David: I will be presenting the entire ceremony naked, which I don't think anyone's expecting, but, you know.

'Andrew Scott’s mesmerising performance in Netflix’s neo-noir Ripley has received critical acclaim.
The veteran actor – who got his start in the 80s in an ad for oat brand Flahavan’s – has proven his diverse acting skills over the years.
For those who think he looks familiar, that’s because he probably is, from his roles in everything from Band of Brothers to Fleabag.
Here’s everything you need to know about the talented Mr Andrew Scott:
Andrew Scott is an Irish actor
Andrew Scott was born in Dublin, Ireland, in 1976, according to Rotten Tomatoes. He was raised in his hometown with his father working in an employment agency and his mother an art teacher, per The Independent.
Besides playing the memorable villain Moriarty on BBC’s hit series Sherlock, he also played John D. Hall in Band of Brothers, and was in All of Us Strangers, Spectre, Victor Frankenstein, 1917 and more, per his IMDB profile.
Scott stunned the theatre world with his impressive acting when he played a total of eight characters in Vanya, an adaptation of Anton Chekhov’s 1898 tragicomedy, at the Duke of York’s theatre in London, per The Guardian.
He’s very private
Scott, 47, rarely makes comments about his personal life, telling the Independent in 2013, “I am a private person; I think that’s important if you’re an actor. But there’s a difference between privacy and secrecy, and I’m not a secretive person.”
In 2020 he told UK GQ: “One thing I’d really like to change after the pandemic is people’s attitude to social media. It’s about real connection, not just to filter everything.”
According to Yours, the BAFTA-winning actor is based in London but has a home in Dublin too.
Is Andrew Scott dating anyone?
According to Hello!, Scott is currently single. He was previously in a relationship with writer Stephen Beresford, until they split in 2019, per the same source. Scott publicly came out as gay in an interview with The Independent back in 2013.'

“I was making a dead person who wasn’t romance-able!”
Marisha. Marisha. Sweetie. You made a girl with crippling self image issues who didn’t see herself as lovable, who couldn’t imagine herself being attractive to anyone physically or emotionally, who had a deeply codependent relationship with the one person who was never afraid of her. And you somehow didn’t think this would be CATNIP to BAFTA award winning queen of D&D romance Laura Bailey? Girl, you practically gift wrapped this for her.

DT & MS 😇💖😈
What I love about David Tennant:
He has like, THE kindest dad eyes ever
S N A K E Y H I P S (I love Crowley's walk)
That Scottish accent tho…
Probably the most expressive mouth in acting
Goes from adorkable timelord to angsty demon without missing a beat
Goes above & beyond in support of the LGBTQIA+ community
Style for DAYS
What I love about Michael Sheen:
That smile is pure sunshine
G E N D E R E N V Y (Miles is my favorite of his roles other than Zira)
That Welsh accent tho…
Absolutely the most expressive eyes in acting
Goes from sweet, soft angel to psychotic killer without missing a beat
Goes above & beyond for charitable causes & philanthropy
The curls… THE CURLS…
What I love about both of them:
HUGE supporters of their fans & fanart/fanfic
Genuinely kind to all kinds of people, fans or otherwise
The BAFTA Bark Ruffalo bit was just 😅🥰
Nontoxic masculinity!!!
World's greatest bromance (they genuinely love each other!)
Amazing dads and incredible husband to Georgia/partner to Anna
Unfairly talented (as in it's unfair to other actors how good they are)
Would trust with my drink
Would trust with my kids (mine are grown now, but still)
Would probably throw hands for marginalized people under attack
Seeing either of them on screen makes my entire day

And like I know we know this but a bit of backstory on the insane actor chemistry brute forcing a mid straight if queer-baity one-season show into a three-season gay romance really does give it such a nice extra dose of flavour. The fact that one of them might quite genuinely have finangled and schemed his way into playing the lead of his favourite book in the world and then smuggled in a gay agenda under his jacket. Meantime his coworker who will lend the spark that make all his hopes and dreams come true turns up going "yay for employment! :D what's the book called again?"
Every time we recap this dynamic/story that we’re all already familiar with I fall in love with them all over again. She (the shennant partnership) is really that girl. She can do anything. She can make characters kiss after the author called romantic fanfic of them baffling. She can get David Tennant a bafta nomination. She can turn 3 seasons of low-budget zoom rpf show into a national treasure. What can’t she do??

mmkay cool bg3 stuff that has happened to me over the past year!
met mr neil newbon himself at birmingham mcm! extremely cool and chill dude and i was not at all losing my entire mind throughout :') very proud of myself for not just freezing up when he asked if I'd like a hug (can confirm that he gives good hugs)
went to the bg3 concert! And it was so wild because I had missed out on the tickets months ago so I kinda gave up on going but 3 days before the event, I checked the website on a whim and there was ONE!!! TICKET!!! up on sale. Absolutely fantastic music and they played legacy of bhaal which is one of my fav tracks from the game!
went to the bg3 BAFTA masterclass which was so so good as both a huge fan and a game dev. I learnt a lot, drank too much champagne, and got to speak to swen vincke, dave jones, and neil newbon again :D I also gifted neil a cross-stitch I made that's inspired by his bg3 char bow'ee and, ofc, astarion.
I was gifted a signing for my birthday and I managed to catch it live on stream! and this is why my tumblr name is flushwithdarlings c:

'‘All Of Us Strangers‘, the critically acclaimed film from Andrew Haigh (‘Weekend’), will be available to stream exclusively on Disney+ in the UK from 20th March 2024.
The film stars Searchlight Pictures film stars Andrew Scott, Paul Mescal, with Jamie Bell and Claire Foy. ‘All Of Us Strangers’ was nominated for six BAFTA film awards and won seven British Independent Film Awards including Best Film, Best Director and Best Screenplay.
One night in his near-empty tower block in contemporary London, Adam (Andrew Scott) has a chance encounter with a mysterious neighbor Harry (Paul Mescal), which punctures the rhythm of his everyday life. As a relationship develops between them, Adam is preoccupied with memories of the past and finds himself drawn back to the suburban town where he grew up, and the childhood home where his parents (Claire Foy and Jamie Bell), appear to be living, just as they were on the day they died, 30 years before.
‘All of Us Strangers’ is produced by Graham Broadbent, Pete Czernin, Sarah Harvey. It is written and directed by Andrew Haigh, based on the novel ‘Strangers’ by Taichi Yamada. Cinematography is by Jamie D. Ramsay, SASC, with production design by Sarah Finlay, costume design by Sarah Blenkinsop, hair and make-up by Zoe Clare Brown. The editor is Jonathan Alberts, ACE, with the music by Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch...'
