ST. LOUIS — Anheuser-Busch has one more opportunity to commit to union member job security, Teamsters said on Thursday. If the company's next offer doesn't meet union member standards, around 5,000 will go on strike as soon as March 1. "The halting of beer production at Anheuser-Busch's U.S. breweries appears imminent and unavoidable," Teamsters General President Sean M. O'Brien said. "They have a harsh reality awaiting them when Anheuser-Busch breweries are empty, and Teamsters are on the streets." The negotiations continue after 99% of union members at 12 Anheuser-Busch breweries voted on Dec. 16 to authorize a strike.

So annoying how all these loud people on the internet hate Bud Light now because they... did a little marketing thing involving *gasp!* a trans woman. And *shock, horror!* put rainbows on some cans.
That's dumb.
You should hate Bud Light because it's a really crappy beer. Seriously, it's the only beer I've encountered so far that tastes worse when you drink big gulps of it... even though it's so light and fizzy that it should be the kind of beer made for big gulps. At least other crappy beers have the decency to taste equally bad whether you're taking a small sip or a big gulp, rather than actively punishing you for drinking it quickly so you can be done with it and drink something better instead. It neither tastes good or is high in alcohol, so I don't know what type of beer drinker it's even made for. Like... are "beer masochists" a thing?
(It's also really, really funny that so many of the people "boycotting" Bud Light don't seem to realize that Anheuser-Busch-INBEV is an international mega-corporation that either makes, or has at least partial ownership of the companies that make, a shitload of other beers. Like literally hundreds. Including a lot of the other top-selling American light beers! It's absolutely hilarious to see somebody bitch and moan about the Bud Light ad campaign, or joke about how Bud Light's sales are down so much because they "wEnT wOke"... and then immediately order a Busch Light or a Michelob Ultra. Surprise, scumbag! Anheuser-Busch is still getting your money!)

Does the tendency of conservatives to jump straight to terrorism at even the smallest perceived offense genuinely baffle anyone else?
For example, I just read an article, and they're threatening to blow up breweries full of people who, like, just work there making beer. Why? Because bud lite sponsored two (2) instagram posts and gave one (1) commemorative can (that none of them will ever see or interact with in real life) to an Instagram influencer.
Can you imagine getting so upset about an Instagram ad that you threaten to murder a bunch of nearly completely unrelated innocent people? I struggle to wrap my head around the mindset, personally.

Jane McMahon Allen: Childhood Anecdotes (Interview 1)
I devoted my first interview to my mother. We sat down last week, and she shared very detailed accounts of her childhood playmates, neighbors, parents, siblings, hobbies, and toys. She has been a Rochesterian herself living at 394 Winton Road North while attending graduate school at Eastman School of Music, a division of The University of Rochester. Last week we discussed some of her childhood…

Bud Light Donates to LGBT Program
Bud Light Donates to LGBT Program
Bud Light is donating $200,000 to the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, after controversy about their collaboration with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney. In April, Dylan Mulvaney participated in a paid promotion for Bud Light, with the beer company sending her a handful of beers, including one printed with her face, and she used them to celebrate the one-year-anniversary of her transition. Bud…

Boycott the F’ing Boycotts-2023
Boycott the F’ing Boycotts-2023 #Blog #Blogger #Blogging #Rant #Boycotts #BoycottBoycotts #LGBTQ #Pride #Disney #Target #AnheuserBusch
“And I have a tiny little moment of anxiety, because I can’t remember whether or not we’re meant to be boycotting Mars bars.” — David Nicholls I first shared my feelings about calls to boycott in 2020. Nothing has changed except for the names of those companies some of you are being called on to #Boycott due to ‘wokeness’ or allying for the LGBTQ+ community. Target, Anheuser-Busch, Pink Floyd,…
