Changbin was always so affectionate. Sweet pet names, little gifts, constant hand-holding—he was the whole package. You loved it, really, but sometimes it was fun to mess with him a little. Today was one of those days.

As soon as you woke up, you knew it was game on. Changbin was already up, probably making breakfast like the sweetheart he was. You dragged yourself out of bed, smirking to yourself as you plotted your prank.

In the kitchen, Changbin turned around, grinning when he saw you. “Good morning, babe,” he said, moving in for a kiss. You swiftly turned your head, making him land a peck on your cheek instead. 

“Morning, Bin,” you replied, as if nothing was amiss.

He pulled back, eyebrows furrowed. “What was that?”

“What was what?” you asked, trying to keep your face innocent as you grabbed a piece of toast.

“You dodged my kiss,” he said, pouting slightly.

“Oh, did I?” You shrugged nonchalantly. “Didn’t notice.”

The rest of the day was a masterclass in avoidance. You’d turn your head, duck under his arm, even pretend to sneeze—anything to dodge those lips. Each time, Changbin’s pout grew more pronounced, his sulkiness reaching new levels.

At lunch, he tried again. “Come on, babe, just one kiss?”

You shook your head, grinning. “Nope, I’m good.”

“Seriously? Not even a little one?” His eyes were wide, pleading.

“Not happening, Bin.”

He crossed his arms, leaning back in his chair. “You’re so mean.”

By the time dinner rolled around, he was desperate. You were both curled up on the couch, a movie playing that neither of you were really watching. Changbin kept glancing over at you, his expression a mix of frustration and sadness. 

“Baby,” he whined, stretching out the word. “Please.”

“Nope.” You popped the ‘p’ for emphasis.

He groaned, flopping dramatically against the couch. “Why are you doing this to me?”

“Doing what?” you asked innocently, batting your eyelashes at him.

“You know what,” he shot back, glaring. “You’ve been avoiding my kisses all day. I can’t stand it anymore.”

You bit your lip to keep from laughing. “Aw, poor baby.”

“Yes, poor baby!” he said, his voice rising in mock outrage. “I need my kisses. I’m gonna die without them.”

“You’ll survive,” you teased, poking his side.

He caught your hand, holding it tightly. “I’m not so sure. You’re being really cruel, you know that?”

You leaned in close, your lips just inches from his. He inhaled sharply, eyes locked on yours. “Am I?” you whispered.

“Uh-huh,” he breathed, eyes fluttering shut as he waited for the kiss. But just before your lips touched, you pulled away again. 

Changbin let out a strangled noise, looking like a kicked puppy. “You’re evil.”

You giggled, patting his cheek. “Maybe a little.”

He stared at you, a mixture of determination and desperation in his eyes. “Okay, that’s it. I’m begging now. Please, please, please, just kiss me. I’ll do anything.”

You raised an eyebrow. “Anything?”

“Anything,” he promised, nodding vigorously.

You let him stew for a moment longer, enjoying the sight of his adorably sulky face. Then, finally, you relented. “Alright, come here.”

Changbin didn’t waste a second. He grabbed your face gently but firmly, pulling you in for the most dramatic, over-the-top kiss you’d ever shared. When he finally pulled back, he was grinning from ear to ear. 

“Worth the wait?” you asked, breathless.

“Totally,” he said, nuzzling your nose. “But if you ever do that again, I swear I’ll...”

“You’ll what?” you challenged, raising an eyebrow.

“I’ll pout even more,” he threatened, narrowing his eyes.

You laughed, wrapping your arms around his neck. “I’ll keep that in mind.”

As you settled back into his arms, Changbin sighed contentedly, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. “Love you, even when you’re being a brat.”

“Love you too, even when you’re being a baby.”

“Hey!” he protested, but the smile on his face said he didn’t mind one bit.

Published: 1-13-2024 | Updated: N/A SUMMARY Grocery store objects (Severinka_, 2022; BodegaBaby, 2021) converted by Jacky93Sims (2023), have been edited, expanded, and made functional. Slots have been added to most surfaces along with new items and recolors (select AL Woods; CuriousB, 2010). Some objects require shifting and/or placement cheats for ideal positioning. See below for details.

DETAILS Requires all EPs/SPs. §100-500 | Buy > Surfaces/Electronics Items with “MESH” in their filename are REQUIRED for textures/recolors to display correctly in-game. Also, Object Freedom 1.02 (Fway, 2023) is required. Since some items are cloned from shelves, you may need to shift items up once in order for them to place properly.

Display Island 4 (Fish) is cloned from the default grocery bin and now has an empty state. There is an “ice only” recolor in case you want to decorate it with your own food items -  just know that it will be harder to tell when the bin needs restocking if you use this recolor.

Cold displays/fridges only have slots on the bottom-left side, and Display Island 3 only has slots on the front side. This is on purpose to allow intersection with other deco objects. Also, Shelf 3 (Fridge) is the ONLY shelf that will keep food from spoiling. Do not place perishable items on other shelves/displays! So it makes sense they would shop at the same grocery store. It was only a matter of time until they bumped into each other on a shared day off.

He’s been expecting this.

Post Auction Report of Spring 2024

In the beautiful spring time of the past two months, we hosted three significant auctions, Spring Live auction at our Eden Terrace sale-room followed by its online Buy Now sale, Special Live Auction at Rees Hotel and its online Buy Now sale, then our regular Late Spring Online auction. We showcased an extensive collection of wines, drawing significant interest from bidders worldwide. 

All three auctions successfully highlighted the vibrancy of the wine market and demonstrated a robust interest in both French and New Zealand wines, with back-vintage Burgundy and Bordeaux wines leading in terms of highest sales. The presence of quality Italian wines also contributed to a diversified offering that appealed to a wide range of bidders.

With competitive bidding and a strong turnout, both buyers and sellers can look forward to future events with optimism. Collectors are encouraged to take advantage of the current trends by diversifying their collections with sought-after wines from these regions.

In our Spring Live Auction, Australia emerged as the best-selling region, particularly driven by the demand for Penfolds wines, which have a strong reputation for quality and aging potential. 1990 Penfolds Grange Bin 95 scored the highest winning bid at $916.50 while the 2-bottle lot of 1998 Penfolds Grange Bin 95 sold for $1833. New Zealand wines, particularly Cabernet Sauvignon and blends, showed solid performance, with several lots achieving prices between $120-$660. The 12-bottle OWC of 2019 Stonyridge Vineyard Larose sold for $1692 while 6-bottle lot of 2020 Te Mata Estate Coleraine sold for $775.50 and 2-bottle lot of 2015 Destiny Bay Magna Praemia scored $752.

Some other highlights include, 1985 Chateau Lafite Rothschild 1er Cru Classe sold for $846, 2016 Domaine Francois Raveneau Montee de Tonnerre selling for $587.50, and NV Bollinger Rose 3000ml sold for $634.50.

Live Auction at The Rees was a resounding success, showcasing an impressive array of fine and rare wines, whilst local Central Otago Pinot Noir was hotly contested in the sale room, the buy-now bidders demonstrated their clear preference for Burgundy wines, particularly those from esteemed producers. France, particularly the Burgundy region, dominated the auction, with multiple lots from renowned producers like Domaine de la Romanee-Conti and Armand Rousseau achieving best performance.

The highest hammer win was scored by 2016 Domaine de la Romanee-Conti La Tache Grand Cru, which sold for $ 7990. 2013 Domaine de la Romanee-Conti Richebourg garnered the most attention, with six active bidders vying for this exceptional wine, before it ultimately sold for $5875. Not to mention a set of (3) 2014 Domaine de la Romanee-Conti Echezeaux Grand Cru achieved $12337.50. 

Other highlights include 1990 Chateau d’Yquem 5000ml sold for $5875, 2017 Domaine Armand Rousseau Chambertin Grand Cru sold for $2350, a vertical vintage of 2008-2013 Rippon Emma’s Block Pinot Noir sold for $1351.25 and OWC 2021 Felton Road Block 5 Pinot Noir 3000ml scored $1128. There was also a charity component to this auction with all proceeds from Lots 83 – 111, including all fees, being donated to the Central Otago Pinot Noir Charitable Trust. Through the generous bids we were able to raise $4853.44.

In our most recent Late Spring Online Auction, we featured lots with a wide price range, from low-end sales around $20 for sparkling wines to premium wines selling above $700.

The standout lots were 1976 Chateau Cheval Blanc and 2016 Domaine Gros Frere et Soeur Grands-Echezeaux Grand Cru, which both achieved $705. The highest multi-lot win once again went for a 12-bottle OWC of 2016 Stonyridge Larose which sold for $1692. Some other notable sales included 2002 Tenuta dell’Ornellaia sold for $376 and 2015 Passage Rock Magnus 1500ml scored $235.

As we look toward the fast-approaching 2025, the wine market holds tremendous promise, driven by an ever-growing appreciation for fine wines and the passion of collectors and connoisseurs alike. The increasing interest in diverse regions and unique vintages suggests a vibrant landscape ahead, where both seasoned collectors and new enthusiasts can thrive. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all bidders and consignors for their participation and trust in our platform. Bu sene 7’ncisi düzenlenen Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail’de 5 ayrı parkurda start verildi.

BURSA (İGFA) – Uludağ Alan Başkanlığı’nın ev sahipliğinde, Uludağ Premium isim sponsorluğunda ve Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesi katkılarında bu sene 7’ncisi gerçekleşen Ultra Trail, birbirinden önemli sporcuları bir araya getirdi. Geleneksel hale gelen “Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail”, “4 Mevsim Uludağ” mottosu ile koşuldu. 2 bin 543 metrelik Uludağ’ın eşsiz doğal güzellikleri arasındaki organizasyon, Anadolu Sigorta, Asics, Bursa Teleferik, Ceylan Splendor Uludağ, Climbolic, Decathlon ana sponsorluğunda, Almira Hotel, Doca Textile Tech, Garmin Türkiye, Lifeon Concept, Power App, Segway-Ninebot, Yankı Yemek&Catering ve Züber Lezzetler co-sponsorluğunda gerçekleşti. Oteller Bölgesi’nden UPUT100K, UPA66K, UPGE30K, UP16K ve UP6K’lık parkurlarda başlayan yarışta sporcular; Cennet Tepe, Kirazlıyayla, Süleymaniye, Hünkar Köşkü, Zeyniler, Cumalıkızık, Kürekli Şelalesi, Saitabat Şelalesi, Alaçam, Buzul Göletler, Uludağ Zirve, Softaboğan Şelalesi, Bakacak, Kurbağakaya ve Sarıalan’ı geçerek başladıkları yerde finişi görecekler. 100K, 66K, 33K, 16K ve 6K’lık parkurların startları sabah saat 06.00’dan itibaren verildi. Uludağ Alan Başkanı Bülent Çınar Çavuş, 100K ve 66K’lık parkurun başlama çanını çaldı. Çavuş yaptığı açıklamada, “Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail bu yıl daha dolu dolu geçiyor. Tüm katılımcılara teşekkür ediyorum. Ayağınıza taş değmesin. Finişte görüşmek üzere” dedi. 30K’lık parkurun startını ise Uludağ İçecek Türk A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Ömer Kızıl verdi.

35 ÜLKEDEN 2 BİN 660 SPORCU MÜCADELE EDİYOR Her sene gelişerek devam eden Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail’a katılım geçtiğimiz yıla oranla büyük bir artış yaşadı. 35 ülkeden 2 bin 660 sporcunun yer aldığı yarışta; UPUT 100K’lık parkur 21 saatlik bitirme zamanına, UPUT 66K 15 saatlik bitirme zamanına, UPGE 30K 8 saatlik bitirme zamanına sahip. 

SPOR VE SANAT BİR ARADA Spor ve sanatı bir araya getiren yarışta katılımcılar, bir yandan Uludağ’da koşu deneyimi yaşadı bir yandan da konserler, grafiti sanatçısının sunduğu görsel şölen ve heykeltraşın sanatını icra ettiği çalışmalarla buluştu. Birçok aktiviteyi içinde barındıran Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail (UPUT), parkur boyunca unutulmayacak anlar yaşadı. Bursa Bölge Devlet Senfoni Orkestrası işbirliğinde belirlenen alanlarda yer alan sanatçılar, birbirinden önemli eserleri ormanın içinde koşucuların dinletisine sundu. UPUT, 3 ayrı konserle de katılımcılarına keyifli anlar yaşatacak. Etkinlik alanında yer alacak konser alanında saat 15.00’te Ceren Toksöz, saat 16.30’da Neyzen, saat 18.00’de ise Sattas sahne alacak. Öte yandan Ümit Şentürk’ün grafitileri ile heykeltraş Ramazan Eroğlu’nun eserleri de etkinlik alanında beğenilere sunuldu.

ÖDÜL TÖRENİ YARIN Uludağ Premium Ultra Trail, 5 ayrı parkurda kıyasıya mücadelelere sahne oldu. Birbirinden önemli ve zorluk derecesi yüksek parkurlarda dereceye giren sporcular yarın saat 11.00’de düzenlenecek törenle ödüllerine kavuşacak.

More than 1,300 pilgrims died on Hajj

Most of the fatalities were unregistered pilgrims who had to stay for long periods under the scorching sun, Arab media reported.

Saudi Health Minister Fahd bin Abdurrahman Al-Jalajel said 1,301 pilgrims died during the Hajj. 83 per cent of them did not have the proper visa, so they had to travel long distances without being able to take shelter from the sun. Those who died are buried in Mecca.

The minister shared the information on state-run Al-Ikhbariya TV, the Associated Press reported. 95 pilgrims are being treated in hospitals, some of whom have been flown to Riyadh. The process of identifying the dead has been delayed as many did not have their documents with them.

There were 660 Egyptians among the dead. Only 31 of them had the right to be in the country. Egypt has revoked the licences of 16 travel agencies that helped pilgrims make unauthorised trips to Saudi Arabia. According to the Associated Press, 165 people from Indonesia, 98 from India and dozens from Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria and Malaysia are also among the dead. Seven Russians and two Americans are known to have died. In most cases, the deaths were due to physical exhaustion and dehydration amid extreme heat.

Hajj is a pilgrimage of Muslims to Mecca. In Saudi Arabia, it began on June 14 and lasted until June 19. The Hajj was attended by 1.8 million people.
