these are crackers. they're a bit pastry-ish and usually go with cheese. on a charcuterie or whatever idk cheese. savoury

these are biscuits. they're like thicker. biscuity. definitely dessert/treats. we had to draw them for gcse art one time?

and these are cookies! you know. classic cookies. they're not the same thing as biscuits and i dont know where the confusion comes from!!

Graham Crackers (American Honey Biscuits)

Making your own Graham Crackers is easy enough; and they will greatly benefit from the flavour of your favourite honey!

Ingredients (makes about 2 dozens biscuits):

3/4 cup plain flour

1/2 cup wholemeal flour

1/2 cup demerara sugar

1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel or sea salt flakes

3 1/2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small chunks

3 heaped tablespoons pure honey (like heather or Spring Honey from Auvergne!)

2 tablespoons whole milk

1 teaspoon Homemade Vanilla Extract

Combine plain flour, wholemeal flour, demerara sugar, bicarbonate of soda and fleur de sel in a large bowl. Add butter, and rub it into flour mixture until mixture resembles coarse meal.

In a small saucepan, gently heat honey, milk and Vanilla Extract over a low flame, until well-combined.

Pour warm honey mixture into flour mixture and and work it until a soft dough forms. It will have a sticky texture. Lightly flour two sheets of baking paper and roll dough between them into a thin rectangle. Chill 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 160°C/325°F.

Trim dough into a 23x20cm/9″x8″ rectangle. Using a pizza cutter, roll gently (not completely through) to divide dough rectangle into biscuits. Prick biscuits with a fork, and transfer the baking paper sheet they sit on onto baking tray.

Roll scraps out into a smaller rectangle (onto second sheet of baking paper), and proceed likewise.

Place baking trays in the middle of the warm oven, and bake at 160°C/325°C, for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from heat and cool on wire racks. Keep in an airtight box for up to a fortnight.

Serve Graham Crackers with coffee or tea.

Tbh I would call those cookies. 😅 Not sure of another name for that particular type of cookie/cracker thing over here, we don't really eat them as far as I know. Definitely something with jam or chocolate would count as a cookie. :P

"No? Maybe someone put them in my bag by mistake?"

They say there's two stages to falling in love with a man

Well then oOps. He mighty have accidentally painted wearing that hoodie and might have accidentally stained it with paint (weird that the stain looked like it was made with a brush, huh.)

It's not that Felix paid extra attention to when you were talking about your period. He just ALWAYS paid attention to what you said

He's a man of detail

So he was listening to you, always offering to help you out with whatever you were craving or needing, and eventually he began to note down your cycle in his calendar and that somehow lead to preparing in advance every month

With snacks, asking you if pms is bothering you, if you're irritated, hungry etc

And of course he'd buy you pads for the house that's just a granted

But on top of that he also had an extra pack at his place from which he'd take one or two pads and put them inside his backpack for emergencies

He'd advise you to check if you can take days off in case the pain is too bad

And he won't push you to go out AT ALL

It's like he had two modes: boyfriend mode and older sister mode 😂

All in all he's not afraid to put in effort and he's a literal angel I'm telling you

This one started out as a prank
