okay so I'm watching apothecary diaries and I have just completed season 2 episode 36.

out of respect for those who do not like to have things spoiled, all of my screeching, squealing, and squawking is below the cut

@birinboom here's all the stuff I wanted to share with you!

I love Lady Gyokuyou. She's such a clever, kind, caring, and poised lady. I enjoy the way she handles herself and her affairs. I'm remembering how in season 1 she talked about how ignorance is a blight or disease and that just really resonates with me

also the way she had no problem teasing Jinshi and putting him through the wringer as they both fought over...custody? of Maomao. Her saying things like my Maomao. Jinshi insisting she return her.

Either way when Jinshi finally figures out how to, and somehow manages to marry Maomao, she will technically be his...wife, which affords him higher priority in Maomao's life. Gyokuyou would probably still tease him excessively though. Love her. Thinking about the customs of this setting though, given he bought her out, she kinda is "his." I'm going to stop myself here.

TLDR: Gyokuyou, you queen. Love that you gave Jinshi a hard time before letting him take Maomao on a trip.

I actually like Basen. Maybe because he's cute. Maybe because I like his JP casting...he has a nice voice. Or maybe it's because I adore his father. Gaoshun is truly such a sweet man. Anywho this question has me entertained. It's because she's brilliant and really handy my dude. Girls solves problems like it's her primary source of income (which it kinda is becoming her primary source of income...or has it already given she's now in Jinshi's employ and not Gyokuyou's).

Also given how perceptive Gaoshun is, he noticed probably before Jinshi even bothered to consider that his interest in Maomao is romantic, that it was in fact of that nature. Given how useful she's been and how many important people have solicited her help, I feel like Gaoshun is growing slightly more lenient about Jinshi's feelings. Though at the same time, he's probably more than ready to advise against them if he feels they will harm Jinshi. Gaoshun probably even has the strength of character to take action to aid Jinshi in overcoming any feelings.

He is allowing Jinshi his proximity to Maomao within reason because it does help and I'm of the opinion it does have some kind of positive effect on Jinshi overall. Jinshi does seem more...relaxed, or perhaps I ought to say, at ease with Maomao.

Anyway, Jinshi doesn't have to worry at all about single Basen being around Maomao. Basen hasn't got the slightest interest in her.

I think it's awesome he feels this comfortable and relaxed around Maomao. Gaoshun raised him, and Basen is essentially another man and an extension of Gaoshun, so the only person he'd really have to stand on ceremony for in this context is Maomao.

He could also just be subconsciously trying to charm her...even though he knows she immune

Now...onto the bits that had meeee

Maomao really said: I'm about to get a troublesome lore drop, time for a swift exit. Girl was dodging him revealing who he really was like her life depended on it...probably because it does.

One thing I really like about Maomao is how she's very aware of how the system works and she tries her best to position herself in a way that keeps her out of trouble, or keeps her safe. That element makes her feel really human, and real. It also keeps her from having those traditionally known "mary-sue" qualities that tend to make characters unlikable. Her character is primarily interested in medicine and poison, that remains consistent regardless. She doesn't have to agree with the system, but she doesn't take it upon herself to fix it, because as previously stated it's not her area of interest.

One thing I do like is that Maomao will work within her means/limits to do good though. She just doesn't launch a full-scale campaign to change the system. So long as she has access to her herbs and poisonous specimens, so long as people around her are healthy, then she's chillin'

A very good boy to the rescue. I enjoyed this scene a lot. I also found myself cackling about how I could see the way their dynamic would be when they're married. I can see him trying (and mostly failing) to charm Maomao for the evening, and they'd have their toddler come and ruin everything by jumping onto him.

Honestly the whole thing from start to finish was a ride. There's a few things that stood out to me that I enjoyed:

Jinshi doesn't really stare when Maomao is removing her clothes. He looks away initially and attempts to give Maomao space and privacy. The time he does look is when she's offering him something to eat. He isn't even sneaking peaks. It really is indicative of his noble status and upbringing. I have a feeling people want to debate me on the idea that nobles aren't all that noble in character, but see that's the thing. Jinshi is of noble birth and more importantly noble character.

This stood out and it was interesting: Jinshi changed his hair from a middle to a side part. I assumed that was part of the disguise.

Maomao's clinical approach to things is really entertaining for me. Jinshi's an emotional mess and Maomao's just deadpan and dealing with it all without the frills. Though soon enough he's also being strategic right alongside her. I do enjoy those moments when they're collaborating on something, it really shows you how they're a good match for one another. Their synergy is really fun to observe.

I finally understood why they called it the frog scene...kinda...when I saw the frog. Though with all the discussion about the frog...that wasn't a frog...which I will not be delving into beyond: they oughta put Sakata Gintoki reacting to this episode because that would be a riot.

I really enjoyed the difference in size between Maomao and Jinshi. There were also really clear hints to how much physically stronger (and therefore threatening) Jinshi was. The scene seemed to work to establish, perhaps more to Maomao than to us, that Jinshi is indeed a man. There's supposed to be a shift in her mentality or attitude towards him given now she knows he's not a eunuch, but from what I'm seeing after she received the Ox Bezoar...she might need the message reiterated.

Overall though the art was really well done in demonstrating how tiny Maomao is in comparison to Jinshi.

Another thing: Jinshi's hands found their way to Maomao's waist a decent amount. The way the shots were framed it feels very deliberate. Which I think was Jinshi's way of trying to be taken seriously and as a normal non-eunuch male. Good luck bro, Maomao would probably think you were messing with her if you told her what you were feeling in the most direct, impossible to misinterpret manner.

oh but, "so I'll always just be me to you" or something like that...Jinshi seemed to really appreciate that. There was, to me at least, a sense of resignation, but also a kind of peace in the way the voice actor delivered the line? Like huh...guess I'm just always just going to be me...strange...

I don't think Jinshi is used to that, so he's kinda resigning himself to the idea this dynamic with Maomao will continue as is, but he doesn't really mind. He just needs to drop his guard and let himself grow comfortable with it. He already likes it, unfamiliar as it is, to be an individual and not a title.

TLDR: I laughed and cackled at Jinshi's expense. Gyokuyou, a queen I adore. Maomao: dense when it comes to feelings and super funny. Lihaku is best boy. Don't give the reward/payment until the job is done first!

Anywho! I ran a lil poll on Twitter to decide on the types of jobs they would have so here we go:

So I actually forgot to put dancer Vel/artist Ven because I kinda thought Ven would kinda fit the thing but after I finished this art I was pretty happy I didn't put it on there lol.

I honestly think that the other job options seemed pretty interesting, but no one really suggested any other jobs, and almost everyone was enthralled with the idea of dancer Ven & Vel.

For Veneer:

At first, my friend and I were planning this, but nothing really felt right to us. I did suggest Ballerino, but it didn't feel like something Veneer would do without Velvet, because they kinda come in pairs. Gymnast was also a suggestion, but after a couple minutes, it was swiftly discarded because I didn't want to draw Veneer's toes.

Anywho, while searching for other options, ice skating appeared, and my friend suggested an interesting idea as to

Lore time:

When Veneer was young, his parents pushed him towards traditionally male hobbies, such as sports and more sports. When his dad saw a flyer for an ice hockey team, he signed him up immediately. However, some mischievous kid had taped a different number to the hockey flyer, so Veneer's father ended up signing him up for figure skating instead.

At first, Veneer thought he was out of place, after all, the ratio of boys to girls was significant and he found himself to be the only one in that class. He didn't enjoy it much and regretted that he didn't join Velvet in her breakdancing course. However, as he unwillingly went to classes, he slowly started gaining a love for the sport and noticed how beautiful it was.

That led him to go down into professional figure skating and join competitions, eventually leading him to go down in history. For Velvet

My friend suggested swapping traditionally male and female dance styles, which led to the eventual conclusion: breakdancing. Velvet is a strong-willed character who would definitely try to get her way (as shown in the trailer of the movie) and take the classes that she liked.

Lore time:

When Veneer got signed up to do ice hockey, Velvet felt like she didn't have to deal with her little brother all day, and felt that she had a lot of time to herself. At first, she found a lot of things to do every day, running to places, going to parties, and just generally having fun.

At this point, Veneer was still unwilling to go to figure skating classes, (turns out Velvet was the mischievous kid who changed the number on the ice hockey flyer into a figure skating course phone number) but since his father had already paid for a year, he had to go anyways. Velvet would purposely use this to upset Veneer when she didn't get what she wanted, but then would accidentally make Veneer cry, resulting in her getting lectured by her parents, and Velvet holding back tears as she apologized to Veneer (she was totes in the fault here tho).

She realized that the more free time she had, the more her parents would lecture her. She decided right then and there that she would sign up for a class. She spent days, scrolling her phone and watching videos of different skills to decide what she wanted to do. However, nothing caught her eye.

Then, one day, she saw a kid do a flip, and slip and fall miserably. First, she took a video and laughed, and then thought to herself, "Hey, I could do that waaaayyyyy better. That kid's a failure!" And so she threw herself into learning it, but unsurprisingly, she fell flat on her face.

She was unhappy with this result, so she immediately went to her parents and asked them to sign her up for a breakdancing course. However, she had a tendency to give up when things got annoying/hard, so her parents turned her away each time. However, both the nonstop pestering and the fact that she no longer was bullying Veneer (because she was too busy following her parents around and throwing tantrums), they finally gave in.

From then on, she started breakdancing classes, and Veneer was upset because now his sister got to do something she liked, but Veneer was stuck in ice skating hell. He was very unhappy for some time, but then decided, "If she's gonna be happy, I gotta be happier. I gotta upstage her". So, he took to ice skating and started focusing all his efforts on it.

Velvet, seeing her twin brother become increasingly devoted to learning the trade she had forced him into while she had just started to get bored of breakdancing, felt a spark of competition and decided to practice harder.

Her parents were really impressed. Periodt. Now they are famous both nationally (Veneer) and on the streets (Velvet, for breakdancing, not giving up). YIPPEE

Topic: Sebastian and Solomon Sallow HCs

TW: mild discussion of abuse

It’s been almost a year in the fandom and I love seeing people continue to expand on the headcanon and lore surrounding these characters. The discussion of Solomon and his abusive tendencies comes up a lot towards his nephew. Beyond just the verbal - which we get a mild glance at paired with the elements told by Sebastian - one might can infer there’s more to the story.

Some people have proposed Sebastian possibly living in that shack (I can’t remember who exactly plus please feel free to tag and I’ll add them). Discussions of how physical the abuse is have happened in many locations.

As for why I love the HC of Solomon (forcibly) cutting Sebastian’s hair stems from the importance of hair in the time the game exists. Hair was an important aspect of home making - specifically with mothers to their children and fathers teaching their sons how to groom. Lack of parental figures that care can lead to those who seek to harm - thus why it makes sense in my brain for Solomon to do this.

Hair also played an important role between lovers - with things like hair locks being gifted by both genders to the other and rising to the use of lockets to hold locks of hair in a way to always keep that person close to your heart.

Sebastian frequently is shown in cut scenes scratching the back of his neck nervously, and while some people have the nervous tick of biting their nails this often one we see for him.

Solomon forcing unwanted appearances onto his nephew truly seems within the realm of possibility in my mind, especially when you consider the time period, the fact it truly looks so uneven in the game and he stays at a baseline upset with Solomon.

On the flip side Solomon could be seeing this as a means to help with comfortability during hot summers despite not enjoying the task. As far as Victorian standards go it was a task usually reserved for the woman of the house until a certain age. We don’t get any clues on if he had children of his own and suddenly going from a bachelor auror to having to take care of your brother’s children likely wasn’t a light adjustment. His frustration at the situation at times might’ve come out towards those kids, putting stops to things he might’ve found difficult to watch his brother allow when the Sallow’s were alive.

I could speak at length about this topic of how their relationship might’ve grown more and more strained with time but I digress.

Almost one year ago I wrote a fic expressing a possible way in which Solomon might’ve pushed that boundary of abusive behavior with his nephew is in aggressively cutting his hair . This lead me down a rabbit hole of jumping back in fandom. those who have stuck around since March of 2023 for the ride with over 250k words of Sebastian content across my main fic, mini fic and one shots : thank you💚

In the spirit of this I would LOVE to hear any further ideas on this head cannon so if you have some please feel free to comment, dm or put it in my ask box! I love hearing your theories! Especially when it comes to the interesting relationship between Solomon and Sebastian.

Anywho, this is a simple reminder that we can all share a lot of the same ideas and also expand on them in ways that bring us together as a collective and not divide. I’ve seen so much hate, accusatory behavior in the HL fandom the last few months and it’s growing tiresome. I love seeing how we can all share our thoughts and bring new and developing ideas to the same characters, creating our own lore which expands beyond the canon.

I have so much lore for ranfren like, I know it's probably not ever gonna be canon and this will is more headcanons on my part, but still! I feel like this little big world that Captain Howdie made runs a lot deeper(or maybe that's just me over exaggerating it😅) than it seems.

Especially with Randal and Luther. For some reason, I feel like both Randal and Luther came from like a place where intrusive thoughts and chaos only exist(I know that sounds corny😭😭) and it took some years of Luther being somewhat aware of the goings on in the outside but not really dipping his toes in our world I guess? (Also, lowkey I feel like Luther did look younger than how he is now, at least in the past) but when he finally came out of that abyss... you wanna know what the first thing he saw was? A human. I wanna say that's when his whole, I wanna be human thing happend. Also I think he was more like a shadowy figure when he first crawled out of wherever he was from but as time went on, he slowly started to change. Kinda like a caterpillar going through metamorphosis.

Anywho, after some centuries and a few catmen collected along the way... another one came out. This is when Randal came to be. I wanna say one night while Luther was out, he suddenly stopped and was like "Something's going to happen." Then slowly, something started desensending from the sky like a UFO or something and BOOM it was baby Randal. He came equipped with the glasses btw. That's where I wanna say Luther was like, he's my brother now and the rest is history.

MONTHLY MFIP UPDATE✨✨

Hey folks 🦐 I finally got the chance to make this month’s MFIP Update cuz god damn life was kicking my ass. College is fine for the most part tbh, just a lot of reading and writing cuz of the specific classes I chose. HOWEVER I have 💥FUCKING PMDD💥 so um skill issue on my part but it’s why I’ve been kinda exhausted as shit this week and was late with the update so my bad folks! (Also for more info on PMDD, click here! I don’t wanna spend this post yapping about it but wanted to leave a resource to spread awareness just in case :3). Also, Imma be tagging some of y'all who have been reading/supporting MFIP consistently just for this post, so yk you guys actually know these updates exist. I was gonna do that for the first ever update but as with many things, I forgor, so I'm doing it now! They’re supposed to come out on the 18th of every month, but yk sometimes life happens and I’m a lil late. It won’t be any earlier than the 18th tho so look out for these once it hits that date! Anywho, cheers to this month’s update!

Alrighty folks we be starting with the Art~!

Alrighty so obvious new thing, WE GOT RAPH’S REF SHEEEEEEEET TEEHEEEEEEE

BRO IM SO HYPE ABOUT IT! It turned out so genuinely amazing and I’m ridiculously proud of it! Especially cuz I honestly thought Raph was gonna be a harder design to figure out yk? I’m not used to drawing his body type, I wasn’t as familiar with his outfit, and even tho I’ve sketched him a few times before, I was just a bit nervous with Raph. Funfact, he’s also been the hardest to figure out how to write back when I was first starting MFIP. I genuinely don’t know why, but I got there eventually (I actually really love writing him now��) and same thing happened with his design!

Since MFIP’s taking place a few months after the Krang invasion, i’m able to take creative liberties and update the boys’ designs more! For some clarification btw, in my story’s lore, the invasion took place in September 2020, and MFIP starts on March 2021. Anywhizzle, my ideas for the boys’ designs is to combine their movie look with their show look, cuz while I do LOVE the black on them, it doesn’t feel right to me to not make them still unique in their own ways. These guys are all about authenticity, so why make their gear exactly the same, ya get me? I basically recolored his show gear to be black and red (and added a lil asymmetry on his legs) cuz I think it makes Raph feel older and more sure about himself, just feels right for him! I also just think the red fade on the black is hella cool! Fun lil color theory i think application, the black is more of a really dark, inky blue, so it makes the red pop out even more! I decided to make a bow out of his mask tails, too! I don’t wanna spoil the entire lore reasoning for it yet (it’ll pop up in the story), but I can indeed say it’s intentional that it looks a little like a lunamoth with damaged tails :3 I also took a BUNCH of creative liberties with his sais’ handles, since we haven’t really seen it much so like idk gaslight yourselves into thinking it’s always been this epic✨✨

Also I gave him his shorts back because FUCK YOU I LIKED THE RED TRIMMMM—

OH I ALMOST FORGOT yes he has longer eyelashes! I saw he grows to have really pretty eyelashes in the future cuz of his turtle species, and I wanted to lean into that by showing they’re starting to grow now :3

There ain’t shit to say about this, I just pulled a silly. I saw the fact Donnie was supposed to have a “Doctor Donatello” persona in the deleted episode where Dale turns into a werewolf. I’m really heavily on the train of Leo being the team medic and into medicine in general. I don’t think it makes sense for Donnie to be the medic judging by his sensory issues and this mf being as much of a germaphobe as my mom, and in my opinion it felt too stereotypical anyway to have Donnie be the medic. Ofc, to each their own, and this is just my interpretation of it, but I thought it’d be funny if Donnie still had this persona and was passionate about it, but was like horrifically bad at being a doctor. I made this dumbass sketch that I’ll finish sometime in the future (it’s gonna be a chapter in Arc 3 probably) and I just wanted to share it with yall~

My ass wanted to show off cuz I’m sketching out some ideas of what my human designs for the boys culd be. I already did Leo’s like ages ago so he’s not on here but I’m realizing as I’m typing this my dumbass forgor to post it so um my bad I will do that in a few days—

But I wanted to design (or more accurately, redesign cuz I did draw em once a while back but I’m not satisfied with them) and I think I ate so far so uh yea. There isn’t any logic to sharing this, I just thought it was cool😭

Chapter Progress Time Whoop Whoooop‼️‼️

I didn’t make much progress on anything this month due to college—again, it’s fine, but there’s a shit ton of time management going on in my part to just manage everything and make sure I’m on track—BUT I am indeed still working on chapter 10. We’re up to 20 pages now which is only two more pages written from last month, but it’s kinda cool writing Donnie and I feel like I’m getting a better understanding of him! One thing I’ve been tryna do is understand autism better as a condition cuz I do wanna acknowledge and show bro’s autism instead of just ignoring it due to a lack of understanding. Donnie ain’t Donnie without it, ya know? I don’t know everything and tbh I would say I still have A LOT to learn on the subject matter, but I’m tryna expand my knowledge every opportunity I get and experimenting with how to better show it! This is to say tho, I’M NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, NOR AN EXPERT ON THE AUTISM SPECTRUM. This is what I’m finding and comprehending via my own research, and can tbh end up being wrong so please don’t quote me as a reliable source, I’m still learning ;v;

I remember one of the things I kept hearing about was autism leading people to struggle with empathy. The best way I heard it being described was someone bringing the example of when their friend was upset. That person can’t truly feel their friend’s emotions because they’re not the one experiencing it, so can’t properly understand how it’s making their friend feel. But they can see that their friend is communicating their sadness, and they still try to comfort them and make sure their friend knows they’re there for support. I understood it as bringing logic to emotions in a sense; collecting data and figuring out how to handle the situation based on the data rather than using intuition alone.

I’ve been using that to figure out how Donnie might handle more emotionally subtle situations, where he might try to rationally work through what’s happening and kinda substitute it in place of natural empathy. Like the little tidbit I gave above! Instead of just automatically being able to get vibes that the other person is upset, I felt maybe Donnie would instead notice the fact their tone is kinda different from before; it’s basically a data point. With that data point in mind, he could connect it to past experiences where a tone change could indicate a mood change, and as a result he might conclude that Salena’s tone change means she’s upset. I comprehend it as manually working through empathy rather than it being second nature, if that makes sense. Obviously and thankfully Donnie isn’t gonna spend the entire chapter playing a guessing game or anything with Salena’s emotions, it’s just one lil moment that I thought was cool challenge to myself with when writing him! I really love putting myself in the characters’ shoes when I’m writing them or their dialogue. I highly recommend it as a tool too, since it's helped me a lot with staying in character!

Aight so, I wanted to try doing something cool if y'all are up for it. I really love rambling about my story and lore and characters blah blah blah, but I don't really know how to do so tbh. I'm not that familiar with how social medias work cuz I just never took it seriously, and I don't wanna just keep being like HEYYYYY ASK BOX IS OPENNNNN like I'm screaming from the top of the hill either. Sooooo insteaddddd

I think it'd be fun to do Q&As here! Or at least something similar. I'll open my ask box again and feel free to send any questions you want; it can be about the story, past lore, design questions, getting to know the characters, absolutely anything! I like this speedpaint a lot. You can see how I improve and change things throughout the piece. I wish you could see just how much I use that undo button though - that button is my savior.

The starting sketch DOES belong to me. I want to make that abundantly clear (I use a lot of outside references sometimes). If I use an outside reference and it is in the final product (as in I use other art as reference), I will give credit if I can. The reaper picture next to it is not mine and belongs to the Subnautica devs.

Process (kinda):

1) Using a sketch makes this SO MUCH EASIER. It's a pain in the ass but jfc it's faster than trying to digitally sketch with your finger

2) Blah blah blah rough outline whatever

3) I swear I know how to use the paint bucket tool yall, that would've made shit so much easier, but there were gaps and i couldn't figure out where they were so my background kept turning fucking blue

4) SO PROUD OF THE BLUE TO RED FADE MARKINGS ON THE ARMS. I USED THE ERASER TOOL FOR THAT.

5) Realized the blue was too bright and i need to tone it down - tried to keep it from looking like the blue water was making him (the character) blue

6) i cant remember when the reaper reference is added it just lowkey appears

7) i wasn't trying to shade but i kinda did with the way i outlined some of his torso

8) color gradient for texture

9) scars. Tried to add more texture to the scars by adding color but i hated it.

I'm currently working on getting a lot of my lore straightened out. I'm also trying to make character sheets for me to reference and use to write headcanon drabbles n whatnot. The world-buliding is genuinely crazy -

I mean, I made three OCs just so I could build up Chris' experience in the mafia, and that's not including Jubi. There's about 20 characters I have to write things for, and that's not taking the missing children (which is ALSO about 20) into consideration. I also have other AUs which really messes with the timeline.

All in all, I've been slowly working on more stuff to post in my oneshot book. Since I've thought about him the most, Scott's almost done. I believe Viktor will be done soon too.

Bradley is a reporter, but they're like. Not too good at it as far as typical 'good reporting' goes.

She frequently knows how to evade Rodger's detection to follow him to areas off-limits to the public or following him to his suspects suspects, and then will take it upon themself to collect things she feels are 'evidence' to submit anonymously to the police or use for their reports, take pictures of incidents for wherever she reports for, or to interrogate his suspects themself for insider information - she commonly makes his job harder but they don't mean anything malicious by it. She's just. Really way too interested in getting the hottest scoop.

I THINK I've talked about how I HC that Dandy somehow found out Rodger was getting close to answers for the Ichor Operation and that's when he ended up Twisting — maybe it was just on the DW Headcanons blog, but the gist of it is Dandy killing Rodger himself out of fear (not meaning to be violent, just heightened emotions and the ichor messing with his mind and what was just supposed to be a warning ends up being a death) of him being behind the Ichor Operation being discovered. Rodger was getting very close to figuring out the answer and suspected Dandy, but then somebody mentioned something about his research casually to Dandy (maybe not knowing WHO Rodger was suspecting), which sent Dandy into a panic that made him Twist and kill Rodger when he initially just wanted to warn the detective off the case (a la Sprout's dialogue of "Best you keep to yourself, Rodger, that's safer" but more firm about it).

Anywho, BACK TO BRADLEY! What if Miss Bradley here was the one who let it slip to Dandicus that she thinks Rodger's getting really close, but maybe not entirely knew WHO he was suspecting yet, so they maybe yapped a little too much to Dandy :)

And after Rodger disappears, THAT'S finally when she starts catching on as to who the culprit is bc it's REALLY coincidental that he disappears soon after they mentioned smth to Dandy about it, and tries to find Rodger on the Twisted Floors, hoping that she's wrong because how could DANDY have been the one behind it all, and hoping to find him just alive and lost and not Twisted so they can interrogate him properly.

MY MCD HEADCANONS FOR THE 9TH ANNIVERSARY

i need to post SOMETHING to celebrate the best minecraft series ever but i dont want to do something too big because next year is TEN YEARS I AM OLD so heres my hcs and most are. just canon in my rewrite WHICH I REALLY NEED TO ORGANIZE ONE DAY. someone should make like a google doc layout template thing for us its a hard world theres so much stuff that needs to be rewritten. anywho.

LORD APHMAU

NOT the reincarnation of Irene. Or literally just Irene.

Instead I based her off of my friend's old theory from 5th grade (as a tribute, also my friend isn't dead it's not like an in memoriam tribute but its a tribute to an amazing idea) that she was a fallen angel. But. She isn't at the same time?

Instead, she's one of Irene's daughters. Kind of. ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN AND I DONT WANNA GO ALL INTO THE LORE HERE BUT THERES "SISTERS" OF HERS TOO AND VYLAD STILL SUMMONED HER.

She doesn't have those markings from rebirth; I like them in fanart, but realistically? Why would some random girl have that? Instead, she has weird scars on her body.

Knows the basics of writing and reading... but REALLY struggles with them still. She literally just spawned on this world. She doesn't know everything.

But her natural tendency to help people is in her blood. Like. Irene's whole purpose of these "daughters" of her were to try to fix her legacy in a way. She still struggles with a lot of things though, and all those changes to the village LIKE WHERE SHE JUST BUILT HUGE THINGS obviously don't happen.

She also didn't have good combat skills until she trained with Garroth. Then Zenix. Then EVERYONE. Her combat skills are a huge melting pot of every single person she's fought against or fought with. Of course, she prefers to just use her sword.

SUPER socially awkward but doesn't even realize it. After all, she doesn't have many things to base her social interactions off of; she just got here. But, she does have manners at least.

Can't cook. AT ALL. This is actually a headcanon based off the WORST FANFIC I EVER READ (I lied it was amazing but I was so shocked by the ending like it's the best fic ever but... it SCARRED me PLEASE read it).

GARROTH RO'MEAVE

Kind of an idiot in a way. Like. SUPER INTELLIGENT. But never thought about changing his first name when hiding in Phoenix Drop... he just always ignored people's questions about his last name.

In his defense, Garroth became a fairly popular first name after his birth. It's like when the royals have children and the names they give them become more popular.

Azura helped him escape to Phoenix Drop; they met when he was allowed to go to knight college or whatever its called I FORGOT GUYS!! And he was not in the same class as Laurance... but there any good knight is literally put on the list of Jury of Nine canidates. Like. It's not that hard to be considered. But to be picked? They do like the biggest background checks EVER and secretly watch you to see your strengths.

Naturally a very father-like figure to those significantly younger than him as a result of caring for his brothers and protecting them from his father. I made a whole post about it before. I'd tag it but I. Don't feel like it.

LEVIN'S FATHER!! DILFROTH IS CANON GUYS. But he doesn't know he's the father until after the timeskip.

He doesn't just wear his helmet to hide his appearance from others; he can't stand his appearance. He's a splitting image of his father, the man he truly hates. He hides all the mirrors in his living quarters, he can't stand it. Aphmau is the one that truly starts helping him love himself.

Although. After the whole incident featuring a betrayal, portal, and missing 15 years, he feels scared that he is turning out evil just like his father. He hates it. It haunts him everyday.

Also. HE WASN'T AWARE OF WHAT HE WAS DOING.

Firstly, I just need to say, I head canon Garroth to have depression. And I spoke about this a bit before, but seeing the two people he loved the most seemingly hide a relationship behind his back, instead of being open and honest with him just hurt. He fell into a depressive episode, like it was terrible. AND ZANE BEING ZANE used that to manipulate Garroth, having Lillian use magicks and potions or whatever to mind control him. He only broke out of it once Lillian died AND LAURANCE USED THE POWER OF LOVE!

He never truly figures out everything that happens until after he escapes from the Irene Dimension.

Speaking of which, he is SUPER injured after he escaped from there. I. Um. Actually don't know the specific injuries I'm giving him but all I know is he becomes a cane user. So like. Obviously something with his back but I need to like really get the logistics down that's just how my mind works with these things.

In love with Aphmau AND Laurance. He's so silly.

Bisexual masculine non-binary he/they autistic king that also suffers from depression, PTSD, and survivor's guilt.

Like most people believe, he has a dad bod. Like obviously he's muscular, but he's also chubby.

Can't cut his own hair since he doesn't look in the mirror. When he first revealed his face to Aphmau, she helped him out with his beard and hair (and almost braided his hair).

A good singer, but only sang for Laurance while he was recovering. It's their small little thing.

LAURANCE ZVHAL

Okay so firstly, I'm not putting any Shadow Knight headcanons. That's too much.

However, as a result of being a Shadow Knight, he has poor temperature regulation. Like. He's very naturally warm, so he overheats a lot, but in the cold, it's the opposite. He's FREEZING and has to layer up a lot.

Has two gay dads. Which... is canon?? WHY DOES NO ONE TALK ABOUT THIS. He has Hayden and Joh. They are his gay dads and they raised him. And Cadenza.

Rarely can have a nice, peaceful sleep due to night terrors. He's haunted by the memories of the Nether, and the only times when those thoughts are subdued are when he's sleeping close to Aphmau or Garroth.

Actually the father of Alina. Because it's not Aaron (ew). And he never knows about this. Because he SACRIFICES himself to save Garroth and Aphmau because he loves them, and he doesn't want either of them to hurt or for himself to hurt them due to the calling.

Just to clarify, he and Aphmau did not intend for this by the way. They just had a silly night where they drank a little bit! And then woke up like a rom-com or something and where like "Oh. My. God." LIKE IT SEEMS TO BE SILLY but then it isn't.

Only knows how to crochet a single type of bear plush. Like. NOTHING ELSE.

He had to wash his orange hair like every single day. If he didn't it literally became so greasy and so crusty. And Zoey ended up having to do that while she watched over him. She was so close to just chopping it all off for him.

Garroth was his closest company while he was blind. He often asked Garroth to describe him what he saw in the village.

Once he got cured, he only partially regained his eyesight. He struggles to see a lot, and gets headaches easily. When he goes into Shadow Knight form though, his eyesight gets a lot better; but once he gets out of that form, he experiences so much pain, and his sight goes downhill for a while.

Can braid hair.

Likes to prank his friends a lot through really elaborate scares. SUPER happy once Malachi and Levin started getting involved.

KATELYN

LITERALLY THE MOST MUSCULAR CHARACTER IN THE ENTIRE SHOW. AND TALL.

Her true love was Jeffory. Nothing will ever change that.

When she dated Aphmau, her own grief over Jeffory held back the relationship from blossoming into something more. This applies to all her other relationships as well.

Her anger issues are just simply treated better here. Like. That's all I have to say about that.

Helped care for Aphmau the most (along with Zoey) after Garroth was freed from the Irene Dimension because of how depressed she was over everything. She became really close with Lilith Garnet during this.

Never gets drunk. It's kind of insane. She is wild at taverns and just. Never gets drunk. Her power at that is balanced out with her terrible seasickness.

Doesn't get the appeal of coffee. She hates it, like it tastes so bad to her. She's a tea girlie.

28 years old. But people never guess her age right, like ever. She's eternally youthful despite not having a single skin routine.

Okay this is actually a headcanon and it's based off of a friend I do have in real life. So like yeah I guess in modern times Katelyn is a One Directioner but I guarantee she would be a Deftones fan or something.

The craziest part of the Sherlock fanfic though is I think I wrote it in like less than a week or something. I can't figure out what groove I was in at that moment but I'd love to find that again. Preferably for my college papers.

Anywho gonna ramble about my multipurpose fruitfly oc who I can't for the life of me think of a name for (I'd love suggestions lol), but think they sound like Stephen Fry for no other reason than that it's funny. Originally they were a Cult of the Lamb oc, being a non-sentient fruitfly that the Lamb accidentally brought back from the dead when trying to resurrect other lambs but as a follower instead of an unintelligent insect. Also they've got the legs instead of antenna thing going, so they've come back wrong in like a variety of different ways. Sometimes I also use them as a Sonic the Hedgehog oc too, in which they just happened to be born with the gene mutation that gives them extra legs as opposed to antenna. In the Sonic Universe, they run a hotel that happens to be in a very seismicly active area. It's the closest hotel to the faultline too, so they get a lot of traffic from both researchers and villains seeking to exploit the fault. There's also a giant swimming pool in the middle of the first floor and indoor trees like in some older hotels. Coincidentally, I just scanned like 200 pages of my sketchbooks and have some never before posted art of them for you + 1 painting I have posted before + 1 unfinished sketch with something semblance of a concept of the hotel in the background

Anyways…oh Verdigris, I’ve come up with so many extra bits and pieces to her lore in the past month or so and I didn’t really get to talk about her in the first place, so I’m glad that someone’s interested (this is gonna be so long, I can feel it)

First things first, we’ll get the big thing out of the way: her arcane skill. Kind of a big part of her story is how she is a “plant whisperer”, which means that she’s able to hear the voices of plants and therefore communicate with them. This made her form a prominent sense of empathy for plants, as they are unheard by everyone except her.

(Now, a lot of the things I’ll mention about Verdigris will make a lot more sense)

So a fun little fact is that plants have a “way of speaking” that sounds more poetic than your normal speech, since they’re just describing things based off of what they know from nature. And because of her arcane skill, Verdigris does talk like them a little (which just comes off as being poetic/dramatic). Another thing that comes with this “way of speaking” are “Titles of the Plants”, which is the thing that you remind the plants of, that they therefore refer to you by (Vertin is “The Wandering Wind”, Sonetto is “The Shade in Daylight”, etc).

Why am I mentioning this? Well but of course it’s for yuri reasons! Because this is the perfect way for Verdigris to subtly and sapphic-ly pine for a certain arcanist by the title: Ray of Sun (and who this refers to is not disclosed). She mentions this “Ray of Sun” quite frequently in her diary, which I’d imagine could be one of those pages of text you can find between stages, as well as in her intimacy voiceline (which I haven’t written, but we can imagine, okay).

Anywho…when it comes to interacting with other arcanists, Verdigris is very much the most likeable out of my three ocs here (she’s just a cinnamon roll, not toxic or hard to communicate with). So she gets along with basically everyone in the suitcase. Chaotic or calm, she’s patient enough to talk to them. Tho she’s the closest with Lilya I’d say, since they’re bonding over a shared language/heritage and shut up, it’s adorable. Especially since Verdigris didn’t have anyone to speak Russian to for a long time (she lived in Spain, that’s why) and Russian was her mother’s language (she never got to meet her, so it holds special significance to her (things are getting angsty haha)). This problem was the whole reason she created her own critters actually. But hey, now she has someone and the vibes are good again.

As for their dynamic, it’s obvious that they have a “balancing each other out” situation, and I like to call it “Lilya and her designated driver” as a joke. But truthfully, Verdigris is surprisingly down with most of her shenanigans and no one understands why. Lilya kinda just wants to show Verdigris all the “fun stuff” she usually does, and she just goes along with it while some of the other arcanists watch them in horror (they’re just having a good time tho). When Verdigris is busy, Lilya would go visit her workshop to see what she’s doing like: "What you making, Verdie?:]" (she finds it interesting).

Considering what she does, I feel like Verdigris would probably be crossing paths with Medpoc kinda often as well (hehe). Verdigris just isn’t super affected by Medpoc’s hostility, and still treats them very well after getting yelled at. Once they warm up to her tho, she kinda becomes their emotional support (aka the person they rant to while she hands them a cookie or smth), and they’d pass out together while working across from each other, since neither of them remember to sleep (or do anything else).

I also think that she could help Shamane repair and/or upgrade his mechanical arm (since that’s kinda her specialty), and in turn gain a new father figure. Shamane would definitely like her Dendrogues and greet them when he sees them hopping around as well.

Some honourable mentions are the other calm healers (Dikke and Tooth Fairy). Dikke would grow fond of Verdigris for how fair and thoughtful is, but she'd tell her to not be so tolerant of everything. As for her and Tooth Fairy’s situation, they actually have pretty similar vibes, so they’d probably do some somewhat questionable things together that aren’t so questionable if they’re doing it, like baking together (there’s definitely no tooth fairies in the muffins they’re making, don’t question the taste of plums) and going out into the forest to look for teeth.

Oh right! Verdigris also has a small interaction with Pristine after implanting the new heart she made for her, since Pristine’s original heart (crystal) is the thing that makes her body possessable to Arcana (there’s some context from this post that is needed to understand what I’m talking about). This is a big plot point in Pristine’s story, so guess who’s growing attached to Verdigris. Yeah, she kinda just follows her around whenever she sees her from there on out, maybe even tugs on her sleeve saying “Where art thou headed to? Let me go with thee!” (Welcome to motherhood, Verdigris!)

Time to talk about the two characters I've made for FFXIV!

To preface -- you can have multiple characters attached to one account for this MMO without paying extra per character slot. Since I'm paying the Entry-level of that, I can have a total of 8 characters, 1 per server. I really don't need more than that, since I was planning on having just my main and that's it, but then I got interested in a defunct FF mobile game, and I needed to play through the story on a fresh save. So that's where #2 came in. (He'll get a separate post, if people are interested in him, too.)

Anywho! Let's get this ramble rolling -- under the cut cause it's gonna get long.

First, I'm gonna talk about my "main" character, the one I've been playing for the last two and a half years and have done...almost everything on, at this point.

I don't have any screenshots of her because I don't mess around with gpose that much and only figured out recently how to take screenshots on my PS5. Sooo -- here's the profile picture from the Lodestone for reference.

Behold, Cross Sylvan!

I didn't come up with a lot of backstory for her when I first started the game back in October 2021, right before Endwalker's release. Because miqo'te -- or cat people -- have naming conventions that have an apostrophe in their name after a "clan letter" (i.e., Y'shtola is of Clan Y, and is only Shtola to her friends), I wanted to pick something that would have something of a pun involved, and I like the word "Cross" too much to leave it out.

So she's M'Cross (pronounced Macross), but dropped the tribe letter for her own reasons. Her parents were booted from the M tribe, you see -- her mom married a male miqo'te who wasn't the leader of the tribe, and because the two of them broke tribe rules, they were kicked out.

(Further context -- the leader of a Sun Seeker tribe, the Nunh, gets to lay with every single female miqo'te in the tribe. Yes, they get a harem; no, I'm not making this up. This is in-game lore. Moon Keepers, a different group of miqo'te, tend to do it in reverse.)

Anyway, Cross' parents left their home in Gyr Abania and moved to Thanalan, a desert region located at the southern region of the continent of Aldenard, which contains the region of Eorzea (If it helps you picture the region, the continent is basically shaped like Africa, with some differences in climate). They raised her there, and Cross' father eventually left to become an adventurer, while her mother stayed at home and focused on becoming a half-decent merchant in the Silver Bazaar.

And then the events of FF14's 1.0 happened. I'm not gonna go into detail here because I didn't play 1.0 before they shut down the servers and restarted them with 2.0 as the starting point, but suffice it to say that Cross' father either died or vanished during a big battle in a place called Carteneau. During that big battle, something happened that wiped out everyone's memory of how that battle ended. It had the side-effect of preventing everyone in Eorzea from remembering certain people clearly. Including Cross' father.

So you can imagine how confusing and distraught she would be to not only realize Dad wasn't coming home -- but also that she couldn't remember his face, his voice, the sorts of things he liked to do...very traumatic.

Cross leaves five years later -- the start of 2.0 -- to become an adventurer herself. Mom got overprotective and more than a little overbearing after the Calamity, and Cross wanted to get away for a bit. She still likes her mom, she just wanted space to breathe. That, and something's driving her to travel. See the realm that her barely-remembered father sacrificed himself for.

And then the game starts, and Cross gets rapidly pulled into events that...might have been what her father had been involved in before his disappearance. She wouldn't know, much less remember.

Backstory out of the way -- time to talk about Cross as a person!

Cross is a sponge when it comes to absorbing knowledge. She's naturally curious and wants to get her nose into everything -- different jobs, cultures, food, history...you name it, she's probably got a cursory knowledge of it. As a result, that means I can say she's at least picked up every single job in the game, but she has her favorites.

Her parents taught her archery from a young age, and she has some magical talent as well. She prefers Black Mage over Bard, and between fighting melee and ranged, she'd prefer ranged. She didn't have a healing job that really clicked with her until Sage, and out of the tanking jobs, she prefers Dark Knight and Warrior. Paladin is in a strange position with her, because she believes that's how her father used to fight, and she made an effort to learn the style, but it hasn't sat right with her.

She's also picked up all the crafting and gathering jobs, but she prefers the hard work of botany and miner over the patience of fishing, and likes weaving and leatherworking more than the rest of the crafters.

As Viper and Pictomancer are the newest jobs added to the game, I haven't figured out if they're going to be among Cross' "favorites" yet, but since I like Pictomancer a lot, she's probably going to like that one, too.

Cross has a little bit of snark, a little bit of a temper, but neither really show up unless you've pushed her buttons (temper) or she's comfortable enough to let down her walls around you (snark). She's been known to trade banter with the young twins who are a part of the NPC main cast, for example, or join in the berating of other characters if her fellow miqo'te mage (another NPC) is unleashing a rather nasty burn in someone's general direction.

She likes writing music based on her surroundings. More than a few orchestrion rolls have shown up in shops based on some of her scribbles and playing around on her harp and the like. Some of the songs based on strange, faraway lands have gotten the attention of those who are too young to travel, making them want to follow in her footsteps.

She has a chocobo. His name is Cloudstreak, and she's considering changing his feather color to sky blue (yes, you can do this in-game, I just haven't done it yet). Cross has other mounts, too, but Cloudstreak is her first and favorite of the bunch.

Over the course of the first "book series" in the game (A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, Stormblood, Shadowbringers, Endwalker), Cross grew from a young adult who was somewhat inexperienced with the world outside Thanalan to a worldly woman who has traveled extensively, and grown in confidence, knowledge, and strength as a result. She's become a hero of the realm. The Warrior of Light in more than name, because she got that title way back in A Realm Reborn and has only reshaped its meaning repeatedly since then.

She is a Traveler, and Travel she will. There's a desire to see the world beyond what she's already seen, and she will see every nook and cranny of her planet.

If you get into the game and want to see a somewhat shortened version of her journey through A Realm Reborn...I've got a fanfic going for her. The Chronicles of a Young Adventurer is the first part of her series, which I'm separating out according to main expansion and patch content. It's mostly journal entries, letters, and the occasional scene that's been more written out, but I like what I'm doing with it so far!

Who was your first ever OC? Do you still “use” them? How have they evolved over time?

So, story time, when me and my little brother were very teeny tiny, we really liked superheroes. Now, I think we were around 5 and 3. We decided to make our own superhero team which became the foundation for a group story series I now have with several friends, Fledgeling Comics.

Little me's first contribution to this was a Robin-esque figure named Deadly Nightshade, named after the plants we had growing in our driveway that I had asked my mum about some days prior. She had also told me that the other name for the plants was Belladonna, so I decided her real name would be Belladonna Young. She was soon joined by my brother's characters, Molten Lava and Bloodshot, and my later hero, Aegis (not given his hero name until I was a teenager) to form a team. Deadly Nightshade was a teenage girl who did a lot of gymnastics and found a special cloak one day that changed her into the hero. When worn, her hair would change into dark twisted vines and she would gain poison breath.

I'll be honest, as my brother dropped out of the creative seat and more characters flooded in, Bella's honestly not gotten much attention. She hasn't changed much, but I suppose she has developed more over time and come into her own. She has a more defined personality now, her life outside of her hero persona is more built upon, her hobbies, likes and dislikes are present and as more characters were added to the series, she developed interpersonal relationships to people outside of the team. Back in the day, little me would have only been able to tell you the basics. Now I can tell you she loves gymnastics and reading, her favourite colour is blue, she took tap dancing lessons as a child, she suffers from hayfever, she knows how to use a bullwhip, her uncle used to take her to a rifle range as a bonding experience, she is heterosexual and has a boyfriend (also a superhero), if you told her not to touch something she would have the overwhelming urge to touch it, she cannot be trusted around wet paint or cement for this reason, she will only eat ready salted flavour crisps, she likes classical music and grunge, she-

Anywho, she is still one of the founding and active members of Squad and I absolutely still use her and build upon her.

Which story has the most lore?

Definitely one of the ones I've built from the ground up. Fledgeling Comics is, of course, a strong contender for this, as it has the backstories of every hero and villain in it, whole new worlds and dimensions. I have maps for the countries in the elemental dimension, as well as their politics and culture and flora and fauna.

Other strong contenders would be Arch Angels 3000, where I've again built up an entire world from the ground, with the main setting of Archadia being just one location and with no humans. The Archadian society is completely different to the Vemsonian society or the Otharian society, and also they think they're superior to everyone else and that the others are evil and twisted. Nocturnal, which is a vampire story and I've basically made it so vampires are a species of parasite and each one is based off a different cultural legend e.g Costica is based off Slavic Strigoi, Qian off Chinese jiangshi, Vijitha off the Sri Lankan Riri Yaka, etc. And Witch Tails, in which witches are humanoid creatures with animal tails, are treated like second class citizens at best, many are enslaved and we see a sanctuary for witch youth separate from human society. The sanctuary gets targeted by humans after a militant witch rights group start 'causing trouble' for the humans, and at first the militant rights group are presented as villains due to human propaganda and the insistence that they were only targeting the sanctuary because these other witches were targeting them, but then the heroes join forces with the witch rights group. There's also lots of lore and world building there. The longer the witch tail, the stronger the magic, and the animal tail or other markings on the skin can also be indicative of what sort of magic the witch will have a natural affinity for. E.G Epponine has a horse tail, her magic is about buffs that allow her to increase the speed and strength of herself and others. Glace has a deer tail, but also frosty markings on his skin. He has the weakest magic in the series and has an affinity for ice magic. Seraphine has a lizard tail and scale markings. His specialty is defense and healing.

Anywho! Her name is Ynrur and she’s absolutely BADASS NGL- buut short version: 

Captain Ynrur is a Maormer pirate captain, and ‘wereshark-lord’- and practically queen of the Abecean Sea after the events of the dragon crisis Skyrim- her rather diverse crew equally famed and loathed for their strength and magicks.

    Ynrur is surprisingly fun loving, and pretty much everyone’s cool older aunt- and also adores music, and has a tendency to hire musicians as well instead of just thieves. As well, she is quite honourable for a pirate- and never targets anyone who isn’t immensely rich.

   … if you mention the rumours she will tear your face off :P

LONG VERSION HEHE:

    Ynrur was born into a fishing family, they weren’t well off per se, but comfortable enough- but she wasn’t really content with the small town life- and as soon as she was old enough and had enough money she moved to one of the larger Pyandonean islands + it’s largest city, (a lot of its lore is very much made up by me for my universe I dunno if Pyandonea is canonically a bunch of islands lol) and took up a job as a courier.

    T’was when she was in the maormer equivalent of early thirties that she met a bosmer by the name of Gwinvenin (those who know… wuh oh) who had recently moved to the same city she was in, and was obviously very lost and unable to figure out where the house he’d bought was. Funnily enough after helping him and meeting up a few times they ended up becoming friends, and then even later on lovers.

    Buut turns out Gwinvenin was not exactly a Bosmer, and very much the daedric prince of madness, but she didn’t care- bro what do you see in him 😔.

    It did not end well, even if it was a few years, and… lets just say her coping mechanisms weren’t the greatest… And she has quite a few things she’s been trying to forget- but, funnily enough, it was her turning to Hircine worship and the eventual rewarding of her y’know, lord strain, that helped her heal. She’s no longer the borderline pushover she used to be, and well, you don’t want to be on the other end of her fists.

   At some point within the last decade she may or may not have both saved a sea serpent egg from some poachers and raised it, stole the Navarch (maormer leader-)’s flagship, started the most unconventional pirate crew ever, basically becoming so feared and respected that she’s basically the unofficial queen of the abecean sea’s pirates, and driven the High-Queen of High Rock into such a panic that the entire province is basically in the middle of a civil war for better or for worse.

    She’s fiercely protective of her crew, and basically considers them her family- and I have to admit she’s killed quite a few people to protect some of them

Random Facts Yippee!!!

Her ‘thropy is based on the shortfin mako shark! As a wereshark lord, typically when she’s half shifted she keeps the tail, fins, claws, gills, and fangs but sometimes she’ll switch to be less or more depending on what’s needed

Veryyyy strong and muscular even sans half shift- very useful considering she mostly fights with her fists and tail rather then weapons (and er chomping sometimes lmao)

Sometimes she gets a bit too antsy on the deck of her ship and will kinda just follow it while shifted in the water- for the same reason she rarely goes far inland unless there’s rivers or lakes nearby, though she prefers salt water.

She didn’t exactly know about / discover this until way after his death, but she’s my LDB’s mom- she wasn’t all too pleased with sheo (/ my mantle) when she discovered she had a son she would never get to meet. This is exactly why she joined with Alters-Truth and Akisrava to try to discover how to kill a god- even if technically it was to stop the Traveller from destroying Tamriel~.

Her hair has been white since her late teens, just genes ig lol.

Her sea serpent is named Qikhylnaath!

Hugge hot chocolate fan, especially with some cinnamon and vanilla.

Though she can eat vegetables and fruits and whatnot- since turning she prefers meat.

Her ideal vacation is just chilling on the beach with a glass of wine- or simply getting the chance to hunt in a reef in peace.

A surprising amount of her crew is daedra adjacent (lycanthropy, demi prince… etc)- or literal daedra in two’s cases

She has loads of piercings and jewelry- all of which has been enchanted to simply… disappear when she shifts so she doesn’t ruin it each time because that’d be a serious waste of money ngl.
