New Sonic Movie 3 Poster

Project Shadow is far beyond anything we’ve ever encountered.

When the character posters were released, I thought it was a little unfair that they didn't do one for Maria. This makes up for it, this image is a flash of gentleness amid all the action and excitement.

It's almost identical to the glimpse we get in the trailer, but the softer blue lighting lets me see more clearly. I like that Shadow's eye color seems to be a golden brown, like in "Dark Beginnings", except when he's using his power.

I know this movie isn't out yet, but I wish it were longer! I would like to see more of Shadow and Maria's life together before the Ark tragedy.

hey not to sadpost on sonadow twitter takeover day but i was fixing up my ark siblings playlist, specifically swapping "we will go home" and "love is blue", and i just. do you think maria told shadow about her parents. do you think she told him about how much she loved them and how she missed them and how she was going to go back one day? how her dad used to read her stories every night in funny voices and how her mom let her pretend to help cook in the kitchen when she was little? how her parents were horrible at dancing but did it anyway whenever one of "their songs" came up and it used to annoy her? do you think she talked about when they went to spagonia and her dad took time out of his research to take her to see all the places she wanted to go and her mom was embarrassingly bad at speaking the local language? how her dad wanted a dog but her mom wanted a cat and it was the one argument they could never resolve? do you think she talked about her friends back home, the last school she went to, how nice the nurses at the hospital were when she got to leave with grandfather? do you think she told shadow about mobian neighbors and classmates and how she and her next-door-neighbors used to hang flags in their windows to send secret messages? do you think she skips over the fact that she keeps forgetting what college her dad teaches at, that she doesn't remember how the ice cream in spagonia tasted, how she can never quite remember what color her mom's eyes were? more importantly do you think she told shadow that they were going to love him too

Totally agree. You can not tell me that girl didn't dress him up in old dresses of hers and you can't tell me dramatic Shadow the hedgehog didn't act like that one buzz lightyear scene.

I bet he really gave his all to whatever storys Maria came up with, lol.

For the record, Shadow was totally lying about not playing games with Maria. He just didn't want people to know about his sister dressing him up for tea parties.

Do you guys think Shadow let Maria win their chess matches most of the time? I think he did at first, and then she made him play against Abe to try to get them to bond, and Shadow absolutely obliterated him. Maria realises he'd been holding back on her and scolds him for it
