#Hornet

Hiding in my flowers since three days…

I'm not a specialist but it really looks like an Asian Hornet; also called, Yellow-legged Hornet. They are able to sting someone like 10 times in a row and some people may die from it. I've made some little research and noticed that not all of them have their heads entirely orange. And in the Hornet family, only Asian ones have yellow legs. So, hummm?

Anyway, It has been hovering the area for a couple of days and people are getting a little nervous near the cabin. Well actually it is very big and larger than the usual ones. So I guess it's a good idea to look regularly the area to make sure there is no hive around.
