Listen to this video clip i made earlier when linking up with @jususaberdeen at his Bike Shop on Wells Street. He takes in donated bikes from the community fixes them up and passes them on free to youth in the community. This lady was passing by with her son and asked about the bike for him and hey presto a few minutes later wheels pumped brakes checked and ready to go. Take a listen good things happen in Hackney. The saying in the store now is similar to @wheeliewayne has Bikes up Guns Down in London its Bikes up knives down because so many kids in london have lost their lives to it already. Tag your friend. Yesterday started off a great day got to meet with @writeoffworld for lunch and catch up after I missed another one of his #Bikestormz 😓 hopefully next one I will make it. Mac here is surrounded by some of the youth he brings together to ride together and chill in the city and protects them as if his own. Sadly a group from outside the ones below rolled up and created some madness with sadly a youth being stabbed and another robbed. On the way back we noticed the commotion with @wheelie_kay @nl.kizzy and others running from the park towards us to escape what was happening. Mac managed to get the youth to a safe place and the police arrived quickly and did a amazing job to keep the youth safe with stopping the bleeding calming him down while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. The message #bikesupknivesdown needs to ring louder in the community. Hopefully the young man recovers both mentally and physically from his wounds. Tag the riders in the pic and glad all the riders in the image are safe. When @jake100_ passed by to visit the shop @jususaberdeen and his young mentee Paul who is the funniest and best kid on Well Street in fact Hackney. Jake was giving tips to Paul on how to wheelie and Jusus is teaching him how to fix bikes. He's so confident that when a older youth passed by with a flat he took it upon himself to do the repair from start to end and the youth left a happy customer. The thing about the shop is that it gives these youth a place to go and learn and with people like Jake passing by to just hang out it uplifts the youth when they see him.
