I just made a fort for the first time in what seems like years. I ate a whole thing of ice cream. I forgot how fun it is to make forts, I was stimming so much my wrists hurt. I forgot how good it felt to be a bit childish.

Do something fun or childish. Make a potion of glitter, or flowers, or your fancy soap. Play in the mud or sand or sprinklers. Make a fort and sleep in it, or in a tent in the backyard. Treat yourself to something sweet or nice on your taste buds. Yell for no reason. Go swimming or climbing. Swing on the playground. You deserve to have fun and be happy just like everyone else.
