Top Reasons to Enroll in Botox Courses: Boost Your Skills and Career
Botox has become a mainstay in the aesthetic industry, with millions of people worldwide seeking treatments to maintain a youthful appearance, address medical conditions, and enhance their quality of life. The growing demand for Botox has sparked interest among medical professionals to gain expertise in this field. For licensed practitioners, Botox courses offer an excellent way to expand their skill sets, enhance client relationships, and boost their earning potential. Here’s an in-depth look at why Botox training is a smart investment for your career.
1. High Demand and Expanding Market
The demand for Botox is stronger than ever. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Botox consistently ranks among the top non-invasive cosmetic procedures each year. From celebrities to everyday clients, people of all ages are using Botox for its ability to provide immediate, natural-looking results without the need for surgery. For medical professionals, adding Botox as a service allows you to tap into this growing market. It’s a skill that attracts clients who seek minimally invasive options to enhance their appearance and maintain a youthful look.
2. Enhanced Skill Set
Botox training expands your professional toolkit, offering a valuable skill that can be applied across a variety of patient needs. Whether you are a doctor, nurse, or dentist, Botox injections can complement your existing services by adding a highly sought-after treatment to your repertoire. Many training courses cover the essentials, such as facial anatomy, dosage, and injection techniques, providing you with the expertise to perform Botox injections confidently. This diversified skill set makes you more versatile as a healthcare provider and prepares you to explore other non-invasive aesthetic treatments if desired.
3. Increased Earning Potential
The business of Botox is highly profitable, and many professionals find that their investment in training quickly pays off. Botox treatments are typically charged per unit or per area, allowing for flexibility in pricing based on the procedure. These injections are quick to administer, allowing you to see multiple clients in a short period and maximize your revenue. Additionally, Botox is typically an ongoing treatment, as patients return every three to six months for maintenance. This recurring client base provides a reliable revenue stream, making it an excellent way to supplement your income.
4. Client Retention and Loyalty
Botox treatments are often a gateway to building stronger relationships with clients. Patients who seek out Botox often prioritize aesthetics and are willing to invest in their appearance over time. By offering Botox, you become a trusted provider for these clients, and they are more likely to return to you for other services, creating a loyal customer base. Establishing trust and rapport through Botox treatments can lead to referrals and even open up opportunities to introduce patients to other aesthetic treatments you may offer, such as dermal fillers, microneedling, or laser treatments.
5. Professional Flexibility and Career Opportunities
For licensed professionals, Botox certification creates a range of career possibilities. With a Botox certification, you can choose to add these services to your existing practice, work at an aesthetics clinic, join a medispa, or even open your own aesthetics practice. If you prefer a part-time commitment, you can work as a Botox provider on a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance other professional responsibilities. This flexibility is particularly appealing for medical practitioners looking for additional career paths in the aesthetics industry.
6. Quality of Life Improvements for Patients
While Botox is widely known for its cosmetic benefits, it also offers therapeutic solutions for medical conditions. Botox is FDA-approved to treat issues such as chronic migraines, overactive bladder, excessive sweating, and muscle stiffness. By offering Botox, you can improve patients' quality of life in multiple ways, extending its benefits beyond cosmetic enhancement. Patients who suffer from conditions such as hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) or bruxism (teeth grinding) often see life-changing improvements from Botox injections, and you can be a part of that positive impact.
7. Staying Competitive in the Aesthetic Industry
The aesthetics industry is highly competitive, with new practitioners regularly entering the field. Enrolling in Botox courses ensures you stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in Botox administration. As a certified Botox provider, you position yourself as a credible, skilled professional in an expanding field. Advanced Botox courses can also provide additional specialization, covering complex techniques such as eyebrow lifts, neck tightening, and lip flips, giving you an edge in attracting clients who seek specific aesthetic outcomes.
8. Immediate and Visible Results
One of the most appealing aspects of Botox is the immediate, visible improvement it provides. Patients typically see initial results within a few days, with full effects appearing after about two weeks. This instant gratification makes Botox highly appealing to clients, as they don’t have to wait months to see a change. For practitioners, the ability to deliver fast, noticeable results enhances job satisfaction. Clients often express their gratitude and excitement, which makes the work both rewarding and fulfilling.
Getting Started with Botox Training
To embark on your Botox journey, you’ll need to find a reputable training provider. Here are some steps to get started:
Research Training Providers: Look for accredited courses from reputable institutions that offer comprehensive training, including both theory and hands-on practice. In-person courses are ideal, as they allow you to practice techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Hands-On Experience: Opt for courses that provide practical experience. Live training on real models is invaluable for building your confidence and competence, ensuring you’re fully prepared to administer Botox safely and effectively.
Continuing Education: Aesthetic medicine is a continuously evolving field. After your initial certification, consider pursuing advanced Botox courses and continuing education programs to stay updated on new techniques, safety protocols, and industry trends.
Enrolling in Botox courses is a strategic step for any medical professional looking to advance their career, increase earning potential, and improve patient satisfaction. With its high demand, recurring revenue potential, and versatility in both aesthetic and therapeutic applications, Botox is a valuable addition to any healthcare practice. The right training not only expands your skill set but also empowers you to make a positive impact on clients’ lives, whether by enhancing their confidence, improving their quality of life, or both. For those considering a move into the aesthetics industry, Botox training is an excellent place to start.

What is that little voice in your head telling you on a day to day? Is it kind, sweet and supportive? Is it judgemental as hell, pushing you like a strict mother, making you feel as though nothing you do is ever good enough? Does it whisper how beautiful you are in the mirror as you wash your hands or point out the acne you're desperately trying to get rid of? Your inner voice is the soundtrack to your daily life and needs to be on your side, like a best friend, not your worst enemy. But how do you shift your inner voice from cruel to kind? I actually had to do this last week. I felt like nothing I was doing was good enough, especially as I'm in a chapter of self-growth. It was exhausting me. Thoughts like, your clothes are terrible, you desperately need botox, your bank balance is in the gutter, you need to do more, be more, become more...you are not good enough. My inner world was literally dragging me down day in day out. Full to the brim of judgmental thoughts. It was fucking exhausting. So what did I do to shift the gears ? 1] I noticed what was going on - this might happen immediately, but you could also be living with negative inner chatter for months if not years. So if you’re feeling icky and in a low vibe state take some time out to become aware, this means sitting in silence, or a guided meditation to take you out of your head. This little mental break will give your inner critic some rest bite so the real you can see what the hell has been going on.
2] I journaled, I wrote and wrote and wrote. I know journalling is not for everyone, but if you can. Just start asking yourself some questions mine was something like ‘why is nothing I do enough, I am trying my best, I really am, why is nothing I do is ever enough’ after some digging, the answers always reveal themselves.
3] Make a new pact with yourself to be kinder and more loving. I wrote myself a little love letter and decided I will be kinder. I will be more loving, I went deep and used examples of how and this worked like magic. It’s been a week already and my inner voice is more gentle and loving.
Sometimes a little check in with yourself to re-align is all that’s needed.

Hello, I appreciate your medical posts very much and having seen a post the other day where you said migraine was in your areas of special interest, I'd love to ask a related question. You talk about bodies and medicine and patient experience etc in a way that makes a lot of sense to me and I'd trust your take.
I have chronic migraine. I'm currently at 100% pain days, with varying severity. Very hard to pin down what is prodrome, the main event, and postdrome as it's all blurred into one. My migraine team want me to reduce painkiller usage (currently dihydrocodeine and paracetamol daily, and ibuprofen maybe every other day on top) due to rebound headache. I want to cut down because they're fucking expensive and I'm scared for my liver and kidneys. But I literally can't cope with life without them. I went off them for four months a few years ago and the pain was so severe and so debilitating I was the most suicidal I've been in my life. Without painkillers I can't get to the toilet unaided, rarely leave bed, even more rare to leave the house. It's hell. And that's not even considering the effects on everyone around me who has to pick up to care for me.
So what do I do? The way I see things, I need something to help the pain improve before I can use less painkillers, but the longer I go on trying to find something that works and not getting there, the more I think maybe I'm wrong in that. I know a bit about how codeine based painkillers can reduce your pain tolerance / pain baseline. I don't think it's an addiction issue because I've been at the same (over the counter) dosages for 4 years now. I just want to do all that I can to be better, but I also need to be alive to be better. I am stuck.
TL;DR - If you have any thoughts on the relationship between chronic migraine, painkiller use, preserving quality of life while finding a treatment, and increasing the chances of a treatment working, and where on earth the balance between all that lies, I'd really like to hear them.
Again, I absolutely appreciate if you can't answer this, don't want to etc. Giving advice online is notoriously tricky and all that. But a big thank you for your time in reading, and all your weight and exercise posts especially which make me feel so much better about my body. Wishing you all good things! 💖
I won't speak to your case directly, since I'm not your doctor, but here is my personal algorithm for escalating treatments for migraine (note that "abortives" in this case means something you take after a migraine starts to try to end it, while "prophylactic" means a daily treatment you take to reduce likelihood of developing a migraine):
-OTC combination of magnesium, feverfew, and butterbur, taken daily
-Triptans (insurance will usually demand patients fail at least 3 to cover a more expensive treatment)
-High-dose NSAIDs (as abortive treatment given risk of rebound headaches if used daily)
-Daily topiramate (insurance will always demand this is either failed or there's a clear contraindication)
-Daily calcium channel blockers
-Daily beta blockers (higher dose than used for anxiety or low-grade arrhythmias)
-Daily anti-epileptic medications (such as Lamictal)
-Monthly anti-CGRP monoclonal antibody injections (Aimovig or Ajovy; expensive so insurance will demand you've failed some or all of the previous meds)
-Abortive anti-CGRP orals (Nurtec or Ubrelvy)
-Abortive ergotamine, usually Migranal, a nasal spray (very expensive and must be repeated 15 minutes after initial dose regardless of whether symptoms are improving or not)
-Prophylactic Botox (I believe this is every 3 months, must be done in the office of a trained and licensed professional, usually but not always a Neurology provider)
-Sphenopalatine ganglion blocks (done by dripping lidocaine far back into the sinuses to reach the sphenopalatine ganglion, again in the office of a trained and licensed professional)
-Cephaly (transcranial magnetic stimulation at-home device), expensive so insurance hates covering it
Now, one of my newer tools, and my current personal favorite, is a greater occipital nerve block--easy and fast, low risk, and I've had about 90% success with my patients in aborting current headaches. Effects seem to last 3-4 weeks in most cases and since it's straight lidocaine (you don't have to include steroids, though you can) you can do it as often as needed. I generally do this in my office, but I did train one patient's spouse to do it at home given how frequent their headaches. The pharmacy lost their fucking mind about letting an outpatient have lidocaine. I don't know why.
I currently manage my pretty awful chronic migraines with a combination of monthly Aimovig, as-needed Excedrin (the combination of caffeine, Tylenol aka paracetamol, and aspirin is effective for many people but is a real risk for causing medication overuse headaches, the more official term for bounce-back), as-needed Ubrelvy (I can sleep after taking Ubrelvy but not Excedrin so it's a good option), and roughly monthly greater occipital nerve blocks (I teach my trainees to do it using myself as a subject). I wouldn't mind trying the Botox but it's a PITA to get in to see our only local Neurology provider and since my migraines are relatively well-controlled (probably 1-2 headache days a week right now) I don't think it's worth the effort.
I also really got a lot out of this lecture, so give it a try.

You’re soo lying through your teeth. You basically know zilch about her and her life and make up lies shamelessly bc that’s the only fucking thing you know to do best besides writing cheap brain dead fanfics. I dare you to show one proof of where she’s denied having done work on herself. You can only find one pic/post of her showing she didn’t do Botox and that was maybe in 2012 when she didn’t. I know you have shit filled in your brain and these other anons feed you more shit without knowing anything or at best converting half truths into full lies. Instead of admitting you’re a shitty person yourself you wanna take the moral high ground and say how she’s a bad person and therefore the hate is justified. But you hypocritical moron would never talk about how he’s been a problem too and treated so many women around him like shit and subjected them to his toxic behaviour and triggered them on so many occasions which is what he’s done with Megan too. You’ll give him a pass by saying they knew what they were getting into. You’re such a POS who has no respect for women and think they exist only to please men . So sit down and get off your high horse and stick to your downgraded cheap takedown of Megan on a daily basis instead of giving moral sermons . It’s people like you that are the downfall of womankind. Go ahead and do not post this shit and show how brave you are lol.
The Megan stans are big mad 🤣🤣🤣
Also I’ve said many times that I know he’s not completely innocent and had his own set of issues sooooo…

another migraine awareness post of mine is currently blowing up and i'm getting some new followers from it, so i just wanted to share my own migraine maintenance routine here, for anybody interested and anyone going through my migraine tag in the future!
i organized these in order of impact on my life.
sumatriptan (name brand: imitrex), 25 mg as needed at the start of a migraine. this isn't a preventative, but it 100% changed my life forever. i haven't had a debilitating, vomit-inducing migraine for 10 years because of sumatriptan. at the first twinge of pain, i take it and within 30 minutes the pain is usually gone. sumatriptan is the mvp of my universe tbh.
botox injections every 3 months. there are a lot of hoops insurance companies usually make you jump through before letting you have the good preventative stuff (botox / CGRP inhibitors). and i spent years jumping. but botox is great and on average has cut my monthly migraines in half. (some months are better than others, depending on triggers.)
avoiding triggers. sometimes triggers can't be avoided, but i try my best. my top migraine triggers are dehydration, scented products and alcohol (especially wine), in that order.
daily vitamins: magnesium 500mg, CoQ10 100mg, and B-2 100mg. there's actually science behind this combination of vitamins working to reduce headaches. magnesium has mild side effects for most people and is pretty cheap (unlike CoQ10 but there are lots of buy 1 get 1 free vitamin sales at pharmacies you can look out for). i would say i get 10-20% fewer migraines with these vitamins, which is worth it to me.
staying hydrated and trying to maintain a regular routine. your trigeminal nerve loves a routine, baby. for me, one specific thing i do every day is drinking a coffee just to keep that dosage of caffeine consistent. a regular eating, hydrating and sleeping schedule helps a lot.
if all else fails, excedrin. excedrin is the only OTC pain reliever that *sometimes* works for me. but honestly, it usually doesn't and because of past stomach ulcer issues, i only take it as a last resort.

summer essentials?
AHA 30% + BHA 2% peeling solution!
This product is versatile and can be used for a variety of skin-related issues, like hyperpigmentation, acne, scars, and uneven skin tone. However, in the summers I personally use it for my daily underarm botox fix. By applying the serum on my underarms and leaving it there for around 15 minutes before washing it off, I'm able to eliminate unpleasant smells and excessive sweating for the rest of the day. I live in an area with high temperatures during the summer, and white clothes is a common choice for me and I want to avoid any unpleasantness, that's why this product is a must-have for me.
A summer workout routine!
Exercising and working out is one of my favorite things to do, as it energizes me and gives me the results that I want. The first thing I do in the morning is get moving, and there's nothing quite like a good workout to start my day off right. During the summer months, I prefer focusing on building my glutes, toning my abs, and working on my overall physique, and I love some of Pamela Reif's videos. To achieve my fitness goals, I have curated a list of my favorite exercises and enjoy following videos along with my gym routine. Maintaining consistency in my workout routine is something I prioritize, I always focus on consistency and not results, which has helped me achieve all of my fitness goals.
A pair of hot girl sunglasses!
I recently purchased a handmade pair of sunglasses from Karl Wagner, and they are oval acetate and smaller than what I usually go for but quite nice. As someone who has had laser eye surgery and hates making eye contact with strangers, eye protection is especially important to me year-round, but particularly during the summer when the sun's harmful UV rays are stronger. And because the skin around my eyes is very thin, excessive squinting can lead to wrinkles, so I take extra care to shield my eyes from the sun's rays by applying a generous amount of sunscreen and sunglasses.
White tennis skirts!
Summertime calls for a wardrobe shift for me and I make it a point to switch out my darker skirts for lighter options in shades like baby pink and white. I find that these colors perfectly capture the essence of summertime and make me feel light and breezy. One of my favorite things about wearing white tennis skirts is that they go with just about any top, so I have endless outfit options to mix and match. To complete the look, I typically opt for white sneakers or sandals, both of which add a touch of freshness to the overall aesthetic. Whether I'm running errands, meeting up with friends, or simply lounging in the sun, these skirts provide the perfect blend of comfort, style, and versatility.
A deeper shade of foundation!
Nowadays, whenever I desire a sun-kissed complexion, I prefer making slight makeup modifications, I adjust my foundations between seasons instead of exposing myself to the sun's harmful UV rays. I have very light olive skin so a slightly darker foundation makes me look a lot healthier and gives me the look I love, I draw on faux freckles with a light brow eyebrow pencil and I'm generous with my blush. I recall the one instance in my life when I tried to get a tan on a deck in the height of summer. I ended up getting burned and turned into a ghastly tomato-red shade. The sight of my terrified me, and I applied ice packs and slathered aloe vera gel on my face every hour. That experience made me promise myself to never repeat that mistake again.
White dresses!
I have a serious addiction to white dresses, they're an essential part of my summer wardrobe. Every piece of item in my wardrobe tends to get boring after a while but not with my white dresses. They come in all sorts of styles, but nothing makes me feel more beautiful than a flowy white dress during the summer months. I love pairing it with a flowy chiffon hijab, cute earrings, and an ethereal makeup look. My absolute fave are empire waist dresses- they work wonders in emphasizing my waistline and elongating my legs. Plus, they give off a super chic and elegant vibe. The only downside is that these dresses are usually made of natural materials, so they tend to wrinkle easily throughout the day which drives me crazy but I'm trying my best to make peace with that.
Cat.

Thoughts after watching "Uglies"
I haven't read the book, so I can't compare it to the movie like many others do. However, I think I do get the point it's trying to transport, so I'll just share my thoughts on how that was achieved.
My first thought when I saw most of the cast in one of the first scenes together, when they're sitting in the auditorium: wow, most of them are really fucking beautiful. Now, sure, I get that the message is supposed to be that people are already fine and special the way they look naturally, but come on, most of them were conventionally attractive and the actress who plays Shay is outright gorgeous. I guess that can be justified because her flaw is supposed to be her skinny figure, and they do give her an hourglass shape in the end.
The thing about Peris that may be considered a flaw and doesn't fit in our beauty standards was his nose. So I was kind of disappointed to see that his yassified version wasn't given a tiny button nose. Because that's what you'd observe in our world right now. Especially if they can express preferences, and he's been bullied for his nose his entire life.
That's what just bothered me in general. They slapped a skin filter and colorful eyes on the pretties and called it a day, when the unrealistic and unattainable beauty standards are right there. Just open Instagram. In my opinion, it should look more uniform, like the phenomenon we can observe right now: all the influencers and celebrities are starting to look alike.
Tally after surgery? Same thing. Skin filter and golden eyes. Like, that's the ✨️life-altering surgery✨️ everyone is so obsessed about in this society? Google the actress and it's literally just her with red carpet makeup. I'd just imagine surgery is supposed to be more... substantial? Like two pictures of Kylie Jenner at 17 and 27 years old. Again, those beauty standards are supposed to be so unattainable for the uglies that they're society's outcasts. Tally's 'flaw' were supposed to be her eyes, so why not enlarge them just a tiny bit too much? Make it a little uncanny? Come on guys, you've got the CGI for that.
I did enjoy watching the movie. I liked the chemistry between Shay and Tally. It's just playing it a bit safe. Because God forbid the viewers see the same botoxed, injected face with large lips and rhinoplasty that stares at them from their screens daily and start thinking, hey, maybe all those people are not getting so much work done because they ✨️chose to✨️ and it makes them ✨️happy✨️

hooooly fcking shit i have to tell yall smth nuts, WARNING there r semi detailed mentions AND A PIC of HUGE SYRINGES / NEEDLES
oookay so last month nyc got a heat wave and it was SO hot i was a sweaty gorl and not happy abt it, like hate summer too?? and then i remembered watching korean tv and these celebs were talking abt how they got underarm BOTOX cuz that stops you from sweating??? and i was like huh should i try that? but after doing some research, its not permanent. like hello im not gonna spend $ and have needles in my PITS for it to last a few months u kno?? but then i found this laser thing called miradry which is permanent, like its mainly used to treat hyperhydrosis which i dont even have so i thought the results would be stellar for regular ol' me right?? and they make it sound soo painless like "u can do it in ur lunchbreak and go back to work!" bruh u absolutely cannot go back to work after this LMFAO so i went to this veteran nyc med dude to do it today and HOLY SHIT IT HURT LIKE A MF-ER LIKE ACTUALLY WTF
so before they can go in w the laser they have to numb ur whole ass pit by injecting numbing fluid(?) which also protects ur nerves ok got it. i was expecting like. a normal shot right? hell no. so first i think they prelim numb u with a normal syringe shot business it was fine. BUT THEN THEY TAKE OUT THIS SHIT?
i swear to GOD it was the biggest mfing syringe i have ever seen in my LIFE i wish i took a pic so u guys can believe me, the needle was THICK AS FCK and also like TWICE as long as the pic above like for real it was at least a 4 inch needle i wish i was exaggerating but it was comically long & big i was like what the f? obvs i couldnt SEE what was going on but it FELT LIKE the whole 4 inches was going INTO my skin over and over again cuz u have to inject that fluid all over everywhere it was sooo crazy, the doc was basically f*king my armpits with this needle, AND!!!!! THEY PUT 3 FRICKIN SYRINGES WORTH OF FLUID!!! ON EACH SIDE??? HELLOOOO!!!!!!! from a scale of 1 to 10 that was a solid 15 😐😐😐 the actual lasering part wasnt bad, it felt like a crazy hard pinch with HEAT in some parts but i was so taken aback by that needle action, the laser part was negligible. i was such a champ for it tho like didnt even bat an eye outwardly, the tech was like wow ur the first person i've done that didnt even flinch. yes i didnt show it naruto ninja style but that was nuts yall u guys rly Did That LOL
needless to say, since a FCKTON of fluid is in my damb PITS they are sooo swollen, like the upper inner arm, the pit itself, underneath it nxt to ur b00b its frickin whack over there 😐 like tell me how my armpits have jiggle physics. thats full of water babey!!!! oh my god they are sooo sore and painful kms the hubris of it all i shouldve been ok w a normal amount of sweat LOLOL like appropriate levels for the heat but dambbb i rly tried it🤣🤣🤣🤣💀💀💀💀 yall there needs to be a disclaimer do NOT get this shit done UNLESS u ACTUALLY have excess sweating that is actively ruining ur daily life because rn it feels like my armpits are in LABOR :) i just paid 2.3k to torture myself, but since its done & all, i hope im an armpit-sweatless bitch for the rest of my life
#i had laser hair removal done too that felt like nothing#i hate recovery period this sucks so much me icing my pits like a baka#just rly solidifies how im never gonna get plastic surgery i am being such a pussy rn#.txt#SEND THOUGHTS & PRAYERS FOR ME BRUH

lots of headache discussion on the dash tonight so let me say as someone who has had HORRIFYING migraines for the last five years (including having one that lasted ten straight months in 2020) who has tried just about every FDA treatment known to man, Botox has been a fucking revelation to me
like before I would get migraines every day usually, 30/30 migraine days a month, it was more manageable with my pills (nurtec, rizatriptan, naratriptan) and my injectible (AJOVY -- worked better for me than Emgality) but it was still pretty much a daily headache.
Since Botox which I started about four months ago it's more like... 15-20/30 days a month? Which is still a lot of migraine but is a huge huge difference and also my headaches aren't as beastly as they were before
if you can get your insurance to approve it, do the botox. amazing. life-changing.

do not let anyone change the way you view yourself, as if you are not aesthetically pleasing enough.
almost every man ive ever met in my life who was interested in me has rated me a solid 6.5 out of 10, and all of them were somehow obsessed with getting me to become more physically fit. more “healthy”
my body is strangely shaped, i have too much fat in certain places like my belly and my arms, my hair is too long or too short for their tastes, i should shave my legs, i don’t act ladylike enough, i should get botox to fix the wrinkles on my forehead and chin because I have so much extra skin, my teeth are too yellow, i laugh too obnoxiously, my chin is lopsided, i need more muscle to fill my body out and be toned. one of them wanted me to do squats because he told me my butt wasn’t perky enough “but there is potential.”
they told me that they couldn’t really ever see me as genderfluid, and that i only appear feminine and womanlike to them. but apparently not living up to their standards of what a woman should be. like. shut up. Literally shut UP.
i’ve fallen into the vicious cycle of telling myself i need to look like a barbie, like a runway model, like instagram women who travel to dubai in bikinis and eat yogurt for breakfast. or like the perfect 90s blond male magazine physique. because im soooo close to either one anyway, just not quite there. why not close the circle and fix my insecurities with excercise and plastic surgery? when i looked at myself i felt shame for so many things. i still do, but less often now. im still picking out the brain rot this disease has caused me.
i am very lucky to have a partner who thinks im beautiful no matter what. hearing this affirmation daily really does help.
i am having the weirdest time in the world right now because ive worked myself into a social circle in which my looks and self presentation have NO value whatsoever. usually people are only interested in what i have to say if im attractive.
i love it. i love not caring for once. i love it here and i love my friends dearly and they are all seriosuly the most beautiful people to me in the world
bigoted majority groups run the world, their beauty standards have dominated capitalism for decades. they want you to buy more things to conform to skewed beauty standards. you aren’t ugly. you AREN’T misshapen. you have friends who think you are beautiful. AND YOU LITERALLY ARE!!! they aren’t just saying it to make you feel better. they are seeing the REAL you. they are seeing your own vision of yourself, and how youve projected that vision onto your form. everyone views art differently. to be truly seen is to be loved.

What Are Cosmetic Injectables and How Can They Enhance Your Beauty in Gymea
In the world of aesthetics and beauty, the desire to achieve a youthful, vibrant appearance is a common goal for many individuals. While there are various ways to enhance one's beauty, cosmetic injectables have gained popularity as a non-surgical, minimally invasive solution to address a range of concerns. If you're in Gymea and curious about how cosmetic injectables can enhance your beauty, this blog provides insights and information.
Understanding Cosmetic Injectables
Cosmetic injectables refer to non-surgical treatments that involve injecting substances into the skin to improve or enhance one's appearance. These substances can include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other biocompatible materials. The primary types of cosmetic injectables used in Gymea include:
1. Neurotoxins: These are used to relax muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet. By inhibiting muscle contractions, they help reduce the appearance of these wrinkles.
2. Dermal Fillers: Dermal fillers consist of substances like hyaluronic acid or collagen, which add volume to specific face areas. They smooth out lines and wrinkles, enhance lips, and restore facial contours.
3. Sculptra: Sculptra is a collagen stimulator that promotes the body's natural collagen production. It's used to improve skin quality and increase volume over time.
How Cosmetic Injectables Can Enhance Your Beauty
Cosmetic injectables offer a wide range of benefits that can enhance your beauty in Gymea:
1. Wrinkle Reduction: Neurotoxins like Botox can effectively reduce dynamic wrinkles, making your skin look smoother and more youthful.
2. Volume Restoration: Dermal fillers can replenish lost volume in the cheeks, lips, and under the eyes, creating a rejuvenated and lifted appearance.
3. Natural-Looking Results: When administered by a skilled practitioner, cosmetic injectables provide natural-looking results without the need for surgery.
4. Minimally Invasive: Cosmetic injectables are non-surgical, requiring minimal downtime and avoiding the risks associated with surgery.
5. Customisation: Treatments can be tailored to your specific concerns and goals, ensuring you achieve the desired look.
6. Quick and Convenient: Most injectable procedures are relatively quick, often taking less than an hour, making them suitable for those with busy schedules.
7. Long-Lasting Results: While the longevity of results varies depending on the type of injectable, it may last several months or even up to a year or more.
8. Boost in Confidence: Enhancing your appearance can lead to increased self-confidence, helping you feel more comfortable and self-assured in your daily life.
Choosing a Qualified Provider in Gymea
To ensure the best results and safety when considering cosmetic injectables, choosing a qualified and experienced provider in Gymea is crucial. Look for the following when selecting a practitioner:
Certification and Licensing: Ensure they are licensed and certified to perform these procedures.
Reputation: Research their reputation through reviews, testimonials, and recommendations from previous clients.
Consultation: The provider should offer a thorough consultation, discussing your goals and concerns and creating a customised treatment plan.
Hygiene and Safety: Verify that the facility adheres to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Transparency: Your provider should be transparent about the procedure, potential risks, and costs.
In summary, cosmetic injectables have revolutionised the beauty industry, offering a safe and effective way to enhance your appearance without surgery. If you want to improve your beauty in Gymea, consult a qualified provider to explore the options available and create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Back again
Honestly I didn’t think that I would come back to this a lot when I started it. Well, I guess I had the intention to, but “intention” has not been a reality for the past 2 years. That sounds oh so sad, but fret not. I am doing a nice little climb out of my slump. While walking, a couple of weeks ago I realized that I am starting to see my life as expansive again, and myself as the one in control of its direction. Listen, I know I don’t have control. But I steer this fucking ship! and as said before, the past 3 years or so I’ve been all but present at the wheel.
Back to what I was saying—I feel alive. Painting class has been lit, spending way more time with my friends has also been amazing... springtime is literally everything to me. This weather on the other hand... so blegh. We’ve had the grayest week in a while and it has such a potent affect on my mood. The past 2 weeks I’ve bee working out almost on a daily basis, sometimes 2x and then this weather hit and my willpower crumpled. Getting back on the old horse tho. I wet for a jog this morning which was good for me and then I got botox during lunch today so I can’t workout tonight.

Hi I rlly appreciated ur post about migraines. I don't have this condition (to my knowledge) but my younger sister has suffered from chronic migraines for yeaaaars and has found little to nothing that actually helps. I'd love to hear (read) your insight on what treatment options worked for you, as well as how to find a specialist that will take you seriously. Thanks!
if your sister hasn't already done this, they should go to their regular doctor, say "i have chronic migraines and i'd like a referral to a neurologist," and try to get an appointment with one who has a migraine specialty. though it's not a guaranteed better experience, my experience at a neurologist has been night and day when compared with a general or family doctor. they actually know about migraines, for starters, lol.
treatment that works for me is the following!
daily supplements, specifically: 500mg magnesium, 100mg CoQ10, + 100mg B2. if your sister is anything like me, they may be reluctant to try woo-woo stuff that gets recommended all the time lmao, but magnesium actually works. as in, it's been studied and there’s actual real data to support it. also, side effects are minimal and it's relatively cheap, so it has a low buy-in. IMO, for these reasons it's worth trying for anyone who gets regular headaches.
ingesting caffeine daily. caffeine is great. (if your sis doesn't already ingest caffeine you probably don't wanna start, but. in a pinch it can cut down on pain.)
imitrex (sumatriptan), prescribed, 25mg taken as needed. this was actually prescribed by my regular doctor a decade ago and literally saved my life. if your sister hasn't tried any meds of the triptan family yet, they should!
when imitrex fails, sometimes i take excedrin migraine but obviously this (and other NSAIDs) shouldn't be a primary rescue method. (ask me about my stomach ulcer.) it also usually doesn't work for me, so there's that too.
staying hydrated, staying fed. <- my number one migraine triggers are "just not taking care of myself" and it's a pain but. water!!! and getting enough sleep, etc etc etc.
botox. i get botox injections every three months at my neurologist. this has cut my number of migraines in half, and is supposed to get better and better over time. it's great and i'm kissing botox with tongue. there's a barrier to entry for insurance to cover it, though: you need to have at least 15 migraines a month, and they usually require that you've tried and failed three classes of migraine preventative before they'll cover it. but. if there's any way for your sister to get on this track, i recommend trying it! botox is another treatment with very minimal/low-risk side effects.
that's a lot of info and i don't know how much of it will be useful. really, asking for a referral to a neurologist and trying out some preventatives should be step one, if your sister hasn't already done that. i have a lot of thoughts about the migraine preventatives that get pushed on people before others (as in, i've reacted badly to ALL of them, they can be really rough side-effects-wise, and i hate that there are so many hoops we have to jump through) so if you have specific questions about any of that, lmk. i hope your sister finds some relief soon!
ETA: a book i recommend a lot is The Keeler Migraine Method by Robert Cowan. it has a lot of great info!

The Hangman promo was very very hard to watch in terms of just me coming to terms with my own disability.
It's a very very real look into my daily life when he mentioned the dizzy in the shower and waking up with a migraine.
I can sometimes feel the migraines come on, but most of the time I just wake up with them. Not so much anymore because of the Botox injections and my other injection, but for a good three years I woke up like that every single day. I didn't sleep well during that time because it was constant migraine pain and it's hard to sleep with one. These days it only happens every so often.
And fuck. The shower thing. Nothing hits harder than having to install bars in your shower because you get dizzy from the steam. The new apartment is better because I don't have to climb over the side of the tub, but I still have a stability bar in the shower.
It's important that he talked about those things because no one talks about the reality of concussion damage like they should. It's more than a slight headache and some nausea.
It fucking sucks.

My Legal Battle with my Family and their Co-horts / Co-conspirators (96):
Attached are four pictures. The one at the top is an email exchange between my mother, Gloria Sumter, and me on September, 22, 2020. She had sent me an email before this one berating me for things I posted to my Instagram account that were simply things I was doing in my daily life. Like that I had botox and I had purchased a bedframe from IKEA.
If you notice the highlighted sentence on the email at the bottom which is from me to my mother, Gloria Sumter, I state, “I see that you again are stalking my Instagram account (talking about botox, facial fillers and bed).”
In the very top of the same screenshot is a highlighted response from my mother, Gloria Sumter, in which she says, “I am sorry if I misinterpreted a few things. All I know is what I see on Instagram. Good if you could get the free botox and fillers.” So she admits to stalking my Instagram.
The second picture is of Georgia Civil Law O.C.G.A. “Right of action arising from breach of private duty.”
The third picture is from an Interrogatory I sent my mother, Gloria Sumter’s, and father, Leonard Sumter Jr., and their sworn answer admitting that I sent she and my father, Leonard Sumter Jr., an email in April 2014 asking them to please respect my privacy and that they responded by agreeing to respect my privacy. This creates a private agreement according to OCGA 51-1-8.
The fourth picture is of the oath my parents took when answering these Interrogatories and their signature on August 9th, 2016 admitting to making this private agreement to respect my privacy.
So, her stalking my social media accounts and having my sister stalk my social media accounts on her behalf (or simply because this is indicia of a conspiracy according to Pinkerton Theory - federal precedent case law) is a violation of that private agreement.
