So I did a Hunger Games sim with CV characters who are in the CV household or connected to it, trying to get each team to represent their world(s) but Miss Circle and Ena had to be on the same team bc they didn't have a teammate from their own worlds

Here are some of the funny(?) moments!

OK sooooo geuss who just finished listening to high noon over camelot and I have some thoughts <3!

- so right off fuckin hell that opening accent was bad, I now understand part of the reason it took me so long to get round to this one

- the fuckin excaliber joke made me have to set my phone down and walk away for a bit especially after I realised ARTHUR pulled X-CALLIBER from sherrif STONE's hand, well fuckin played

- oooooh trans mordred was bot something I had on my bingo card for this album but it soo cool!

- poor Brian, gotta wonder what happened to land him there

Also ffs man all you had to do was say 'hey the reason I'm sayin your son is alive is cause, turns out, he figured out he was trans after the saxons raised him, yay!' Like come one 90% of the tragedy of this album falls to you ya know

- idk what it is but blood and whiskey, skin and bone + peacemaker just take my brain in a blender n scratches all the right itches like damn especially skin and bone cause the back n forth on that one is aaaammmaaaazzzziiinnnnggg

- where was I. . . Oh yeah galahad reminded me so much of sammy from batim its not even funny cause like wow I now have 2 extremely religious mildly culty characters to rotate in my head like a marshmallow over a flame

- well shit now I definitely know galahad fits the sammy role like that fucker shoulda been dead aaaagggeees ago

- oof that poor captain you can just hear the hope dying in their song along w the music gettin more n more, idk, strained? withered? shot to hell n back n sounds like it?

- I feel so bad for laughing but the abruptness of their death just got me ok?

- oooohh so this is the miscommunications album then? Great about 600 are now dead

- awwww love wins out? a happy ending just this once? where’s the devastating twist, come on now

- the one gripe I have about this album is that they didn't end it w the bell tolling 12 times cause it would've been such a clean call back

Wait, now once you think about it.

if the show started around the 1920-1910s (cartoons were black and white then) then the show (Dandy’s World) should’ve had voice actors.

but this could also mean that Gardenview opened a while AFTER the show started, and the toons might’ve not be a thing when it first opened as Arthur Walton and Deliah Veen (the wiki says it’s Keen for some reason) didn’t find out about Ichor and they were planned to be animatronics? (Until they found Ichor and made the toons lolol)

so unless it is a another BATIM lore story, or the toons might actually sound different from their show counterparts, and they possibly make the toons voice act the upcoming episodes so there’s no confusion?

Idk if this makes sense or not lol.

I thought the show aired from 1997-2002 ? (At least according to the wiki) the show had three seasons and if it started in 1910s - 1920s there’d probably be a lot more seasons-

I just assumed the vintage skins were just for funsies-

I definitely think the toons weren’t initially intended to exist as they do! The place is referred to as an education center and museum- perhaps it was meant to be something else-?

Tbh my thought process is

‘ Arthur and Delilah open a non distinct education center and museum. It’s not very successful, and the two go into a lot of debt to keep it afloat. The museum is mostly underground and so while renovating an area to try and bring in more folks. They discover ichor. They discover they have a ichor well right under the museum. Maybe they discovered a few of the properties? This information gets out. Most don’t believe them. Then they approached with curiosity from the producers of an upcoming show?? The studio offers to pay off the debts if they let the studio have museum and let it play with the ichor??? And they are about to go bankrupt so they accept??? And things happen but I don’t the brainpower for it ‘

So basically a BATIM esque scenario happens
