it's definitely up to interpretation, but here's my interpretation for ren saying "loyal to the end"

so ren for sure knew about the secret soulmate, maybe not the full scope of it but he knew. they even broke up after their their visit to the relationship ranch because bigb revealed he had met up with the secret admirer. but after they both turned red, they decided to make up and still use the secret soulmate for extra resources and favors. a lot is left unsaid, with ren not really expressing his discomfort at bigb still meeting with the secret soulmate. bigb never revealing grian is the secret soulmate, or directly expressing how much he cares about him in comparison to ren.

in my opinion, grian does have a special place in bigb's heart, because he showed appreciation for bigb when he was doubtful and uncomfortable with the relationship with his soulmate. but even then, in ren's eyes bigb remained loyal to ren at the end. ren was so convinced bigb was gonna leave him like how martyn was abandoned by cleo, and he didn't. and it's undeniable that bigb did care about ren. even though he met up and agreed to be secret soulmates with grian, he could not keep secrets to ren and felt guilty for hurting his feelings

because of the nature of the series, the storyline was not wrapped up with a nice bow at the end. season povs unexpectedly end and characters rarely have slow heart to heart conversations instead of action-packed scenes. but my favorite part of their storyline honestly is how much uncertainty there is to their relationship and how unreliable both perspectives are

On another side note, more ghost perspective pls. Especially after the final battle. Like post a bonus video a week after the finale yk? I want to see them make bets on who's winning.

On another another side note. Ren saying that they were loyal to the end in their ghost perspective is so ironic to me, but it literally doesn't help with my utter confusion of what's going on with Ren and BigB. So does Ren actually know?? Or did Ren just say that for a nicer final narrative?

I havent seen anyone mention yet how in Wild Life Ren just. went and made allies with BigB. behind Martyns back. Ren straight up said that he and BigB could rule the server, "kings in opposite corners of the map", and that if he needs anything he'll go to BigB. and he mentioned NONE of this to Martyn when he came back. the man had one opportunity to go visit the other side of the server and immeaditly formed an alliance with his former DL soulmate.

But as a ship name I think that would cause tagging issues)

OKAY THAT’S IT!!! I do not feel comfortable giving names to ships that I do not ship myself, so I will NOT be making up new combinations. That being said if anyone ships BigB/Bdubs PLZ tell me you call it DoubleB that would be so fun. But we must wait for someone to ship it before giving it a name imo. Give me a day and I might lol but I’m not gonna force myself just to name it haha.
