🌞 Prendersi cura di sé durante l’estate è essenziale!
Ecco alcuni dei miei promemoria preferiti per mantenere la mente e il corpo in equilibrio:
1. Ritagliati del tempo per te stessa, anche solo 10 minuti al giorno. Io lo faccio disegnando, con una serie tv in sottofondo o l’ultima puntata di Elisa True Crime.
2. Idratati regolarmente, l’acqua è la tua migliore amica! (2 litri, non esagerare!).
3. Pratica la gratitudine, anche per le piccole cose. Prima di andare a dormire io e M. ci sforziamo di chiederci quali sono stati gli aspetti positivi nelle situazioni che abbiamo trovato piu pesanti durante la giornata. La nostra mente tende dad amplificare e a dare molto spazio agli aspetti negativi, per questo è fondamentale che mi impegni per non farli prevalere.
