3. What is something you learned/researched while writing a fic?

I've learned so much about the history of New York City for writing HIYH. It's tough because I've never lived in New York, I've never even been to New York, but now with writing this fic I have to understand BOTH how modern NYC AND historical NYC work, because I chose to make my main character a ghost from a hundred years ago XD

I know it doesn't really matter, but I'm super attentive to the timeline and the details of things, what would be new to Jimmy and what he'd understand, so it's been a lot of research to get those details right.

Oh, and "bosher" is Victorian-era slang for a person that talks nonsense. It's in Chapter 4 :)

7. How do you feel after finishing a fic?

Honestly... I'm kinda just eager for the next one. I love the feeling of accomplishment that comes from finishing a fic, and I'm always eager to see how my readers might react to it (though that's true of any new chapter), but at the same time I'm already eager to dive into the next world. Writing... honestly keeps me alive sometimes, so I can never let myself run out of stories to tell.

9. Most challenging thing to write?

Hm... I don't write smut, but spicy/romantic scenes are tough to write anyway. I love them, and I think the ones I've written are pretty good, but it's hard to tell what comes across as romantic when I'm in the middle of writing them, and what just sounds cheesy or cringey (and one of my writing icks is having to stumble through a particularly cringey romance/spicy scene, so I really don't want to be that writer)

10. What is something you really want to write but haven't written yet?

Vivienne's fucking fic dude fr. I have it all outlined, I posted Vivienne's character bio a while ago, I've been talking about it and including her in my character-ask lineup, but I just don't have the time to start writing its fic out yet. Maybe I'll try to get that started after I finish Catch and Release, since that one's close to done, but I feel like I just keep accumulating writing projects no matter what I do (*cough cough now Spider and his fic idea exist too...*)

my 6th grade yearbook was sitting in my closet and it's been. tormenting me. knowing it's just sitting there, potentially having some answers for me, so i broke down and opened it up. i didn't walk away with any answers as to who exactly hurt me, but looking at the faces of the teacher and principal, both women, who just...didn't care that a little girl was nearly raped in the bathrooms....fucking furious

how do you be so full of hatred that you just don't care about a little girl nearly getting raped??? how do you let yourself believe his fucking obvious lie of "she lured me into the bathroom" like??? this tiny, meek, physically underdeveloped child??? how do you believe the boy who was a KNOWN FUCKING PROBLEM??? how do you believe the boy who had been to juvie MULTIPLE TIMES???? he was 15!!! i was 13!!!! he was supposed to be a freshmen in high school, nearing his sophomore year, i was a tiny child-- fuck you fuck you fuck you fuck you. fuck you for not seeing how fucking OBVIOUS it was that he stalked ME to the bathroom!! fuck you for ignoring how he would CONSTANTLY try to shove his hands in my pants if he was sitting behind me!!! who knows what fucking else he did to me that i can't remember because of the fucking blackout that is my memory of that time!!!

I really like the simplicity of Rushi's Design, and because of his explicit Bosher Inspiration, I'm finally able to present something that I've been debating about sharing for a while now!

This was my first attempt at doing without Voice Acting without any spoken dialogue, and as described in the name of the file, I originally made it to ACT as a more Yoshi-Like Voice Test for creepa-b0t-inc's Bosher (where I was only reminded of the pre-existing 'SFX' Audio after this was recorded)!

But as it's not needed for Bosher, I hope that it's something that could potentially work for Rushi, and can instead be seen as a good showcase of appreciation if it doesn't.

IT'S A BIRD, IT'S PLANE, NOT IT'S... RUSHI???.

Hell yeah, IT'S RUSHI'S TIME.

Anyway, here is Rushi, my first (and only) Yoshi Theory secret boss.

(He is inspired by Bosher by my friend @creepa-b0t-inc ).

He used to be an actor and the protagonist to his hit Game "Rushi's Land"

He was loved, respected and blessed.

He respected his best friend (Asriel).

One day, while they where playing, a third-party took the controller from Asriel and made Rushi falls to get an extra jump.

In the hole, Rushi waited for what it seems to him to be years.

One day, while he still stuck in the hole, he been visited by Someone.

They told him about everything, about his world, about the one who made him fall

Filled with anger and hatred (and insanity) Rushi waited till one day, he got his revenge.

Eventually, a lightner will open a fountain in their house.

And With that, Rushi almost got his revenge.

OK, outside of the lore, here is some fun fact.

He can change his freaking eyes, like to Jevil's and Spamton's (reference to IMG_FRIEND).

I tried to make him very similar to yoshi but with some dinosaur-ish qualities.
