Longevity

Using the batting inner gloves can extend the lifespan of your batting gloves by absorbing sweat and reducing abrasion that can shorten the life of the outer glove material. The batting inner also helps to keep your hands cool and comfortable.

Typically, longevity is correlated with body size, with larger animal species living longer than smaller ones. However, bats defy this trend, with certain species living up to 40 years, eight times as long as similarly sized mammals.

Oh yeah! I love that Outsiders story with Jason so much! Also it got me interested in Black Lightning as character. Now I kinda hc him as Jason's fav hero

(I mean, he went out to cause as much trouble as he can to all heroes he met but he defends Jefferson without a fuss. Plus, I just think it's fun)

Ive also headcanoned for a while that black lightning is one of Jasons favourite heroes I also think it's funny concidering jefferson doesn't seem to like Jason that much if his comments in that outsiders story as well as their interactions in the more recent Gotham legands are anything to go by which 100% understandable
