What is a Spiritual Lull?

The most spiritual believer will have times when he or she cannot understand “why” their soul is cast down. To this earth but you have to remember you choose this existence.

For many years I have heard people use this phrase: “in a lull.” For me it always sounded like a nice way of saying, “Im stuck.” However, when I began to study the background of the word I found out that lull actually means sleep, pause, calm, hush.

But a lull is a spiritual experience which is much different than the layman definition. Let’s explore this together…

Lull= the time between the question and the answer. A precious gift from Source Time alotted to seek the spirit of the divine revelation while in the eye of the storm. We have to see this differently than others do. For one day there will be no more lull times. Seek the divine’s consciousness.

So what is a spiritual lull?, and how do i identify I’m going through one? Manifesting is not working no matter what you do. You feel spiritual drained. Downloads are coming in faster than you can sit with them. You feel under attack. Your train of thought is all over the place, unable to focus, to many distractions trying to throw you off your path.

Spiritual slumber can come for several reasons including unbelief, negativity or energy vampires. If we find ourselves in a state of spiritual slumber, how do we wake up?

So how to overcome this lull and keep in mind we all go through this from time to time it is important to remember that this happens for a reason and that reason is for us to take inventory of ourselves and focus on the important factors of our spiritual journey and to find the spiritual lane that fits our path and not try to do everything in the spiritual world.

1: make a list of things disruptive

2: keep on meditating (push yourself)

3: recognize the difference between resistance and burnout

4: work on healing areas you’ve neglected

5: Laugh

Regardless of form, the message is the same: give yourself some practical steps, that I’ve listed Use what works. Throw out the rest.
