i would do a full length analysis but i am too sick to do proper words so bullet point headcanon time instead WWOOOOOO: - i think L lawliet is the most bisexual aroace-spectrum man on planet earth and naomi is the most aroace-spectrum bisexual woman (no i'm not projecting wdym sshhshshsh nuhuh). yes the switching of which label comes first is important. L would worship a woman at a moment's notice but could never fully commit to it unless he truly has reason to and naomi misora would never worship somebody at a moment's notice unless she has reason to fully commit to it. - this is also why i think their dynamic works so well because i think naomi could push her way into becoming an equal to L. she would NOT respect that little shit and would only ever do what he says if she has to (and she'd probably still find ways around stuff to do things her own way). L would notice this and most likely still be a little bitch about everything but i think in a situation where they're forced to really work together on a case, L would put his little bitch persona down just for a moment and realize "wow she actually really is on my level." - plus that's seeing L when he really leans into his little shit persona. i feel like he'd already have a high respect for naomi and they could definitely have a classic slow romance arc instead, but i like both ideas and i think they both work. idk i just like the sillies. :3333 - I ALSO JUST FEEL LIKE NAOMI IS ALREADY A LOT LIKE LIGHT?? she reminds me of both a pre-death note light yagami and also a light that's been put through different circumstances, which makes her a bit more inclined to stay in that pre-death note light yagami field. i totally feel like if she had access to the death note, she'd do the same thing as light, except the process might take longer. i just feel like she'd be a lot more hesitant and cautious about things but that there'd be a chance of her doing the same thing as light. - PLUS ISN'T IT JUST SILLY TO THINK OF THEM AS A POWER COUPLE?? I was at a bookstore looking through the art section and I saw a spine that said The Camden Town Nudes which was interesting because this didn’t seem like the bookstore where I would ever find something like that and I wanted to have a casual look but like. This also wasn’t exactly the bookstore where you felt like you could look at naked pictures let alone just suggestive paintings of them, it’s a really small shop as well, so I was like right I’ll just take a quick peek, I’m an art student, I love history, maybe I’ll buy it. I looked both ways and saw the shopkeep had left momentarily and no one was about, so I opened it and found it was an entire book featuring nude Edwardian women all painted by Walter Sickert between 1905-1912 and it was actually quite a revolutionary set of paintings for its time given that it featured very raw depictions of working class nude women in dark London instead of the elegant, white bedsheet clad, Demure middle and upper class women usually depicted.

And of course RIGHT as I flip to this lady’s boobs practically taking up an entire double page spread, every customer in a 5 mile radius appeared from around the corners of the shelf including the shopkeep and immediately regressing to a wet, pathetic Edwardian man from 1908, startled, I dropped the large book which caused a giant SLAP on the floor in this already silent store thus causing all patrons to look down at me scrambling on my knees to close a giant book of Edwardian boobs and let me tell you it would not have been nearly as funny had I not immediately felt like some Edwardian local pervert who just tried to sneak a cheeky peek at the erotic book in the bookstore only to drop it dramatically causing a scene, red up to his ears trying to shove it back on the shelf. Like such a casual and normal thing in modern day but looking at Edwardian women suddenly turned it into this egregious act as I apparently became possessed by the spirit of a moustached man in a bowler hat and morning coat going Good Heavens I mustn’t gaze upon these images in public lest the constable haul me away!

I need more of Astarion being an absolute undead fucking weirdo. I know I’ve already gone on and on about what it’s like to have a size difference with Simon Riley, but I’m sorry, I just will never get over how big and strong this man is.

Like I feel like sometimes his size gets lost on us since he’s surrounded by other tall, buff military guys all the time. But y’all, I’m telling you, this man is big. Like 6’4, 250+ pounds, big enough to eclipse the sun big.

With a man that big, it honestly doesn’t even matter what size you are because he’s always going to be bigger and stronger than you anyway. You can be tall, short, stocky, thin, whatever, and this man is still fully capable (and willing? 👀) of snapping you in half like a twig.

Are you worried about potential home invaders? Well, you shouldn’t be. One quick flick of his wrist and he’s breaking the neck of anyone who tries to threaten you.
