hiro hamada feels like a peter parker variant and i think that's why both their series are equally my favorite

both their parents died when they were young

both became heroes bc they originally wanted revenge on a family member's death

uncle ben = tadashi

aunt may = aunt cass

gwen stacy = karmi (who is also curt connors/the lizard because of the monster episode maybe?)

mary jane = megan cruz (but with a cop father like gwen)

tony stark = alistair krei

doc ock = yokai (professor callaghan)

norman osborne = liv amara/di amara

electro = hardlight

sandman = globby

not sure who obake would be though. mysterio? the chamelion? hammerhead?

and i think a lot of the other bh6 villains like momakase, sirque, etc. can be equated to other spider-man villains if i actually remembered them

Hiro Takada and Karmi Iosama

So my creative brain is in this continual state of “BH6 Multiverse What If,” especially after reading from the original Big Hero Six comics.

In this case, this BH6-verse is an amalgamation of the Marvel comics and Disney’s rendition. Hiro Takada (a fusion of Hiro Hamada and Hiro Takachiho) and Karmi Iosama (Karmi and Marys Iosama) are two teen prodigies and superhero agents of the Big Hero 6 team, guided and supported by the Giri Institute headquartered in San Fransokyo.

I do not want to make another post regarding Tadashi's death lol! It's also one of the many reasons why I don't like Tadashi being Sunfire, because you know, trauma... Being the literal personification of fire after being inside one, I don't think Tadashi could even function properly (I'm also guilty with putting Tadashi in the team, hehehehe, its too bad that I really lost interest in the fic as I was writing.)

The Tadashi team ones can actually work but really not in the usual way that most of the fanfic writers would think (because I got thsi idea from one fanfic writer who did a great job but I'm sorry I can't remember the name)

Because they considered how Tadashi is willing to put his life on the line for Hiro (him joining makes sense cuz Hiro is really stubborn) even if he came out broken but what about Hiro??

I sincerely doubt he would ever let lose the fact that he has a hero group and even less the chance of him letting Tadashi join in their hero work. Like that shit is crazy dangerous (ngl I'm starved of Protective Hiro content who am I kidding)

For it to make sense to me is when Tadashi volunteers to be their engineer (not my idea) , the one in charge of making their robotic equipments.

Cuz that would give him a way to keep track of all of them, I trust his wrinkly brain to come up with a tracking device in case of kidnapping events

And he is Baymax's Creator so upgrades are definitely on the table and Baymax's self improving AI makes it easy. But I'm not smart enough to do big brained schematics like other fanfic writers lmao

And also keeps Hiro calm knowing his brother is out of harms way and in an unknown location but pretty sure Tadashi is usually the one who is more scared cuz Hiro is in the front lines

The Sunfire fanfics that makes the most sense to me are the ones where Tadashi usually freak out whenever flames come out from his hands lol

Mainly cuz that makes the most sense to me considering the fact fire almost catapulted him straight his parents' arms

The fact he has to learn how to control the one thing that almost killed him and has the misfortune of said thing being extremely unpredictable????

God speed my man, the Sunfire fanfics don't do your amateur hours justice

But like the ones where they showcased his great control over his powers are great tho ngl it is hella cool to see the man flexing his ability

Tho the little details where Tadashi would flare up a bit when his emotions are out of control makes sense but I kinda speculated him to be a bit more in control of his emotions and thoughts.

Because if that man managed to be this happy-go-lucky after losing his parents, having the responsibility of raising a kid, going through puberty, and studying in college??? Not to mention the trauma he experienced during the fire and the car???

It's either he got a will stronger than steel or a therapist with superpowers

Or Aunt Cass cuz let's be real the woman would strangle bears for her nephews and I consider that a fact point blank

mary anne meyer is an SFIT professor who teaches applied physics, and is known for being very quiet and melancholy outside of her lessons. she cares deeply about her students and her work, she's just very gloomy and tired and has a lot on her mind. it's difficult to get her to smile, although many have tried :(

she is also, as her name suggests, mel meyer's mother. they are complete opposites in demeanor, but they love each other lots, and he knows a good Surprise will always cheer her up

also her purse is flexible display technology so it can go with any outfit, as mel was sure to point out when he gifted it to her

New BH6 OC!!

Meet Mack! Hiro and Cass’ new neighbor... and Hiro’s new love interest ;)))

He’s the quaterback of the football team at Megan’s high school, and lives with his maternal grandparents after the death of his mother and his father being incarcerated for thefts when he was a child. He may look like your tall, buff jock at first, but he’s a gentle giant and a huge nerd that loves his family and friends.

So it’s Pride Month y’all, and I see a lot of people including myself headcanoning Hiro as bi (being the bi disaster myself). Of course, I may really ship Karmiro, but the idea of Hiro with a tol bf is too darn adorable (and remember kids, dating a boy doesn’t make Hiro any less bi)

Mack is basically a genderbent version of Marys Iosama, inspired by @sssnapdragons’s re-design of Marys and her HC of Marys being into astronomy (she deleted her art account, but shout-out to you Helen, you’re the muse behind this ♥♥) and created by yours truly and none the other than my girl @bigherosixfeels.

Fun fact: the “S” on Mack’s jacket stands for “Southport High”, which is the name of the high school from the original Big Hero 6 comics! So far, the series have no mention of the name of Megan’s school, so until it is revealed, I headcanon the name as Southport.

I love Megan‘s Design

Saw what Hiro’s new friend, Megan, looks like and I can’t help but think She’s super cute. That alone makes me excited to actually see the ep she comes in. I ca From the images/gifs I’ve seen, I can already tell there’s a high chance going to love her. That hairstyle is just too darn cute and I’m just hoping she’s actually going to be genuine in being Hiro’s friend and not a bully -like Karmi (Who I was also initially excited for but ended up not being much a fan of. Too hostile for my taste.) or a villain like Trina (Same as Karmi, though I do like her quite a bit more than Karmi as it she was sketchy from the beginning...Besides, Obake was mah dude and I could never hate something he created...I’m also just a sucker for villains...also really sad about her hair. I loved the original style quite a lot. Not so much on the new style.)

Side note: Obake is my best boi for the show.
