, he was sweaty as he was trying to catch his breath while Viv was chanting. She gives him a short nod, the same one that Nathan had given her moments ago before the games.

Whitey didn’t look very happy when he was looking at Nathan. Nathan was then benched which made Viv a bit nervous. Tim was in for Nathan as she should have known that Nathan probably mouthed off at him. Viv and Nathan make eye contact as he looks pissed. Viv raises her eyebrows at him wanting to know what happened. Nathan just glances back at Whitey with an eye roll. Whenever the twins did that Peyton and Brooke would always be freaked out because they were able to communicate like that. 

The two would always call it twin telepathy. They would always believe them too, and it was funny each time. Their mom would alway be freaked out at times, as they would use the same words sometimes, at the same time.

They missed a shot, as the crowd booed. “He misses badly, and the drought continues. Fast break Hawks, and the Hawks pull within one.” Viv made eye contact with one of the players from the Hawks and gave her a flirty smile.

She gives them a disgusted look, but that didn’t stop them from checking her out. She continued to be unbothered by it. Nathan noticed this and wasn’t very happy that she was uncomfortable. The Hawks scored a point, and the player that was eyeing her winks at her. Jake then noticed this time and wasn’t very happy about it. He was far from jealous, as he noticed the disgusted look on Viv’s face. Jake and Nathan make eye contact as they figure out what was happening between the player from their rival, and Viv. 

Whitey caved in and brought Nathan back into the game. 

“Let’s go Nathan!” Both Peyton and Viv cheer.

Nathan was over by the girls. The ref hands Nathan the ball with the whistle in his mouth. Peyton makes his way over to Nathan.

“Don’t bother showering tonight.” Viv gagged, not wanting to hear that ever.

“Gross!” She hissed in disgust at Peyton who shrugged with a smirk on her lips.

“Grow up! It’s not like you don’t do the same with Jake after a win.” Viv’s face turned hot at that.

“No, actually we haven’t.” She said quietly, but loud enough for Peyton to hear her.

“Really?” Peyton was shocked.

Nathan heard this and looked over at Viv. Viv rolled her eyes knowing that Nathan was going to bully her about still having her V-card later. Nathan passes the ball. Nathan was more into the game now knowing that him and Peyton were going to do it after the game.

The Hawk player that was giving Viv flirty glances had the ball. Nathan had the ball, and shoved the player to the ground. There was ten seconds into the game, as Nathan passed the ball to Tim. Nathan pushes one of the Hawk players and starts to run for an opening. 

Nathan had teh ball and made a jump for it.

“Scott for the win!” The buzzer goes off as Viv ran towards Nate  and jumped in his arms.

“Scott’s rule!” Viv shouted as she jumped off of her brother. She makes subtle eye contact with Jake and winks at him. 

Viv doesn’t wave, she tries not to make it obvious trying to be incognito.

What about when you were with Lucas?

Yeah, both you and Peyton liked him, but you still shut her out.

Even when Peyton kept her mouth shut about how she felt about Lucas, she never took into consideration about how Peyton must have felt.

When Lucas and Brooke were "casually dating", Lucas actually put in some effort to show Brooke that he likes her and wants her.

Brooke on the other hand didn't take it that seriously.

Yeah, Lucas wasn't the ideal Scott brother, Nathan was.

All in all, the way that things turned out, Lucas and Peyton ending up together was good.

And Brooke ending up with Julian worked out so well for her due to her wanting a family.

she didn't know how brooke did it. sure, peyton had her art. but creating clothes was totally different than her artwork. she didn't think she could ever actually do something like this. producing music was something she still struggled with days in and out, and now she was at least decently doing a good job at it because she'd been working at it for a while. "one in a million, is that on your business cards?" peyton laughed lightly. but she knew that brooke was one of those rare, one in a million kind of acts. just like peyton herself was. and their friend haley too. they all had their own shtick that made them who they were, and it was something they were proud of. "are you sure?" peyton asked, raising an eyebrow. of course, her brooke would do something like that. but this one? she was just getting to know her. she didn't know the ins and outs with her just yet. "i really should do something."
