FYI, there’s a Corpse Flower expected to bloom soon at the Botanic Gardens in Sydney, and they’ve got a live stream that's been running since the 16th January, which is showing this giant plant slowly, slowly, slowly unfurling.

This is what it looked like a few days ago when I went to go see her. She’s set up like the queen she is.

Her name is Putricia and the now has nearly 2000 people watching her live stream at any given moment.

WWTF keeps appearing in the chat, which stands for We Watch The Flower. She's apparently hot to the touch and might be blooming tonight (21.01.2025).
