Yes! Back to basics, it's the best book, has everything from building a house, growing a garden, making your own stuff from scratch, to building a community.

Stop Scrolling for a Minute

Step away from your screen.

Eat something. A sandwich, a piece of leftover pizza, yogurt, a granola bar, a candy bar, your favorite food, a "safe" food, something that requires cooking, something that doesn't require cooking, it doesn't matter. Whatever you have on hand.

Good! Now, have some water. Water is boring? Make it an herbal or fruit tea, or add some of those flavor drops to it.

Excellent! Say, when was the last time you had a shower? Go take one. You can sit down or lie down if you want to or need to. But if even that's too much, how about a once-over with a wet washcloth or a baby wipe? Awesome! While you're here, brush your teeth, or at least swish some mouthwash. Look at you, taking care of yourself! No, don't put on those same stinky PJs you've been wearing for days/weeks/months on end. Find some clean ones.
