Felix is a pre-op transgender man (As he doesn’t have the time nor money for any surgeries or HRT). It’s why he doesn’t have much facial hair + has a higher-pitched voice despite nearing 30. He doesn’t like rooming with anyone except Toa because he doesn’t want anyone walking in on him changing or binding his chest, prompting questions he didn’t want to answer. It’s also why he wasn’t keen on entering the hot springs + kept creating steam around him with his magic once he got in. 

He’s only ever told Toa about his identity, after the Goliath accidentally spotted him rebinding himself during their first couple of months of travelling. Iris has a very strong idea of Felix being trans (Kind of like how some animals can tell if a human’s pregnant) and Caprice has a small hunch, but they aren’t going to ask Felix anything until he feels comfortable telling them himself. Lufti and Hyrja have no clue, but nothing would change between them and Felix if they did (Including Lufti’s attempts at seduction). 

This is a true fact.

I dont have much to add bc this is great, but the idea that "cats can tell if you're transgender" is very funny to me. Also relatable.

fun fact: legends of avantris were the ones who got me to actually start watching dnd.

imagine gideon going with kremy to get his new suit and hat because what’s a ring leader without his strong man.

i imagine kremy looking at himself in a mirror and then finally putting on his signature hat. all while looking at himself with newfound pride.

“what’d ya think gid?” as he turns around to fully face gideon while gesturing like in his character art.

cut to gideon who is just awestruck and completely speechless.

*i’m aware that when kremy and gideon met kremy already had his current look, but this is a cute thought. also for those who don’t know what kremy use to look like.
