style & school ₊˚⊹♡
for the girls who want to look cute in school even with uniform because school is, in fact, a fashion show ✨🎀
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ first things first, before we get into anything, take into account your school dress code. things to think about:
♡ skirt lengths
♡ jewelry
♡ shoe types
♡ colours and accessories
♡ makeup restrictions
once we've established these things, then we can figure out a way to decorate ur uniform and make ur school life cuter! ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ sizing and best fit
so this sounds like it should be pretty obvious but nowadays, since school uniform is often bought online, the sizes might not always be the most accurate and may not compliment your body type as well as you'd like.
what i'd say for this is when buying new uniform always always always try and get the exact measurements and try your best to get one that compliments your body type as best you can for maximum comfort and maximum confidence ♡
i personally have my jumper / sweater a little bigger than needed just because it's comfy and it looks cute but go with whatever makes you the most comfortable and suits your style the most ♡
i know a few people who've got their uniform tailored to their size specifically and it helps a lot or they've just made little changes here and there, so i would definitely recommend this as one of the most basic things you'd need to start with.
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ hair and accessories
ur hair is SO important because it can make a world of difference when it comes to accessorising even the most bland, boring outfits, in and out of school. i have a pinterest board of hair ideas and ways to do ur hair for in and out of school, but i'll list some ideas:
♡ hair clips! pearls, ribbons, colours, whatever you'd like! <3 ♡ half up half down is iconic, obviously! bonus points if you do half up half down pigtails, i do these all the time w ribbons in <3 ♡ claw clips! claw clips always they're so iconic and so cute ♡ space buns and braids of any kind are absolutely adorable. twin hairstyles are the cutest ever idc
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ socks and shoes
okay believe me this makes SO much of a difference. i've been wearing black knee high ribbon socks and mary janes since i started high school and i look so bare without them. the impact that the little details can have on bland british school uniform is INSANE. lace, frills, small ribbons, mary janes, boots, any cute shoes that are allowed and fit the dress code will do ♡
i'd also recommend leg warmers if they're allowed! we aren't allowed them here but i've seen uniforms that are and they look absolutely adorable ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ jewelry, jewelry, jewelry!
so at my school we aren't allowed jewelry (but everyone wears it anyway) but i have found a way to improvise. everybody knows jewelry is a gorgeous way to uplift any outfit and make it look fancier and prettier and much more glamorous and it makes no different for school uniform!
if you aren't allowed jewelry then i'd also say if you're good at being sneaky to hide it under long sleeves or collars when around teachers and then just wear it the rest of the time. i do this personally because i've been doing it for years but this is not encouragement to get you into trouble! do not do this if you have a super super strict school and / or can't hide it well!
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ bags n decor
oh my gosh i have this absolutely adorable bag for school ,, my bsf @gy0th-yawnzzn knows 🙏 having a cute bag makes things so much more fun. the amount of times i've had both teachers and students compliment my bag is crazy. ur whole life lives in there throughout the day so naturally ur gonna want it to be cute. keychains, ribbons, pearls, beads, bracelets, photos, charms, anything you can find and anything you like! my personal inspo:
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ handmade things
along with being unique and individual and personal to you, having cute little trinkets and bracelets and handmade things can also make things so much cuter and give you your own kind of flair, as it were. i personally add ribbons to everything and cutify EVERYTHING i own cuz it just makes things way more enjoyable (like our school has special planners given to us and i decorate mine w gems and stickers) and wear bracelets i've made to school too! this is handy for individuality and just the little extra if ur super commited ig ♡
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ season matching
matching your uniform alterations to the seasons is so cute and effective and makes you feel so much cuter and more in tune to the world around you, and gives you a sort of signature style too.
for example, in the summertime:
♡ short socks with frills or ribbons
♡ girly sunglasses (i have this pair of heart sunglasses and i absolutely adore them, i wear them everywhere)
♡ cute colour coordinated hats to match uniform
♡ shorter skirts, school dresses or shorts
♡ pretty golden or summery jewelry
in the winter time:
♡ hats, scarves, gloves, cute coats are a MUST
♡ long sleeves, vests under shirts to keep u warm, etc
♡ trousers, longer skirts
♡ leg warmers, long socks, tights or leggings
♡ jumpers, sweaters, cardigans, and so on
of course do all of these things depending on restrictions, make sure you aren't getting yourself into trouble ! but looking cute is also just as important to me and so i've tried my best to compile a list tailored to all of the strict school girlies with uniforms and restrictions that will help as many of you as possible. girls support girls to look as cute as we can whenever we can ♡
all my love! 💗🎀💖✨💘

I’m so tired here are some assorted Disventure Camp headcanons:
•Jake is really into poetry. Some of his poems are bangers, some of them are absolute dogshit. He posts some of them online, mostly the bad ones because he’s not self-aware of how bad they are. He will spend hours on end writing in his notes app. Guy is a big fan of sonnets and free verse but his strong suits are odes and villanelles
•Rosa María, James, Yul, Lake, Riya, Fiore, and Alec are all multilingual. Rosa speaks English and Spanish, James speaks Portuguese and English, Yul speaks Korean and English, Lake speaks German and English as well as some French, Riya speaks Hindi and English, Fiore speaks English and some Italian, and Alec speaks English as well as a variety of other languages (he did a minor in linguistics for his university degree so he knows the basics of multiple major languages).
•Hunter’s a competitive chess player. Ally’s the only person who’s ever beat him fair and square, but even then, that rarely happens
•Lake is great at baking. She’s incredibly exact when it comes to measurements, timing, and technique. Rosa, meanwhile, is a great cook and she doesn’t measure anything
•Aiden can play bass guitar. He started learning as a teenager because he wanted to join an emo band one day. Chase your dreams boy
•Yul used to have braces and he’s really embarrassed about it
•Gabby’s a forager, she loves to forage for wild fruit and mushrooms and greens
•Ellie’s kinda a ghoul in the kitchen. Like she can make good food and drinks but most of the time she’s so tired that she makes evil energy drink-instant coffee potions or like that pistachio & condensed milk concoction from Arthur
•In a better universe I think Ellie and Jake are frenemies instead of fully hating each other and they play Minecraft together and Ellie is constantly stealing Jake’s shit and trying to defeat the Ender Dragon meanwhile he screams every time he sees a Creeper and begs her to turn Keep Inventory on because he keeps dying
•Miriam gets a cat after the show. She’s an older white cat named Snowball and she has the same personality as her. They are best friends and Miriam is so annoyed by her. She made them matching sweaters. Snowball is only fully nice to Jake
•Fiore listens to Thrash Metal. It’s partially just to throw people off when they find out, she thinks it’s funny
•Fiore also enjoys those YouTube prank videos, she knows they’re fake they’re just so stupid that she finds them hilarious. Kristal gives her an iPad for a day one time for entertainment and it pisses the rest of the Magenta team off so bad because she keeps playing these prank videos and watching epic fail compilations at full volume
•Grett loves crocheting. She slowly turns into one of those people who crochets during lectures and while watching movies and shit
•James is really good at Tetris
•Ally is obsessed with Sci-Fi. She, Tess, and Hunter watch Star Trek, Doctor Who, and Star Wars together because they all love the worldbuilding so much. Tess writes fanfiction about almost everything they watch. Hunter has terrible media literacy and misses the themes every time but he has fun watching
•After All Stars, Riya gets really into tattoos. She gets matching ones with Connor
•People antagonize Tom with the cop slide video and every time he clenches his fist and goes, “Stop laughing at him.”
•Kai has a bunch of pet bugs. Maggy’s secretly afraid of them still but she’s getting there. She likes rollie pollies
•Karol used to do roller derby and Lill used to ice skate. Ggirlf, riends,,, I miss them chat. Where is my old woman yuri
•Aiden eats plain yogurt nothing on it and it’s the one thing James doesn’t like about him. Like it’s so upsetting to him. Why does he eat plain yogurt
•Ashley likes hyperpop, don’t tell anyone
•Tom likes crockpot food. He is not invited to potlucks for this reason. He will always bring the crockpot
•Alec doesn’t like splatter films but he really enjoys psychological horror, especially mockumentaries and mondo films
•Lake read creepypasta a lot as a kid and she wouldn’t go into the kitchen after dark because she was afraid of Jeff the Killer appearing at her fridge

The Row - Just Us Chapter 52
Warnings: None
Word Count: 2888
Series List | Chapter 51 | Chapter 53
================================
I pull Wanda into the shop, her body moving closer to mine as we enter so I unlink our arms and move mine around her shoulders keeping her close to my left side. Her right hand moves up across her chest, to grab my hand that is relaxed near her left collar bone. She grabs onto it, linking our fingers together as she leans more of her body into me.
"Do you remember where you saw the suit?"
"I think it was called The Row."
"Very good taste." I look down to Wanda, who is looking at the list of all the designers here. Let me tell you it's a lot. "Are you doing okay?"
"Yeah, I feel a little out of place in my mom jeans and your shirt but I'm doing okay."
"Well let's head to the section with The Row and we will be in and out of here as quick as you need."
"Thank you baby."
"Of course princess."
I pull Wanda around SAKS leading us where we need to be, but also taking my time so she can have a look around and decide if she wants to look at something else. It seems like she is only here to look at the suit though, as she looks around but shows no interest letting me walk us where we need to be. When Wanda sees the sign for The Row her eyes light up and she bounces on her toes in excitement, practically pulling me into the section. I can see her eyes searching for what I can only assume to be the suit, a look of disappointment spreads across her face when she doesn't see it.
"Hi, how can I help you two lovely ladies today?" The sales assistant, a young short blonde puts on her best customer service smile as she walks over to us.
"Uh, hi. So I saw something online that I liked and hoped you would have it here but can't seem to see it." Wanda's eyes keep darting around looking at the range of clothes they have.
"That's no problem. I have some catalogues here with everything in it. Just tell me what you saw and I can sort something out for you." We follow the woman to the counter as she brings out a few small laminated clothing catalogues, one labelled dresses, on labelled suits, one labelled day wear and the final one is shoes and accessories.
"It was this red velvet suit sort of thing."
"The jacket and pants right?" The lady flicks through the catalogue pulling up the page with the suit on, my eyes go wide already anticipating how fucking hot she is going to be wearing it.
"That's the one there yeah."
"So we don't stock it in our shop, but if I get your measurements we can have it ready for you by Friday, as I can put a priority on this thing if you need me to."
Wanda looks up at me then back down to the picture of the suit. I can tell she is having an internal battle with herself, I know she wants it but I also know she doesn't like the idea of me spending money on her. I lift her chin with my finger, as she bites her lip nervously but I simply use my thumb to pull it out.
"We can get it if you want it?"
"I really want it but…"
"Then let me get it for you." From the corner of my eye, the lady silently 'ohs' in understanding leaving to tend to another shopper while me and Wanda have this conversation. "Okay I know we made a deal but what about this. You choose three outfits today of your choice, I will get them for you today and you can get measured for it all. So when I say outfit it means shoes and accessories too. Then that will be it. You will have three outfits from The Row and I never have to buy you expensive clothes again."
"I like that idea better, because it won't always be in the back of my mind that you will be spending ridiculous amounts of money one me."
"Money comes easy to me Wanda, but we can learn and work together. You at getting better at accepting that I want to spend my money on you and I will hold back on the spending too much until you are comfortable. And if you aren't ever comfortable then that is fine too, I just want you to be comfortable with the fact that in my life right now it comes easily to me."
"I will try."
"That's all I ask." She stands on her tiptoes to give my lips a peck. "So what do you want to do?"
"Can we do the three outfits thing?"
"Of course we can." Wanda stands in front of me, pushing her arms under my coat as she wraps them around my body, locking her hands together at the bottom of my back. Her chin resting on my chest as she puckers her lips up at me, I bend down giving her a few gentle pecks. We break apart with a smile when the lady makes her way back to the counter, now finished with the other customer. Wanda let's go of me turning around to face the lady, her back pressed to my front and I gently rest my hands on her waist as I rest my chin on the top of her head.
"So have you ladies decided on what to go for?" Once again a winning customer service smile on her face.
"So I would like to go for the suit, then maybe look at some different things you have."
"That's perfect, are we getting you measured today?"
"Yes please. Am I able to browse the catalogues as you do so?"
"Of course. Your girlfriend can join us in the back if that makes it easier for you two." She looks between me and Wanda, I'm starting to think that the smile isn't that fake.
"Yes please. Baby?"
"Of course I will grab the catalogues while you and the lady get settled. Sorry what's your name so I don't have to keep calling you lady?" She huffs out a laugh holding her hand out which I shake.
"The names Paula. You two are."
"I'm Y/n and this my Wanda."
"Very nice to meet you both. Wanda if you would like to follow me though to the back, Y/n join us when you're ready. Also would either of you like a drink at all? Tea? Coffee?"
"I will take a tea please." Wanda says following the lady as I grab the catalogues.
"Water is fine for me thanks "
"Perfect. Why don't you two surf the catalogues while I make them for you." She disappears into another side room while me and Wanda take a seat opening up the dress catalogue first.
Wanda flicks through the pages, asking for my input on certain things as she hums a random tune out. She suddenly stops flicking her hand resting on the page, as her finger brushes over the picture of the dress she has seen. I know it's the one the moment she sets her eyes on it, a soft smile makes its way onto her lips as her eyes scan the dress up and down. Her finger traces the outline of the dress, before resting her hand flat against it.
"This one is perfect." Wanda turns to look at me, tilting the catalogue so I can see what she is one about and I bite my lip when I see the dress.
"What shoes and accessories are you going for?"
"Just some heels and maybe earrings. Nothing too in your face."
"Any more dresses you're looking at."
"No, I think I want to get another suit though, and er, maybe a coat?" She mumbles the last bit, but I catch it.
"So another suit, and a coat. And then just shoes and accessories to go with each." I state, so she knows I'm okay with it.
"Yeah so it would be one dress, 2 suits and a coat. Are you sure it's okay baby?"
"I am perfectly sure princess. I want to spoil you rotten." She quickly pecks my lips and starts scanning the other catalogue as Paula returns.
"Okay so here is the tea and the water. Wanda if you could come and stand up here. Y/n you can stand next to her, to help her browse but you might have to do some shuffling around while I measure."
"Okay. Ready princess?"
"Ready."
I stand up from my chair, placing the catalogues on my seat and hold out my hand palm up for Wanda to take. She gently places her palm in mine, my fingers wrap around her hand as I hoist her up from the chair. I bend down to grab the catalogues in my other hand, wrapping my arm around Wanda's shoulder while her arm remains in front of her, our hands still holding one another. We walk up to the small stand, that's about half a foot of the ground; and surrounded by 3 or 4 mirrors. I let go of Wanda's hand holding mine out palm up again. She rests her hand in mine as she steps up on the stand getting herself situated.
"Such a gentlewoman. Sometimes I wish I was gay." Me and Wanda share a confused look at Paula as we both laugh. "I just mean the most my boyfriend does is buy me flowers on my birthday."
"Oh yeah, men are imbeciles. Been there, done that, never again though." Wanda remarks, laughing as the lady gives an impressed smile and nod.
"So is it as good as they say? You know being with a woman compared to a man?" I try to ignore the conversation as I start looking through the suit catalogue for ideas.
"Mhmm, one thousand percent better." I quirk a brow. "You my dear are missing out on a good time. Dump that lazy ass boyfriend of yours and get yourself a lady."
"Maybe I will. So how long have you two been together." The lady starts up a conversation as she starts to measure Wanda's legs with a small hand held tape measure.
"What's the date today baby?" I open my phone to double check.
"It's the 5th lyubov."
"Okay so that puts us at 3 weeks 4 days. Okay wow, I didn't realise it hadn't been not that long. I swear it feels like we have been together for months." I quickly do the maths in my head and my jaw drops.
"Oh wow, yeah you're right." I just shrug. "We are just being your stereotypical useless lesbians."
"Wait so we said I love you to each other exactly 3 weeks into knowing each other."
"Wait, wait, wait. You guys have already said 'I love you' to each other?" The lady stops what she is doing to look between the both of us wide eyed.
"Yeah, but I honestly thought we had been together longer. I swear it was longer." I scratch my head slightly confused at how quickly we have actually moved through this relationship.
"Nope." Wanda pops her the P. "We met on the tenth of last month."
"Well fuck me, that's kinda crazy lyubov." Wanda shrugs as she looks at me through the mirror.
"Like you said we are just some good ole useless lesbians."
"Okay, anyway. So we have the dress, the suit you just need to choose the other suit and coat you want. Any ideas?"
"Are there any white suits in there?"
"There is." I start flicking the section with white dresses, while Paula moves around me. I hold the book open in one hand, and Wanda flicks through it herself, her eyes searching every page. Her eyes land on something she likes the look of, as they scan the page.
"What about this one dorogoy?"
"Well this is for you, so it's your choice."
"You're no help, I want your opinion. Like if I wore this would you take me to one of the Stark Gala's or not."
"I would love to show you off wearing that princess."
"Correct answer."
"So that one." I point to the suit to make sure she is happy.
"That one."
"Okay guys, as cute as this is Wanda I need your arms up and out for me so I can get those measurements."
Wanda complies, holding her arms out in the air, I move to stand in front of her, drinking her all in. I can't believe she is mine. I open up the catalogue that has the coats and hold the one with accessories in it under my arm, the rest go to the floor So I don't get in the way of Paula. I flick through them myself to gain an idea of what they do and pick out some favourites I think Wanda would like. As Paula moves to behind Wanda I turn the catalogue to face her showing her each of the ones I picked. As I flick the pages she scrunches her nose shaking her head a lot not really feeling any of them, not until the last one.
"Ooo I really like that one baby." Paula peaks out from behind Wanda.
"We keep that one in store since we don't need measurements for it really. You can try it on once I'm done here."
"Perfect thank you Paula. Are shoes and accessories here or is it easier to order them to come with the made to measure stuff."
"Depends what you would like. We stock some stuff, but it is mostly easier to order it to arrive with the made to measure stuff." Paula finishes up wrapping the tape measure gently over her shoulders. "So what is it we are going for then ladies."
"The red velvet suit, with a white button up. The shoulder to floor white dress with these earrings and these heels. And then this suit here, and this coat."
"Perfect I will get it put through the till." Paula walks off to the counter to get it ready for payment as I once again hold my hand out to Wanda as she steps off the stand. She instinctively links our arms together as we both walk on time over to the counter. Paula walks back to us holding the coat in her hands, which Wanda takes putting it on herself. She double checks what she looks like in the mirror, then turns to me for my opinion but when she see my lip between my teeth she knows my answer so turns back to Paula nodding and handing the coat back.
"So which one do you want to wear this Friday princess?"
"Still the red one." I nod as I turn to Paula.
"Can we put a rush on the red suit. We need it for Friday if that's possible? I know it's Tuesday already…."
"We can put a rush on it, it will be ready for Friday morning where you can collect it from us."
"Perfect."
"Okay so the three outfits, accessories, shoes and coat all come to a total of…"
"I don't need to know, that's okay, just set up the card machine." Paula's eyes flick between me and Wanda and I can feel Wanda's eyes burning a hole in the side of my head.
"Okay, uh, well it should be ready for you." I swipe and sign and soon enough Paula hands over the receipt which I hand to Wanda. She immediately looks at the total price biting her lip a little.
"See I didn't want you to know because you might have said no, so now you have 3 new outfits for plenty of occasions and there isn't a thing you can do to stop me." Wanda just nods as her eyes scan the bit of paper over each individual price, while I grab the bag with the coat in it.
"Oh so your a sugar mama. Damn I really should turn to women." Wanda smiles up at Paula and I'm thankful for the topic change.
"You definitely should. It changes everything."
"Well you two lovely ladies enjoy the rest of your week and I will see you Friday when you come to collect the suit." She holds out her hand and we both give her a handshake before we turn to exit the shop. I wrap my arm around Wanda's sounders pulling her close to me.
"You okay princess?" I check in knowing her brain is going over the amount of money I just spent on her.
"I'm good. I'm okay. It's just something I'm going to have to get used to."
"It will take time, but like I said before you now have three new outfits and we don't have to do this again in a long while if it makes you more comfortable."
"Thank you Y/n. I mean it. I love you"
"I love you too Princess. Anywhere else you want to go?" I look down at her smirking when I see her lip gently between her teeth her pupils dilated so I change my question. "Yours or mine?"
"Mine."

Sweet Surprise (L x Reader)
Warnings: Implied smut, implied NSFW, food play.
Anonymous Request: Hello!! For your follower celebration may I please request "well, how do i look? " and/or " how about a little midnight snack? " with L from death note (I love how you write him!!) 👀 I was thinking some smut or slight smut could be fitting — maybe a sexy outfit and something sweet to eat ;) but feel free to change it up! Thank you 🖤
.
.
.
It's not often you can catch your dearest L off guard. As observant and detail focused as he was, there were certain aspects of romance he must have missed or must have misunderstood. For weeks now, you had been gently teasing the idea of spicing up your fun in the bedroom. While the sex was usually fulfilling, you wanted to surprise your lover with something fresh.
Something new.
You had cooked up the idea (or rather, you literally baked it) after you thought about how much sugar L seemed to consume on a day to day basis. You were well aware of his preferences and his reasoning for his propensity for confections and pastries (how could you forget the first time you had asked and he replied so nonchalantly? B\back then, you wondered if he was joking with you), but you wanted to know...
Just how far would he go for an extra bit of sugar?
And would he be willing... to share that little bit of sugar with you?
While L was busy with some sort of investigation that called him away to another location, you were preparing yourself for the hardest undertaking of your life. You were by no means a terrible baker, but you weren't a high quality chef hailing from France. However, you pushed forward with your plan—a part of you wished that you instead ordered from the best patisserie in the city, but you wanted to add in your own special twist to show how much you cared for your dear detective.
That, and you didn't have the money to fund such an undertaking.
After a couple hours of painstaking measuring, referring to various recipes that you found online, and one hasty, embarrassing call to Watari, you managed to make strawberry shortcake, a lemon meringue pie, cannoli, and a few macarons. While your confections were not as picturesque as the pastries one would see on the storefronts of bakeries and in fancy cookbooks, you were proud of your hard work. The strawberry shortcake was made and garnished with real strawberries, the lemon meringue was heavenly to smell (and even better to shovel into your mouth), and the macarons (while appearing rather uneven and smooshed) were still pretty cute to look at and even better to eat!
However, despite your hard work, you still needed to prepare a few special things...
Where was that whipped cream you had made from scratch? And how many fruits should you cut into cute shapes to be served into bowls?
For the better part of one hour, you spent that time plating your creations, cleaning and dusting your quarters, and slipping into something a bit more... comfortable.
And perhaps, something that would suit L's tastes.
Finally, after you were satisfied with your work, you received a short, terse text from your lover. Although his words were short, as was customary when he was using burner phones to contact you, you still smiled and sent a quick text back. It was in his nature to be aloof at times, having not had many opportunities to explore human relationships in depth as he was with you.
For whatever reason, the group of detectives that was working with L had decided that they should turn in early. That wasn't often the case, especially since L came in high demand whenever he deigned to work with others. More often than not, you were greeted by an L in the very late hours of the night. You wondered if L had stepped on a few toes harder than necessary, but you shrugged that thought away.
It certainly wasn't your business and frankly, most of the matters he was affiliated with flew well above your head.
Regardless of the core reason for the sudden departure from work, you were glad for it.
In your haste to prepare, you had grossly overestimated the time it took to bake. You had been proud that you finished ahead of schedule, but felt a little embarrassed that if L arrived too early or too late, that could affect the taste of the pastries.
Now that a potential disaster had been averted, you freshened up, straightened a few chairs and utensils, and then patiently sat at the kitchen table, your fingers tapping a nonsensical tune upon the wooden grain.
At a quarter past seven, a few minutes after his text, you heard the light jangling of keys followed by the telltale sound of the doorknob turning.
Your heart beat fast in your chest, your hands became clammy, but you smiled your broadest, happiest smile. This was it. You were going to find out if your lover was going to take the bait that you had worked so hard on.
Slowly, he shuffled in, his bare feet padding upon the floor. Although his posture was slouched and his head turned a little towards the floor, you saw that his eyes were quickly darting from direction to direction, a pointer finger resting on his bottom lip.
When he finally stopped, a gradual halt that was punctuated with a delightful little hum as he glanced at the table, his head lifted up slightly to look between you and the pastries. For a moment, his eyes widened before he forcefully blinked and returned to his normal state of detached neutrality.
"Well," you gestured down at your makeshift outfit," how do I look?"
With your homemade whipped cream and some cut up fruits, you had decided to cover your skin in the sweets. You thought about cutting a slice or two from each of your pastries, but decided that it would ruin the presentation and you didn't want to get any stickier than you already were.
(You didn't mind if he got you stickier via... certain methods).
As his dark eyes gazed at you, your face heated and again, your hands becoming clammier with sweat. What if L wasn't into food play? Would he laugh and pay more attention to the pastries? Or worse, would he think less of you?
Would he love you any less?
Finally, as you were busy sinking into an existential crisis, L moved closer to you until he was a scant few inches away. Both of your gazes were glued to one another and then, when you thought the worst was going to happen, he slowly leaned in close so that his lips were practically brushing against the skin of your cheek.
"Good evening," he murmured.
You huffed a laugh, most of the tension that had coiled deep into your stomach loosening in response.
"I baked all afternoon and dressed up for you and that's the first thing you say to me?" Your fingers gently massaged his scalp, his hair deceptively soft and fluffy to the touch. He may not care about his general appearances, but you knew that he was particular about his hygiene, even if upon first glance, most people would think otherwise.
His lips pressed against your skin, but the contact was all too brief. Before you could relish in his touch, he drew back a few centimeters—already too far a gap that you needed to bridge.
"Isn't saying hello to loved ones after a long day of work the customary thing to do?" He drew back in and placed another kiss upon the shell of your ear. You shivered under his ministrations, but stayed still. "Or would you rather I sample the delicacies that you made for me today?"
You closed your eyes and tried to calm your racing heart.
"Yes. Please." It was getting harder for you to breathe. Heat was rising to the surface and you felt your insides coil once more, but with want and desire rather than apprehension. "Please," you said again, as if he didn't hear you the first time.
"Okay, then."
You were barely cognizant of the mischievous nature of his tone before you found yourself bereft of his warmth. Stunned and mortified by the fact that your lover left you—he left you???—you opened your eyes only to find that he had grabbed a knife and was busy cutting into the strawberry shortcake.
He appeared to ignore you, but you could see that a corner of his lips were upturned just so.
"Stop messing with me! L!"
"Hmmm?" He hummed as he delicately placed a forkful of cake into his mouth. "But you said that I could sample the delicacies?"
You pouted and slumped into your chair, not at all caring that you were smearing whipped cream in places that would be hard to clean.
"Well yeah, but..."
"But?"
You hung your head and crossed your arms. "I meant me."
Your voice was small and it wavered just the tiniest bit. He was teasing you, but it felt so real and it crushed you to think that your hard work wasn't being acknowledged.
You were about to rise from your seat, but you felt his presence in front of you once more. Before you could say anything, he leaned in close—so close!—so that your noses were brushing against each other.
"You know, sometimes sweets are so pretty to look at that I can't bear to eat them! But..." He turned his head to the side. "If you insist, then I shall indulge."
He licked your cheek, down the line of your jaw, and slowly but surely, down to the rest of your body that craved and quivered under his exploratory, but gentle touch.

Can a request a yandere fashion designer x reader ?
thank you for requesting, anon! i struggled a little with this one but i really hope you still enjoy it! also you never specified what type of fashion designer so.. ufufu
i want my fashion designer to specialize in lolita fashion 👉👈 but feel free to imagine any kind of fashion!
🌻 yandere fashion designer x gn reader!
- a well known fashion designer who was renowned for their high quality clothes in their online store, yet they lacked one thing.. a model! they’d been modeling their clothes themselves but having an actual model would be ideal. the only problem was.. they were incredibly picky with who could wear their clothes. thats why you were so surprised when they suddenly contacted you to work as their model..
- but you just had.. something.. some unique charm about you! they needed to have you. they’d pay any price, just name it! you were oh so captivating, you’re the perfect model! it doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked as a model, please just let them design all of your clothes!
- you finally accepted and you were called to an apartment instead of like.. a proper shooting location. they were treating you like a guest instead of a employee.. but when they finally asked to measure you, they seemed to take a bit longer than expected and getting way too close.. they said they wanted to be sure they measured you properly but was that really the reason why?
- they were acting super familiar. complimenting you, making comments about every small detail they found cute.. the conversation went from clothes to just you. as it should! you made even their worst designs look like their magnum opus! huh? oh right! you were here to model, haha! here, they already chose some outfits! why don’t you let them help you change- oh okay..
- getting their camera ready, some of the shots they wanted to take were.. they were just for reference! this was completely normal! they just wanted to see what angles worked best! they definitely didn’t want a separate, private album full of photos of you! not at all! ahaha! what gave you that idea? ..it didn’t? oh, nevermind then!
- once you were done with modeling, it seemed like a lot of the clothes you wore were part of matching couple outfits? thats surely a coincidence though! its not as though they’ve been meticulously planning an outfit that will suit the both of you! alongside your payment, they insisted they give you the clothes you wkre. its fine! they’re all about your size anyways! don’t ask how they got your estimate sizing though, just take them! make sure to show it off to everybody!
- it was odd how some clothes never seemed to show up on their website but.. don’t stress the details, doll face! they just finished about.. maybe ten or so designs and they want your opinion! these would be tailored exactly for you, after all. well, they’ve been tailoring clothes specifically for you for a while, this is just the first time they’ll be exactly fitted to your measurements.
- hm.. maybe you should come see them in person! its better that way, doll face. just come on by and you can discuss it together over tea! doesn’t that sound nice? you could even model a little for them! so don’t worry about a thing! just enjoy the strong aroma of freshly made tea.. this is what you always order at cafes, right?
- they finally dropped the act when your eyes started drooping, catching you before you fell over. they seemed even more infatuated with you somehow.. you have pretty eyes, my little doll! ah.. they wanna style your adorable hair so badly! don’t worry. they finally let you visit their new and improved studio, isn’t this so exciting? it’ll be just the two of you from now on!
- by the time you woke up, you were in what looked like a warehouse filled with clothes. your dear fashion designer had been quite busy from the looks of it. the sound of a photo being taken was heard and they finally showed up.. they felt bad for tying you up but it had to be done! what if their doll got hurt if you tried to run? please bear with it for a little while!
- they had already taken a few photos of your peaceful sleeping face.. at last, they were free to take as many photos of your cute face! and in whatever outfits they wanted! you had indeed been changed into different clothes and now you two were matching, just like a couple! now, little doll. its time for the final photoshoot to begin! just the two of you.
come on, you signed up for this! didn’t you read the contract? it clearly said that they could call for you at anytime for photoshoots and you had to stay for its entire duration! you’re going to be such a cute little doll for them, aren’t you? they’d hate to hurt their precious model after all!

Any good stuff for psychic vigilantes fighting from the shadows? Apologies if this is too vague or if I’m asking wrong.
THEME: Psychic Vigilantes.
Oh boy oh boy I am excited about this ask!! Buckle up, this week's gonna be a good one!! I got some pulp action goodness, some horror, and some cyberpunk for you.
Psych-0 Team!, by John Pineapple.
A one-page TTRPG about psychic agents saving the world! Heavily inspired by the TTRPG "Lasers and Feelings”.
This is a game about being psychic secret agents, so it’s a very different feeling from being on the run from the law. However, I think it might be a good introduction to something a bit grittier, and could possibly be re-tooled to make you part of a secret vigilante organization as well! The game system is very lightweight, using only d6’s, and implements a staggered level of success, so not every win will look or feel the same. Definitely worth checking out!
Psi*Run, by Meguey & Vincent Baker.
Whoever’s after you, you know one thing: they will stop at nothing to capture you and you’ll stop at nothing to stay free. The holes in your memory vie for attention with your startling abilities - stay one step ahead of the Chasers long enough to answer your questions, and hope your psychic powers don’t go wild.
I don’t know much about this game specifically, but Meguey & Vincent Baker of Lumpley Games have made their stamp on the ttrpg scene with games like Apocalypse World, Under Hollow Hills, and Mobile Zero: Firebrands. Their approach to game design births games with mechanics that replicate emotions and genre mainstays very well. I expect this game to do the same for a game about being insanely powerful and yet always on the run.
Bellbottoms and Brainwaves, by Mekkekat.
The United States military has been conducting secret experiments on “willing” subjects in a program called PSY-CLOPS (Psychic Covert Learning Operatives). The program has successfully created a 6th sense in a REDACTED number of subjects. This 6th sense can manifest within a subject in several ways, but all of these abilities are simply referred to as ‘powers’. The project has been funded for the past REDACTED years, but in last month, there was a problem. The Pentagon wants answers. REDACTED subjects have managed to escape.
This is a brutally short game that places you right into a cinematic 1960’s, with each character given a different suite of powers - and a different list of consequences that can get pretty brutal pretty quickly, so make sure you go over the possibilities with your group and apply safety tools in this kind of game. This game starts you out as on the run from a government agency, but go on the run long enough and you’re a vigilante by default, aren’t you?
The game itself is free, and if you want an online character keeper, I’ve made one here!
Syndrome, by Ill Advised Gaming.
Syndrome is a cyberpunk setting with strong elements of body horror in the vein of Scanners or Akira. High tech, low lifes dealing with illness in a society that fears them. Powerful and vulnerable in equal measure with only their fellow Nockers for support.
Built off of Caltrop Core and borrowing elements of systems like Apocalypse World and Unified Cutlery Theory, Syndrome frames psychic abilities as a metaphor for disability; in a world where data chips and facial recognition software are par for the course, psychics are off the map. Invisible. Marginalized. Perfect for both poverty and vigilantism. Syndrome is a pretty horror-heavy game, so I wouldn’t advise trying to run a power-fantasy in this game, but if you’re looking for a way to talk about living on the margins with some unique tools to strike back, it might be worth checking out!
Psychopunk, by Gormengeist. (@gormengeist)
PSYCHOPUNK is a TTRPG about being poor, being psychic, and murdering law enforcement. In order to play, you need a deck of cards, a d12, paper and pencils, and a can-do attitude. It's best with one game master [A.K.A the Scripter], and 2 to 5 players.
The year is 2022. Being poor is punishable by death- or perhaps worse- Time Prison. You are poor. But you’re also psychic, which very few lowly peasants such as yourself are. This means that where most people in your situation are rat meat, you are (probably) alive. For now.
If you want to keep it that way, you’ll need to evade the law, keep up on your Double Dollars ($$), and scuz some fucking corpos before they scuz you.
Another cyberpunk game about psychic powers, I love the pitch for this game. It’s mean to kick you down and force you to get back up scratching and bleeding and screaming. It comes with 12 life paths, 12 psychic abilities, 8 different signature enemies and everything you need to run deadly quick combat. Also it’s published by Gormengeist, who really knows how to find a theme and sell you on it. Check it out!

Happy Birthday Mr Bravo
(Dieter x horror loving female)
Words: 840
Summary: it’s Dieter’s birthday, so you decided to treat him to something special
Warnings: body image issues, some swearing, Dieter being Dieter which means saucy suggestions
Check out masterlist here
You had no idea what to get your boyfriend for his birthday and the date was fast approaching. You already had all the ingredients ready to make him a little birthday cake, but ideas for an actual present were proving elusive. Fun novelty socks didn’t quite suit the occasion and everything else you looked at just didn’t fill you with inspiration.
Then your friend Nicole suggested getting some sexy lingerie as it’s what she does on her wedding anniversary. Personally, you didn’t think you’d look the greatest in sexy underwear and you wouldn’t feel sexy in them at all. Dieter would like it though, he liked you in anything really, mostly because he could then take it off.
So you had a look online for reasonable options, as going to an actual store would leave you feeling embarrassed. After triple checking the measurements against your own, you put in an order. You chose a simple lace set with matching robe, nothing with garters or crazy laces or buckles in case you got confused and stuck in them. You felt slightly awkward when it arrived in your apartment mailbox, making sure no one was around when you pulled out the parcel. Taking it out, you noticed it seemed different in colour and didn’t feel as soft as you thought it would. And it looked smaller. You were too nervous to try it on, so you left it to the next day. Then the next day, then the next. And then it was Dieter’s birthday.
“Are you okay honey cakes?” he must have noticed how nervous you were feeling as soon as he walked through your door.
“Yes, fine. More cake?”
Dieter absolutely loved the mini layer cake you made him, telling you it was the best birthday ever. Maybe you didn’t need to wear the lingerie? No, you made a commitment, and you’d stick with it.
When the credits for Beauty and the Beast rolled, Dieter kissed you and got up from the couch. “Coming to bed?”
You seemed frozen but nodded and followed him to your bedroom. You rushed to the bathroom, telling him to wait, which he happily did.
Now was the moment; you finally put on the lacey set, feeling it scratch a bit at your skin. It felt comfortable enough but, oh no. The straps were not quite sitting well on your hips, and it was making bits of your body bulge out. It looked nothing like the photos but then you looked nothing like the model who was wearing them.
Why didn’t you try them on sooner? Why did you bother getting them at all?
Soon, you heard a knock at the bathroom door. “Are you alright in there?”
“I’m fine” you stammered out, not realising you were on the verge of tears.
“Uh, you’re not sounding fine honey cakes.”
You quickly covered yourself with the robe and opened the door a crack, “It’s nothing…”
“Oh no, you’re upset. Did I accidentally say something wrong?”
“What? No…” you stepped out to reassure him “I’m just not feeling too great right now.”
“Is it your period? Bad cramps?”
You shook your head, “No, I just had this stupid idea to buy stupid underwear and now I look stupid, you’ll just laugh at it.”
“Underwear?”
You decided to just get it over with and showed him. You avoided looking at his face which you were sure was a look of horror.
What you didn’t see was Dieter putting his hands to his mouth and stagger back onto the bed, almost in a swoon.
“No one’s ever worn lingerie for me before.”
You looked up, confused “Really?”
He nodded tearfully, “And I’ve been with lingerie models. Now here you are looking like a fucking goddess and…I feel so lucky.”
“Really? Because…”
You started to cover yourself up with the shame you were still feeling. Dieter sprung up off the bed and strode over to you.
“Wait, has someone said something? Who said you don’t look like a goddess?”
“Me” and tears were not forming in your eyes.
You felt arms encircle you, embracing you in loving warmth.
“I just” you stammered into his chest, “I just thought it would look nice, but I look like a blob. I’ve got all these blobby bits.”
“Blobby bits?”
“Yeah, these blobby bits just blob out in this thing.”
He gently put his hand on your chin and lifted your head so you could look him in the eyes.
“I happen to like your blobby bits. I’ve got blobby bits that you like.”
“But your tummy is cute.”
“And so is yours” he kissed your forehead “Want to make all these blobby bits blob about?”
You buried your face back into his chest, but from laughing so much. “Why did I say blobby?”
“Well, it’s cute, like you are. Now…” he gestured to the bed.
You nodded your head. “Actually this lace is scratching me, so I kinda want it off now”.
“Oh, let me. I want to unwrap the greatest present ever.”

Medical/optometry-related discussion under the cut.
I can't sleep tonight thinking about a patient. They came to see me recently for poor vision in one eye, thinking they just needed glasses, and it turned out they have severe glaucoma that's made one eye effectively blind and has put the other eye very, very close. They hadn't had an eye exam since at least 2015 and likely earlier than that, because they'd seen well all their life except for needing reading glasses and didn't have any ocular discomfort, and they assumed that meant their eyes were healthy.
Now, all of a sudden, we're facing a real possibility of irreversible total blindness. The eyedrop I put this person on didn't have nearly the effectiveness I'd hoped, and when we got the results of the visual field test at this week's follow-up it was much worse than I'd expected. Instead of having a few months to play with medications and treatment options and taking our time finding the right regimen best-suited for this patient's schedule and insurance and preferences, we're looking down the barrel of needing major surgery ASAP to get the pressure back into a safe range, and even still, given how long they've likely been sitting on this high pressure, they may still lose some of their little remaining vision. It's a horrible situation for this relatively young person (less than 70 years old) and I can't stop thinking about how completely avoidable this whole situation was.
I hate these apps that keep popping up advertising how they can give you a prescription at home. I hate them. Good vision has nothing to do with healthy eyes (in fact, people with good natural vision are often some of my worst patients because they don't need to get glasses and they forget about me), and this is a perfect case of a person who saw great right up until the moment they went blind from a condition we could have stopped in its tracks two, three, five, eight years ago. I don't know this person's life story; I don't know what major life events or struggles they were going through over the last decade that kept them from coming in. I'm sure there were reasons that seemed good at the time. I just know that by the time they came to me for help it was too late for me to do anything meaningful at all, and I get a knot in the pit of my stomach every time I think about the test results. It's crushing for the patient and for me, absolutely crushing.
Glaucoma is so treatable these days, and so easy to catch with the right testing, but it requires people to get that testing in an office with the equipment to test it. It has basically no symptoms until the very end stages of the disease--no pain, no sense of pressure, no visual changes, no redness, no blurry vision, no anything until the last possible moment. The only way to pick it up is to take an external measurement of the pressure inside the eye. But it's slow! It's a slow disease that takes years--sometimes decades!--to do real damage, and if patients are getting regular eye care during this time we can catch it and stop it! Apps will never be able to do this. Never, and this casual acceptance of at-home vision checks replacing actual health care, this uninformed conflation of thinking good vision means good eye health, of letting the desire for convenient online glasses shopping overrule the importance of getting dilated, terrifies me.
This patient didn't use apps, didn't get glasses online. But they made the same mistake that people who do use these apps make, which is that they assume seeing well means that nothing is wrong with their eyes. It breaks my heart that I'm going to be having these conversations more and more with patients who get these slow, preventable diseases because an app got them seeing well out of their glasses, and they used that instead of a dilated eye exam to decide they were in good shape.
I don't really know where I'm going with all this. I've just been thinking about it constantly since the patient's most recent visit, and I'm worrying about kids growing up with everything so accessible online that they forget some things--important things--still require in-person human touch. It's just--stuff like this doesn't have to happen. So many diseases like glaucoma take so long to show up, and there are so many ways to intervene and stop progression before the patient loses an iota of vision, and I just--I want to be having those conversations instead, where I'm telling people that it's great we caught something early and now with treatment they should be in good shape for the rest of their lives. I want to do that instead of what I had to do this week, which was tell this patient that this vision was never coming back, and then have nothing, nothing, nothing I could do to help besides sit with them in their pain and watch them go through all the horrible stages of new grief and say I'm so sorry, hopefully the surgery will preserve everything you have left, hopefully, I'm so sorry.
I don't know how to make that happen, though, that shift. Advocation and education, I guess, which is what they're always harping on at continuing education courses, but those are big things, sweeping things, and I work best in the one-on-one, in the personal. I don't know. It's just a hard thing. A hard day, I guess.

𝒮𝓉𝒶𝒽𝓁𝒾 ℋ𝑒𝒾𝓂𝑒𝓇 - 𝒫𝑒𝓇𝓈𝑜𝓃𝒶𝓁 𝒮𝓉𝑜𝓇𝓎
(SSR) Birthday Suit Up (Part 3): “Happy Birthday!”
(Pomefiore Dorm: Birthday Venue)
“Do you have any goals for the future?”
Stahli: Yes! I’m actually working on it now while I’m here at Night Raven College! Stahli: My goal is to one day publish a cookbook of household recipes that have been lost to the ages. Stahli: When you buy cookbooks, you usually see the recipes that have been made popular because a company adopted them, but what happens to the family recipes that were never written down? Stahli: They die, simple as that. Like ghosts, they’re cursed to never experience the pleasure of being alive again. Stahli: I run a blog online that takes submissions of peoples’ favorite family recipes. I write down their stories, and then I do more research on where it originally came from before it was passed down. Stahli: I want to find what’s been lost, remember what’s been forgotten, and compile them together so the secrets of those families don’t die with them!
“How do you plan on doing that?”
Stahli: Simple! I go to the source! Stahli: It’s easy to just write down a submission word for word, but that doesn’t mean the recipe is authentic and original. Stahli: Sometimes what was thought to be a family recipe originally came from a company cookbook, or what was thought to be original hasn’t been that way for over 50 years. Stahli: Often times people change the old, traditional recipe and make their own from it, so much so that the person that originally made it would never recognize it as their own, and those aren’t the recipes I’m looking for. Stahli: I want the old, original recipes, with outdated ingredients and units of measurements. That’s the only way I’ll know what I’m getting is the real, authentic recipe. Stahli: So instead of just going off the word of the descendants… I perform a séance and ask the original chef!
“You… contact the dead?”
Stahli: That’s right! I’ve been doing it for years now. My mother taught me how!
“Isn’t that… dangerous?”
Stahli: Oh, it isn’t nearly as dangerous as you might think~ Stahli: Ghosts aren’t any more dangerous as any living person might be. Most of them are just lonely and want someone to talk to. Stahli: Sure, there are some ghosts that aren’t all that friendly, but those aren’t the ones I’m contacting. Most of them are grandmas and grandpas by the time they pass on. They’re very eager to know how their grandchildren are doing! Stahli: Granted, there have been a few times that I’ve tried summoning a spirit, and someone else will come through instead! Sometimes it’ll be a nasty one that tries to scare and possess me! Stahli: Unfortunately for them I don’t scare that easily. I’ve already seen the other side, and I know there’s nothing there that’s any worse than here, so they always fail and get grumpy with me~ Stahli: Well, even the more mischievous ghosts have stories to tell, so every encounter gives me something new and fun to write about anyway! Stahli: I can’t wait to get my book published~ I hope lots of people are able to appreciate the recipes I’ve collected just as much as the original families did once upon a time!
“I wish you the best of luck on your journey, and happy birthday again!”
/ End.

youtube
Determine what you require.
Before you begin your hunt for the best quilts, it is important to determine your personal needs. Consider the intended purpose of your quilt: Do you want it to be a piece that provides warmth or is it purely decorative? You can choose the quilt type that will best suit your needs by determining what you require.
Consider the size of your quilt.
Blanket online comes in different sizes. It is important to choose the right one for your bed. If the quilt is too small, it may not be enough to cover your entire body. A large one might take over too much space on your bed. For a perfect fit, you should measure your mattress and use the manufacturer's size chart.
Select the appropriate material.
Material plays a major role in determining the comfort and durability of online blankets. Quilting is commonly made from cotton, wool, silk and other synthetic fibres. Cotton comforters are comfortable and breathable.
The silk winter double blanket is luxurious and suitable for warm climates. Wool quilts can be a great option for the cooler months. Consider your own preferences and the weather when choosing the fabric of your quilt.
Check the quilt for sewing.
Stitching has a direct impact on the overall quality and durability of a quilt. Attention should be paid to stitching techniques.
Quilts that are machine or hand-stitched have a traditional design and last a long time. You can tell if the work is of high quality by looking for neatly spaced lines and crisp stitching.
Check the fill type and weight.
double winter blanket is usually filled with down, synthetic fibers or feathers. Down quilts, while lightweight and offering excellent insulation are usually more expensive. Feather Quilts are cozy, but they can be bulkier.
Quilts for winter made from synthetic fibers can be affordable and hypoallergenic. Consider your preferences and allergies when choosing the type of fill and weight for your quilt.
Care for the quilt.
Consider how easy it is to clean and maintain the quilts for winter before making your purchase. Some quilts are machine washable, while others must be dried cleaned. Care instructions are provided by the manufacturer. Make sure you follow them to make sure the Jaipuri Razai is suitable for your lifestyle.
Study client testimonials
Before making a decision, read reviews from consumers and compare ratings. These testimonials will give you a better idea of a quilt's comfort and durability. Consider the positives and negatives in these reviews to make an educated decision.
A blanket is more than simply choosing a color or design that matches your room's décor. Consider factors like the size, fabric, stitching and fill type when searching for the perfect quilt to suit your needs and preferences.
If you follow this advice, you'll make the right choice and add a stylish and pleasant addition to your bed.
