Yesterday I got myself a perfect day Barbie from the Barbie movie. I wanted her since she was released but I couldn't find her in the Netherlands after a while. I now have her and unboxing her felt so special.✨ She is going to sit next to my Clara barbie

The Barbie movie reminded me about how when I was little my parents were upset that I kept making my Barbie dolls kiss, so they bought me a Ken doll. The next day they found me having a funeral for poor Ken in the garden, he had died of tuberculosis. All the Barbies were in attendance and I buried him under our rose bush. The Barbies were too poor to afford a headstone (it was 1875) so I didn’t mark where the grave was and I never could find him again. He’s probably still there.

So Mattel creations is putting out a Barbie Movie Kenough Ken doll with a new head sculpt that actually looks a lot like Ryan Gosling. However I'm left with many questions after seeing this.

Why couldn't he look like this from the start? Why a new sculpt 5 Gosling Ken Dolls in? Why another gosling ken when this could've been a fashion Pack? Why no Allan STILL???

He looks great and I would like to get him eventually. There's just a lot of stuff that annoys me about him, and Mattel continues to Baffle and Annoy me with the Barbie Movie line.
