Polar Night

A scene from Northern Norway in the Dark of December and the two Siderians (big cats) Zita (left) and Torstein (right) exploring the frozen fjord. During the polar night, the sun does not rise but at 69 degrees North, you still get to see some twilight around mid-day.

Tried out himi gouache!

I think in the future I'll invest in more expensive gouache, I love the colors but I had to do a lot of layering which is what I wanted to avoid with gouache, but fun paints :)
