Hi, I love your work so much :)) would it be possible to get bobbysocks' Eurovision outfits (Norway 1985)? Because those are absolutely banger outfits <3
Thank you so much and if I can find some okay footage on youtube of their performance, sure.
youtube
Usually I use the actual performance artists competed with and not a reprise but with older Eurovisions I can't really be picky. This is the best quality I found in a few minutes. Might not be the best looking gifs but I'll try.

*I did uncover some information regarding Lisa Gold-Rubin and Nehama Shutan which would make them Pisces and Leo respectively, however I was unable to confirm whether they were the actual Eurovision performers or whether they just happened to share the same names. The lead for Gold-Rubin is stronger... but still unconfirmed 😅
**Some sites list Tymofii's birthday as being in September, however his actual Ukrainian Wikipedia page shows it as February 6th, so that's what I'm going with
Corrections/additional information welcome!

UPDATE: Melodi Grand Prix
If there was any country that has a national final (not counting those that did not have a national selection last year), the one with likely the biggest changes is Norway. Instead of having heats and then a final, we just have 9 songs (we were slated to have 10, but one artist withdrew at the last second and was not replaced).
We do, however, have returning artists! The first I'm mentioning is Wig Wam, who represented Norway in 2005 with the glamorous "In My Dreams." Another notable name is Bobbysocks. They were the ones that brought Norway their first win in 1985 with "La Det Swinge." And from what I've seen, it's the same lineup (which means Elisabeth Andreassen is attempting to make her FIFTH Eurovision after performing in 1982, 1985, 1994, and 1996, which would be historic).
My favorite of the songs is Ladybug with "Hot as Hell in Paradise"

9 17 and 23 for music asks
9: a song that makes you happy
unfortunately I have the superpower to make any happy song sad. BUT my answer is gonna be Hrvatica Baby! by Le Filip (the song made for her drag race finale number) because it immediately cheers me up when I listen to it, it's sooo catchy
17: a song you would sing as a duet on karaoke
This Norwegian classic, one of the 3 times we've won Eurovision: La det swinge by Bobbysocks. This is most peoples go-to for a duet, actually! But somehow, I haven't done this yet! successful duets have been It's Oh So Quiet by Björk, and The girl, so confusing remix with Lorde by Charli xcx
23: a song that you think everybody should listen to
ohhh boy that's a big one.... hmm... Heaven or Las Vegas by Cocteau Twins
