yandere parents hera and zeus x child reader (headcanons)

having these two as yanderes in anyway is a dangerous thing. between lovers and parents, parents is the safer option because they would be less likely to do anything too extreme since your their child.

no matter your gender you will be their new favorite (no offense to the others they're still loved <3). if your a girl then you'll be spoiled, dressed in the cutest and finest clothes. if your a boy then you'll be trained to be a warrior and praised for everything.

you will remain at their sides at all times. they cant let their youngest child out of their sight, what if you got hurt?

you're not aloud to date. ever. they dont want you to be hurt in love. although maybe if you had enough people mention it to your parents then one of them may budge a little.

if said person they let you date were to ever hurt you then prepare to be single forever. also prepare to lose your ex because there may not be anything left of them when your parents are done.

if you thought that zeus and hera were the only ones yandere for you then you were very very wrong. not only do you have your overly powerful godly parents but you also have many overly powerful siblings yandere for you. and uncles and aunts. and pretty much all of olympus.

when the events of the show happen things become dangerous. both of your parents are already angry at each other and everyone is on edge with hera's threats.

when heron is first brought to olympus you were locked in your room by your mother. there was no way she would let her baby near another one of her husbands children that had not been with her.

when the war starts the only decision that your parents managed to agree on would be that you are not aloud to fight. they dont care how much you beg or whos side you take you will not fight.

they would most likely gide you in the underworld, that's where all the other gods who remained natural hid from the fight so you would be under constant attention.

after the fight hera is quick to get you after the fight before your uncles or siblings could. since no one knows if zeus was alive or dead she had no reason to let you be on olympus when she knew she wasn't welcome after what she had done.

since the gods cant die zeus will heal and come to find you. as will your siblings and other family.

if your mother refuses to give you back with no fight then there may be another war for who gets to keep you.

ultimately your family will decide keep you in their care together. your parents might not get along but your safety they will tolerate each other.

Zeus is a shit parent, obviously. His brothers are better parents obviously.

Here’s the examples of the ones from blood of zeus (from the main 3 godly children that were on screen, srs the others got nothing)

Apollo - kept Zeus from getting caught by Hera, probably preventing the conflict from happening earlier, and yet no thank you or nothing, not shocking Zeus is a dick. Saved Hermes from probable death from a dangerous job and got tossed into the fucking ocean, a sun god, in water. Poseidon being the better brother, and brought him to Olympus…….. Zeus said and did nothing, probably still pissy at Hera for shanking him in the neck. Probably deals with Hera being pissy he and the others are Zeus’s bastard children

Hermes - literally delivers all of his messages and findings on top of delivering souls to Charon, again, no appreciation. Definitely deals with Hera calling him a bastard child. Agreed to spy on Hera, who probably knew that was gonna happen, and nearly got killed (probably murder attempt) by Ares for it (thank you Apollo). Immediately ran up to Olympus, after that (possible) murder attempt to save Zeus’s ass from getting killed by Hera, he definitely would’ve got stabbed again. And bc it’s Zeus, no appreciation.

Ares - the punching bag of Zeus, ‘oh Hera found smth out must be Ares, let me throw a lighting bolt at him and find out’. No you idiot, Hera found out by herself and was already aware. Always on his mothers side because 1) his old man can’t keep it in his pants and 2) (hc) he probably had to deal with the aftermath of finding out her husband is a cheating dick each time.

Now Hephaestus was barely on but he’s clearly under appreciated, that mf Zeus was destroying his robots left and fucking right as a lesson, on the other hand his owl robot (forgot the name) is so fucking cute.

This is just the examples from BOZ, I liked the show overall but making Hera the antag and a jealous bitch was a bad choice. You could’ve made her the villain because her husband, who’s also her brother, fucking assaulted her and she married him to hide that fact. Also the fact her husband can’t keep his shriveled dick in his fucking chiton. :) fuck you Zeus.

Trans Heron (pt.2) Coming out edition, pt.1 ✨️🧨

☀️ Apollo: Oh boy, Heron was definitely nervous. Apollo was the first one to know after his mom. He was looking down and fidgeting all the time, his voice wobbly. But once Apollo assured him there was nothing to worry about, he just hugged him and cried. He was the one who helped him transition.

🪽 Hermes: With Hermes, it was easier. Hermes had never ever made him feel judged, or out of place. It was a casual confession, in a secluded place. Hermes definitely gave him a smack on the back of his head for making him worry, and then would give him a bone crushing hug. "I've always wanted a baby brother"

🦚 Hera: Heron didn't exactly come out to her, Zeus corrected her when she referred to Heron as a she. She couldn't have cared less, but when she found out he had chosen a name akin to hers (Heron = Hera), she softened. Just a little.

⛈️ Zeus: He came out to Elias, before all events in S1 even took place. He was crying and asking for him not to hate him and abandon them. Elias held him close and reassured him as much as he could, that no matter what he'd always be his boy.

Hera had all the makings for a great villian arc. She was FINALLY holding Zeus accountable for his own constant infidelity and spitting in her face as the goddess of marriage. Now that she can see that, she should also be able to see the MASSIVE POWER IMBALANCE whenever Zeus seduces mortals. He literally shape shifted into a woman’s hubby to get into her bed. And when he reveals himself KING OF THE GODS, it’s not like a gal’s really got a choice. It is literal entraptment.

The show may have a “romantic” spin on this particular tryst of Zeus’s but most of them were pretty non-consensual all the way through.

And Hera should know that. And yet She still blames the woman and the kids. Season 2 did a not rapey retelling of Hades and Persephone, can’t we get a Hera that just gives cheaters what they deserve and support moms? We don’t live in ancient greece anymore, we don’ have to write stories like we hate women.

Slightly silly Blood of Zeus request but Reader pulls an Aphrodite and emerges from the sea Birth of Venus style and has all the gods on Olympus (Apollo, Hermes, Ares, Poseidon, Zeus) hot under their barely existing collars (Reader finds them stumbling over themselves simply hilarious and thinks they'll like their new home on Olympus)

Hermes feels as if he’s fallen into the deepest pits of Tartarus, like he’s about to combust at any moment but perhaps a sweet kindred would be refreshing besides the ogling you’re receiving

Ares lives and breathes for the hunt and war but he’s entirely left mindless and numb when you’re strutting by, heart pulsing when you smile at him, flexing his muscles to impress you

Poseidon can’t tear his eyes off your form, hair wrapping around to accent your immaculate body, but of course you look as you do because you came from his domain

Zeus is a King who fights against every fiber to adore you, save for the undignified display he would make of himself and the rumblings of the Queen

Hera is massaging her temples in frustration as she sees all the gods
