yes, it still a thing and I love this! ❤️ Warnings: accusations of cheating but that's pretty much it Disclaimer: I don’t own Harry Potter 😁 gif isn’t mine 😊

Wrong Twin
"FREDERICK GIDEON WEASLEY!"
"What did you do?" you chuckled, looking at the twin on your left.
"Sounds like you're dead, Freddie" George said to your right as the three of you saw Angelina bursting into the Common Room, looking livid, stomping her way to her boyfriend. Katie and Alicia followed behind her.
"How could you?" she asked as Fred stood up, confused.
"Uh, before I admit to anything, could you please tell me what you're talking about-?" Fred was interrupted when Angelina smacked her hand against his cheek.
"Holy shit" George muttered as you sat closer to him.
"How could you?" she said, with her eyes welling up. "I can't believe you would cheat on me!"
"What?" Fred asked at the same time you and Geroge did too. "Sweetheart, what are you talking about?!"
"Don't try to deny it! Katie and Alicia saw you" she said, furiously as you noticed the wondering eyes in the Common Room turning your way. "And you!" she then said pointing at you. "How could you do this to me? I thought we were friends!"
"Whoa, Angie, what are you talking about?"
"Katie and Alicia saw you yesterday!" she snapped. "The entire school knows! I feel like such an idiot!"
"Wait, what exactly did Katie and Alicia see?" Fred asked, still extremely confused.
"They saw you kissing my boyfriend!" she said, pointing at you before she tried to throw herself at you but Fred quickly grabbed her, pulling her away and you hid behind George and Lee, who had now joined the conversation.
"Angie, that never happened! I would never cheat on you! I love you, darling!" Fred tried to reason with her.
"Angelina, I have never kissed Fred in my life!" you assured her. "I would never do that to you!"
"Stop lying! We saw you!" Katie told you.
"I'm not lying! I don't know what you saw! But I swear, Angie, I have never kissed Fred!"
"Well, either you were kissing Fred or someone who looked identically like-" Lee stopped abruptly, his eyes falling on George, who was blushing furiously. "Oh... OH! Holy shit!" he laughed as he noticed Geroge blush furiously and you felt your cheeks burning.
"Well, I guess it's out now" George muttered.
"Wait, what is going on?" Fred asked, still confused and then he looked between you and his twin. "OH MERLIN! YOU KISSED GEORGE?!"
"Oh, Merlin!" the two girls said, realizing their mistake. "It was you and George?!"
"Um... well, y-yes" you admitted as George grabbed your hand, pulling you closer to him.
"Wait, so you two didn't think of George before you thought that I would cheat on my girlfriend?!" Fred asked, a little upset.
"You said George had detention yesterday!" the girls said, remembering their conversation.
"He did! He asked me to cover for him because he said he had something important to do" he said, raising his eyebrows at George.
"Well, it was important! We rarely get to spend time together without all of you meddling in our business!" George defended himself.
"Oh, Merlin, Freddie, I'm so sorry" Angelina said, hugging him and kissing his cheek. "I should have talked to you first, I was just really upset and-"
"It's okay, darling, I get it" Fred smiled, kissing her cheek before she went over to you and hugged you.
"I'm so sorry, love" she told you.
"It's okay, Angie. I would have been upset too" you told her.
"So... how long has this been going on?" she smirked as she pulled away pointing at you and George.
"Couple of weeks" George said, pulling you to him again and kissing your temple.
"Sorry we caused this whole mess" Katie and Alicia apologized to you and Fred.
"It's okay. At least now we don't have to hide anymore" you said, looking up at George who gave you a peck on the lips.
"Okay, so from now on that would be a good way to tell you two apart" Lee laughed.
"Who knows? Maybe they're not even sure which twin they are with" George smirked and you and Angelina hit them both on the back of their heads.
"You two really think we wouldn't be able to tell you two apart?" Angelina laughed.
"Yeah, we are the only ones who have been able to tell you apart since we were in first year" you reminded them. "So, good luck with that" you smirked at George.
"I really don't mind, sweetheart. At least I get to do this whenever I want" he smiled, leaning in to kiss you again.
The End

College Freshman Chapter 8
Welcome back to this daily rom-com series
Posting around 1EST
A bad morning for someone~
Angelina walked into class and sat down. The first one there, of course. She got her stuff out and watched everyone file in. Molly came in and she said her good mornings. Angie really wanted to focus on the lecture, and couldn’t wait for it to start.
Then the door swung open with a familiar thud. It was Thomas–he was on time for class. She almost forgot about him, but when she saw his shining eyes, she couldn’t forget.
He waved to her and she blushed on the inside a little. She could already see Molly’s eyes but she didn’t care. She waved back and Thomas smiled. She blushed even harder as he walked by. Angie got her pen out to distract herself, and he found a seat. She could hear the noise behind her clearly. She wacked Molly’s desk without looking but Molly only laughed harder. Angie tried to focus on the front, but now she had a bunch of racing thoughts. Thomas was on her mind.
The professor walked in with a weird look on his face.
Different, Angie thought.
He put his briefcase down and logged into the computer. He hadn’t said a word yet. He always says something.
He went in front of the class and looked out. The professor rubbed his spectacles a little and looked frustrated.
Someone had a bad morning, Angie thought.
“You have a quiz next class,” the professor said.
“We do?” a few students groaned.
He hadn’t given a quiz the whole year yet. It had to have been a bad morning. The professor paced back to his lectern.
“Next class–we’ll do a quick quiz and then I’ll lecture. Today will be shorter,” the professor said in monotone.
He started lecture and stayed in monotone for a while. Everyone was used to it, and she was taking notes, too. That was good. They were getting into the groove of things, but the professor was moving quickly. He wanted to leave.
“That’s everything,” the professor said.
A few students cheered for getting out a few minutes early. Some didn’t care at all because they had class after. Her included.
“Buh-bye,” the professor said.
The professor logged off the computer and was the first one out of class. He usually isn’t.
A really, really bad morning, Angie thought.
Everyone got up and started packing their bags to leave. It was louder with the chit-chatter, but Angie didn’t mind. She had some time to study now.
A few people were leaving as Angelina put her pens away with her notes. A boy stopped at her table, one she recognized.
“Hey Angelina,” Thomas said.
“Hey Thomas,” Angelina said.
She wasn’t as nervous around him. It had been enough time, and she got comfortable speaking to him. It was also a weird morning, too. Her thoughts weren’t all on Thomas.
“We have a quiz next class,” Thomas said.
“We do, I’m excited to beat you,” Angelina said.
“Beat me?”
“That’s the goal.”
“You don’t have to do that.”
“I definitely have to do that.”
“Maybe you can find some of my weaknesses then.”
“What are you implying?”
“I’m implying…”
“You’re implying?”
“That we study,” Thomas said.
She stopped and forgot everything. There were no other thoughts going through her head.
“Do you even need to study?” Angelina asked.
“We have a quiz coming up,” Thomas said.
“I want to beat you out though.”
“It’ll be fun.”
“It will be fun.”
Thomas perked up a smile and looked her over. She didn’t mind it though.
“Like last time,” Thomas said.
“Productive,” Angelina said.
“Yes. Very, very productive.
Thomas turned his smile into a laugh and she couldn’t help laughing. Angie was having too much fun with him.
“Same time, same place?” Thomas asked.
“That works for me,” Angelina said.
“Great. Then, I’ll see you there.”
“I’ll see you there.”
Thomas waved and left the classroom. Angelina waved back and Molly waited until the doorknob closed to erupt.
“I will see you there!” Molly said.
“You better not,” Angelina said.
“We’ll have to see.”
Molly smirked and they left the classroom laughing. Laughing like usual.
“You can be more forward with your boyfriend,” Molly said.
“Not my boyfriend!” Angie said.
“Studying is cool and all.”
“It is cool. It’s the best.”
“I didn’t need to hear that,” Molly smiled and continued. “You can do more than just study though. Take him out. Go eat. Go do something.”
“I can ask that?”
“Of course you can ask that. He would love to hear that.”
“He would?”
“Yes he would,” Molly said. “Just don’t ask him without me knowing.”
“I have to tell someone!” Angie said. “Where would we even go though.”
“Somewhere. You don’t know a ton about him, do you?”
“I don’t.”
“Start with that. Then work your way up.”
“Don’t you know everything?”
“You’d be surprised. I’ve been through a lot.”
“A lot that I don’t know?”
“Oh yeah girl.”
“But I need to tell you everything?”
“No, you have to. That’s law.”
Both the girls laughed and walked into Biology a little early today. When Angie saw the door handle she couldn’t help but pause and think.
How can she learn more about him? Angie wondered.
She sat down and thought. Angie couldn’t take her mind off it. It was only natural, after all.

one of those nights - mick schumacher
summary: in which, it’s inevitable that you, the daughter of a haas engineer begins dating a haas driver, but conflicting schedules mean you and mick don’t see one another as much as you like, until you come home from work one day to find him waiting for you.
warnings: soft bf!mick, angie content, daddy comes up a few times (but it’s more lighthearted than it is sexual), oral (f), unprotected sex, praise kink in full force, tooth rotting fluff. not been proof read :)
requested: no
notes: i did have a plus/mid-size reader in mind while writing this. i'm on my period right now so i needed bf!mick desperately <3
“hey, soph,” you buzzed your neighbor from the flat nextdoor as you rocked backwards and forwards on your feet, attempting to not only stay awake but also to keep away the nipping chill, “i think i left my key to the front door at work, is there any way you can let me in?”
sophia was a nice enough neighbor, she took in your mail when you went away for the weekend, and she cleaned your car whenever she cleaned hers, and so when she buzzed you into the complex, you sighed a long, deep huff of relief. you weren’t sure if it was the almost-forty hour week you’d just completed, or if it was the fact that you weren’t seeing mick for another five days that had drained you, but you tried not to dwell on it too much.
when you arrived at your front door, you noticed that it was on the latch. damien, your flatmate, had gone away on a cruise with his boyfriend and you never left it on the latch when you were home alone, especially because of your cat, polly.
your heart almost skipped a beat when you saw the gym bag dropped at the corner of the hallway, all black with a tiny little haas logo on it – something you wouldn’t have noticed if you didn’t see it on almost every piece of clothing your boyfriend, and your father, owned. the possibility that your parents had shown up unannounced to visit you for the weekend was unlikely, however the possibility that your boyfriend, mick, had shown up unannounced seemed more than likely.
your intuition was confirmed when you saw angie, mick’s australian shepherd, heading in your direction with her tail wagging in excitement. she’d clearly missed you as much as you missed her, the usually well-behaved ball of fluff almost knocking you to the floor and walking all over you in her haste. “hey, angie, baby!” you smiled widely, rubbing the spot behind her ears and kissing her nose, to which she responded by licking long stripes up your nose. “where’s daddy, hm, is daddy here too?”
“i could get used to being called that,” mick peered around the corner from your living room, and as soon as you saw him you dropped everything and ran. he anticipated the hug, opening his arms wide for you as you jumped into them, wrapping your arms around his neck and your legs around his waist, knocking the air out of him in the process. mick smiled as he smelt the familiar scent of your shampoo, and he couldn’t help but hum. “i’ve missed you so much, babygirl.”
“i’ve missed you more,” you smiled, wriggling out of his arms to drop your feet to the floor, “daddy.” you watched his cheeks turn red and his lips curl up into a smirk as you said the words, and you pressed your lips to his.
mick clearly enjoyed it because of the way he kissed you, one hand on your back while the other rested on your cheek, like a fairytale kiss. the moment could’ve easily continued, but it was paused momentarily when polly clawed her way back through the open window - you were lucky enough to have a bottom floor apartment that had grass and shrubbery outside of it so that polly could get some air if she wanted to.
“what’re you doing here?” you asked, “i thought we said next weekend.”
mick shrugged and kissed you once more, each time making your heart skip a beat more than the last. “we did,” he said, “but i cleared my whole schedule for the next week so i can be with you,” a smirk grew on his face and he spun you around 180 degrees, wrapping his arms around your waist as he kissed down your neck, “plus, with no flatmate for ten days that means we can fuck wherever we like.”
you blushed heavily at his sentence, and swatted his bicep – which had gotten bigger since you last saw him – with the back of your hand.
“you’re such a man, mickie.” you teased, scoffing at his comment once it had sunk in.
“and you’re so beautiful,” he hummed, kissing your neck once more. his hands skimmed under your work shirt, untucking it from your trousers and letting his cool fingers drag along your hot skin. your breath hitched when he began to unbutton the shirt, his lips still on your neck as he worked on the buttons, humming to himself proudly when he got them open.
you shivered in his embrace when he ran his fingers up your stomach, and when he pinched your nipples between his thumb and forefinger delicately, he knew instantly that he hadn’t felt this bra before.
“is this a new bra?”
“mhm,” you nodded sheepishly, spinning around in his embrace before he could do it for you, and when you did, his breath hitched. “do you like it?”
mick pushed the shirt off of your shoulders and watched as it pooled at your ankles. his fingers came to hook underneath the straps and down to your boobs, where he groped them softly. “like it?” he questioned, “baby, i love it.”
he had every right to be in awe, the colour suited your skin tone perfectly and mick knew how much you loved it.
“can i take it off?” he asked, reminiscent of the first night you spent together, and when you nodded he wasted no time.
the bra pooled at your feet and you whined ever so softly when his lips latched around one of your nipples. you worked at unbuttoning his jeans, helping him shimmy out of them until they hit the floor.
“get on the floor for me, baby,” mick cooed, helping you down to the soft, plush carpet, where you sat with your back against the foot of the sofa. mick didn’t waste any time once more as he helped you free yourself of your work trousers, tossing them behind him with a thud. “may i?” he asked, hooking your underwear between his fingers, and when you nodded he pulled the thin, lace material from your legs too, barely even recognising that they matched the bra.
you pulled at his t-shirt as he got comfortable on his stomach, pulling you closer to him by your legs until you were laid flat on the ground. he licked an experimental stripe up and down your pussy and you jolted, your mouth immediately falling open, and when you tugged on his hair, he began to find a slow, steady rhythm for his tongue.
“god, mick,” you moaned, “you feel so good, please don’t stop.”
if there was one thing mick loved, it was your vocality in bed. you never failed to give him an ego boost, and he never failed to give you an orgasm. he reached out for your hand, and with one reaching to tug on his hair, you slung your legs over his shoulders and he grabbed your free hand.
“god, Y/N,” he groaned, pulling away momentarily, “you taste so sweet, just like a fuckin’ strawberry.”
you hummed, arching your back as his free fingers circled your entrance, teasing the wetness from you. “mickie, no teasing,” you pouted, “please, i need them so bad.”
mick pulled his mouth away from you momentarily to bring his face up to yours. “how can i ever say no to that voice?” he cooed, pushing two of his fingers inside of you. your face scrunched up in pleasure, mouth forming into a silent O as he curled them in come hither motions.
he dropped his head back down to your clit, focussing his tongue on flicking back and forth, side to side and figure of eights to help bring you to your orgasm. the noises you were making were like music to his ears, and he wished he could have them on replay in his mind forever, but then he’d never get any work done.
mick’s hips began to rock steadily against the floor to relieve himself of the pressure of his throbbing dick, and as he did so he began to moan. the cacophony of noise filling your living room would undoubtedly be heard by your neighbours, but you didn’t care.
“holy fuck!” you cried when mick added a third finger, and he began to squeeze at your other hand with his as he moaned, the vibrations sending tingles up your spine. you could feel him everywhere, all over you and in that moment you couldn’t help but burst – you could barely even get your words out before you came.
even mick began to pant as he pulled away from you, his chin and fingers glistening in your wetness. he looked so innocent, yet so incredibly attractive and you found it so endearing. he slid up to you, and you carefully brought his fingers to your mouth, sucking on them and swirling your tongue around them as if you were doing it to his dick.
“shit, Y/N, i love it when you do that,” he said, wiping the hair from your face, “but we have all week to make up for lost time, so let’s not rush it, hm?”
you nodded, pulling away from his fingers. “do you wanna stay in here or shall we move to the bedroom?”
“here’s fine, gorgeous,” mick crooned. you helped him as best you could from your position now being back on the floor, “anywhere’s fine as long as it’s with you.”
you faked a gag and mick laughed, digging his fingers into your ribs as he set himself up above you. his hair had now grown out and it had began to flop back over his face which you loved so much. “you’re such an unbelievably hopeless romantic, mickie,” you teased, running a hand along his cheek.
“only for you, darling,” he replied, lining himself up with you.
mick’s hand found yours again, fingers entwining as he pushed into you softly and slowly, the tip coating itself in your wetness. he pulled out again straight after, mirroring what he said earlier on about not rushing himself this evening, and every time he pushed inside of you a little bit more until eventually he was buried inside of you.
your eyelids fluttered shut as he pushed out half way and then back in, unused to the feeling after almost a month without it – without him. “can we stay like this, mickie? ‘s been a while, i need to adjust.”
“whatever you need, angel.” mick leaned down and pressed a kiss to the tip of your nose, and rubbed his against yours in an eskimo kiss straight after, a feeling that left you bubbly inside.
a few minutes passed of you two just sitting in that moment, with tender kisses and sweet touches, and everything felt so perfect. “i’m ready now, mickie,” you hummed, and with that, mick pulled out of you fully and pushed back in.
you squeezed at his hand, a sharp intake of breath forming as he picked up a soft but steady rhythm on top of you. the noises coming from your mouth were truly heavenly in mick’s eyes, he’d never heard sounds so beautiful.
“you’re doing so well for me, princess,” he cooed, “so fuckin’ pretty.”
“you feel so good, mick, so deep.”
the heightened praise your boyfriend was giving you made every crevice of your body tingle, and mick knew how the words made you feel, especially when he spoke them. mick’s hips began to fall out of rhythm as you began to clench around his dick, and he couldn’t think of anything else but how well you were taking him.
“you’re so beautiful,” he whispered, pausing for a moment while you were on the brink of orgasm, “so fuckin’ beautiful for me, baby –” he began circling your clit with his forefinger, “-- god, i love you.”
“i – fuck, mick, i love you too,” you braced your hands on the back of mick’s neck and pulled him in gently, which in turn gave him the upper hand on making sure you kept your eyes on him. “‘m gonna cum, mickie, please can i?”
“keep your eyes on me, babygirl,” mick whispered, squeezing your hand once again, “promise you’ll keep looking?”
“mhm,” was all you could say in that moment, your brain completely clouded with thoughts of your second orgasm. within seconds, you were cumming around him, keeping your eyes open albeit a struggle, and mick’s hips fell staccato as you did so, the way your pupils expanded as you came and the way you moaned made it difficult for him to hold off on his own.
you panted, closing your eyes momentarily before mick pulled out of you. you’d played this game several times before, forgoing the condom and then mick swiftly having to get to his knees before any accidents happened.
you outstretched your tongue without a single word, and mick crawled over to your side on his knees as he used one hand to pump himself. you still laid flat on the floor, but one of your hands had moved to caress his balls above you, and as you did he came with a loud cry of your name.
mick flopped down to your side, snagging the blanket that was on the sofa and covering the pair of you with it. he kissed your hair as you laid on his chest, much like he always did.
“i mean it,” mick hummed, “i love you, angel.”
“i know, mickie, i love you too,” you leaned up to kiss his lips, “having you here for a whole week’ll feel like we live together.”
mick smiled at your obliviousness, knowing he’d been dropping hints about the pair of you moving in together for months. “why don’t you move in with me at the end of the week?”
“sorry?” you asked, shifting to face him now with a big smile, “are you serious?”
“of course i am, i’ve been dropping hints for months now, baby,” he kissed you once more, “i don’t need a definitive answer now, but we’ll call this week a trial run – a taster session of living with me, if you will.”
you couldn’t help but laugh at his idiocy. there was nothing to think on – of course you wanted to move in with mick, but you’d make sure to drag it out to the end of the week just to keep him on his toes. it was always more fun that way.

Karl Heisenberg x reader, Ethan Winters and the other Lords x platonic!reader
Word Count: 2.5k
Warnings: SPOILERS FOR RE8!!, insinuations to smut, talks about having children
Author’s Note: this is so wacky and i just now finished it. Its just for fun and an excuse to write domestic resident evil 8 characters. I had a blast doing it. Also it was loosely influenced by @/nerdymixedpan on tiktok who makes this kind of AU stuff! Highly recommend their tiktoks
Summary: An AU where Ethan didn’t kill any of the Lords and was convinced to stay, leave Mia (the crazy chick who tried to kill him and also worked for a sketchy company prior to that) and raise Rose with the Lords and the reader.
Genre: fluff
I don’t own these characters. They belong to author/director/creator
(not my gif)
You were walking around Dimitrescu castle, as you often did. You hopped between places when you could. You always went to sleep at the Heisenberg factory but you did get along well with the other Lords and liked to pay them a visit when you could.
It was actually Cassandra who asked for your presence. You had heard of course that the village was being attacked but you didn’t mind too much about that at the moment. Cassandra wanted you over at the castle, to try and talk some sense into Ethan Winters.
You had heard of Ethan at that point, of course. Everyone had. The father of the infamous Rose. But you didn’t think you would get to meet him.
So you came over there and knocked on Alcinas bedroom door. She swung it open, gazing down at you. She was no longer surprised when she came over and usually was quite pleased to have someone to talk to. Rarely did she speak to people outside her daughters and Mother Miranda and she had a responsibility to those people. She didn’t have a responsibility to you.
“What brings you along here? We’re a bit busy. I assume you’ve heard Ethan WInters has escaped Heisenbergs grasp.” You let out a huff of air and nodded.
“Yes, he was not pleased when he came back home. Cassandra called, said I should try and talk to him.”
“Cassandra wants him murdered.”
“Maybe she has some sympathy because of the baby,” you suggested. You gestured to the large castle. “Any idea where I can find him?” She shook her head, exasperated.
“If I had any idea, don’t you think I would have gone to find him already?” You nodded stiffly.
“I will look for him myself then. If you find a short person not in robes, double check to make sure it’s not me before you claw them,” you told her. She gave you a small smirk before you turned around and started back down the stairs.
You had free reign of the castle and had learned its insides and outs at this point. On occasion the girls asked you to stay over and hang out for a little while longer so you had slept there as well.
You started to check a couple of the rooms, walking around haphazardly. It was when you came to a room on the main floor that you found the Duke. He sat there and raised his eyebrows at the sight of you.
“You aren’t Ethan Winters,” he said.
“Ah so you’ve seen him. Care to point me in the right direction?” Duke shrugged a bit.
“He’ll be here eventually if you care to wait.” You let out a sigh. You could go searching but it was a sure bet that he will return to this spot. You pulled up a chair from the table there.
“Alright then. You selling any good food?”
=====
Ethan came running into the room as you were enjoying a nice dish. You stood up quickly, putting your dish down on the table. He had his gun up but dropped it at the sight of you.
“Are you a villager? Do you need help getting out?” he asked, clearly out of breath. You scoffed and shook your head.
“No, no. I’m here to talk to you Ethan.” He was still clearly frazzled. You grabbed your dish and held it up to him. “Care for some food?” you asked, hopefully as a peacemaker. He looked between you and the food and saw that you at least looked human.
He put his gun in his holster and took the food from you.
“Alright. What do you want to talk to me about?” he asked, sitting down at the table. “Who are you anyway?”
“This is Karl Heisenberg's pet,” said the Duke. You scoffed.
“Shush up, you’re not helping.” You sat beside Ethan. “Ethan, I know where Rose is.”
“You know where Rose is?! Where is she?!”
“Shush, let me finish.” You cleared your throat. “This whole thing, all of it, is about Mother Miranda. She took the place of Mia to try and take Rose away. She believes Rose will be a good vessel. Ethan, Lady Dimitrescu, Karl, none of the Lords are your enemy. It’s just Mother Miranda.”
“Well it looks like everyone is trying to kill me.” You shook your head.
“If you helped them kill Mother Miranda, they will let you keep Rose. In fact, I have it on good authority that most of them would love to help take care of her.” Ethan stared at you for a minute and leaned back. He had some food on his chin. You handed him a napkin and he took it gratefully. “And Ethan...Mia told Mother Miranda that you...you’re not exactly human.”
His eyes went wide.
“I’m sorry?”
“You’re mold Ethan.” He was silent for a very long time. Everything raced through his head. Why would he want to stay here? Granted the castle was nice...and these people did know how to save Rose...it would protect him from anything else Chris had planned that he didn’t know about.
And apparently, Mia had been keeping this secret for God knows how long.
It all seemed like too much for him.
“Take a second to take that in. I don’t want to rush you but I have to talk to the daughters about it.”
“You swear they’ll help me with Rose?”
“No one wants her to die, Ethan. We want Mother Miranda gone.” He leaned back in his chair.
“Why should I trust you?”
“I’m human. I’m not mold, I’m not an experiment. Just human. If I could live a happy life here, why can’t you and Rose?”
That made sense. If anything made sense, that did. Ethan took a deep breath.
“Fine. What do you need me to do?”
======
Some Time After The Death of Mother Miranda
“Have you seen Rose? She’s getting bigger everyday.” Karl was speaking when he walked into your room. You were sitting on the bed, flipping through a book. You looked up at him, a teasing smile on your face.
“What, now that you’ve killed Mother Miranda you’ve moved on to caring about the village baby?” you questioned, putting your hand in your palm. He gave you a look but you ignored him.
“You act as though you don’t want a baby every time you see her,” he commented. You scoffed.
“And it always ends up being pretty pleasurable for you doesn’t it?” You grabbed his hand and pushed him down on the bed so that he was sitting on the edge. You wrapped your arms around him from behind.
“You’re damn right.” He brought your hand up to kiss it. “Ethan’s going to Moreaus today, to swim around with Rose. He invited you,” Karl said. You raised an eyebrow.
“Did he invite me or do you want a nice night again?” He kissed your hand again and then kissed your wrist.
“You won’t know until you get there.”
“Fair point my love, fair point.” You kissed his cheek and got up. “I have lunch with Donna but I’ll try and catch up with Ethan afterwards. I may make it, I may not.” You slid off the bed. “Guess you’ll just have to wait to find out.”
He wanted to get up and drag you back but you were already walking out the door.
====
Ethan was by the water, holding Rose in his lap. She was truly getting bigger every day. Moreau was standing beside them, dry now. Ethan’s hair was damp. They must have just gotten done swimming.
“Good of you to join us,” Ethan said as you walked over.
“Salvatore, Ethan…” You leaned over Ethan to look Rose in the eyes. “Little Rosey. How was swimming you guys? Sorry it took so long, I was with Donna and lunch went overtime.” You sat down beside them.
“Rose was perfect,” Moreau said. “She’s a quick learner!” You nodded, looking over at her. You brought your finger up to her and she latched onto it.
“I believe it,” you said. Ethan locked eyes with you.
“I wanted you to come because I heard that Chris was trying to get into the factory.” You raised an eyebrow. You wrapped your arms around your knees and leaned against them.
“He’s still trying to get in here? I thought once Miranda was killed he would leave us alone.” Ethan shook his head.
“Apparently he wants Rose because she’s an asset now,” he muttered but he was looking down at his daughter who was reaching up to his face. He sighed. “She’s getting hungry.”
“You should probably take her back to the castle then.” That was where Ethan usually slept with her. He figured it would be easiest to keep Rose safe with four vampires around at all time that adored her.
“Yes my sister will be wondering where you are,” Moreau said. You nodded in agreement.
“I’ll tell Karl about Chris although I don’t think he’ll get past the Lycans. Then he has to worry about the machines that Karl makes and those are a hassle too. Not the brightest, but a hassle,” you admitted, standing. “I’ll walk you back.” Ethan nodded. You turned to Moreau. “I’ll see you later as well. Try to catch up on the TV show we were watching, I don’t wanna miss anything.”
“I will, of course!” he exclaimed. You smiled and then turned back to walk with Ethan and Rose back up to the Castle. You got into the boat.
“Can you hold her while I steer?” Ethan asked. You nodded and took Rose from him, cradling her in your arms. She was looking around, ever the well behaved child. Ethan started the boat and then you were off.
There was a few minutes of silence as he started to catch his bearings and you played with Rose. You and Ethan had grown close over the weeks he had lived there. He rarely knew peace and didn’t trust it that much but you always assured him that it would be alright.
“I was thinking of maybe starting to rebuild the village,” you said, looking up at him. He raised an eyebrow.
“By yourself?” You scoffed.
“No, obviously not. I’d get the help of everyone. Donna and Angie already wanna pitch in and I figure I could guilt trip Karl into helping, with his whole telepathy thing. I think it could be a fun project. Plus if you accidentally lose a hand you can put it right back on.”
He nudged you, laughing.
“I don’t think it’s a bad plan but who will live there?”
“Us maybe. Separate housing of course but it could be a home away from the Lords. And any villagers left stragglers around.”
“I don’t think there are any left,” he told you.
“Well have you checked?” He was silent. “Exactly. Rose may want a place for herself one day, who knows.” You looked back down at her. She was reaching up to play with your ear.
“She’ll need friends her own age one day,” he said, solemnly.
“We’ll see to that when it comes.” He looked back at you.
“Have you and Heisenberg ever talked about kids?” he teased. You laughed.
“We have our hands full with Rose and the thousands of metal children he makes on the daily,” you admitted. You glanced down at Rose again. “But maybe one day. He seems to be hinting at it and I don’t know...maybe it’s not such a bad idea.”
Ethan glanced back at you and then quickly looked away. You looked happy, curious, wondering.
“If it’s any help...I’m glad I had her. Even if she got me into this whole mess,” he said laughing a bit. You smiled up at him as he pulled into the dock.
“You want a little Heisenberg running around?” Ethan scoffed.
“I wouldn’t mind a little you. Rose could have a friend.” He got out of the boat and you handed him Rose. You got out as well.
“We’ll see. Karl may be banking on it.” You both started to walk back into town. At the castle entrance you had to part.
“I’ll see you tomorrow, if your legs still work.” You gasped, shoving him.
“You have a mouth on you Ethan Winters for living in a house with four other grown women,” you said. He laughed and went into the gate without saying anything else.
The walk back to the factory was a pleasant one. The sun was setting and the breeze was nice. Not too hot, not too cold.
You made it back to Karl in record timing. He wasn’t in the room so you went looking for him. He was in one of the work rooms, leaning over one of his new inventions. You walked up behind him and leaned over the head of the machinery.
“Hey there kitten! Back up, it might come alive at any second,” he muttered, moving you back. You nodded, stepping away from the table. He turned off his recording and turned around to look at you.
“Well how was swimming with Moreau?”
“And Rose and Ethan. I caught the tail end. She had fun though. You’re right, she is growing everyday.”
“I take it by you referencing our earlier conversation you remember how it ended.”
“I’m not doing it if this machine will come alive half way through and kill us.” Karl scoffed and took your hand.
“Up to the bedroom it is kitten!” You scoffed but let him drag you along, giggling the whole way up.

Lack of attention (F.W)
Pairing: Fred Weasley x fem!reader
Requested: Yes/No
Navigation
Summary: Y/n finds herself feeling a little insecure because her boyfriend Fred is not giving her attention, so she tries a way to catch his eye.
Warnings: swearing, insecurities?, not proofread, my english
Word count: 1.2k
She was reading a book sitting on an arm chair in the Gryffindor common room waiting for her boyfriend to show up, the morning sun hitting the pages just the right way. She got so got up in the word before her eyes that she felt the whole common room disappeared, only getting out of her dazed state when she heard loud muffled laughter coming from staircase leading to the boy’s dormitories.
She watched as Lee Jordan, George Weasley and her favourite person at Hogwarts, Fred Weasley descended the stairs, closing her book and leaving it on her lap, she straightened herself and waited, but Fred only casted a glance her way and a quick wink and kept walking in direction of the portrait hole. Groaning Internally at not even having a good morning kiss, she picked her book back and continued reading.
At breakfast and through the few classes they shared, she snook little glances at him just to see if he would see her too, but nothing. She would even throw small pieces por parchment with notes on them at his head and the only thing she got was a smirk and that mischievous glint in his eyes that normally would have made her swoon, but today she just wanted to get up from her chair, walk up to him and scream at his face what the hell was wrong with him. He was normally so clingy with her! Walking her to all her classes and he wouldn’t even let her in without a peck of what he called ‘good luck and success in life’.
After her classes, she jogged a little to catch up with Angelina when she saw her talking to a girl in the corridor. She grabbed her by the arm and apologised to the girl before pulling her friend away. “I need to talk to you,” she whispered in the taller girl ear. “Fuck Y/n, I was about to get her to go out with me, is it so important?” She huffed with annoyance, what made Y/n feel guilty for ruining her friend’s opportunity just because she had a problem. “I’m really really sorry Angie, it’s really not that urgent, you can go back and keep-” she didn’t get to finish because Angelina cut her off waving a hand. “Y/n is fine I was just messing with you, we already planed a date,” she said with a winning smile. “Thank Merlin. I’m sorry, I didn’t even think,” Y/n said with a sigh of relief.
Entering the Great Hall and sitting down to eat lunch she started talking. “Alright, it’s Fred, I don’t know what’s happening, I mean, I know our relationship it’s pretty new. But we’ve been dancing around each other for so much time it’s feels like we’ve been dating forever and I don’t know what to do,” she said watching with expecting wide eyes at her friend across the table with an unreadable expression on her face, slowly, a smirk appeared on her face. “I get that, I really do, but are you going to tell me your problem?” She said, still smirking. Realising that she, in fact, hadn’t said the actual problem, felt her cheeks go warm and saw the smirk on Angelina’s go wider. “Alright, so, Fred isn’t giving me any attention compared to every other day we’ve been together, and now that I’m saying this I’m realising how needy I sound,” she finished with her cheeks warmest than ever and her voice a lot smaller.
After she let her head down and looked at her lap, she felt a hand pat hers on the table, when she looked up, the smirk was gone and in its place there was a soft smile. “You do not sound needy, Y/n. You just want to be with your boyfriend, that’s normal. Now,” well the smirk was back, “if you want my opinion, you should give him a little something to get his attention,” she said casting a glance not-so-subtle to where Y/n’s breasts where. “Boys love it,” she finished. “What would you know?” Y/n said matching her smirk. “Well, I love it, that should count.” Both laughed and Y/n felt somehow much better.
The universe must have her back, because the day was unusually warm, so she could put this off without a problem. Looking in her closet she found a pair of jeans, a pretty black tank top and a black bra. Getting out of her uniform she changed in her new outfit and looked at herself in the mirror, she accommodated her breasts on her bra and after she was satisfied with her look she got out of her room, not after being complimented on all of her roommates.
Descending the stair leading her common room and getting out of it. She caught a sight of her boyfriend leaning against a corridor wall, his head thrown back when he laughed probably because of a joke told by either George or Lee. She walked past them not without catching his eye and sending him a wink.
She continued walking not really sure where she was headed, maybe she could just go to the kitchen and grab a snack? Maybe she could...
Suddenly, her thoughts were interrupted by a hand grabbing her arm and yanking her inside of a really obscure room, probably a broom closet, she didn’t get to get used to the darkness because when the door closed behind her she felt herself being pressed against her. With her heart pounding wildly, she let the smell that she knew to well wash over her, and she thanked the darkness that surrounded them both when she felt lips against her neck because she was sure her face was as red as the boy kissing her skin.
“I’ve been thinking about you all day,” he said running his hands over her waist and the small of her back. “Yeah? Didn’t seem like it,” she replied and regretted it immediately, she was finally getting what she wanted! Why did she have to ruin it? He lifted his head from her neck and she felt his big hand cradling her face. “George and Lee told me that I couldn’t hold back from being behind you like a lovesick puppy for a whole day and... I told them that I absolutely could, and I absolutely can’t,” he chuckled. “But I’m really sorry if I made you feel bad, princess. And now that I’m saying this out loud it’s sounds way more stupid that when we discussed it this morning.”
“Yeah, I know what you mean,” she said with a soft smile. Lifting her hand she touched his chest and made her hand go up, grasping a fist of his hair she pulled him down so that his lips would crash against hers. He pulled her so close that their chests were pressed together and Y/n was sure that their hearts were beating at the same rhythm. When he push her more against the door she pulled his hair a little harder, what made him groan. Seeing her opportunity, Y/n deepened the kiss.
“Why don’t we go to my dorm and cuddle, and maybe, you know, snog a little more?” He said after pulling away with what she knew was a smirk and that mischievous glint in his eyes that she now would have liked to see. “Yeah, let’s do that,” she said a little more breathlessly that she would’ve liked. He, instead of making fun of her, grabbed her hand and led her to the Gryffindor common room.

Donna Beneviento x GN!Reader Pt.2
Pt.1 can be found here
Yes you may! I'm very delighted that people are enjoying my work!
Requests: Open (make sure to follow the rules)
Words: 2.6k
The meal between the both you and the doll creator was peaceful. Although Donna wasn't one to talk much, she would spare a glance at you every now and again making sure you were doing okay and not making a mess of your stew. However after she was done with her serving, she placed her spoon back into her bowl and looked up to see you staring straight at her. The eye contact between the both of your eyes had made her stare down at her hands that were neatly folded upon her lap. You cheerfully laughed at her blushing state, creaking your chair back and standing up at the same time to move both of your empty bowls. "Oh you're adorable sweetie," You spoke whilst giving Donna a kiss on the cheek.
"Am not..." She mumbled out, holding her hand onto her cheek where your lips had just left. She slowly and gently stroked the spot there re-imaging the touch of your lips back on her cheek. She closed her eye in satisfaction, loving every moment she had with you.
In the background, you had been running the water and washing up liquid into the sink and leaning against it, watching her have her own little moment in her own big world. You stared lovingly, feeling the speed of your heart picked its pace up as blood rushed around your body. "Oh yes you are my snookum." teasing her as you waddled your finger in front of your face. She looked over her shoulder and sighed, leaning her elbow on top of her chair and laying her head in her palm.
"When are you going to see me for what I really am?" Her questioned had lingered in the air. It was like you both were having a staring match, waiting for the other to make the first move by blinking. You blinked and smiled which caught her slightly off guard.
"Darling listen." She watched you intensely, her full hearing set on your voice that she had grew to fall in love with, especially when she saw your tongue flick the top of your teeth on certain letters. Don't even get her started on the way you would have your mouth slightly open when concentrating on something. The way your lips had- "Donna....Dolly are you listening to me?"
Snapping out of her trance, Donna sheepishly rubbed the back of her neck and was swiftly trying to find something to distract you with. "Oh look," She pointed at the sink behind you, "You have washing up to do." she stated as she stood up and brushed her widows-weed-like dress down, walking over to you and rolling her sleeves up to help you clean.
"Dear," You turned the tap off and had gently grabbed her hands before she could even touch anything. Bringing her hands to your lips, you tenderly kissed her knuckles. She huffed out in protest at your actions but you knew deep down she had secretly loved them- she's told you in the past she loved your small actions of affections. "You are the most bewitching woman I have ever laid my eyes upon. All I see is true beauty and the person in front of me right now, is the person I would love to spend time with until death." You had pulled her into a hug whilst talking, your words at the end quietening as you whispered into her ear. She had gently ducked her head down into her shoulders as she felt your hot breath against her sensitive skin. Not to mention she scrunched up her nose slightly smelling your bad breath smelling of blood and guts still.
Pushing you back slightly, your hands resting just on her waist, Donna had gently flicked your nose with a small smile. "You're sweet but your breath isn't the same as your attitude so lets get this cleaned up then you can clean that mouth of yours. I'm not kissing you with a bad breath like that," Gasping in shock playfully, you placed a hand upon were your heart would be and leant back against the sink once more dramatically.
"Wow...my heart has been wounded. Donna I can see it...I can see the...fact I want to kiss you so badly right now," Without warning, you grabbed her forward and pulled her against you. Soon you had smothered her in kisses everywhere all over her face- even upon where the Cadou had set a scar. She tried to get words out through her mouth but she was very unsuccessful as she was both drowning in affection and taken over by her flustered state. Being cheeky, you had kissed her on the mouth and pulled away watching her flustered state turn to one of slightly annoyed.
"Really, you kissed me on the mouth when you still have a blood taste?"
"Yess," You drew out, snaking your arm behind you and flinging some bubbles at Donna from the sink. Donna was taken back at first not expecting that from you however she had recovered through her shocked state and pushed you lightly out of the way of the sink so she could grab some bubbles for herself. Turning towards you, she fling her bubbles that were in her hand towards your hair and smacked you lightly there as a head pat.
She smirked at you and crossed her arms, placing her weight upon her right leg and leaning that way slightly. "Now be good and if you go get cleaned after this you can watch me work." Now that, had you interested. Smiling widely baring your fangs, you ran to the sink and cleaned up the bowls as fast as you could. Some water had splashed against your clothing and left a small waterfall leaking down the cupboards that were set under the sink. Donna sniffled a laugh as she watched you clean. She knew you never liked being clean because you enjoyed killing, biting and not to mention running in the rain through the forest only to come back looking like you had been for a full mud bath. Seeing you clean just to watch her work however did bring a question to her mind.
Why were you so excited to watch her work? She thought she was boring. She just sits there and sows clothing to be making clay models for her dolls. On warmer days she would even go test out plants reactions to certain chemicals or plant them in the garden. "Sweetheart I've finished~" You sang out, bouncing on the heels of your feet. She ignore her question in mind, it didn't matter. You was a truthful person and if you enjoyed watching her work, she'll let you watch.
"Now go clean yourself up," She spoke as she turned on her own heel and began to walk away. A sudden breeze ran past her as she watched you run ahead towards where the bathrooms were. She raised a hand to her mouth and giggled into it. You being happy always made her feel joy. You were her pride and joy and even if you normally acted like the one to lead your relationship, she had her moments when she would lead the both of you and take over. Either way, she just adored you so much-even in your cannibal state. Rolling her sleeves back down after wiping her hands dry, she began to walk towards her bedroom where she felt most comfortable to make doll clothing.
As she walked, she was greeted by Angie who was running away from a hoard other puppets. "AHHHH DONNA HELP!!" She cried out as she past Donna the other puppets following close behind.
"Don't break anything!" Donna called out as she watched Angie and the others disappear down the hall behind her. Continuing her way towards her bedroom on the second floor, passing through the many hallways, she recognised a familiar voice.
"I'm sexy and I know it-OW!" They sang out whilst dripping something. Donna bit her lip and followed the voice, ending up at the bathroom that was close by her room. Peering in, she spotted you drowsed in towels about to brush your teeth. She leaned against the door and opened it wide watching you place toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
"Need help sexy?" She questioned. You jumped back startles, dropping both the toothbrush and toothpaste into the sink.
"When did you get here?" You asked panicked, coughing and shaking your head like a doll to dry out any wet drips in your hair.
"Just on the line of 'I'm sexy and I know it OW" She mimicked your voice, walking into the room and towards you, only to stand by the sink in close proxemics to you. She plucked both your toothbrush and toothpaste from your gasp and went to cleaning your toothbrush under the running water from the tap at the sink. Uncapping the toothpaste, she squirted some onto the toothbrush and faced you. "Now say ah." she demanded.
You tutted and rolled your eyes with a cheeky smirk, opening your mouth just like Donna asked. Being careful, Donna had placed the toothbrush on your teeth and began to scrub away making sure she didn't hit your gums or the back of your throat whilst doing your molars. She also made sure to brush your fangs thoroughly since there were slight blood stains staining your teeth. Once done, she had told you to spit and clean your toothbrush for you. When raising your head back up from spitting, you grabbed the face towel and wiped your mouth only to throw it in the washing basket and pulling Donna close. "Now may I kiss the most beautiful woman ever?" You asked her.
"Yes you may my clean dear." Leaning down, you captured her lips with your own making sure to apply enough pressure to savour the moment. Donna had placed her hands on your shoulders and stood on her tiptoes, closing her eyes and smiling into the kiss. Your arms wrapped around her body, bringing her close and you placed a hand on her smaller back. Pulling apart but keeping your lips just touching, you whispered her name.
"Donna, you are my everything," She shivered at the light touch of your lips scraping against hers. It brought butterflies to her stomach as she longed for more off you. "Not only that, but I think we should tie the knots after this whole Mother Miranda thing is over." Donna opened her eye and stared longingly at your own. She saw the faint cherry colour seeking through and moved her dainty hand to hold your cheek. You leaned against it, gently nuzzling it. "Would you like to get married after all this?"
Her bottom lip quivered at your words. She hadn't felt love in a long time till you had came. You're bloody self always brightening her days, your fangs that would be very useful when she needed someone to be cleared out quickly from her manor. The way you had brought more life into her heart, she didn't have to feel like the only human she had you now. And she never wanted to trade you for anyone else. Hell, she would murder in cold blood for you just like you would do for her. "Her vision had blurred as she held your other cheek in her other hand, straightening your head out.
You sighed softly, taking her silence as a 'no'. Being quick on your words, you said the alternative. "We don't have to, I'm not going to rush you into anything at all my queen. We don't need to get married-"
"Just shut up and kiss me my soon to be fiancé." You were taken back as she pulled your head towards hers, being brought into a loving kiss. Both of your lips moved in sync, her being brave enough to push you back until you were fully between the sink and her frail body. Being careful, you held her head to yours and used one of your hands to stroke the side of her neck. Just as you were about to go further, a cough at the door interrupted you both.
"Excuse me, this is a public bathroom," Angie had called out, having a dozen of puppets behind her on the floor and some floating about. "However," She smirked, "I'm sure they'll be a lot of this action after your wedding. DIBS ON BEING THE ENTERTAINER!" She screamed, laughing like a maniac after as she hit her hand against the door frame trying to catch what you called 'breath'.
Cradling Donna close to your body, you kissed the top of her head and let her hide her red face in your chest. "Hey Angie, do you think a red dress would look just as good as a red face on soon to be Mrs Beneviento?~" You teased, winking at Angie. Your words only made Donna hold onto your shirt tightly, whining at your teasing.
"Maybe you should also get some sexy ling-" A toothpaste tube was flung at Angie as she dodged out of the way in a stylish matter. The culprit was the one and only Donna Beneviento with a face of embarrassment.
"Angie hush, go play dear." She spoke trying to keep her cool acting like she never threw the toothpaste in the first place. Angie shrugged her shoulders and pointed out for the other puppets to leave, however she lingered for longer by the bathroom door.
"You know," She started, turning on her back getting ready to leave the both of you alone. "You two are amazing together. You work well and you both practically need each other for comfort. If you do get married, I know you won't regret it. I trust both of you too look after each other." And she went, her veil flying behind her as she went.
You and Donna was left alone again, staying quiet within the moment. Although the situation was a little...confusing the atmosphere between you both was rather peaceful. You felt honoured to know Angie was allowing you to marry Donna after everything and you felt content with Donna's answer. Even if she said 'no' you would've respected that. You would understand to the best of your ability to see the situation through her eyes and respect her decision. Taking her smaller hand in your own, you twirled her around into your body. Looking down at her, you brushed a stray hair out of her face and tucked it behind her ear. "I love you Donna. I love you so much, thank you for everything," Your gentle whispers left her speechless. She knew when you said anything quiet you were at your calmest moments savouring the time you had with her.
"I love you too (Y/n). Forever and beyond all the stars." She smiled as she stared into your eyes once again, something she did rather often. The red had still not left your eyes, it slowly gaining dominance over your original colour. "How about after I am finished with tonight's work, you and I take a stroll through the forest hm? Maybe..." She hastily kissed under your chin and pulled away, smirking. "We could plan ahead."
"You know Donna, I wouldn't want to spend any time with anyone else other than you sweetie." Yours eyes had grown to a full red, the red being more blazing then the fires of Hell. "I'll make sure to protect you from any Lycans tonight on our stroll dear." She giggled at your sentence, finding sweetness and safety when hearing your voice.
"And I'll do the same."

Bolin x female airbender (Tenzin’s daughter) Part 2
You and Bolin continue sneaking around as your relationship progresses but after a dangerous development the relationship between you, Bolin and your father becomes even more strained and changes permanently
Part One here
Your POV
Ever since your dad caught you in Bolin’s bedroom he had watched you like a hawk. He didn’t bar your windows like he promised (your mother forbid it as a fire hazard) but he did have the air temple island guards incorporate your room into their patrol routes, which meant you had soldiers pass your window about fifty times a day. He also disovered you were using Pabu to send messages to Bolin and made the fire ferret wear a bell so he could hear him at all times. He even enrolled your younger siblings into keeping track of you. Jinora wasn’t too interested but Meelo and Ikki posted themselves in the hallway between your and Bolin’s rooms and would yell anytime either of you left them. With all this you’d think you and Bolin would get disheartened or put off trying to see each other but it only made it all the more fun. You’d soon learnt the patrol routes and worked out the times you could leave out of your window undetetced. Pabu got really good at sneaking around will holding onto the bell so it didn’t ring and you enrolled Jinora to distract Ikki and Meelo when needed. Which you’d done today, you were supposed to be in your room but had paid Jinora to keep everyone away from your room so you could sneak out to see Bolin’s first probending match of the season. You’d asked your dad to go see it and when he told you no you’d taken it upon yourself to disobey him and go see Bolin.
The operation was tricky, there were two active patrols, multiple windows and a sea to cross to get to the stadium but for Bolin you took it all on. When you finally reached the arena you smiled and made your way to the fire ferrets training room. You knocked and the door was opened by non other that Bolin. “Y/n!” Bolin cried seizing you in a hug that, with the height difference, turned into him picking you up “I didn’t know if you’d be able to make it”. “Of course I would” you smiled as he put you back down “it’s your first match of the season, no way my dad could make me miss that”. You took Bolin’s hand and he stared at you with pure adoration. “Maybe we should...” Asami coughed pointing to the door and Korra nodded “yeah let’s go get some waters or something”. “But there’s water right here” Mako protested but Korra yanked his arm dragging him out of the room, leaving you and Bolin alone. “So how are you feeling?” you asked “nervous?”. “A bit...” Bolin admitted “we’ve been out of practice for a while”. “Don’t be!” you cried “you, Mako and Korra are an amazing team, you’ve worked so hard and you’re the best earth bender in this whole thing, you’re going to smash the competition, literally”. Bolin grinned bashfully “you think so?”. “I know so” you smiled and took a t-shirt out of your bag. It had the fire ferrets in writing across it with a picture of Pabu as honorary mascot. Bolin cheered in glee grabbing it from you “this is amazing! Where did you get it?”. “Had it made” you smiled “turns out my uncle knows a guy so I had him make me a batch”. You tugged it over your head and turned back to Bolin “how does it look?”. “Amazing, you’re amazing, you being here is amazing”. You grinned as Bolin drew you into a hug burying you against his chest. It had been a while since you’d been able to just be alone together and not have to worry about your dad or anyone catching you. You forgot how much you missed him, just being with Bolin and smiled. “You’re pretty amazing too” you smirked blushing and Bolin’s smile grew. He leaned in and you met him half way and wrapped your arms around his neck to reach his lips easier. Bolin smiled against the kiss but soon became transfixed by the sensation of kissing you. You also hadn’t been able to kiss Bolin in a while and especially not like this so took your time enjoying it. Bolin did too and he carried on kissing you, the intensity growing as you both got more and more passionate. “erm guys...” a voice called beside you and you both opened your eyes to see Korra waving awkwardly with Mako and Asami by the door. Water in hand and in full view of you and Bolin. You both blushed and Bolin let go of you “sorry...we didn’t hear you”. “Yeah well you were pretty busy” Korra smirked and you blushed even more as did Bolin. “We have to go now or we’re going to be late! I knew we shouldn’t have gone for water” Mako cried and Asami rolled her eyes. Korra and Bolin hurried to finish getting ready and Bolin put his helmet on and turned to you “how do i look?”. You retied the straps of his helment, ensuring it was on properly, and smiled “perfect, now go win”. You pecked his lips and Bolin grinned before going to stand beside Mako and Korra. The three of them were pushed onto the stage by the moving platform and you took your seat beside Asami. “So you and Bolin seem good” she smirked and you nodded sighing happily “we are, he’s perfect” you smiled watching him on the stage. “If only my dad would but out and leave us alone”. Asami noticed how quickly your face turned from joy to fury and frowned, she’d never heard you talk about your dad so negatively. "You know your dad’s just looking out for you right?" Asami asked you and you sighed "yeah but it’s so over the top, i’m not a little kid, he can’t stop me from dating just because he doesn’t like it and i could do a lot worse than Bolin". As if to prove it at that moment Bolin knocked the opposing earth bender off the platform into the water and you jumped up cheering for him. Bolin grinned glancing over to where you were when his smile turned into a frown. You were confused when you felt a presence behind you. A hand grabbed your arm tightly "what do you think you’re doing here young lady?" Tenzin asked and you groaned. "Answer the question" your father glared "you know I forbid you from coming here". "But why? Korra’s here and it’s the first game of the season! You can’t punish me forever for what happened with me and Bolin it was weeks ago!". "Ow I think I can and it’ll be for a lot longer now too" he glared "now go home this instance". You sighed glancing to where Bolin was getting ready for round two but nodded, if you didn’t go your dad would probably drag you there himself. "Fine" you glared at your father and left the training room.
You exited the building and headed to the docks for a boat back to air temple island. You were so angy at your dad you didn’t even realise there were people following you. You didn’t become aware of them until they were right behind you. You’d taken a wrong turn and ended up at dead end. They stood at the opposite end of the street blocking your exit. When you locked eyes they sprang into action, running towards you and you went in panic mode. You ran forwards and used your bending to propel yourself upwards and then altered your air stream to push off of a building and touched down behind them. You had no idea who these people were but didn’t want to wait find out, you ran. Not really paying attention to anything besides the people chasing you, you shot around every corner rapidly, jumping over fences and under any barrier you could, using air bending to help you in any way but it didn’t seem to do much, they were still hot on your tail. If anything more people appeared to chase you until finally you rounded a corner to see a man waiting with his back to you. The man turned and you saw a white mask on his face. It was Amon, the famous chi blocker who could take a benders power away and wanted to ruin the air nation, apparently starting with you. You went to turn around and run the other way but his men were blocking it, having caught up with you. You frowned knowing you couldn’t let them capture you and went to airbend upwards anything to get away but the man spoke. "I wouldn’t do that if i was". Ignoring him you tried it and were met with a flurry of wires latching onto you that sent you crashing back down hard. You hit your head hard and were barely conscious but the last thing you remembered was the masked face coming closer.
12 hours later
"This is all your fault!" Tenzin yelled at Bolin who frowned. Bolin had been out all night looking for you, he was sleep derpived, out of his mind with worry for you, hadn’t eaten in over 16 hours hours and was bruised and aching all over due to his probending game. So while normally he wouldn’t have talked back to your father he was too exhausted to control his mouth "my fault?" Bolin asked "how is it my fault?". "She snook out to come see you! She was there because of you! She’s missing because of you it’s all your fault and if anything’s happened to her I will blame you and only you" Tenzin yelled. Pama and Korra frowned as Bolin’s face crumpled but Tenzin didn’t care "I never should’ve allowed this in the first place, I want you out of my house immedietly! You’re a bad influence on y/n and I won’t have you dating her anymore". Tenzin was cut off when the door was thrown open and Mako appeared with you. You were walking but had one arm around Mako’s neck to help you. "Y/n" everyone cried and your parents both got emotional over your bruised face and slumped posture. Your eyes were red raw and they asked you a thousand questions but you didn’t answer any. You turned away and they looked to Mako confused. "I found her by the docks unconscious, it was Amon’s men". "That scoundral!" Tenzin yelled watching as you walked soundlessly to your room. "That’s not all" Mako said as Tenzin went to follow you "she told me...she tried at the docks but she couldn’t...he took her bending". The whole room went silent and they jumped as you slammed your door, sending shock waves through the house.
Hours later you still hadn’t spoken a word. You wouldn’t answer your mother or father’s questions, or eat their food, or allow korra to heal you. You just curled up in your bed and stared at the wall. It seemed nobody remembered Tenzin’s harsh words after Mako’s bombshell, Bolin especially. He was the first to offer words of encouragement to your parents, the first to offer his condolences but also to remind them you were okay, you were alive, that was all that mattered. Your parent’s worry wasn’t easily washed away though and they hovered in your room fussing over you in every way possible. Pema thought you needed space to process but Tenzin refused to leave your side. Bolin itched to rush to your side and be with you but he knew Tenzin wouldn’t allow that, so he sighed and sat on the floor outside your room waiting. He heard as Tenzin tried everything to break you out of your silence, soothing tones, hugging you, begging you, even being harsh and raising his voice but nothing worked. Exhausted Tenzin fell asleep on a chair beside your bed, while you stayed awake not moving or talking just staring at the wall.
When Tenzin woke up hours later you were gone and the plate of food beside your bed empty. "Pema" he cried jumping up and his wife rushed to him "Tenzin?". "Y/n she’s...". "She’s fine" Pema told him. "She’s eaten?" Tenzin cried showing her the plate and Pema shushed him. She waved her hand and Tenzin followed her to were you were in the living room. You were curled up on the sofa, knees against your chest, beside Bolin fast asleep. Bolin was asleep too, sat upright with an arm around you. You were curled up into his side wrapped in a blanket, what of your face was exposed was pressed against Bolin’s side. "She’s...i don’t understand". "When you fell asleep Bolin tried with her, he convinced her to come and eat, Korra healed her injuries while bolin sat with her and then she fell asleep next to him on the sofa". Tenzin felt a stir of anger and Pema rolled her eyes "don’t you dare get angry! You didn’t see all that boy did, y/n was in shock and he was so kind and patient, she talked, he got her to talk! And to eat and even sleep! She’s woken up a few times scared and whimpering and Bolin wakes up too and calms her back down. If you can’t see how good that boy is to our daughter and how much he loves her then you’re an idiot Tenzin". Tenzin gaped, Pema never spoke that strongly to anyone and never him but his wife was dead serious. “I...I just don’t understand, why him? Why does she feel safer with him than us?”. Pema frowned “because he doesn’t see her like we do, like you do...”. “What do you mean like I do?” Tenzin asked and Pema sighed. “When y/n was born I saw how much attention you paid to her, how you watched her every move right up until the time she first started air bending, I’ve never seen you happier than the day she started airbending and I get it, on that day you were no longer the last airbender anymore, there were two of you but Tenzin she’s your daughter first and sometimes I don’t think that you see it that way, she’s your future, your whole next generation of airbenders”. “Now hold on...” Tenzin started but Pema carried on “I know you love her but I saw your face when Mako said her bending had been taken away”. Tenzin went quiet feeling guilty and Pema frowned. “But Bolin...I didn’t mean to overhear but her first words Tenzin were “”my bending””. After all the trauma, the physical and mental pain she suffered her main shame was losing her bending. She was ashamed of herself but do you know what Bolin said to her? Without missing a beat he told her she was more than her bending, her bending didn’t define her, she was amazing with it and she’ll be amazing without it, I don’t think either of us have ever told her that”. Tenzin frowned looking at you so content with Bolin and nodded “you’re right, I see her as my daughter the airbender...i don’t mean to but it’s hard”. Pema nodded hugging Tenzin’s arm “I know you don’t mean it but y/n notices, she’s had those expectations on her shoulders since the first time she used airbending but Bolin doesn’t see her like that, he doesn’t treat her like an airbender and she noticed that too, that’s why he soothes her, thats why she sneaks out to see him, that’s why she’s do anything for him...he sees her Tenzin”. Tenzin frowned feeling teary and nodded his head “I was wrong about them”.
The next few days Tenzin was amazed to see how much better you’d become. You were not your old self, you jumped at loud noises, didn’t smile as easily and of course couldn’t airbend but you no longer looked so sad. Sat next to Bolin you physically brightenned and relaxed. Tenzin noticed how attentive Bolin was to you, how concerned he was with your wellbeing and knew he had to apologise to him. He managed to catch Bolin alone and gestured for him to follow him. Bolin did so nervously and Tenzin led him outside. Bolin stood beside him a few feet away as if worried Tenzin would yell at him again. Tenzin wanted to show him this wasn’t one of those talks but didn’t know how so just started talking. “When Y/n was missing I blamed you” Tenzin coughed “I unfairly put all the blame on you and i am sorry, that was not correct, I shouldn’t have said that to you”. Bolin frowned “You don’t have to apologise, I know you were just worried and I mean you were right" Bolin said sadly "she got hurt because of me, that’s why i’ve got to help her recover, it’s all my fault". Tenzin could see the boys eyes were filled with tears and shook his head. "No i wasn’t right at all! She was there for many reasons but I was one of the reasons, she snook away because i banned her from seeing you so she had to be sneaky, not to mention i sent her home alone late at night..." Tenzin sighed "i know you’d have walked her home and would’ve protected her, you’d have never let her get hurt". Bolin seemed shocked but nodded his head adamantly "of course sir". "But that didn’t happen because of me. I was so scared and so fixated on protecting her from irrational things like you and because of that she got hurt". Bolin frowned "it wasn’t your fault either, you didn’t know what would happen". Tenzin nodded but didn’t believe the earth bender "you’ve been a big support to her, the most helpful, you got her to eat and sleep and walk and smile and even laugh" Tenzin sighed "she feels safe with you" Tenzin told Bolin "she trusts you, more than anyone". Bolin blushed and smiled looking back into the house "yeah well...i trust her more than anyone too, she means everything to me sir, honestly". Tenzin nodded his head "i’m starting to see that, i’ve been treating you like the enemy, a threat to my daughter’s safety when you’re my biggest ally there, you only want what’s best for her don’t you". "Of course" Bolin nodded "i lov.." before he trailled off going red "i care about her". Tenzin stared at him before nodding his head "go back inside to her". Bolin looked at Tenzin shocked. He expected this talk to be Tenzin kicking him out of the house but now he was literally inviting him inside. Tenzin repeated himself "go inside, you’ve proven yourself, i shouldn’t have needed you to do it so drastically and i’m sorry for that but i trust you son, i can’t think of anybody better for my little girl and i know i don’t need to threaten you about hurting her because i think you’d beat yourself up more than anyone could if you hurt her". Bolin nodded his head "totally". Tenzin smiled "you have my blessing". Bolin grinned thanking him and went to go back into the house when Tenzin grabbed his arm "but still if you hurt her...the air in your lungs won’t be safe from me, got it?". Tenzin watched to see the boy’s reaction but Bolin only grinned. "Trust me if i hurt her i’ll give you all the air from my lungs voluntarily I promise!". Tenzin frowned thinking the threat didn’t really work if Bolin was okay with it but the boy was already back inside the house
Bolin’s POV
"Y/n you’ll never guess what" Bolin called coming into your room but stopped seeing Ikki and Jinora sat on your bed with you. Bolin had forgotten tonight was the big sister sleepover but smiled to see how well you were getting along with both of your sisters. "Hey, what is it?" You asked getting up and Bolin smiled. "Hi girls, I just got back from a conversation with your dad...". "Ow no, i’m sorry..." you started but he shook his head "no it was okay, great actually". "Should we go?" Jinora asked but Bolin shook his head "no it’s okay, don’t worry i won’t be long" before turning back to you "he gave me his approval y/n". Ikki and Jinora got what Bolin meant before you did and gasped. "He did?" you asked glancing back at your sister’s dramatic reactions and Bolin nodded. "I know i couldn’t believe it either! He actually thinks i’m worthy of you". "Of course you are" you smiled "you’re the best guy i know". "Me too" Jinora added and you smirked at her over your shoulder. "That means a lot thank you" Bolin smiled at you all "but i just can’t believe your father approves of me, this is so great! No more sneaking around or hiding, we can be seen and honest with each other! I don’t have to hide how much i like you". You nodded blushing and Bolin paused. He looked like he wanted to tell you something but looked at Jinora and Ikki and decided not to smiling instead "so i just wanted to tell you that". You smiled "that’s great news i’m really pleased but you know i always approved of you anyway right? I didn’t need my fathers approval to know how great you are". "Of course" Bolin nodded "i just never wanted to come between you and your family, i’d hate to be the thing making you unhappy in any way". "That’s really sweet but you only make me happy" you replied and Bolin’s face lit up. "That’s amazing to hear" he smiled looking at you like you were the best thing in the world. You blushed and Bolin shook himself out of his trance "so i’ll be going, I know it’s the big sister sleepover so i’ll get out of your way, goodnight girls have fun!". "Goodnight Bolin" Ikki and Jinora called and you smiled "night Bolin". He hugged you and you smiled closing your eyes. You seperated and Bolin’s smile mirrored yours "i’ll be right next door if you need anything...anytime". You smiled "thanks but i think we'll be okay". "Okay good" he smiled before closing the door.
Your POV
Bolin’s visit apparently made an impression on your sisters too. "I like Bolin" Ikki told you as you got ready to go to sleep. "Me too" you smiled and Ikki continued "he’s so strong and handsome but also so sweet and kind" she sighed wistfully. "Yeah, how did you get such a great guy to love you?" Jinora asked in typical annoying little sister fashion. You shrugged “honestly I don’t know" you smiled "but i love him too". "Awww" Ikki smiled "you should tell him". "Yeah i think it’s about time i did" you agreed. Ikki’s eyes closed and you drew the quilt around her more. "I didn’t mean what i said you know, i was just teasing" Jinora told you "you’re both amazing". You smiled "thanks". She smiled at you and you closed your eyes. "I heard him telling you how our bending doesn’t define us" Jinora whispered "not even dad told us that y/n, Ikki’s right he’s really special". You smiled thinking back on the memory "he is isn’t he?". Jinora nodded "i’m glad you’ve found someone so lovely, i hope i do". "You will" you smiled tucking her hair behind her ear "i promise". "Thanks y/n" she smiled hugging you and you held your little sister. "Also if you don’t tell Bolin you’re in love with him soon I think Ikki will beat you to it". You chuckled and sighed "don’t worry i’m going to tell him first thing tomorrow".

I wasn’t planning on doing a part two but you guys seemed to like the first one a lot and who doesn’t love more Bolin?

Cuddles and a Cinnamon Scented Sweater | F.W.
Title: Cuddles and a Cinnamon Scented Sweater
Requested: Yes/No
Warning: Mentions of period (sorry if it makes you uncomfortable
Summary: It’s that time of the month again. Seeing Y/N get hurt is one of the things Fred hates the most. Being the loving boyfriend he is, he decides to do something about it.
I groaned as I clutched my stomach, it was that time of the month, again.
Did it really have to be this painful? Thankfully, it was the weekend. So, I didn’t have to endure the torture of getting up early just to attend my classes.
As if my body was on autopilot, I curled up into a ball as pain flared in the lower part of my stomach.
“Y/N, do you want to stay in bed or you’re going down for breakfast?” My best friend and roommate, Angelina, asked.
I got up, ignoring the stabbing pain, “I’m coming Angie.”
We headed down to the Great Hall where our friends were waiting for us.
Hermione and Ginny gave me a sympathetic smile, noticing my discomfort, as I sat down in between the twins.
“That time of the month?” Hermione asked as I gently nodded.
“Morning Princess!” Fred greeted as he placed a kiss on my temple.
“Morning.” I said, giving him a small smile as I took some food.
Noticing my discomfort, my loving boyfriend asked, “Is it that time of the month?”
I nodded weakly, “Yeah.”
A worried look graced his features, “Do you want me to take care of you? George and I have a prank to pull on Snape, but I can always postpone it.”
I shook my head, “I’m fine, go prank Snape. I have a girls’ day to go to anyway.”
We had been dating for two years, but he still doesn’t fail to amaze me. I was amazed at the fact that he would set aside a prank for me. Amazed at how his demeanor would change from an infamous prankster to my loving and caring boyfriend.
He then stood up, following his twin out of the hall, “If you ever need a cuddle y/n/n, you know where to find me!” He said over his shoulder as he threw me a wink.
“What do you ever see in him?” Ginny asked.
I giggled at the youngest Weasley’s question, “He is just so dreamy. His eyes make the stars look dull. His smile is enough to light up my whole world. And don’t even get me started on his laugh- “
Ginny pretended to vomit as she said, “Please do not continue. I want to keep my breakfast in my stomach.”
Angelina, Hermione and I laughed.
“Don’t believe me?” I said, “Ask Angelina what she sees in George.”
Angelina looked at me, “Why are you dragging me into this? If you should ask anyone, you should ask Hermione what she sees in Ron.”
The bushy-haired girl threw a table napkin at Angelina, “Why me?!”
Angelina threw the table napkin back at her, “Y/N questions me about George, so it’s only right to pass it to you.”
Hermione tossed the table napkin to me, “Blame Y/N for this then, she was the one who started it.”
I chuckled as I passed the napkin to Ginny, “In my defense, Ginny asked me what I saw in Fred, so I just answered her.”
Again, the young ginger pretended to puke, “Why am I just realizing that all of my friends have at thing for my brothers?” She questioned, “Firstly, Y/N is dating Fred. Angelina is in love with George, and not to mention Hermione is crushing on Ron.” She finished, exasperated.
I smiled at her, “Look on the bright side, you have three future sisters-in-law.”
She returned the smile as she thought about it, “You’re right.”
Hermione then stood up, “Let’s go now, shall we? Girls’ Day won’t wait forever.”
“Yeah, yeah, we’re coming.” Angelina said in a teasing tone.
--
Fred’s POV
“And it’s done!” George declared as we placed the finishing touches on our prank.
We high-fived each other as I peeked over the corner, Snape was coming, “George, he’s coming.” I said as we hid behind the nearest wall.
As Snape walked under our trap, his hair immediately changed to bubble gum pink, though he hadn’t notice. Only glaring at the first-year students who had suddenly started to laugh.
Once he had passed our hiding spot, George and I made our way back to the common room.
“What do you think the girls do on their bonding day?” I asked my twin.
As we passed by the courtyard, George was about to answer my question when we suddenly heard Ginny’s laugh.
We turned and shared a grin as we spotted the girls by the courtyard.
“I don’t know about you Freddie, but I am in the mood for eavesdropping.” George said,
I smirked, “You read my mind.”
We hid behind one of the pillars just near the place where the girls sat as they laughed.
“You are in no place to talk, Harry.” Y/N said, pointing a finger at Ginny.
Ginny launched at Y/N, covering Y/N’s mouth using her hand. The force knocked the two of them to the grass.
“Shut up!” Our sister said, “I’ll tell Fred, what you said a while ago.” She threatened.
Y/N’s eyes widened as Angelina and Hermione were practically dying of laughter.
“You wouldn’t dare.” Y/N said.
“Try me.” Ginny challenged.
Angelina recovered from her laughing fit, “Oh come off it you two.”
Hermione suddenly stood up, “Now, look who’s talking George.” She said as she took off as Angelina chased after her.
“Don’t try me Ron.” Angelina said as she chased Hermione around the courtyard.
I nudged George, “Told you, Angelina fancies you.”
George had a small smile on, “Yeah, don’t need to rub it in my face.”
Y/N then stood up, putting some distance between her and Ginny as she said, “Didn’t know you liked green eyes so much Gin.”
Ginny stood up, also chasing Y/N around the courtyard, “You are so in for it.”
They all looked like five-year-olds chasing each other around, until Y/N stopped, clutching her stomach.
“Bloody period.” She groaned as the others approached her.
The four of them sat down on the grass as Hermione handed Y/N some chocolate.
“Does it have to hurt this bloody much?” Y/N questioned as she took a bite of the chocolate.
I hated seeing her in pain, an idea suddenly popped into my head as I took of to the common room.
“Where are you going?” George asked as he caught up with me when we arrived at our destination.
“To take care of my girlfriend.” I said as I went up to our dorm.
--
Reader’s POV
It was already after dinner and I haven’t seen my boyfriend since breakfast. When I asked George where Fred was, he just shrugged and said he didn’t know.
I curled up on the common room couch as I wore Fred’s sweater. The familiar scent of cinnamon and firework powder calming me instantly, but I still wanted to cuddle with Fred.
Where in the name of Gryffindor is, he?
I suddenly felt two strong arms wrap around me. “Freddie.” I moaned, leaning into his embrace.
“Hey princess.” He greeted quietly as he sat down beside me. “Are you okay? Do you need anything?” He asked.
“Can we cuddle?” I asked.
He chuckled as he pulled me closer to him, “Do you wanna watch a movie?”
I nodded, “Yes please.”
He stood up and then picked me up bridal style.
“Freddie!” I screamed, wrapping my arms around his neck.
“What? Don’t worry princess, I’m not going to drop you.” He joked as he carried me up to his dorm.
After placing me down on the bed, he got the movie ready, plopped down next to me as we cuddled.
As the movie started, he handed me a small basket filled with my favorite chocolates and sweets.
“Thank you!” I said as I kissed him and helped myself to the chocolate.
Halfway through the movie, pain started to bother me. I clutched my stomach as scooted closer to Fred.
He seemed to notice my discomfort as he summoned a warm compress and placed it on my lower abdomen.
“Better?” He asked placing a kiss on my hair.
“Loads better.” I replied as I turned and crashed my lips onto his. Soon enough, the movie was momentarily forgotten as we made out on his bed.
We pulled away minutes later, both breathless and blushing a deep shade of crimson.
“Thank you.” I said, pressing our foreheads together, “for being the best boyfriend ever.”

What are Steve's wedding vows to Peggy?
Hey i wrote something since like Saturday. kinda proud of myself despite BAD anxiety over this.
--
“Are you ready, Steve?”
The question came from Edwin Jarvis, the man sticking his head in through the curtains to smile at the nervous Captain. Steve just held up the bowtie in despair, trying to hide the shake in his fingers.
“I can mull down hundreds of Nazis. I can fight Hydra to the bone and-and nearly be killed by a frozen tundra, but what defeats me is a god dang bow tie!”
Jarvis laughed as he stepped into the small side room, giving him a comforting smile. “You know,” he mused as he started to do the tie. “When I was marrying my Ana, I was so nervous I fainted right as we got to I do.”
Steve felt himself gap, looking the man up and down. He could picture that, not that he would say it. He felt like he might faint before he even got out to where Bucky and Colonel Phillips were waiting for him.
“When I came to, my head was in Ana’s lap and I insisted she was an angel. She practically is - not that I’ll ever insist anything different. She’s never let me live that down, that rascal. The point is, Captain Rogers,” the man smirked as he finished the tie and smoothed it out along Steve’s neck. “It’s okay to be nervous.”
“I’m...Captain America, I shouldn’t be nervous, I wasn’t nervous when-”
“Let me ask you something,” Jarvis spoke over him, patting the guy’s shoulders to get him to sit down. He pulled a comb out of nowhere and started to fix Steve’s mousy hair from his constant fingers combing through it. All Steve could do was look on in the mirror. “When you bulldozed through of Hydra agents or lead your Howling Commandos through countless missions or did whatever you did in what the reports do not say, were you nervous?”
“Of course not, those guys depended on me. I couldn’t afford to be nervous or second think my actions, someone might’ve died.” Plenty of people did, in ways Steve could’ve never stopped or predicted unless he’d been there, but he was one person.
Not that Jarvis was asking about this.
“Exactly. They depended on you. You needed to be ready for anything, to overcome anything Hydra would’ve thrown at you. Yet with Miss Carter, you’re nervous about your wedding? It’s practically a tradition to be nervous. Do you know what that means?”
“That I’ll fumble my vows or drop the rings and it’ll roll into a gutter, never to be seen again?”
Jarvis snorted and lightly squeezed Steve’s shoulder. “No, Captain Rogers, it does not. It means that you love her. You love Miss Carter with every fiber of your being. It means you, my friend, will have an amazing wedding and marriage. Even if you do fumble, you can do no worse than me and fainting.”
Steve covered his face, trying to stabilize his breathing. He did love Peggy - Jarvis was right. There was no doubt about that. He loved her. Loved her so damn much he might explode. He just...was nervous.
“Being nervous,” Jarvis continued as he put the comb away and tilted Steve’s head up to inspect himself in the black and white suit. “Being nervous is a tradition. It means you love her. I’m sure Miss Carter is nervous too.”
Steve’s mouth opened to counter, Peggy couldn’t be nervous - he’s seen her stare enemies dead in the eye and not miss a beat. He’s seen her let herself get shot if it meant saving the hostage. He’s seen her survive countless trails and still stand on top at the end of the day. There’s no way Peggy was nervous. Yet, the second he opened his mouth to say something, Bucky stuck his head through the curtain.
His hair was perfectly parted thanks to his mother’s intervention. He was sure the second his ma wasn’t looking, he would mess it up. The suit he wore was a little on the older side, insisting he got to wear his dad’s suit to this wedding.
“You ready, Stevie? That green isn’t a good shade, bud.”
Steve gently swatted at Bucky’s chest as he adjusted the suit once more, trying to take in a deep breath to calm down.
“Shut up. I’m just...nervous. How’s everything looking? We ready?”
“Ready as we’ll ever be. Ole Phillips is grumbling as ever. Dugan is waiting up there, Angie is ready. We’ve already had to stop the niece and nephew from throwing the flowers everywhere.”
“Oliver and Penny really like those roses, huh?” Steve’s lips twitched into a small laugh at the idea of the kids going haywire with those roses. “And Peggy? Is she…?”
“Ana and Rose and even Howard are in there, it’s alright.” Seeing his friend’s panic look, he smoothed down his suit again, the metallic hand glimmering in the dull light of the chapel. “Let’s get this party started and get you two crazy kids married.”
--
“Always knew you two would end up together,” Phillips grunted as Steve stood nervously, shifting from foot to foot. “From the second she laid eyes on that scrawny form of yours.”
Steve laughed, a more forceful laugh given the nervous state he was in. He watched Jarvis politely sit down after checking in on the girls, Rose already coming up to stand by them. Bucky clapped Steve on the shoulder, squeezing him too hard.
“Told you,” he chuckled. “You two were meant to be…”
“‘cept you shouldn’t have shown up in the bar when we were having your public funeral,” Dugan interjected. “Not the best idea, Cap.”
“You’re lucky Carter didn’t shoot you on the spot, coming up with a soiled uniform, and half that glass in your chest,” Phillips grunted.
“Wouldn’t have hurt as bad, if-”
Steve stopped the second he heard Ana playing the piano, turning on his heels and towards the door.
He watched Oliver and Penny run through with the flowers, throwing them everywhere but the floor. His little giggle and the laugh through the chapel made him relax a little, but the second he saw Peggy, everything was back in full force.
She was...beautiful, spectacular. A thousand words he couldn’t think to say. His mind nothing but a fine-tuned sound of buzzing as he watched her slowly walk through that door. Ana had worked perfectly on that dress, the trim, the lace, every down to the last details of the pearls knitted into the collar.
Steve could feel the tears burning in his eyes as she slowly stood in front of him, hearing in the corner of his mind, Phillips muttering about sap.
He loved her.
“You look…” Steve struggled with the word as he held onto her glove-laced hands, looking down at them and slowly back to those beautiful hazel eyes that he’d fallen in love with before he even knew what color they were.
“I know,” Peggy finished, squeezing his hands. “You look pretty dashing yourself. We-”
“How about we get this show on the road, huh?” Phillips asked, breaking the silence, and the music slowly melted into the background. “We all knew we’d end up here today. It was just a matter of time and if it was legal or not. I expected you two to just waltz into my tent one day and demand to be married, the laws and logic be damned.”
“Almost,” Steve mused, shrugging his shoulders. Phillips’ grey eyes were trained on him, brow rose as if to ask what. “I proposed to Peggy after she’d been shot during the hostage situation of ‘44.”
“Son.” The tone said all and the Howling Commandos laughed the loudest. Steve glanced over to see Peggy’s side of the family, most with pursed lips. They still weren’t pleased that their daughter was marrying a Yankee.
“We told him to do it,” Dugan interjected.
“Dared him, actually,” Jones added.
“Double-dog dared him,” Bucky said.
“Actually, we told him to do it or we would on his behalf,” Pinky reminded them.
“We-”
Phillips’ look silenced Falsworth on the spot, the man clearing his throat and stepping back in line. “We’re no longer at war, boys, you don’t have to keep defending your Captain under insane circumstances. I’ll never forget about the damn goat incident.”
--
It was only a few minutes later before Phillips cleared his throat again and nodded towards the couple. “The couple has written their own vows. Ca-Steve, would you like to go first?”
Steve blinked as he felt Peggy’s eyes on him, trying to calm his racing heart down. “Okay, yeah. Yeah,” he breathed, taking the paper Dugan had passed him. “I stayed up till 4 in the morning working on this. Mr. Jarvis had to eventually take the pen from me so I’d sleep.”
“And he didn’t accept my help,” Howard muttered just loud enough for Steve to hear, making the Captain flush.
“Okay, here it goes,” Steve breathed, unfolding the paper and trying not to let how nervous he was shown. His hands were already starting to shake and he was afraid sweat would ruin the ink.
Peggy’s hand gently closed around his wrist and offered him a comforting smile. “It’s okay, darling. Just us. Not a whole platoon of guys to play Star-Spangled Man With A Plan.”
If he wasn’t blushing then, he was now.
“Peggy, I…” Steve looked down at the paper and back up at her. He could hear Jarvis’s voice in the back of his head telling him that when he got up there, he’d know what to say. Fumbling or not.
“Peggy, I love you. I’ve loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you and I didn’t know it. I didn’t know what the color of your lips was or the color of your eyes or your hair or even your uniform. I didn’t know the true sound of your voice or the smell of the roses on your skin. I didn’t know much then - hell I don’t know much now -”
A few people laughed and Steve lowered the paper, looking dead into his wife-to-be eyes.
“I didn’t know much then. I just knew you were hell on high heels and damn anyone who got in your path. When you first knocked out Hodge, I felt my breath taken away. When you ran for the grenade too, I wanted my last sight to be of you, swore I was goin’ blow myself up to a million pieces. Our first conversation in that car might’ve been one of our lasts and I was glad it was with you, someone who understood me. Understood what it was like to be discriminated against because we’re us… Because I was sickly and small and you were a woman, a girl, a-”
“You still don’t know how to talk to women, do you?” Peggy asked, blinking the tears from her eyes and making Steve give a wet laugh.
“I”m afraid not, how I managed to get you to fall in love with me is a wonder. The point is, Pegs, I love you, from the bottom of my heart. All through the war, we talked about what we wanted after. I insisted on a white-picket fence, a house in some neighborhood, that we’d build the perfect life together and well...you saw where that lead us. Me to a watery grave and you punching me out when I showed up at that bar. Even if I was late for our dance.
I just...I love you. Life has taken us on insane turns from clearing our friend’s name to-to living in LA for a few months. To...to here. To me finally getting the guts to purpose to you. Or more like catching my breath. I need you in my life and I’m lucky to have you. I’m more than happy to sit on the sidelines and let you work, to raise our kids or tend to a home, to do anything you ask. I’m more than happy to just be yours. I just...I need to be yours like I need to breathe. You are my life, Peggy Carter, and I’ll have no other but you. I’m lucky to be your husband, to be by your side through it all.”
Peggy didn’t bother to hide the few tears running down her face, thankful Angie had fixed her makeup just right to prevent the tear streaks from showing. She cleared her face off with the handkerchief Rose had given her and sniffled.
“Sap,” she laughed, shaking her head. “I stayed up late last night but not writing these vows. I...told myself I knew what I was going to say when I got up here, but I’m mistaken. I can only say I love you, Steve Rogers. You are my life. My soul. When I was young, I insisted I wouldn’t marry. I insisted my life was to slay dragons, rescue knights, be a pirate. To be anything but the lady my mother wanted me to be.
I insisted I knew what I wanted for myself. That I-I wanted to be a codebreaker and I was good at it. I-”
“And saved our lives with it,” Howard said, causing them to laugh.
“Yes, Howard, thank you. I am good at it. I’m great at it. I insisted that’s all I could do to help the war effort, to maybe consider becoming a nurse but my mother and Fred forbidden it. I insisted I loved Fred because my mother did. I insisted that I could do some good by staying home, being the good wife, and keeping my head down. I insisted on a lot of things but for myself…
It took Micheal’s death for me to see there was more for me out there. The SSR was life-changing for me. Getting to serve under Colonel Phillips’ here, getting to meet you, even if you were...different.”
“It’s okay, call him a shrimp like I did,” Phillips interjected, making Peggy give a wet chuckle. “Kid got that sandwich after all.”
He swore the man smiled at him - even if Steve wouldn’t admit it.
“You were different. You stood out from the rest and it was because of your good heart. Yes the grenade incident, but you helped the nurses around the base. You helped collect herbs for them when we ran out of pain killers, you remembered decades-old healing practices that your mother taught you. You gave some of the guys, even if they were bastards to you, advice on how to fix their broken shoelaces or how to even hide the knives better in their clothes. You were kind and sweet-hearted and I wanted you from the start.
Even after your serum, you didn’t change. You saved that kid. You saved me, even if I was quite upset about it.”
“You did yell at me a lot for pushing you out of the way,” Steve interrupted, remembering that chaotic day.
“You were running with no shoes on and shoved me out of the way of an oncoming car. I had to yell about something.” She smoothed down his suit and sighed, shaking the veil. “Even after that, Steve, I...I love you. I loved you from the start. During the war, that love only grew. I thought we hid it well.”
“No,” Bucky snorted. “No, you two did not. Everyone knew.”
“Yes, thank you, James,” Peggy huffed, giving her friend a roll of her eyes. “That love for you grew and I’m only sorry we didn’t act sooner, that we didn’t kiss more or-or risk it to just touch each other in blatant public when we needed the comfort because it was a war. I am sorry that it took this long to get here - but we’re here. Look at us. We’re here, sweetheart. We’re getting married after all in a setting of our choice, with our friends and family. It’s worth the wait.”
“You’re always worth the wait,” Steve whispered, swallowing the lump in his throat.
“I love you,” Peggy whispered, squeezing his hands. “I loved you then, to now, and forevermore. I’ll never stop loving you, no part of my soul will be complete without you. You are my light, Steven Grant Rogers, as I am your compass, your true star north. You are my light and I want nothing more from you than a life that we paved together.”
There was no dry eye around them, even the grisled Colonel was sniffing slightly and wiping at his eyes. He squeezed the book in his hand and gave the couple a warm smile. “Aren’t you two kids sweet? Why don’t we wrap this up so you two can kiss like how you did in the supply closets?”
Steve felt his ears burn, turning back to Peggy and holding her hands. He wasn’t sure how he survived the rest of the ceremony. Of Bucky bringing the rings to them, his ma’s old ring that Howard had cleaned up and engraved with their wedding date on it. Peggy’s father’s wedding band.
He wasn’t sure how he barely got the words I do our before Peggy was jumping on him to kiss him and Steve’s arms found a way around her frame to pick her up and kiss the life out of her.
The wedding they dreamed of and feared that they never had.
A life yet to come with many memories down the road.

Yesterday, I saw this writing prompt post, and it made me think of my Superhero/villain AU. So, here. Enjoy.
——————————————————————————————
Stan walked down the hall of the villain hideout, a ball of flame flickering above his open palm. Normally, he tried to avoid getting assigned missions that led him into villain territory. He had a bit of a conflict of interest, after all, what with dating a villainess and having two children with her. But his girlfriend was still on maternity leave, so he didn’t argue too hard against going on this mission.
I’m not gonna run into her and have to pretend to fight her to protect both of our secret identities. Stan came to a door. He opened it cautiously, revealing a room that, unlike the rest of the lair, was lit. The reason for the lights being on was quickly obvious: someone stood in the middle of the room. Not just someone. Stan stared silently at his girlfriend Angie. Is she doing villain work? She’s supposed to be resting at home! He opened his mouth to say something, but before he could, Angie burst into tears.
“Shit!” Stan put out the fire and sprinted over to Angie. He put his hands on Angie’s shoulders. “Angie, are you all right?” Angie sobbed. “C’mon, babe, talk to me. What’s wrong?”
“Babe?” a voice said behind him. Stan froze.
Right. I’m not the only hero who got assigned to check out the hideout.
“Flamethrower, is this that girlfriend you’ve told us about?” asked Wild Woman, walking over to join Stan and Angie. Stan found out a little while back that Wild Woman’s secret identity was Angie’s favorite coworker, Bethany, so she was definitely just as worried about Angie as Stan was.
“…Yeah,” Stan mumbled quietly. “Yeah, this is my girlfriend, Angie.” Angie flung her arms around Stan’s neck, burying her face into his shoulder, continuing to cry. “Ang, what’s wrong?”
“Why are you here?” Wild Woman asked.
“I- I- someone in a mask took- took me,” Angie wailed. “I stepped outside fer a breath of fresh air after I put the babies down fer a nap and- and the next thing I knew someone grabbed me and-” She broke into fresh sobs.
Okay. That’s bullshit. Angie wouldn’t let some villain take her. Now that Stan thought about it, Angie’s crying sounded a bit fake. He felt some tension leave his shoulders. Thank Moses she’s fine. The rest of the heroes joined them.
“How long have you been here?” asked one of Stan’s other coworkers. Angie lifted her head, sniffling.
“Hours,” she whispered. The other heroes let out distressed murmurs. “I just want to get home to my lil girls. They’re- they’re only six weeks old!”
“The nerve of some villains, kidnapping a new mother for no damn reason,” muttered Wild Woman. She shook her head. “Hopefully, we’ll find the people that took you, Angie, and bring them to justice.”
“How’d ya know my name?” Angie asked tearfully. Wild Woman froze for a split second before smiling.
“I heard Flamethrower say your name.”
“O-oh.” Angie rubbed her eyes. “Darlin’, I- I want to go home.”
“Take her home,” Wild Woman said to Stan.
“Are you sure?” Stan asked. “Maybe she should just wait outside while we look through the rest of the place. You guys probably want me to help-”
“Nuh-uh,” Wild Woman said firmly. “Civilians come first, remember?”
“Yeah, but-”
“Why are you arguing? She’s your girlfriend! And, apparently, the mother of your children, too.” Wild Woman put her hands on her hips. “When were you planning on telling us you were a dad?”
“I-”
“No, please, finish whatever you were doin’,” Angie said. “I already feel much better knowin’ my darlin’ is here.” Stan felt himself turn red.
“If you’re sure…” Wild Woman said slowly. She chewed on her lip. “Well, I’ll sit to the side with you while the rest of the squad searches the place then, miss. It wouldn’t be right to leave you on your own.” Wild Woman led Angie off to the side and sat down with her. Glancing back briefly, Stan left the room to continue searching the hideout.
When Stan and the rest of the heroes came back, Angie was showing Wild Woman something on her phone. Stan walked over.
“Geez, Flamethrower, you can’t hold out on us like this,” Wild Woman said.
“Huh?” Stan asked.
“Your kids are adorable, but you haven’t brought them to HQ!” Wild Woman said, punching Stan playfully. Angie froze. “I mean, you didn’t even tell us they existed!”
“I value my privacy,” Stan mumbled.
“Well, we know now, so you’ve gotta bring them by sometime, okay?”
“…I’ll have to talk to Angie about it.” Stan held out a hand. “Ready to go home, babe?” Angie took the hand. Stan pulled her to her feet.
“Yes.” Angie smiled at Wild Woman. “Thank you fer sittin’ with me. I was awful scared.” Wild Woman smiled back.
“I don’t blame you. But don’t worry, we’ll make those villains pay for kidnapping you,” she said firmly. Angie nodded silently. “You take care.” Wild Woman pointed at Stan. “More importantly, you take care of her.”
“You got it.” Stan kissed Angie on the cheek. “C’mon.”
Stan led Angie out of the hideout. Once they were far enough away that not even super-senses could hear, Stan turned to Angie.
“Okay, explain,” he hissed quietly. Angie sighed.
“I stepped out to run a quick errand, and the errand took me ‘round here. I remembered that Lute forgot somethin’ last time he was here, so I decided to pop in and grab it. I weren’t expectin’ yer whole squad to show up.”
“Good thing you were out of costume.”
“Clearly.” Angie smirked. “By the by, don’t think I didn’t notice how worried ya got when I started cryin’.”
“You were crying, of course I was worried!”
“So?”
“I found you in a villain hideout, six weeks after you gave birth, and I’ve never heard you cry like that before.”
“Hmm.” Angie cocked her head. “Fair point.” She kissed Stan on the cheek. “Now, are ya goin’ to take me home, dashin’ hero?” Stan scooped her into his arms. Angie giggled.
“Wanna take the scenic route?” he asked, bursting into flames, but preventing the fire from spreading to his arms, to protect Angie. Angie leaned her head back to smile fondly at him.
“Whattaya think?” she asked. Stan took flight.
“Scenic route it is.”

Sunflower and White Rose | Bakugou Katsuki x Reader Part 3
Fantasy AU
Masterlist
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 4
Warnings: Swearing (cuz bakugou)
tags: @jazzylove @whalerus @angie-1306
WC: 3.1k
"AAAAHHHHHHHHH!" Kirishima had to hold his hands over his sensitive ears when Bakugou started screaming over the cliff. Bakugou wasn't a dragon shapeshifter, but his roar was almost as loud as one. "FUCK!!!!" He growled at the valley. "FUCK! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!"
"Calm down Katsuki!" Kirishima shouted.
"How the fuck do you expect me to fucking calm down!? How?! She's fucking partnered! And of all people, she's partnered with that shitty Deku!" Bakugou whirled around, flailing his arms in the air as if he were going to slap someone. "NnggggGGGRAHHH!" He threw his fist into the ground, denting it as well as injuring his knuckles. How he wished he could go to you, so you could heal his hand, but you were now someone else's partner. "Why...?"
"Well you didn't exactly give her a choice," said Kirishima. "Izuku was the only one who asked her."
"She asked him!" Bakugou reminded.
"Well of course she would. He gave her his flower! It'd be rude not to, considering he's the only one willing to give her flowers."
"I'm willing! What the fuck did you think I was saving that flower for?" Bakugou howled.
"BUT YOU DIDN'T! YOU RAN AWAY!"
Kirishima's words were like knives that stabbed right into Bakugou's already wounded heart. That's right. He ran away. He didn't even try. Why? Why didn't he try? Was he afraid? Afraid of what? Getting rejected? That's hilarious. Who in the right mind would reject him? You would. You definitely would. After all the harsh things he's said to you, after all the names he's called you. Why would you even accept his affection? You were afraid of him. He could tell by the way you cower in his presence.
"Fuuck..." Bakugou grabbed a fistful of his bangs. He sank down to the ground, squatting as he tried to hold back the tears in his eyes. He messed up. He really messed up. He's such a horrible person. He doesn't deserve you. He doesn't deserve to be king.
Kirishima pretended not to notice the little streams gliding down the prince's cheeks. In their culture, crying was looked down upon. As royalty, he must never cry, not even when in pain. However, as his friend, Kirishima understood that Bakugou had it harder than anyone. He had to be dauntless, had to be strong. He had to be free, and he had to be perfect. Maybe that was why he was so attracted to you. You were the opposite of perfect. You were a scaredy-cat, and you were clumsy. You were bounded to the ground, and was hella weak.
But perhaps you were the one who was truly free. You were free from expectations, free from traditions. You were always out there learning new things, and being yourself without worrying that others might change their impression of you, since their impression weren't so great to begin with. In a way, he envied you. But what he envied you the most, was that kindness.
He gets mad easily, and always ends up saying hurtful things. He holds grudges, and he makes sure to return them tenfold. You, on the other hand, accepted all the negativity of others, and only returned with respect. You show empathy to all creatures. You possess qualities he secretly wished he had but never will have.
He tried his best to change for you. Ashido, Sero, Kaminari, and Kirishima can all prove that. For the past few weeks he's been doing his best to control his swearing and refrain from calling them by the mean nicknames. It was all practice so he could talk to you normally. He can't believe all that practice went to nothing.
"Hey man, it's not over yet. You still have a chance," Kirishima placed a hand on Bakugou's shoulder.
"How? She already accepted his fucking flower," Bakugou grumbled.
"Come on man! The flower exchange isn't the main event! It's just an excuse for people to confess to their loved ones! The main event is the fire dance! Remember? Only true lovers who dance together at the fire dance will be blessed by the fire god, and their love will last for lifetimes to come!"
"What are you getting at?"
"What I mean is there's still time! The dance isn't until tomorrow night! You just have to confess your feelings and get her to dance with you by tomorrow night!"
That sounds easy, but how was he going to do that? Beat Deku up and take you by force? That would just make you hate him even more. Plus, what if you reject him?
"Stop thinking about the what-ifs!" Kirishima exclaimed, as if reading his mind. "You don't know how it's gonna turn out unless you try Katsuki! If you don't pursue her you're really going to lose her! Do you want that?"
The idea of getting rejected by you was humiliating, but the idea of losing you because he never bothered to try was even worse. "Alright....." A ghost of a smile appeared on Bakugou's lips. "But I'll need some preparations."
Kirishima's face lit up with excitement. "You got it man! Mina, Denki, and Hanta and I are ready to help any time!"
It was almost sundown. You were grinding the herbs you had collected earlier today. When you saw the sun start to set, you quickly picked up the Alstroemeria that you had picked for Midoriya. You didn't have a flower for him yesterday, so you planned to return one today. You hoped he'd like it.
Midoriya showed up right on time. The sky was a beautiful orange red, a sign that the fire god had descended from heaven.
Legend says that thousands of years ago, the fire god, Hino, descended from heaven, and fell in love with a mortal, Nue. They married and had a child. That child was the first fire breather, the dragon. When Hino's mortal wife passed away, he was very sad. In order to see her again, he bound their souls together, and descended from heaven. It is said that when two souls are bound, they will always be able to find each other, in all of their lifetimes. And they will fall in love, over, and over again, for eternity. To celebrate their love, their descendants would hold a festival every year on the day the fire god was said to have descended to earth. And it is said, true lovers who dance the fire dance together will get their blessings from the fire god, so they too can bind their souls for eternity.
"Ready?" Midoriya asked.
"Before we go, I want to give you this," you said as you handed him the Alstroemeria. "I'm sorry I didn't have a flower for you yesterday."
"That's okay, and thank you. I love it," Midoriya smiled as he accepted the orange and yellow flower from your hand.
The two of you headed into the depth of the village, where the festival was being held. Torches were set up all over the sides of the streets, and there were games and competitions, food and dances!
You and Midoriya went to the carpenter's yurt, where he had set up a floor full of dragon masks. He gave you and Midoriya each a dragon mask, which you two wore on the side of your faces, and the two of you headed to the next yurt.
When the two of you finally made it to the banquet, you were starving. The fire festival is the biggest event of the year, and the food of the banquet is hunted by the best hunters of the tribe, prepared by the best cooks too. Each year they'd prepare three days worth of food for the entire village. You swore you'd eat a whole year's worth of meat, because after this day you'll have to wait for the next year.
"(Y/N)! Izuku! Heyyy! Finally found you guys!" While you and Midoriya were grabbing food, you heard a familiar voice call out your names.
"Eijirou-kun? Mina-chan? Hanta-kun and Denki-kun too?" Midoriya raised a brow. "Why were you looking for the two of us?"
You noticed how Bakugou wasn't with them, and there was a hint of disappointment in your heart. However, on the bright side, he may have found a partner, and was currently with them right now. Wait, why does that hurt even more?
"Well we were going around the festival as a group, and we wanted to ask if you guys wanna join us!" Ashido said. You're brows lifted in surprise. It's not uncommon for friends to travel in groups, but the fire festival is really a couples thing, so you were surprised to see Kirishima and Ashido traveling with Sero and Kaminari.
"I guess I'm okay with it! What about you (Y/N)-chan?" Midoriya asked you.
"Yeah! The more the merrier!" You replied. In truth you weren't close with any of them, but since they were Midoriya's friends, you didn't want to be rude.
"Great! Wait... (Y/N)-chan why aren't you wearing your fire dress?" Ashido asked, looking up and down at your plain, grey thin strapped dress which ended at your knees. You had a tight belt on your waist with some accessories dangling, but it was nothing different from you normally wore.
The dragon women don't normally wear dresses, but the fire dress was different. It is a traditional outfit especially for the fire dance. It's usually made by the mother for the daughter. Everyone's fire dress is different, but it is generally always in brilliant shades of reds, orange, and yellows. Ashido's fire dress was very similar to her normal wear. It was a red and black zebra print breast cover, and she wore one metallic breast plate over her left breast, as she normally would when she was out riding dragons. She had two long sashes flowing down in front and behind her legs. The sashes were a beautiful red, mixing into orange and yellow at the end.
"I...don't have anyone to make one for me," you told her. Your mother passed away when you were very little. Ashido quickly placed a hand over her mouth, regretting asking the question. "Plus, Izuku and I don't plan on doing the fire dance."
"Why is that?" Kirishima asked.
"Well, the fire dance is a lovers thing. We're just friends, so we think we'll just stand by and watch," Midoriya chuckled.
A soft smirk made its way to Kirishima and his friends' lips. Suddenly, Ashido clapped her hands together. "Ahh! I suddenly have the urge to relieve myself! But it's gotten so dark, it's not safe out here! (Y/N)-chan do you wanna come with me?" she asked.
"Eh? Uh...sure...." You couldn't say no. Ashido winked at Kirishima and grabbed you by the wrist. Without warning she dashed off, dragging you with her. "AAHH!" You were not a good runner. Especially not against the strongest female warrior of your tribe.
You noticed how she dragged you straight out of the village, which was weird because there were multiple places in the village where people did their business. The dragon mask on your head fell to the ground, but she didn't give you a chance to pick it up. But she didn't give you a chance to ask because you were busy trying to breathe while running through the meadows.
When she finally came to a stop, you immediately fell to the ground. You let go of her hand as you fell to your knees and gasped for air. Your sweat dripped onto the hard soil in pitter patters. Your chest expanded and shrunk exaggeratedly as you tried to intake as much air as possible. "A-....Ashido...-san....why did you....bring me here?" you panted.
She didn't answer you, instead she called out to the darkness. "Hey! I brought her! Make sure you don't fuck up this time!" she shouted. You felt your blood go cold. What did she want with you all the way outside the village? Was she gonna kill you?
You were about to scream, but you heard a familiar voice shout back, "SHUT THE FUCK UP RACOON EYES!"
Ashido chuckled before turning to you. "Sorry I tricked ya! Please forgive me. If all goes well, that guy will bring you back," she pointed her thumb towards the dark outskirts of the meadow.
"What?" You asked. You couldn't see a thing in the darkness.
Ashido's chest expanded. She blew out puffs of fire all around them, each puff of fire landing on a torch, lighting it, until ten torches were lit all around them. Your eyes widened at the sight before you. White roses. White roses everywhere. You thought you were taken to a meadow, but this was a sea of white roses. But for some reason there were no thorns poking at you. Why is that?
"Alright, I'm out!" Ashido suddenly disappeared.
"What?" You stood up, turning around, but she was gone.
"I'm sorry... I got those shitty bastards to help me, but removing the thorns took some time." A familiar voice said in an unfamiliar tone. You turned around again, this time to face the torches. At the very center, stood a familiar spiky ash blonde man with breathtaking crimson eyes. He wore earrings made of the red hawk's talons, necklaces made of the great howlers' blue claws. Each bead on his neck was a proof of the number of battles he's won. A furry red cape slung over his shoulders, covering the back of his bare torso. It was none other than your prince.
"Prince Katsuki? What are you doing here? What about the fire festival?" you asked in disbelief, still trying to make sense of the situation.
Bakugou slowly made his way towards you through the roses. "Yesterday, I messed up and lost my partner to someone else. Right now, I'm getting her back," he said.
"Partner? To who? Ashido just left though!" You pointed to the direction behind you. Your eyes expanded at the same pace as him getting closer to you. Finally, he was standing right before you, his figure towering over you like a tall and almighty dragon. It was rude to look royalty in the eye, but for some reason you couldn't take yours away from his.
"I know I said a lot of mean things to you... I never thanked you for saving me, and keeping my secret... I'm not the nicest person, and I'm not worthy of your kindness...but still... I want to tell you that I love you... I love you (Y/N). I want to be your partner. I want to get the fire god's blessing with you." Under the torch light, you could vaguely see a hint of red over Bakugou's cheeks. His beautiful rubies gazed right into your (e/c) gems.
"What...." You were utterly lost for words. Did your ears play tricks on you? Because just now you felt like you heard your prince ask you to be his partner. "M-...Me?!" You pointed at yourself, gawking at him for confirmation.
Bakugou clicked his tongue impatiently. "Well who else in the village has a shitty name like (Y/N)?!" Crap! "I-I mean- You're the only one named (Y/N).... Your name isn't shitty...." He looked down in guilt, and then lifted his eyes back up expectantly. "So.... What's your answer?" His face was turning as red as his eyes.
Little streams started pouring out of your confused eyes. Your prince, the one who you've been in love with, just told you he loved you. This has to be a dream. But if it's a dream please don't let you wake up. "B-But..... That's impossible... I'm just.... These white roses, you must have prepared them for someone special! Because that flower means- I'm-"
"These are your favorite flowers right? I prepared them for you!" Bakugou gently took your hand in his. He searched in your teary eyes trying to look for the answer he needed. "Is it not?"
"F-...For me?"
That's when you realized, there's no way Bakugou would have known the meaning of these flowers. The dragon tribe don't give meanings to flowers like the people of the south do. They just picked whatever was the most colorful and vibrant. A light chuckle escaped your lips, for you felt so silly for forgetting such a thing.
Now it all made sense. The white rose he brought to the flower exchange, and why he suddenly ran off. But you still couldn't believe it. "It is...." You nodded softly to answer his previous question.
"Why do you...like the white rose?" Bakugou asked.
You covered your tearful eyes with your free hand. Your breaths became staggered as you started to sob, "Because....I'm in love with a man." Bakugou felt his heart stop at your words. "He's the bravest, strongest, most handsome man in the tribe. He's of royal descent..... He's someone I shouldn't even dream of being with...." Huh? Brave... Strong... Royal descent... Why does Bakugou feel like you're talking about him? You're talking about him, right? "These flowers...have a special meaning in the south. They symbolize the words I want to tell him but would never be able to...."
Bakugou removed your hand from your beautiful (e/c) orbs. Even with tears in them, they were still so breathtakingly beautiful. His heart pounded in his chest as he leaned his face closer to yours, eyes wide and anticipating. "What do they mean?" he asked, so softly that even right next to him you could barely hear his voice.
Your eyes trailed down, almost in shame.
"I'm worthy of you."
Your voice was so soft you could barely hear yourself. The moment you uttered those words you wish you hadn't. How could you say such a thing to Bakugou? Just what exactly do you have that makes you even think you might be worthy of him? You started to chuckle nervously, not noticing the wide eyed look on the ash blonde prince's face. "S-Silly right? How could a failure like me ever be worthy of your highness... I'll just go-"
Before you could finish, Bakugou grabbed your face with both hands and smashed his lips on yours. He couldn't put words together to tell you how wrong you are, so he had to show you through action.
You are not a failure.
You stood wide eyed, too shocked to move a muscle. You and Prince Katsuki were kissing.
For the longest time the only thing you could hear was the heart of your own heartbeat. After what seemed like a hundred beats, Bakugou finally released his lips from yours. "Don't say that...." he whispered. "Don't call yourself a failure. You're more than worthy (Y/N)."
"D-Do you mean it?"
"Be my queen (Y/N)." Bakugou brushed his thumbs under your eyes, wiping away the tears. "Like my old hag is to me old man. Like Nue is to Hino. Let our souls be bonded for eternity."
Tears flooded down your face, for you could no longer contain the happiness you felt. You nodded. "I love you my prince. I also want to be with you for lifetimes to come!"
You closed your eyes as his lips captured yours once again. For that moment everything seemed to have disappeared, leaving you and Bakugou, the only two souls in this world. It was just the moon, the fire, the roses, and the two of you.
You were filled with disappointment when his lips parted from yours. However, a soft smile spread over your lips as he pressed his forehead against yours. "Let's go get our fucking blessings."

Rudolph ; oliver wood
warnings: light swearing, not proof read
authors note: first fic posted! i originally had a fred fic lined up but could’t get this idea out of my head. reader is in Gryffindor!
It was approaching christmas time and as per usual Hogwarts was all decked out with decor of all kinds, christmas songs playing, rich scents of cinnamon and fire and of course the snow that covered the campus every year.
It was utterly magical.
You had been on the Gryffindor quidditch team since your second year as a chaser and since then you had made it your mission for your team to dress christmas theme for your last game of the season before break. This year was no different.
The bag of charmed headbands swayed in your grip as you walked through the cold halls to find your teammates. Donned in your gryffindor quidditch sweater, school skirt and casual shoes you were practically skipping down the corridor while looking out to the snow covered courtyard. With your head in the clouds and your mind on the festivities coming up you were blissfully unaware of the pair of Weasleys that were currently barreling toward you before it was too late.
Frantic hands made their way to grip your shoulders with anticipation before a female voice was booming down the stone halls, echoing directly to your direction.
“y/n! please! you have to help us. We swear we didn’t mean it!” George’s voice filled your ears while he continued to duck behind you
“yeah honest! we had no clue that angie was walking our way!” fred flailed before hiding behind his twin who was hiding behind you. Before you had time to properly retaliate a fuming Angelina was heading straight for you and the boys.
“You two have done it this time! do you know how long it takes me to wash my hair let alone style it exactly how i want it!? ugh! and we have a match this afternoon I’m not going to have enough time!” Angelina launched herself over your shoulder in an attempt to grab their shirts
You were always somehow caught in the middle of the twins an angle’s antics. Moments before disaster struck the chasers wrists were caught in your hands.
“angie! go find hermione, she surely knows a spell to fix your hair. she has a spell for quite literally everything!” your face was soft as you spoke in an attempt to sooth evergrowing temper. She took a deep breath in and out and nodded to you, giving you the okay to let her go the twins still making the effort to stay behind you where they thought they were safe.
Once Angelina had stalked off to go and find the young witch you turned around to face the pair of freckled faced fifth years with your hands on your hips, silently waiting for an explanation.
George was the first to break.
“y/n we swear on our own graves that the slimey slugs were’t meant for her! we swear!” the younger twin pleaded
“please don’t tell Mcgonagall! or wood! oh for the love of merlin and mum’s apple pie please don’t tell Oli anything”
at this point the pair of them were practically on their knees which is a sight your personally don't see too often but unfortunately all good things must come to an end.
“truthfully boys as much as i would love to stand here and have you beg on your knees for my forgiveness I have things to do today, starting off by giving you two the prop for this year’s last game!” the enthusiasm practically seething off you as you rummage through the bag to find the two matching headbands you had organised for the boys.
“like every other year, identical and charmed to stay on all game: just how you liked it.”
the pair beamed at you and gratefully took them from your hands
“you two would’t have to know where golden boy is, do you? i want to give him his now before he gets too in ‘in the mode’ for this afternoon”
the twins looked at each other thoughtfully “we saw him in the great hall before running into you. he was alone and kind of just minding his own business so you should get to that asap” Fred answered, proping his arm up on his other half’s shoulders.
George was trying to get a peak inside the bag you were still holding, probably to try to see which headpiece you had picked to sit on top of your captain’s head for the game.
“Say, y/n, what do you have dear ol’ oliver wearing this year? trying to see who’s the favourite”
Fred lightly scoffed “C’mon Georgie, you and I both know who the favourite is”
Although he wore a playful smirk and his tone was half joking he was right. The twins, along with literally everyone else, knew exactly who your favourite was but it’s not like you made any proper effort to hide it. As you got older, the less care you had about exposing your own feelings to the whole school. You had become shamelessly flirtatious with your captain with him often returning the comments; despite this you never did truly understand where exactly you stood with oliver. you knew he liked you but you did’t know the extent of it or if he only had eyes for you.
you went along with fred nonetheless.
“yeah sorry, G you know who’s first place in my book” you said confidently while pulling out a set of antlers and a bright red nose. The twins stood dumbfounded before snickering.
“he won’t wear that” fred said flat out
“hmm not too sure about that my dear brother”
“you have more of a chance of Georgie here landing a date with Angelina than you do getting wood to actually wear that on the pitch against Slytherin”
you smirked wickedly and turned on your heel “you, my dear friend, are going to be proven wrong”
*****
okay so Fred wasn’t that wrong.
“Oli pleasee, we do it every year” you dramatically drew out
currently, you were sat straddling the seat whilst looking at oliver infront of you who was running over the drills out in front of him. He looked up from his parchment at you and tilted his head
“l/n I’m not wearing antlers and a bright red nose to a quidditch game! i probably won’t be able to play”
you huffed but refused to give up the fight.
“they’re charmed to stay on through the whole game so you can play AND they will bring you extra good luck while we’re out there” you exclaimed as you picked up the red nose from the table and began fiddling with it. Oliver looked from your hands to your face and sighed.
“what do you mean ‘good luck’” he raised an eyebrow at you with curiosity laced in his words, almost like he wanted to believe you. You grinned.
“Because your favourite chaser is giving you them of course!” the grin etched upon your face somehow widened at the sight of a slight tinge of rose pink dusting the keeper’s cheeks.
This prompted an eyeroll and a sigh escaping his lips. “just because you’re the favourite doesn’t mean I’m wearing a nose” your ears perked at the unexpected response you just got and you leaned in closer to his face.
“So i am the favourite, huh?” the smirk gracing your lips was cocky yet it flattered when he turned to look at you.
His honey coloured eyes drifted from your eyes to your mouth and back to your eyes “you know damn well you’re the favourite”
You felt as though a whole zoo had been let lose in your stomach and the soft smile that then graced your lips was the only tell sign of that. You did know, of course. Everyone did. But it’s not like he’d ever said it out loud and if he had it certainly wasn’t to you or while you were around.
“But you aren’t getting me in that headband and nose”
your head dropped before throwing it back dramatically “Oliver wood you are going to look like a fool if you’re the only one on the team without a costume”
“then i’ll look like a fool, darling” the smug smile off his face never left until he watched you get up and walk out of the great hall to go and find the remainder of your team, leaving behind the costume for him on the table. He smiled softly to no one but himself before returning back to what he was doing.
*****
Lunch time had rolled around and you were sat with Lee and the twins discussing the match you were set to play in less than few hours with wood nowhere to be found. You found yourself pushing your food around your plate with your fork in an effort to think of another way to get oliver to wear the stupid antlers. It was only one match for crying out loud! you were all going to look like idiots anyway so why not join in.
Your train of thought was broken when Lee Jordan had directed the topic of coversation away from the match and onto you and oliver.
“y/n would so make the first move are you kidding? I love wood as much as the next guy but all the quidditch going on in his head has surely been a distraction from his plan about how he’s gonna plant one on y/n” Lee was confident in his answer and Fred agreed
you looked up from the miserable plate of food infront of you to hear george speak
“oliver is as dense as a doorknob when it comes to his feelings for y/n. if they were gonna kiss he would just do it as a spur of the moment kind of thing, no think just do and hope for the best.” he shrugged as he spoke through potatoes while waving his fork about, angelina and katie agreeing by his side. Then they all turned to you.
“We haven’t kissed, if that’s what you are silently asking” you dropped your fork with a clank “but since we’re talking about it, I would be the one to make the first move, no questions asked” the smirk on your face was triumphant and Fred and Lee high five you from over the table.
“Let’s make a bet then” George piped up “five galleons to me if Wood makes the first move or five galleons to Lee if y/n makes the first move”. He scanned your group looking for a sign of protest before shaking on it with lee
“Don’t lose me those five galleons, y/n” Lee complained.
you shifted in your seat and gave him a thumbs up and the best smile you could muster while eating food. All you had to do was think of how you could get wood to wear that darn costume and then give him a big ol’ kiss, no worries at all.
*****
It was go time.
The whole team was ready to fly, charmed headbands and new plays were ready to go but your fearless captain was no where to be seen.
Anyone who knew oliver knew that he lived and breathed all things qudditch and now with such an important game about to start he was no where to be found. nonetheless, the team was lined up with angelina filling in as captain for now because it seemed you didn’t have one at the minute.
this made you unbelievably nervous, so much so that you felt like you were about to pass out and if it wasn’t for the twins and their antics you might’ve been on a one way trip to the hospital wing right now.
“do ya reckon oli is dead? because I mean why else would he be late to a match against Slytherin?” fred deadpanned while george stood behind him snickering to no one in particular.
you had momentarily thought about fred’s statement simply because you really couldn’t think of any other reason why oliver wouldn’t be here 2 minutes before you were set to fly. Your hands were now starting to lightly cramp around your broom and you were beginning to nervous sweat despite winter being right around the corner; internally you were an absolute shitshow. volcanoes were erupting in the depths of your stomach and your heart was hammering against your ribcage and the only thing that was on your mind was where the hell was oli?.
As if the gods above had heard your question one frantic keeper donned in red and gold came barrelling through the change rooms and you swear on your own grave you had never felt so much relief in your life.
“sorry I’m so late! I lost track of the time and was trying to find something important” oliver apologised
walking through your team his hand found your shoulder and he leant into your ear “can’t have all my reindeers losing their way because they don’t have a Rudolph”
looking up at him, he sent you a cheeky wink while putting the nose and antlers on his head before returning to his rightful place in the front and centre.
“You guys know what to do, let’s stomp on some snakes” the confidence oozing from his voice was indescribable. the way he spoke was powerful and reckless yet when he turned to look at you over his shoulder the facade dropped when he began to speak softly “Hope my favourite chaser is ready to win”
a warm smile graced your lips “always, captain”
*****
The sheer determination and house pride coming from the stands was overbearing. the screams, cheers, house war cries and encouragement made the desire to win even stronger than before. You, Angelina and Alicia were flying laps around Slytherin; your teamwork unmatched as you continued to set up and score goals for your friends. Fred and George were on their A-game. their aim had improved tremendously since last season with them becoming more coordinated to make sure you and the girls were able to score all you needed. Oliver was so focused on the opposing team and their chasers that you were certain he was unaware of the close score right now. It was 100-110 with Gryffindor taking the lead. all harry had to do was catch the snitch.
He had spotted it and now was neck and neck with malfoy. they were flying dangerously close to the stands where screaming students were situated. this was going to be the closest game you had had in a while.
Just as Alicia had set up a goal for you to score harry caught the snitch and your whole team hollered at the outcome of the game.
“YES! GET IN HARRY!” George had yelled at the top of his lunch while Fred and Alicia laughed in delight at the sight of George almost falling off his broom.
You flew over to an exhausted looking Angleina and did your best to pull her into a hug mid air
“You were amazing Angie! absolutely brilliant! the hard work payed off!” you praised your close friend and the two of you made your way to the ground where students had begun piling off the stands but there was only one person you wanted to see down there.
The sound of your broom hitting the grass could be heard by the people around you when you caught sight of oliver hopping off of his broom. You ran to him and flung your tired arms around his neck with him instantly returning the favour as his arms held a tight grip on your waist.
“Oli we did it! everything that you drilled into us payed off, all the early morning training, that staying up into the early hours of the morning, all of it! every single bit!” you exclaimed and pulled away to get the first proper look at him that whole afternoon. His smile was splitting his face in half and for the first time in a while it felt like the two of you were the only ones in the world.
One of his hands moved from your waist and up your back to grip your shoulder from behind before he dipped you and gave you the most passionate kiss you had ever gotten.
it felt like the twins had let a bunch of fireworks loose in your stomach, his neck felt hot under the touch of your calloused hands and his lips melted perfectly with yours. The both of you pulled away for breath, still not breaking eye contact.
“If I get this lucky every time I wear these stupid antlers I might as well glue them to my head” he half heartedly laughed at himself while continuously ignoring everyone around you who had now decided to pay attention.
Lee’s voice rang out over the microphone.
“Y/N! I thought i told you to not lose me those five galleons” he groaned while George grinned in triumph
Oliver, who still had you dipped but was now looking up at lee, looked back down at you “you placed a bet on our kiss?” he quizzed you while an eyebrow raised.
all you could do was laugh and feel your heart swell in your chest
“sorry, love. but i was fairly confident that our first kiss was going to be my doing” you smirked and grabbed his face pulling him in for yet another kiss.
Christmas had certainly come early this year.

Biggest supporter
Pairing: Philip Hamilton x Reader
Warnings: none?¿
A/N: Have a short shit fic that HASNT been proof read! Enjoy and stay safe.
“I’m home!” Angelica carelessly tossed her school bag to the side of the hallway, as she slipped off her shoes.
It had been a long, long day, and you knew it would only get longer as the hours played out.
School was crap, and you had agreed to stay behind and tutor Angie in Bio (which the eldest Hamilton girl was failing in) so your day was already longer than normal.
And then you couldn’t forget the fact that you had homework to get done, oh and you’d told Eliza that you were happy to babysit for her.
You loved the Hamilton kids you really did, they were sweet and full of life and personality.
It definitely made you think of your future with Philip. The newest addition to the Hamilton family had hit both of you with baby fever and you’d be a liar if you said that you hadn’t discussed the idea of having a baby together.
In the end you’d decided to wait a few years, considering you were still seniors in high school, young as fuck and had your whole lives ahead of you it didn’t seem like the best time.
Not to mention your parents would most definitely kill you both.
You had been so wrapped up in your own thoughts that you hadn’t even noticed Philip comes down the stairs.
“What’s going on in your pretty mind?” He placed a kiss on your temple, as his hands slid around your waist.
“Thinking about us and the future.” You replies smiling warmly at the thought of it.
“Hmm,” He mumbled as he kissed at your jawline, “You’d look so good pregnant- plus the process is pretty fun too.”
You giggled slightly, as you smacked his chest, “Yeah however that can’t happen tonight because I’m babysitting your siblings.” You walked off into the living room in order to resist any further temptations.
When you walked in you were immediately tackled into a hug by three year old William, You scooped him up into your arms. Giving his chubby cheeks lots of kisses.
Eliza was sat on the couch feeding Ellie (Also known as Little Liza) a bottle, and watched in laughter as her eldest son looked on in betrayal as his girlfriend snuggled up to the toddler.
“Jealous Pip?” She sent a smirk your way as you giggled in response.
“You two always gang up on me,” Philip groaned as he sat down next to you, wrapping an arms around your shoulders.
“Nonsense!” His mother, waved a hand in dismissal, “It’s your father and your uncles that do that.”
Alexander appeared round the corner, his reading glasses still perched on the tip of his nose. He had a few papers in his hands that he appeared to be reading through, but stopped when he saw you all conversing.
“Hello Y/N.” He smiled in your direction as he walked over to his wife, touching her shoulder and caressing Ellie’s soft curls as she suckled softly.
“Hi Mr Ham-“ he gave you a look, his eyebrow raised up, “Alex.” You smiled sheepishly, “Where’re you planning on going tonight?”
“He’s taking me on a proper date and then we’re spending the night at a hotel- but we can always cancel if you’re not up for babysitting.”
It was obvious that Eliza was anxious about leaving her children, but you knew she needed a break and so did Alex for that matter.
“Eliza seriously it’s going to be fine,” you placed William in his brothers lap and rose from the couch, “I know all of the kids’ bedtime routines, all the numbers and contacts that I might possibly need, Philip texted me earlier saying that you put the kids’ dinner on.” You reached forward holding your arms out to take Ellie from the older woman, “Go out and have a good night.”
Eliza looked conflicted for a second, before she nodded and placed the small infant into your arms. Ellie squealed slightly at the movement but soon quietened down after you rocked her slightly.
“Now,” You said, “Go and get ready for your night out, enjoy yourselves and we’ll see you in the morning.”
Philip’s mom laughed softly, placing a kiss on your cheek before she turned and began to exit the room.
“Don’t have too much fun Ma, I really don’t need another younger sibling!”
-
A few hours had passed by, everybody had eaten dinner. Their bellies stuffed full of Elizas exceptional home cooking.
You had left Angelica in charge of some of the older kids (which mainly just included not letting Alex Jr, James and John kill each other while you got the youngest Hamilton children ready for bed), Philip being the sweetheart he was- had volunteered to clear the kitchen up and put the dishes in the washer.
Which left you to get William and Ellie into bed. You had changed them both into their pyjamas and was in the process of putting William in hours toddler bed when he asked the question.
“Y/N/N?” His voice was thick with sleep.
“Yes honey?” You caressed his hair, knowing it would make him sleepy.
“When are you and Pip gonna have a baby?”
The question made you almost choke in surprise, but looking at the toddlers face- you realised that he was dead serious.
“I don’t know buddy,”
“Mama said that people have babies when they love each other lots and lots.” He responded sleepily.
“Your mama’s right bud, your brother and I will have a baby at some point I hope- maybe in a few years when we’re older.”
When you looked down again, the boy was sound asleep. His breathing was steady and soft snores were coming from him.
“Goodnight buddy, sleep well.” You leans down to brush his hair back, and kissed his forehead gently- before you crept out of the room.
In the room adjacent to William you could hear the sound of Ellie fussing, as she walked in she came across a truly domestic scene.
Philip in the rocking chair, bottle in one hand and his baby sister in his arms. The soft creaks of the chair rocking filled the room, only to be overtaken by Ellie beginning to cry.
“Come on Ell,” Philip begged, “It’s bedtime.”
You leant against the doorframe, watching as your poor boyfriend struggled with what to do.
Walking towards him, you wrapped your arms around his waist. Standing up on your tip toes you pressed a long kiss to his cheek.
“Can you try her please?” Philip mumbled.
You nodded into his neck, and began to take the tired baby from him.
You turned on the CD player that began to play a soft melody to the room, you sat on the rocking chair and began to sway back and forth with Ellie still in the crook of your arms.
You began to feed her with the bottle of milk and not even 5 minutes later, she was in her own little land of sleep. You slowly rose from the seat and placed her down in her crib.
“I heard what you said,” Philip stood behind you, embracing your body with his strong arms. He placed a kiss on your temple as his lips traveled down to your neck, “About having a baby in a couple of years.”
“Hmm.” You closes your eyes, verbally motioning him to continue.
“And I just want you to know that I’d wait for you no matter what. If in a few years time you’re not ready, then I’ll wait.”
“I love you so much.” You leant up to kiss his lips, “You have no idea how much you mean to me Pip.”
“I love you too Angel,” He looked down into your eyes, it was clear that they held so much love and adoration, “Even if my 3 year old brother is smoother than me when it comes to showing his undying love for you.”
You laughed heartily, “Nah he’s our strongest supporter.”

An Unexpected Growth Spurt
So it barely took five minutes before this idea by @hetyra sent me down the rabbit hole of getting ideas and hyperfocusing on it rather than my current stuff. Whoops? No regrets. These types of fun reactions, where Ren is being such a goddamn menace towards Goro, are among my favorite to write. I will disclose this right now: I know very little about the storyline of Persona 5 Strikers outside of “sequel set in the summer after Persona 5 events″. As a result, it’s only there as a timing thing and a reference, but it’s fine. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this writing that gave me dopamine and serotonin in spades!
01/01/2018, 10:39 AM > Ren: Meiji Shrine it is! I can’t wait to see you.
I keep looking at that last text over and over as I stand here by the torii, awaiting Ren’s arrival. It’s been over a year since I last saw him. I’m lucky I was even able to get in touch with him, but...was coming here a mistake?
I’m not the type to get nervous, but I never thought I would see him again. With everything that happened between us, he shouldn’t even want to meet up with me. That and he probably assumed I was dead. The last time I saw him was in the engine room of Shido’s Palace. That place should have been my grave, yet somehow I had survived. I hadn’t told anyone. Truth be told, I hadn’t wanted anyone to know I was alive.
I...simply wanted to disappear.
Even now, I have the urge to leave before I can potentially reunite with Ren. Whatever had come over me last night, in that spur of the moment decision to text Ren after a year of silence, is gone. This whole idea is a mistake. He has much better ways to spend his time than wasting it on me. He’s probably been with his precious friends doing who knows what. There’s no way he needs someone like me in his life. He’s got all the people he could ever want. That’s it. I’m leaving now, before-
“Goro? Is that you?”
I freeze. His voice is a little deeper than I remember, but I would know it anywhere. I turn around, my heart leaping in my chest at seeing Ren. Although he’s not wearing his glasses this time, he hasn’t changed a bit. Even his hair is as unkempt as ever. It’s almost like I went back in time, to days where I wasn’t his (attempted) murderer. There are so many things I want to say, but all I can manage is a simple, “Hey, Ren.”
And he grins. Yet another thing that hasn’t changed: that beautiful smile. I can tell he’s barely stopping himself from running and pulling me into a hug as he approaches. I’m thankful for his restraint. There’s no telling what my reaction would have been. “Hi, Akeppi.”
I huff, shaking my head. “I was hoping you forgot that damn nickname.” And me as well, some small part of me silently adds.
“You know you like it.” Smug as ever, the menace. “I missed you. Where have you been? You never told me.”
Straight to the point, I see. I had very purposefully avoided the dogged questions about how I was alive or where I’d been. It didn’t seem like the type of thing to discuss through instant messages. This needed to be a face-to-face conversation. “I was at a rehab center, believe it or not.”
“You were?”
Nodding, I force myself to continue. He deserves to know what happened. “It’s outside of Tokyo...and it’s where my mother would go. I went there on Christmas Eve without an appointment, but they accepted me anyway. The only time I had left between then and now was when I heard word that you were being detained.”
“Oh?”
“I couldn’t just sit by and do nothing. After all, you did change Shido’s heart for me. So, I helped your friends track down the woman in your assault case.”
“Wait, did they know you were alive and didn’t tell me?”
“No, nothing like that,” I reassure him, letting Ren know that his friends hadn’t kept my survival a secret from him. “I gave them what information I could find, anonymously, of course. They probably wouldn’t have accepted it if they knew who it came from.”
“Come on, give them a little more credit than that.”
I don’t think I can, especially when two of my victims had been Futaba Sakura’s mother and Haru Okumura’s father. “Either way, what about you? You’re a third-year now, yes?”
“Yeah. A lot’s happened since...” He stops for a moment. Something tells me the reason he stopped isn’t pleasant. Could it be he was about to say “since our last fight”, or something of that caliber? He quickly snaps out of it, though, beaming once again as he continues. “Oh, I saved Christmas by summoning satan to shoot god in the face!”
If he were any other person, I might have figured him insane. Even so, I can’t hide my surprise as I stammer, “You...what?”
“We went into the depths of Mementos to find its treasure. Never want to go there again. And then we fought the holy grail, which was really a god who was controlling everyone. I summoned this huge Persona, Satanael, and we shot god in the face!”
I chuckle at that. It all sounds so impossible, yet anything’s possible in the Metaverse. “If only I could have seen such a sight.” Upon seeing Ren’s melancholy look, I quickly add, “What else happened after that?”
“I went back home in March.” He doesn’t seem too thrilled about that detail. I know he preferred living at Leblanc over with his own parents, who never seemed to contact him while he was on probation. “And then I came back for summer vacation with the rest of the Phantom Thieves. But then the Metaverse came back, and these places called Jails were showing up, and...well, it’s a long story.”
“Perhaps for another time. Your life certainly has been interesting.”
“I wish you could’ve been there, but I’m happy you’re still alive. I...didn’t know what happened to you. Everyone else thought you were dead, but I just couldn’t believe it. I kept hoping that you weren’t. I really did miss you, Goro.” And I believe it, somehow.
“I apologize for not contacting you until yesterday. I know I should have. I cannot imagine what you must have gone through, and-”
“It’s okay!” he replies, a little too quickly. It makes me wonder how he handled my supposed death. I won’t pry. If he wants to tell me one day, it’ll be when he wants. He finally pulls me into the hug he’s likely been waiting for this whole time, gently running his fingers through my hair. “Your hair’s shorter than before.”
“Is that a problem?” I know it’s only a simple observation, but I can’t help but assume he doesn’t like it.
“No. I just noticed. That’s all. You look cute with short hair.”
“I’m not cute,” I immediately retort.
“Are too.”
“Well, you haven’t changed a-” I pause. Some small detail is pulling at my attention, but what is it? “Wait a minute. Did you...?”
“Did I what?” he asks, clearly as confused as I am.
I move out of his embrace to back up a few steps, looking at his footwear. He isn’t wearing heels, which means... “Have you...grown since we last saw each other?”
“Hmm? Oh, yeah, a little. Why?”
“How much?”
“I dunno, five centimeters?”
“Damnit,” I hiss. “Who said you were allowed to have a growth spurt!?”
Clarity lights up his face as he realizes the reason for my irritable reaction. “Oh, right. You hated when I was taller as Joker. Does it bother you that I’m taller than you now?”
“Shut up.”
He laughs. “I love it. It’s nice seeing you as the smaller one.”
“Oh, fuck you.”
He fake gasps. “He swore! Are you angy, my adorable little detective?” he asks, his voice sounding all cutesy. Goddamn menace.
“What do you think!?”
He is obviously smug that he’s now taller than me by two centimeters. His grin only widens as he pats my head. I try to smack his hand away, but he moves it away before I can. “You’re cute when you’re angry.”
“Shut the fuck up.”
“Even more so since I’m taller than you.”
“Infuriating as ever,” I snarl, my patience running thin. He’s being so cocky that I want to fucking strangle him. “I should wear heels just to be the taller one.”
“I don’t think you could.”
“Is that a challenge, Ren?”
“I dunno.” He shrugs, but I see right through the gesture. He knows exactly what he’s doing. “You tell me, detective. Is it a challenge?”
“I think it is, and I don’t intend to lose. I can and will wear heels. Watch me.”
“Even if you did, I could just wear heels as well,” he replies with a shit-eating grin to match his tone, “and run in them, too.”
I sigh in frustration, crossing my arms. I hate that I know he’s right. The Metaverse is enough indication of that. “You little shit.”
“You’re the little one, not me.”
“Shut up, Ren.”
“Make me,” he says as he gets right in my face, smirking as I instinctively lean back. “You could always kiss me into silence.”
There’s no hiding my flushed reaction to his suggestion. “You fucking wish, you idiot,” I snap, trying to ignore just how hot my face feels.
“Yeah, I do, my little tsundere pancake.”
Oh, of course, he had to mention the pancakes. Of fucking course. “I hate you so much.”
“I still don’t believe you. We both know that’s a lie.”
“Damn you and your two centimeters,” I say right before I recklessly kiss him on the lips.
I can see the ever so slight surprise on Ren’s face. He hides it well. His mirth at the unexpected kiss is clear as he asks, “Now, was that really so bad?”
“Yes.” No.
“Why’d you do it, then?”
“To get you to shut up.” I’ve been wanting to for a while now.
“Sure, sure,” he laughs. “Hey, would you want to get some lunch together? My treat.”
I’m glad he asked first. Truth be told, I wanted an excuse to spend more time with him. I’ve missed Ren more than I care to admit. “Sounds delightful. You can choose the location, but I’m paying.”
“Hey, no. I’m buying lunch, and you can’t stop me.”
“I’m paying, and that’s final.”
“Okay, how about we leave it up to chance? Whoever ends up with the bill pays. Deal?”
“Very well. You have a deal.” I’m still not letting him pay, though, even if it means resorting to more...underhanded methods.
He takes my hand in his, the small gesture of affection almost causing me to tear up. No one’s cared about me like Ren has. I don’t deserve it, but I doubt arguing that with him would get anywhere. It would be fruitless. All I can hope is that he’ll be happy around me.
And, for the first time in a year...I smile.

Word count: 2800
Summary: The participants of the killing game stay away from Kokichi, and big villain Kokichi antagonizes himself. Meanwhile, Shuichi just wants to have a talk.
____
After Monokuma's new motive, everyone agreed that Kokichi had to be the mastermind. It didn't help that even the boy himself pushed the idea on to his classmates. Shuichi didn't buy into the obvious lie.
The motive put Kokichi at a severe disadvantage; he couldn't access the main school building, the dorms— really, he couldn't get inside any building. Not only that, but he was much easier to spy on and sneak up to. Still, Shuichi could see why it was so easy for his peers to think of Kokichi as the villain hiding among them; on surface level, it would make sense for the mastermind to put himself in a position of power to strike fear and force the killing game to start, and somehow making himself grow taller than every building overnight seemed like a good way to do that.
Shuichi's footsteps were slow with reluctance as he walked through the courtyard. Kaito and Maki wouldn't let him go talk to Kokichi if they knew— at least not alone, but they didn't have to know nor find out. The three of them had already separated long ago after they were done with training, and come to think of it, he hadn't met anyone else wandering out on his way, besides Ryoma who hung around the dorms. He was glad no one would question him, but nervous at the idea of having little to no witness should something happen that night.
Kokichi was thankfully awake, sitting behind the main building and staring hard at his checkered scarf that had for some reason been laid out on the ground. Shuichi felt even more hesitant to break whatever odd thing was going on. All of a sudden, he remembered why he was so nervous; Kokichi looked much, much more intimidating when he could grab anyone in a fist and dangle them twenty feet above ground. Shuichi decided he could try to talk to him another time, and spun on his heels to retreat when a voice made him freeze on the spot.
"My beloved detective! I was just thinking about you~"
When said detective looked over his shoulder, he found a giant Kokichi peering down at him with a radiant smile, and he somehow found himself regretting both his decision to come and to leave.
"Kokichi, ah… Wh-what were you thinking?"His hand unconsciously reached for the hat on his head to pull it further down, and he didn't miss how Kokichi's eyes flickered to the hat and reflected something that vanished too fast for Shuichi to read into.
"Nothing, nothing! Just thinking that you're basically my best target to kill," almost too easily, his smile stretched into a familiar leer, "An investigation without our dearest, coolest detective just wouldn't go the same. Besides, no one could suspect me of killing my beloved, so you're my ticket to get out of this hell school! Ah, or maybe I could bury your dead body so that there would be no body discovery and no class trial, only the pain and despair of loosing yet another classmate. How's that sound?"
What the— that was harsh, and quick, almost instantaneous. Kokichi was definitely on edge, all the more reasons not to talk to him. Still…"Please don't joke about that," Shuichi pulled his hat further down, silently apologizing to Kaede for still being this weak after the death of so many of his friends. He didn't dare look up to the large face of the evil leader.
A beat passed, then another, and when nothing more happened and the boy thought nothing more would happen and he would better leave already, "… Sheesh, fine. I'm sorry you're so sensitive, Shuichi."
"A-ah," the sudden mood swing caught him off guard. Kokichi's voice had fallen much lower and quieter than its usual childish high pitch. "It's fine." He still didn't dare look up, instead focusing his gaze on the scarf that laid on the ground. "I… What were you doing?"
"Oh, this? Nothing, really, just lil' old me playing games with lil' old myself. Hey, maybe I won't kill Saihara if he beats me at a game of chess!" Without looking up, he could feel the giant boy shift and lean above him and saw his shadow stretch until it engulfed him.
"Wha- I didn't- I only wanted to talk a bit."
"Wha-? Ah? I did-didn't- I only want to play a game. So really, it's your choice."
There was really no arguing with him. Maybe Shuichi could get him to talk if he accepted to play with him for a bit. "Alright, but," he stepped closer up, inspecting the scarf. It had been folded into a sixty four squares chessboard, but, "How are we playing without pieces?"
"You just have to imagine real hard that they're there, and suddenly you can see them right in front of you! I also hope you know the algebraic notation, since we'll be needing it." Shuichi tried to ignore the unnerving feeling of the ground faintly shaking under his feet as Kokichi shifted and fidgeted on his spot like an overly excited child.
"I think I do, but doesn't this sounds a little too hard?"
"Geez, Shuichi, I didn't think you of all people would have trouble imagining what's not there. You look like the kid in middle school who only talked to his imaginary friends. Besides, games are always more fun on hard mode anyway." Shuichi sighed and resigned himself to the fact that he was about to waste precious sleep hours playing an impossible game of chess with a giant clown. He stepped closer still and positioned himself in front of the makeshift gameboard, then glanced up to Kokichi. Instead of the mocking smirk he'd expected, he was only met with a big, almost amused grin and eyes sparkling with excitement. Shuichi looked down again, some of the previous tension leaving his body. "Alright, I'll start, since black fits your aesthetic better. E-four."
And if the 'game' itself wasn't already hard enough, Shuichi couldn't, for the life of it, stay focused with how fidgety Kokichi was being. His fingers hammered down on the ground incessantly and his head rocked left and right the same way Angie's would, both motions sending faint vibrations in the ground under Shuichi's feet. He didn't get a break either when it was the others turn to play, since he'd state his next move without missing a beat— almost as if he'd already known what Shuichi would do. It was uncanny yet interesting to get an insight on how the supreme leader's brain worked, only it would have been better if it had happened before the weird growth motive, when Shuichi didn't have to fear he'd get snatched up in the air at any given moment.
Sometime in the next hour, he ended up taking his hat off to help him focus and get a clearer look at the gameboard; gameboard which he stood in the middle of, in an attempt to help him keep track of the pieces' placement. He frowned, spun around and looked left and right as he tried to remember where he'd left his rook. So focused and lost in the game, he failed to notice when his foot got caught in the fabric; on the next step he took, he fell back on his back. Startled and faces reddening, he fumbled to get back on his feet, when a large face came in his view and stopped him in his track.
"Nishishi~ Shuichi, you're really funny being like this." An encore of the insect incident; Kokichi's upside-down face loomed over him, so close he could faintly feel his warm breath ruffling his hair. Shuichi instinctively reached for a hat that wasn't there, before shuffling his hand back down in shame. He wished it had been there for reassurence, but ultimately decided it was for the best that he couldn't hide behind it. He couldn't be anything but intimidated by Kokichi when he towered over him like that and could so easily do so much, but he didn't want to be scared when he knew that Kokichi, despite all the awful things he was (and he was a lot of awful things) wouldn't go far with his games and wouldn't use his new stature to his advantage.
"It's…" he took a second to breath, regain his composure and look the giant supreme leader in the eyes, "It's hard to remember how the board is set after every move," he got up and brushed himself off. Why can you do it so easily? He wouldn't expect a serious answer to that, so he kept the question to himself.
"Oh hush, this is the only excuse you got to justify losing so badly?" He leaned away and smirked, "I could do you a favor and capture a couple more of your pieces, hmm? Or maybe, here," out of the corner of his eyes, Shuichi saw a large hand come his way, and all the courage he'd been building up for so long all but melted away as his eyes shut tight and stumbled several steps back, once again getting his foot caught in fabric and falling back on his butt. Atua help him, at that point, he only wished the fabric would swallow him whole so he wouldn't embarrass himself again.
He kept his eyes closed tight and waited, but when there was no pressure around himself he cracked an eye open and saw, to his relief, the hand hanging a few feet away from him. The relief was quickly replaced with shame, and he felt a little stupid for having gotten scared so easily after having put so much faith in Kokichi. From above, he heard the boy groan and say, "Relax Max, I said I wouldn't kill you until we're done with this game," with a tinge of annoyance. Fear lingered in Shuichi's mind when he saw the hand approaching him once again, but this time he managed to stand his ground when fingers slipped behind his back and easily scooped him up in an open palm.
In the next second, he was lifted and dropped off in one swift movement, leaving him dizzy and slightly sickened. He clutched on to whatever his hands found first, and took a moment to process his position on Kokichi's shoulder, and another moment to answer him when he said, "Better? Now you can't come whining that you can't see the board clearly."
"Yeah…" he muttered, still busy trying to find his balance. He found his hand balled up in a fist around a lone lock of purple hair, so he moved closer still until he was huddled against Kokichi's neck, and he hoped the other boy wouldn't hear his heart pounding with unease.
They were able to carry out the game for a while longer. At some point, Kokichi's hand ended up on his lap, and Shuichi, despite his anxiety spiking up at the gesture, stayed quiet about it, deciding to accept the extra bit of safety. He took it as a sign that Kokichi, too, was comfortable enough, so he decided to try to strike up the conversation he'd wanted to have.
"Are you sure you're not cheating ?" Maybe not the best way to start some small talk, but the first to come to mind when he was loosing more and more of his important imaginary pieces with every turn and he was sure Kokichi was somehow cheating.
"Who? M-Me?" Kokichi sniffled, and his shoulder jolted with a faked sob, leaving Shuichi to clutch onto the large hand on his lap like a lifeline. "I can't believe my beloved would accuse me of such- such a nefarious deed! Shuichi, you really broke my heart here."
Then all at once, his voice switched from 'heartbroken' back to nonchalant when he said, "Besides wouldn't you except the mastermind of this thrilling game of murder and betrayal to be good at some kids' strategy games? You know, I lied about my real talent, I'm actually the ultimate chess master…"
"You have poor taste in motives if you're really behind this killing game." Shuichi cut him off before he could drift away from the subject. A perfect opportunity not to waste. "I mean, this is more disadvantageous to you than anything. You can't access any building, nor can you hide anywhere if you need to be discreet for your secret evil plans. And if you were really the mastermind, you wouldn't want to single yourself out and leave our classmates feeling safe and secure…"
More and more inconsistencies came to his mind as he presented his deductions, and Kokichi listened, silent and unmoving. "I think… I think the reason behind this motive is for the mastermind to push our classmates away from you and to," he bit his lip and prepared himself to present yet another truth he didn't want to believe, "To force you to kill someone. The school can't accommodate for you for more than a few days at most, so unless the motive's effect is reversed soon…" he left the end unsaid.
Kokichi remained silent and still, so much so that Shuichi was almost tempted to reach out to his neck and check for a pulse, when he settled for, "Maan, Shuichi, you really are naive. You really thought this was all there was to this motive?" The hand on his lap slid off, and Kokichi leaned back against the wall behind him in an viciously abrupt movement that made Shuichi slip and almost fall, then he went on without a pause, "You know, your logic doesn't apply to every situation, mister detective. The only reason I care about is my own entertainment, simple as that. And if I get bored, I can reverse the motive whenever I want."
Shuichi couldn't see his face from his angle, but he could imagine the leer easily plastered on it, like a mask worn a hundred times. "Wouldn't you be breaking your own rules then? And admitting defeat to the participants of the game?"
The debate that ensued made Shuichi feel like he was back on trial grounds. Kokichi shot him arguments to prove he was mastermind. They were full of contradictions, half-hearted and shaky as a card castle in the middle of a storm, and too easily, his truth cut through the other's words like a bullet. Kokichi sounded bored, like he'd prefer keeping his lie true but wouldn't mind an outcome in which Shuichi busted him. And Shuichi wanted that, to see through Kokichi's lies, to get a chance to understand why he was so hellbent on making a villain out of himself when he so obviously worked to stop the killing game just like his classmates, he wanted to reach out to him and pull him out of his self-inflicted loneliness and work together with him to save their friends, if only he would take his hand.
Their debate came to a halt when a crash was heard from Miu's lab. Shuichi distinctly felt Kokichi stiffen and tense up at the sound. He brought a hand back up to his smaller classmate and wrapped it around him in a loose fist, before he got up and made his way to the inventor's lab in quiet, quick steps. There, Shuichi was lowered back on solid ground and rushed in the lab.
His knees almost gave out, his mouth hung open in a silent scream. Ryoma's body lay in the middle of the room in a pool of his own blood. Lifeless eyes stared at the detective, and the detective stared back. Shuichi felt his throat constrict, his vision swimming, he clutched his chest and tore his eyes away from the scene. He had let another one of his friends die, he would soon have to investigate the crime, to doom the killer among them by his own hands.
"Shit," he turned around, and there was Kokichi peering in the lab and their classmate's body with a frown. It vanished as quick as it had come and was replaced by a blank face with a click of his tongue. "Well then, Shuichi, I guess I'll leave you here to do your detective work while I go call the others, hmm?" And he got up without waiting for an answer. Before he left, Shuichi heard him mutter, "I hope the next motive doesn't make me really tiny or something."
