Modern high-speed machines can rapidly form hundreds of cups per minute. - A heat-resistant plastic liner is applied to the inside using a spray or dip coating method. This prevents liquid absorption. - Inks are printed onto the outside surface through a multi-color rotary press for branding or designs. - Cups pass through an oven to cure the lining and ensure a moisture-proof seal. - Lasers or blades cut thecups from the continuous roll and they are stacked into boxes for shipping. - Quality checks ensure structural integrity and compliance with food safety standards.
