This boat house is so cute. The 1950 home in Portland, OR has been remodeled and has 2bds, 1.5ba. $350K + $480mo. HOA. The home is on the Columbia River.
Lively orange door.
Entrance foyer. I think that door may be the half bath.
Isn't this a beautiful living room? It even has a fireplace. I've never seen a boathouse like this- no trace of nautical decor. Love the lights around the doorway.
What a lovely dining room- it's so large, light, and airy. Love the round window and doors to the deck.
Love the blue lights under the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen has nice white cabinets and quartz counters. All new appliances and a subway tile backsplash. I know that some people like a big kitchen, but this is the perfect size for me.
Extra storage in the built-in pantry.
The primary bedroom is so pretty and surprisingly big.
The bath has a beautiful sink and tiles.
The 2nd bd. is currently being used as a den.
This is nice, what a huge deck.
Wow, so much space for summer living.
Stairs to the water and a little garden. Plus, a hot tub.
Friendly waterfowl stroll along the piers.

SO MANY PEOPLE GUESSED CORRECTLY!#It wasn't that hard#We know Papyrus knows the river person#are they friends? idk BUT I PERSONALLY THINK THEY ARE#I just LOVEEE looking at the dialogue and making connections#I referenced one of the lines from the river person here...sometimes they'll ask you if you know any game you can play with a dog...#They said they were “asking for a friend...”#And I couldn't help but think about Papyrus' problem with the annoying dog LMAO#+ Papyrus seems very excited to know if the river person is there when you call him nearby that area#Okay so... now ...some comic thing that I made up but also didn't...#“FLOWEY DOESN'T KNOW WHO THE RIVER PERSON IS?”#okay so...#I feel like#It's not very common for them to be there...#When talking with Undyne around that area it's kind of *unclear* if she knows about the river person being there....#She tells you about the river connecting different areas and that you should “jump in”#She then clarifies that's the only thing they got for public transport#AND LIKE? It's unclear if she's telling you to jump in the boat (OR IF SHE KNOWS THERE'S SOMEONE WITH A BOAT) or is she's literally telling#you to jump in the river?????#Anyways...so...that's that#HEHE Flowey and Papyrus finally arrived at the house! Here's a very nice 1990 boat house in Seattle, WA. 2bd, 2ba, 950 sq ft, $1.7m.
I've never seen a boat house that didn't have nautical theme inside. This one looks like a modern duplex.
It's open, gets lots of natural light, and has a great view.
It's also open concept.
The kitchen's cute with brightly colored laminate cabinetry.
The sofa faces a wall of windows with a great view of the boats. There's a loft above, too. It's typically small, but not as tight as others I've seen.
The primary bedroom, up in the loft, has the same view out the wall of windows as the living room. It also has lots of built-in cabinetry.

Bedroom #2 has twin beds and lots of built-ins, also.
If you just need a guest room, the beds double as sofas.
The 2nd bedroom's smaller bath also houses the washer/dryer.
There's a nice deck on the water.
Small boat slip on the side of the house.
Parking area by the mailboxes.
This is the "street."
The house is at an angle on its landing b/c they usually really squeeze them in.
