It seems that Azeez Al-Shaair was not ever sincere in his sorry that he put on social media a few days ago, 

Houston Texans' linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair received a three-game suspension on Monday for his brutal late hit on Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawernce on Sunday. The hit knocked Lawrence out of the game, and he now requires season-ending surgery and is on injury reserve. Al-Shaair was ejected from the game for the hit. 

Al-Shaair posted the apology on social media Monday. He would appeal his suspension. 

The sixth-year veteran's appeal was upheld, and it seems he didn't take his case being denied very well. On Wednesday, Aeez took his frustration out on social media on X and Instagram. He posted a picture of Joaquin Phoenix's depiction of the DC Comics character, the Joker, calling himself a "villain." 

"IF YOU WANT ME TO BE YOUR VILLAIN, ILL BE YOUR VILLAIN! SEE YOU SOON…" Texans' linebacker was then captioned with the middle finger emoji and the Joker poker card. 

It doesn't seem that the undrafted linebacker from Florida Atlantic was not very sincere about his apology, and now it feels like the world is against him, which might be the case. Some fans thought this post was in poor taste.

Al-Shaair can return in the Week 18 season finale when the Texans play the Tennessee Titans.

Al Shaair's hit was definitely dirty. TLaw didnt deserve that. But it's also weird to see people wish for Al Shaair's death. I saw a comment that said he should go and be killed in Gaza. Some are going after CJ as well. Like yes he should be suspended, maybe for the whole season. But people should learn to calm the fuck down
