Happy Mother's Day everyone and to all the moms out their! Everyone tell your mom, grandmother, or even someone you see as a mother tell me that you love them and give them a hug. A Mother isn't just a woman who gives birth. A mother is the one woman, that loves us no matter what, raise us, take care us, can be like a best friend, tells when we are wrong, tell you it's okay, can say she loves you and lecture all at the same time, makes sure we learn from our mistakes. आदित्य तिवारी ने डाउन सिंड्रोम से पीड़ित एक बच्चे को गोद लिया था, जिसके लिए उन्होंने एक लंबी कानूनी और सामाजिक लड़ाई लड़ी। हालांकि, उनकी ममता के आगे सब हार गए। अब उन्हें ‘अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय महिला दिवस’ पर देशभर की कई महिलाओं के साथ बेंगलुरु के एक इवेंट में World’s Best Mommy के टाइटल से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

बता दें, आदित्य ने अपने बेटे को सिंगल पैरेंट के रूप में गोद लिया था। वह 22 महीने के अवनीश को अडॉप्ट करने के बाद सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर की नौकरी छोड़कर देशभर में स्पेशल बच्चों के पेरेंट्स को काउंसिलिंग देने और मोटिवेट करने के काम में जुट गए। आदित्य ने बताया, ‘दुनिया की सर्वश्रेष्ठ मम्मियों’ में से एक के रूप में सम्मानित होने पर खुश हूं और मैं दूसरों के साथ स्पेशल बच्चे को संभालने का अपना अनुभव बांटना चाहता हूं।'

साल 2016 में अवनीश को लिया था गोद आदित्य ने साल 2016 में अवनीश गोद लिया था, जो डाउन सिंड्रोम से ग्रस्त है। हालांकि, उसे अपना बेटा बनाने में आदित्य को एक लंबी कानूनी लड़ाई लड़नी पड़ी। दरअसल उस वक्त कोई भी अविवाहित व्यक्ति तभी बच्चे को गोद ले सकता था जब उसकी उम्र 30 वर्ष या उससे ज्यादा हो। आदित्य तब 25 वर्ष के थे। यानि कानूनन उन्हें बच्चा गोद नहीं मिल सकता था, पर आदित्य पीछे हटने वालों में से नहीं थे। उन्होंने इस नियम के ��िलाफ न्यायिक लड़ाई लड़ी। करीब डेढ़ साल के संघर्ष के बाद वह अवनीश को घर लाने में सफल हुए। हालांकि, इस फैसले के कारण उन्हें पारिवारिक व सामाजिक विरोध भी सहना पड़ा।
